        특집 논문 : 생태철학과 생명 ; 기술 산업시대 "생명의 위기"에 대한 마르쿠제의 사회 인간학적 제언

        마르쿠제는 현대사회를 생명의 위기로 특징짓고 그 원인과 양태를 다음과 같이 규정하였다: 1, 경제적 가치의 무분별한 일반화, 2, 인간과 자연 등 모든 과학적 연구대상의 중립적 대상화, 3. 은익된 정치성. 아울러 그는 생명 개념을 자유와 책임을 준수하는 이성의 역사적 성격과 동일시하였다. 마르쿠제가 현대기술사회에서 나타나는 반생명적 요소들을 다음과 같이 인간학적 시선으로 정리하고 있다 : 1. 한편으로는 현실원칙에 의한 쾌락원칙의 억압, 그리고 에로스적 요소의 실종현상으로 인해 인간의 행위는 억압된 욕구로 나타난다. 2. 사람의 몸은 일종의 기술적 처리과정의 도구나 부품으로 전락하고, 자본은 양적 가치에 의해 조작 및 왜곡시킨다. 3. 기술은 사람들의 일상을 구성하고 제재하는 주도적 입안자이다. 생명적 가치나 인간, 자연과 철학이나 인류가 중시하였던 본질적 가치들은 기술적 처리능력에 귀속된다. 이 시대의 기술은 인간을 무기력하게 만들고 부자유와 파괴의 주체로 만드는 극히 위험스럽고 두려운 괴물이자 영물로 둔갑하였다. The ontological position of human life is identified with "Eros" by Herbert Marcuse who was understood just in partial aspect in Korea mostly. According to Marcuse, the reason why the "Life" issue rears up in the philosophical discussion is that technological and industrial society dominates human and society under the pretense of technological rationality and he characterizes as below: 1. The dominance and economical valuation of all human conduct ; 2. Denial of human and nature ; 3. Concealment of political characters. The anthropological character of Marcuse`s humanism can be summarized; 1. As shown in methodology of Freud, the present generation and complexity of humanism is explained and new "Life" definition is introduced alternative. 2. Erotic society is explained in aspect of openness, play and practice. 3. Value extension of "Eros" definition. In conclusion, I agree that there would be difficult to accept on the logical probability Marcuse`s "Life" definition has in the Eros aspect. But, in this reason, it can be worth enough to study and reach to the ratiocination and conclusion of difference of science and philosophy.

        Soft Error Susceptibility Analysis for Sequential Circuit Elements Based on EPPM

        Due to the reduction in device feature size, transient faults (soft errors) in logic circuits induced by radiations increase dramatically. Many researches have been done in modeling and analyzing the susceptibility of sequential circuit elements caused by soft errors. However, to the best knowledge of the authors, there is no work which has well considerated the feedback characteristics and the multiple clock cycles of sequential circuits. In this paper, we present a new method for evaluating the susceptibility of sequential circuit elements to soft errors. The proposed method uses four Error Propagation Probability Matrixs (EPPMs) to represent the error propagation probability of logic gates and flip-flops in current clock cycle. Based on the predefined matrix union operations, the susceptibility of circuit elements in multiple clock cycles can be evaluated. Experimental results on ISCAS’89 benchmark circuits show that our method is more accurate and efficient than previous methods.

        Acid-free epoxidation of soybean oil with hydrogen peroxide to epoxidized soybean oil over titanium silicalite-1 zeolite supported cadmium catalysts

        Titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) zeolite was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method in the presenceof the tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) template, and a series of TS-1 supported cadmium withdifferent Cd loading (xCd/TS-1) catalysts were carefully prepared to produce epoxidized soybean oil(ESO) through the acid-free catalytic epoxidation of soybean oil (SO) with H2O2. These catalysts were fullycharacterized using various modern techniques and further evaluated systematically in this epoxidationreaction to understand the relationship between catalytic activity and structure of active components. The results show that the highly dispersed Cd species are introduced on the TS-1 support withoutaffecting the coordination environment of tetrahedral Ti (framework Ti). Furthermore, the Cd species arecoordinated with tetrahedral Ti species via O atom resulting in the weakness of the Ti–O bonds and facileattack of the Ti–O bonds by alcohol and H2O2, which can easily form thefive-membered intermediate andpromote the SO epoxidation process. Furthermore, the deactivation and regeneration behaviors of 2%Cd/TS-1 catalyst in SO epoxidation were also investigated, which reveal that the catalyst deactivation of cokedeposition is due to the strong adsorption of the catalysts and SO molecules. But the spent 2%Cd/TS-1 canbe completely regenerated by calcination method.

        Preparation and Characterization of Porous and Composite Nanoparticulate Films of CdS at the Air/Water Interface

        CdS nano-particulate films were prepared at the air/water interface under Langmuir monolayers of arachidic acid (AA)via interfacial reaction between Cd2+ ions in the subphase and H2S molecules in the gaseous phase. The films were made up of fine CdS nanoparticles with hexagonal Wurtzite crystal structure after reaction. It was revealed that the formation of CdS nano-particulate films depends largely on the experimental conditions. When the films were ripened at room temperature or an increased temperature (60 oC) for one day, numerous holes were appeared due to the dissolution of smaller nanoparticles and the growth of bigger nanoparticles with an improved crystallinity. When the films were ripened further, CdS rodlike nanoparticles with cubic zinc blende crystal structure appeared due to the re-nucleation and growth of CdS nanoparticles at the stacking faults and defect structures of the hexagonal CdS grains. These structures were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution TEM (HRTEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). These results declare that CdS semiconductor nanoparticles formed at the air/water interface change their morphologies and crystal structures during the ripening process due to dissolution and recrystallization of the particles.

