        정신과 외래환자의 약물치료 반응과 심박동 변이의 변화 양상

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of heart rate variability after antidepressant treatment in depressed or anxious patients. We tried to find the usefulness of heart rate variability as a predictive marker of response to pharmacological treatments in the psychiatric field. Methods : Forty-seven patients with major depression, anxiety disorder, and somatoform disorder were treated over 4 weeks with antidepressants and were then classified as responders or nonresponders according to Hamilton depression scales or CGI scores. The HRV variables were measured and compared among the responders/nonresponders and the matched normal control. Results : The responders group exhibited low heart rate, low PSI, high SDNN, RMSSD, HRV index, NN50, pNN50, LNTP, LNLF, and LNHF compared with the nonresponders after 4 weeks antidepressant treatment. However, no significant differencein HRV vanables was observed between the responders group after treatment and the nonnal control group and the responsegroup after treatment. Conclusion : These results indicate that HRV variables would are normalized after successful antidepressant treatment and it that HRV has some possible uses as a predicting marker of antidepressant response.

      • 공업고등학교 전기과과 전문대학 전기과의 교과목 연계를 위한 교과내용 개선연구

        Most of our college students in the department of electricity are from technical high school. Thinking that a lot of those high school students are going to try out for our college, we have come up to the idea to have stable student resources and to keep the resources that we should have researched on this matter. As first solution, considering scholastic ability for students, our college should help them to have easier understandings on their major subject studies. To let them have better condition of studying, we have analyzed 6th and 7th high school curriculum for electric text and studied how much influence 7th the curriculums have on major subject studies. Also we have looked through high school mathematics and basic electric texts under 7th the curriculums. After examining these analysis, we have had some suggestions about the ways to provide easier understandings and reorganized contents in a major basic text of college.

        The relations between membrane potential and the flux of solutions, which were developed from the molecular structure of quaternary ammonium salts as carrier, have been analyzed for the counter transport system of tryptophan and nitrate anion across the supported liquid membrane. The liquid membrane was prepared by dissolving quaternary ammonium nitrates in toluene. The experimental results showed that the flux of tryptophan increased with increasing the carbon chain length of the alkyl group of carrier in the range of ??∼??, but in case of TDDAN, it decreased because of large membrane potential. The flux of tryptophan with the membrane structure of carrier increased in the order : Aliquat 336N, TOAN, TDDAN, and TDAN.

      • 기하학적으로 대칭인 세 점의 움직임 벡터를 이용한 카메라 움직임 추정 기술

        This paper proposes a global motion estimation technique that utilizes the special relations of motion vectors of geometrically symmetrical triple points of frames. The proposed technique calculates several kinds of the parameters, such as panning, tilting, rolling, and zooming of camera motions at once by applying the proposed equation sets to the motion vectors only once, and avoids the trial and error method which the existent works have used. Moreover it discriminates against the foreground region and effectively reflects only the background region into the calculation of motion parameters, thus making the calculation more accurate and fast enough to accommodate MPEG-4 requirements. Experimental results on various types of sequences show the validity and the broad applicability of the proposed technique.

      • 원발성 하지정맥류의 압박경화요법

        Background: Varicose veins are a very common condition that presents in a variety of forms. Treatment mordlities are variant and beneficial. The authors report an experience of compression sclerotherapy using Tromboject(Sodium tetradecyl sulfate) in varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods: Prospective study was performed in 62 varicose vein patients who were treated with compression sclerotherapy from Mar. 1999 to Mar 2001. Sclerosing agent was used by 1%, 3% sodium tetradecyl sulfate and high concentrated agent was injected in proportion to vessel diameter. And then the patients wore compression stocking for 2 months. Results: The prevalent age group consisted of fourth decade and mean age was 39. The female to male ratio was 3.8:1. The site of varicose vein was similar to both side and major involved vein was greater saphenous vein. Duration of the varicose vein was mostly 1-20 years. All patients were complained of cosmetic problem and other symtoms were heaviness, walking discomfort, pain and leg edema. The most etiologic factor was pregnancy. Average frequency of injection was 1.65±0.55 and mean follow-up periods was 11.9 months. There was no recurrence during follow-up periods. The most patients were satisfied with compression sclerotherapy and satisfaction degree was 4.84±0.42. Hyperpigmentation was developed in all case but normalized after 3-6 months. Other complications was leg edema, superficial thrombophlebitis, and hematoma. Contact dermatitis appeared as complication ,especially summer, due to compression stocking. Conclusion: Compression sclerotherapy showed good results and minimal side effects in varicose vein of the lower extremities. Compression sclerotherapy may be primary treatment in selected cases.

