      • DSK50을 이용한 16Kbps ADPCM 구현

        ITU G.721, G.723 standard ADPCM algorithm is implemented by using Tl's fixed point DSP start kit (DSK). The ADPCM can be implemented on a various rates, such as 16Kbps, 32Kbps and 40Kbps. The ADPCM is a sample based compression technique and its complexity is not so high as the other speech compression techniques such as the other speech compression techniques such as CELP, VSELP and GSM, etc. and can be implementd on a low cost DSP kit. ADPCM is widely applicable to most of the low cost speech compression application such as the tapeless answering machine, simultaneous voice and fax modem, digital phone, etc. TMS320C50 DSK system has a TMS320C50 DSP is a low cost fixed point DSP chip and an AIC (analog interface chip) which operates as a single chip A/D and D/A converter with 14 bit resolution. ADPCM C code is compiled by TI TMS320C50 C-compiler and implemented on the DSK on-chip memory. Speech signal input is converted into 14 bit linear PCM data and encoded into ADPCM data and the data is sent to PC through RS232C. The ADPCM data on PC is received by the DSK through RS232C and then decoded to generate the 14 bit linear PCM data and converted into the speech signal. The DSK system has audio in/out jack and we can input and output the speech signal. The simulation is performed on Pentium PC with C-code executable files. The result of speech is compared with the original speech. It is performed encoding on DSK and decoding on PC and the result is audible but not so good as that of PC simulation.

        We propose a new architecture of multicast ATM switch which has input and output buffers and uses Multicast Ring Reservation Algorithm to resolve output port contention. This new algorithm eliminates internal cell loss due to contention, and reduces the hardware complexity. We can dynamically control the number of cells routed to a specific output port during one cell time with this contention resolution algorithm. The computer simulation is performed under bursty traffic condition to show the performance of this proposed multicast ATM switch.

        도시 내 복개하천 복원계획에 관한 연구 : 도림천을 중심으로

        As the urbanization continues, rivers are covered for roads and parking lots. In addition, people thought that if rivers are covered, this will improve the appearance of the street and remove terrible stench, and actively started to cover rivers. But urban rivers, which are covered for short-term benefits, ended up with urban drains and destroyed urban ecosystem. These days, other problems are continuously caused by construction of covering rivers. As public attention is being directed to the environment recently, people pay more attention to the need for the restoration of rivers. In this study, I conducted field research and took pictures while walking along Do-rim river, and studied related literature. I found out that there were many schools and reservoirs around Do-rim river. This study is intended to find out ways to secure water, which is essential to the restoration of rivers, and to suggest various methods for securing water by using the existing infrastructure such as schools and reservoirs.

      • 트레픽 특성 분석을 통한 ATM 네트워크 설계

        To configure Switching backbone network, traffic analysis of characteristics should be the first thing to do.Not only traffic volume check, but also traffic type analysis on QoS and applied protocol is required. We definitely need to consider ATM backbone supporting 7oS and expansion as the system tend to go for the web-based resolution system and the application for e-commerce. Switching backbone configuration means not just a securing network bandwidth but a comprehensive and systematic approaching. This thesis suggests precise analysis on the base of standard and data - traffic inquiry of current and future networkas preceding works for the rational approaching.According to those analyses, recommendations for network design can be suggested. By the considerations on the result of analysis with QoS, it has been concluded that it is preferred to migrate ATM switching backbone rather than the current FDDI backbone network, which is mentioned in the thesis. It is needed to design most efficient backbone network by traffic characteristics analysis of gigabit switching model which regarded as future backbone switch along with ATM switching.

      • 금은화 Ethyl Acetate분획이 인체 구강유상피암종세포에 미치는 항암효과

        This study was carried out to develop antitumor agents based on effects of the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of methanolic extract of Lonicerae flos on human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells. Human oral epitheloid carcinoma cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 media containing 10% fetal bovine serum, antibiotic, and fungizone. After incubation for 24 hr, the cells were treated with each fraction for 48 hr under the same condition. MTT (3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide), NR (Neutral red) and SRB (Sulforhodamine B protein) assay were performed. The light microscopic findings were observed by inverted microscope. These results were obtained as follows; 1. In MTT assay, fraction B was shown significant antitumor activity (p<0.01), fraction E was shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.05), but the other fractions were not shown. 2. In NR assay, fraction B was shown significant antiumor activity (p<0.001). 3. In SRB assay, fraction B was shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.01), fractions A and D were shown significant antitumor activities (p<0.05), but the other fractions were not shown. 4. In light microscopy, fraction B of the ethyl acetate soluble fraction showed the highest antitumor activity on Lonicerae flos. These findings suggested that fraction B possessed the most antitumorous agent.

        해양관광개발을 위한 어항 활용방안에 관한 연구

        Ocean tourism is rising as a new leisure activity pattern thanks to increased income level and leisure time. Korea is surrounded by the sea on all sides but one, however, we are in beginning stage for the development of ocean tourism resource. In order to meet the demand for ocean tourism that increases yearly, a facility is needed that can satisfy various activities and desires at ocean. Especially, it would be effective to develop fishing port into ocean tourism site, as it's equipped with natural view, cultural resource and industrial facility regardless the role of fisheries base. This study, therefore, will investigate on the function and value of fishing port, and review on the advanced foreign country's cases in order to grope for utilizing fishing ports scattered in Korea into ocean tourism resource.