        Efficacy of acupuncture for cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation: A systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: Cerebral resuscitation is one of the main therapeutic aims in the treatment of cardiac arrest (CA) patients who experience a return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). However, the therapeutic effects of current treatments are not ideal. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of neurological function of acupuncture combined with conventional cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitationthe (CPCR) for patients after ROSC. Methods: Seven electronic databases and other related websites were searched to identify studies on acupuncture combined with conventional CPCR for patients after ROSC. R software was used to conduct a meta-analysis, and the outcomes that could not be pooled were analyzed using a descriptive analysis. Results: Seven RCTs involving 411 participants who had experienced ROSC were eligible for inclusion. The main acupoints were Neiguan (PC6), Shuigou (DU26), Baihui (DU20), Yongquan (KI1), and Sanyinjiao (SP6). Compared to conventional CPCR, acupuncture combined with conventional CPCR led to signifi- cantly higher Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores on day 3 (mean difference (MD) = 0.89, 95% CI: 0.43, 1.35, I 2 = 0%), day 5 (MD = 1.21, 95% CI: 0.27, 2.15; I 2 = 0%), and day 7 (MD = 1.92, 95% CI: 1.35, 2.50; I 2 = 0%). Conclusion: Acupuncture-assisted conventional CPCR may have a potential role in improving neurologi- cal function in CA patients after ROSC, but the certainty of evidence is very low and more high-quality studies are required.

        STC2 is upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma and promotes cell proliferation and migration in vitro

        The human glycoprotein, stanniocalcin 2 (STC2) plays multiple roles in several tumor types, however, its function and clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain unclear. In this study, we detected STC2 expression by quantitative real-time PCR and found STC2 was upregulated in HCC tissues, correla ed with tumor size and multiplicity of HCC. Ectopic expression of STC2 markedly promoted HCC cell proliferation and colony formation, while silencing of endogenous STC2 resulted in a reduced cell growth by cell cycle delay in G0/G1 phase. Western blot analysis demonstrated that STC2 could regulate the expression of cyclin D1 and activate extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) in a dominant-positive manner. Transwell chamber assay also indicated altered patterns of STC2 expression had an important effect on cell migration. Our findings suggest that STC2 functions as a potential oncoprotein in the development and progression of HCC as well as a promising molecular target for HCC therapy.

        Effect of Loop Yarns on Mechanical Properties of Carbon Fibre/Epoxy Composites

        The general two-dimensional (2D) woven laminated composite (GWLC) is widely used in aviation, aerospace and high speed railways, and its superior specific stiffness and strength substantially reduce the weight of the structural components. However, when the GWLC is damaged by flexural, shear and impact loads, the layers are prone to delamination. To improve the interlayer properties of the GWLC, a loop warp yarn is added to the plain fabric by means of three-dimensional (3D) weaving technology, resulting in a double-side-loop fabric with Z-directional fibers. This paper investigates the double-notched shear (DNS) properties, in-plane shear properties, and flexural properties of GWLC and a new double-side-loop 2D woven laminated composite (DWLC). The test results verify that adding the loop warp yarns can greatly improve the interlayer properties of the general 2D woven laminated composites. The DWLC increases the interlaminar shear strength by 81.5%, the in-plane shear strength by 49.4%, and the flexural strength and modulus by 90.2% and 61.4%, respectively. The excellent mechanical properties of the DWLC lay a foundation for loop fabrics in engineering applications.

      • 知识图谱视角下的外语课程思政研究透视——基于CiteSpace 和VOSviewer 的可视化分析

        本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库检索得到的5197 篇与外语课程思政相关的期刊论文为研究对象,运用CiteSpace 和VOSviewer,以文献计量方法和可视化技术,梳理和分析了2004—2023年间外语课程思政研究的热点和发展趋势。研究发现:(1)外语课程思政研究经历了萌芽期和爆发期两个阶段,呈逐年上升趋势;(2)实践经验类研究以及理论构建的研究较受研究者的认可;(3)核心作者间合作次数较少,呈独立研究趋势;(4)研究焦点从理论呼吁逐步过渡到实践探索;(5)研究热点有“创新”、“英语教学”、“思政元素”以及“文化自信”等。随着我国课程思政的深入推进,外语课程思政的研究对象、思政元素、研究视角和研究方法仍有待拓展和创新。 This study offers a bibliometric analysis of research trends in foreign-language-course-based ideological and moral education from 2004 to 2023. Data were extracted from the CNKI, including 5197 journal articles. Citespace software and VOSviewer are used to track the developmental process and trend of future research on foreign-language-course-based ideological and moral education. We report the following findings: (1) the research on foreign-language-course-based ideological and moral education has gone through two stages -- budding and explosive growth, witnessing a rising trend year by year; (2) the research on practical experience and theoretical construction are widely recognized; (3) the collaboration rate between core authors is low, indicating an independent research trend; (4) research hotspots include such keywords as English teaching, innovation, elements of ideological and moral education, and cultural confidence, etc.; (5) the research focus experiences the gradual transition from the call for theory to the exploration of practices. With the strengthening of China’s ideological and moral education, the research objects, ideological and moral elements, research perspectives and research methods of foreign-language-course-based ideological and moral education are expected to be expanded and innovated.