      • 구리의 전기석출시 젤라틴이 물성에 미치는 영향

        In the electrodeposition of copper foil for preparing printed circuit boards, a little amount of gelatin as a addition agent has been used for the better characteristics of a coat of electroplating. Gelatin modifies the physical properties such as mechanical strength, matte-side roughness, ultimate tensile strength(U.T.S), and elongation of copper foil, furthermore gelatin have influence on the structure of electrodeposits and the cathode polarization. The electrolyte used was of a composition; CuSO₄·5H₂O 300g/ℓ, H₂SO₄ 100g/ℓ, NaCl 10 ppm as a brightner, and was gelatin 0-7 ppm as a addition agent. Current density was 50 A/dm², and the temperature of electrolytic bath was 50 to 52 ℃. Experiments showed that the optimum gelatin concentration was 5 ppm with the consideration of the numbers of electrodeposited nuclei. And the nuclei numbers was sharply increased under 5 ppm, but was almostly constant above 5ppm. Average matte-side roughness by Surfcorder was gradually increased with the increasing gelatine concentration up to 2 ppm, and maximum roughness was observed at 2ppm. The roughness showed gradual decrease within the concentration range of 2 to 4 ppm, and was almost constant above 4ppm . Within the gelatine concentration range of 0 to 7 ppm, as the concentration increased, UTS was increased and elongation was decreased logarithmically. Also, in comparison between UTS and elongation, gelatin was identified as an addition agent acting inversely.

      • 방사선으로 照射된 Polyethylene의 光電氣傳導

        Electronic conduction in various polymeric insulating material was investigated. Specially photo-current was observed in low density and 30 μ thick polyethylene when the sample was exposed by low-intensity white light from a tungsten lamp. A large photo-current was observed for the pre-irradiated sample by high dosage γ-ray. Photo-current was measured for many factors, wave length, voltage, temperature. Photo-current is fairly sensitive to photons with a certin range of energy (about 0.83eV), which might support that charge carriers are optically released from trap centers, it has approximately the same activation energy as the dark current. A tentative energy diagram for irradiated polyethylene is proposed on the assumption of band model. It includes two kinds of shallow trap and deep trap which are considered to play an important role in electrical conduction of polymeric insulator.

        This study was performed to analyze the technique of 100m sprint running and to offer profitable information related to sprint running to trainer and sprinter. To this purpose the technique of 100m sprint running was divided into four phase, that is, start phase, acceleration phase, maximum speed phase and finish phase. The following is summary. 1. In the 'set' position the most effective fore-leg and near-leg angle is 90 ˚, 120 ˚ respectively. Backbone angle is 27 ˚, shoulder position is on 10cm ahead of starting line. The head and neck are naturally as an extension of the trunk. The sprinter needs maximum concentration for the first action of the arms and legs. When the starting pistol fires the a straight line can be drawn from the toes of extended driving leg to the sprinter's head. 2. During the acceleration phase the body will gradually rise from a pronounced to a slight forward lean. The arms must be harmony with the legs. The hands are lifted not much higher than shoulder level. 3. During the maximum speed phase when the driving leg land below of gravity center the knee must be somewhat bended for reduction of the landing brake. Recovery leg heel moves to the buttocks to reduce the length of plumb and to increase the number of pitch. Arms must swing with 90 degrees at the elbow. 4. During the finish phase the sprinter must do the exact finishing techniques at exact timing. That is, it is disadvantageous for the sprinter to do the finish technique on excessive tension and to do jumping. A forward dip finish method during the last stride before the finish line is the most commonly used technique.

      • 풍력발전기 축소 구조 모델의 진동특성 연구

        A reduced structure model of a wind turbine generator is designed and manufactured. Mode data are obtained by modal testing and analytical method. Vibration response is measured and investigated under various speed condition by using a waterfall plot. Possibility of severe resonance is observed and the mechanism is explained by using the mode data. Simplified theoretical model gives the 1st resonance frequency of wind turbine structure model. The theoretical model can be applied in the design stage of the wind turbine structure to avoid the severe resonance problem.