        카프 작가의 일본어 소설연구

        This Study aims at analyzing the special quality of KAPF writer's novels in Japanese. KAPF' writers regarded the language as device of expression of their own thought, now and then they had written Novels in Japanese at the whole period under the role of japanese imperialism. Several expressive works were written by KAPF writer in the late colonial period. 『Blood』, 『Shadow』, 『Continent』. The first and second is about policy of assimilation between Korean and Japanese. The third is about the life of immigrants of Manchuria. The former shows the euphemistic disapproval of that policy and the latter does the duplex point of view for Manchuria.(Hanyang University)

      • 忠南 扶餘邑 대왕벌 平野의 開拓過程과 土地利用變化

        So far agricultural problems have been studied by many scholars, but these studies have not approached a deep understanding. The reason is that the world is changing faster than the accumulated knowledge of rural phenomena. The characteristics can be summed up as follows: First, the once barren, flood plain, 760ha, where reeds once grew thickly due to seasonal flooding, turned into fertile Puyo field. Such a change resulted from the continuous land reclamation and the bank construction which had begun from the end of the colonial period by Japanese. Second, by the early stage of cultivation(before 1960), deposits of sand loam had been formed at the river bed, and the soil was not fertile or well drained. Accordingly only bar- ley and beans were raised on the natural levee where the surface water was insufficient. The other part of the area still lay waste. Third, during the formative period(before 1979), an atrificial bank was constructed at the height of 5m on the natural levee at the end of the year 1959, and later the water communications were improved at the backswamp. With the result of such work, the research area was turned into viable vegetable field. Therefore, besides the main cereals such as rice and bareley, other crops such as watermelon, melons, peanuts, radishes, and cabbage, etc were also grown. This land was also cultivateed variously as an orchard, mulberry field, pasture, etc. Forth, at the developmental period, the growth of the national economy and per capita family income increased greatly the demand for fruits and vegetables. Consequently, along the dry river-bed that was seldom cultivated before, single farm products, for instance, watemelon in Puyo-up, tomatoes in Sedomyon, and vegetables in Kyuam-myon, etc. were intensified and specialized. And thus this area became an well equipped horticultural ground.

        자연휴양림의 종다양성 증진을 위한 식생관리 방안 연구 -경기도 축령산자연휴양림을 사례로-

        본 연구는 휴양림의 기능 향상을 위한 식생관리 방안을 제시하고자 경기도 남양주시 수동면 외방리 축령산자연휴양림을 대상으로 실시하였다. 휴양림 내 등산로 및 산책로 주변의 주요 분포종인 잣나무 인공식생지와 자연식생지인 낙엽활엽수림의 생물다양성 조사 및 분석 등을 실시하여 휴양림 기능향상을 위해 식생유형별 관리를 위한 관리방안을 도출하였다. 연구방법은 생물다양성 측면에서 식생관리, 현존식생 및 비오톱 현황, 식생유형 구분, 식생구조, 야생조류 서식구조 등의 기능검토를 실시하였다. 휴양림내 식생유형 구분은 현존식생과 비오톱현황을 기초로 잣나무 인공조림지와 자연상태의 낙엽활엽수림으로 크게 구분할 수 있으며, 등산로 및 산책로 주변 대표식생 조림여부, 식생관리 등에 따라 4개의 유형(관리되지 않은 인공 잣나무림, 관리된 인공 잣나무림, 단풍나무 비율이 높은 자연상태의 낙엽활엽수림, 관리된 낙엽활엽수림)으로 구분하였다. 식생구조 분석결과 종다양도는 낙엽활엽수림이 인공 잣나무림 보다 종다양도가 높게 나타났고 관리되지 않은 상태가 관리된 상태보다 종다양도지수가 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 야생조류 서식구조 분석결과 관리된 잣나무림은 층위구조가 빈약한 단층으로 식재되어 다양한 야생조류의 이동통로로서 부적합한 구조이고, 관리되지 않은 자연상태의 낙엽활엽수림, 잣나무림 등이 양호한 야생조류 서식구조를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 생물다양성 기능 검토에 근거하여 관리유형을 크게 보전관리와 복원관리로 구분할 수 있었다. 보전관리 중 기존낙엽활 엽수림 유지유형은 자연상태의 낙엽활엽수림 지역, 관리된 낙엽활엽수림 지역 등이 속하며 생태적 관리유형은 관리되지 않은 인공 잣나무림 지역을 설정하였고, 복원관리지역인 생태적 복원유형은 관리된 인공 잣나무림 지역으로 설정하여 식생관리 유형별 관리방안을 제시하였다. This study was supposed to offer vegetation plans for functional improvement of the recreational forest by researching Mt. Chukryong which is located at Oebang-li Sudong-Myon Namyangju Kyong-gi Province inKorea. In this study, artificial vegetation and natural vegetation near trails in recreational forest were researched through biodiversity analysis. From this analysis process, a typical management improvement of the biodiversity functions were examined by reviewing functions biotope condition, vegetation structure and wild bird community condition. Typical vegetation system was divided into four detail parts: Managed artificial Pinus koraiensis forest, Not managed artificial Pinus koraiensis forest, Natural deciduous forest and Not managed deciduous forest. As a result of the vegetation structure, the numerical value of the deciduous forest species diversity was higher than that of artificial Pinus koraiensis, and the numerical value of the managed condition was higher than that of not managed condition. As a result of a habitat structure analysis of the wild bird community, managed Pinus koraiensis forests were inadequate structure for wild birds to habit in there because the forests had weak structure layers, but unmanaged deciduous forest and unmanaged Pinus koraiensis that had diverse layers was proper places for birds to in habit. Thus, based on the functional analysis of biodiversity, management patterns of the target area were concluded in two manners: conserving management and restoring management. Deciduous forest protection target areas included natural deciduous forest area and managed deciduous forest area, ecological restoration target area included unmanaged artificial Pinus koraiensis area and restoring management target area includes managed artificial Pinus koraiensis.
