The purpose of the study is to present the present condition of sports and leisure and promotion in Kwangju city. The aims of sports and leisure are to improve living quality, to promote health and to promote social welfare of local residents by spontaneous particioation of local residents themselves. Thus, the government should support executive and financial help local residents to particioate to sports and leisure programs and also local self-government body should poerate sports and leisure facilities and financial programs. thus, we need followings to promote local residents' particioation to sports and leisure programs. 1. sufficient finances for the promotion of sports and leisure. 2. Amplication sporte and leiaure facilities. 3. Developing probrams which present the motive of participation to sports and leisure activities and ways. 4. Training exercise leaders who can maximize the impact of exercise and the efficiency of exercise. 5. Unification of executive organizations of sports and leisure.
해마 theta리듬과 pyramidal neuron의 세포내 특성과의 상관관계

Eledctrophysiological phenomena of pyramidal cells in the CAI area of the dorsal hippocampus were recorded from and filled with neurobiotin in anesthetized rats. The electropharmacological properties of membrane as well as the cellular-synaptic generation of rhythmic slow activity (theta)were examined. The intracellular response characteristics of these pyramidal cells were distinctly different from responses of inteneurons. Pyramidal cells had a high resting membrane potential, a low input resistance, and a large amplitude action potential. A afterhyperpolarization was followed a single action potential. Most of pyramidal cells did not display a spontaneous firing. Pyramidal cells displayed weak inward rectification and anodal break excitation. The slope of the frequency-current relation was 53.4 Hz/nA for the first interspike interval and 15.9 Hz/nA for the last intervals, suggesting the presence of spike frequency adaptation. Neurobiotin-filled neurons showed pyramidal morphology. Cells were generally bipolar dendritc processes ramifying in stratum lacunosum-moleculare, radiatum, and oriens. Commissural stimulation discharged pyramidal cells, followed by excitatory and inhibitory postsynaptic potentials (EPSPs and IPSPs). The frequency of theat-related membrane potential oscillation was voltage-independent in pyramidal neurons. At strong depolarization levels (less than 30 mV) pyramidal cells emitted sodium spike oscillation, phase-locked to theta. The observations provide direct evidence that theta-related rhythmic hyperpolarization of principal cells is brought by the rhythmically discharging interneurons. Furthermore, the findings in which interneurons were also paced by rhythmic inhibitory postsynaptic potentials during theta suggest that they were periodically hyperpolarized by their GABAergic septal afferents.

Oligosaccharides and sucrose are very important nutritional components in soybean seeds. However, little information is available about their inheritance. We used molecular markers to identify the genomic regions significantly associated with the quantitative trait locus (QTL) that controls oligosaccharide and sucrose contents in segregating F_(2:10) RI lines. Two related, but independent, QTLs were identified for oligosaccharides -- near marker satt546 on link-age group (LG) D1b+W and satt278 on LG L Four others, for sucrose content, were located at LG B1 (satt197), D1b+W (satt546), and L (satt523 and satt278). Finally, we found two common QTLs, on LG D1 b+W and L, that are associated with both oligosaccharides and sucrose.
The Evaluation of Building Energy Performance according to Seasonal Changes in Leaf Area Index
Hyeun Jun Moon,Kyeong A An 한국생활환경학회 2013 한국생활환경학회지 Vol.20 No.6
A web-based interface is developed to easily evaluate the impact of seasonal changes of Leaf Area Index[LAI] on energy performance in buildings with green roof using the EnegyPlus and Python. The results obtained from simulation are compared with the case which LAI was set to fix during the simulation period. The values for fixed and seasonal varying LAI were referring to previous literatures. According to the results, relatively lager LAI in cooling season could lead to the reduction of cooling load in the building. Relatively smaller LAI in heating season could lead to reduction of heating load in buildings. The consideration of seasonal changes in LAI showed lower heating and cooling load than the fixed LAI did. Thus, LAI values that differ from climate, region, and growing season should be carefully selected to achieve accurate evaluations of the energy performance of buildings with green roofs. Also, the energy saving results could be evaluation according to the various design of green roof, types of buildings and so on using the developed interface.
Evaluation of a Fungal Spore Transportation in a Building under Uncertainty
Hyeun Jun Moon 대한건축학회 2006 Architectural research Vol.8 No.1
A fungal spore transportation model that accounts for the concentration of airborne indoor spores and the amount of spores deposited on interior surfaces has been developed by extending the current aerosol model. This model is intended to be used for a building with a mechanical ventilation system, and considers HVAC filter efficiency and ventilation rate. The model also includes a surface-cleaning efficiency and frequency that removes a portion of spores deposited on surfaces. The developed model predicts indoor fungal spore concentration and provides an indoor/outdoor ratio that may increase or decrease mold growth risks in real, in-use building cases. To get a more useful outcome from the model simulation, an uncertainty analysis has been conducted in a real building case. By including uncertainties associated with the parameters in the spore transportation model, the simulation results provide probable ranges of indoor concentration and indoor/outdoor ratio. This paper describes the uncertainty quantification of each parameter that is specific to fungal spores, and uncertainty propagation using an appropriate statistical technique. The outcome of the uncertainty analysis showed an agreement with the results from the field measurement with air sampling in a real building.
