      • 南北韓 經濟協力增進을 위한 政治.經濟的 接近方案

金中植 圓光大學校 大學院 1996 論文集 Vol.16 No.-

The object of this paper is to overcome a lot of barrior factors between South and North Korea, and to investigate political, economic approach methods for the increase of economic cooperation between South and North Korea. We have to resolve the heterogeneities on the political, economic organizations first. for these, we have to have objects that induce North Korea to have Chinese economic innovation and opening politics. That is because we can recover the homogeneities of the economic organizations between South and North Korea, on the basis of these, and that we can harmonize the political system through the economic cooperation between South and North Korea. But still, because of the heterogeneities of the economic organizations, the gap of the economic structures and economic powers, the standing political, military dispute, there unstable conditions in even basic surroundings about the economic cooperation between South and North Korea, and barrior factors about bilateral trade abilities. And even, at last we have a historic necessity that we have to establish "National Economic Community" between South and North Korea, as we have to expand, strengthen the economic cooperation on the base of minimizing the political, economic heterogeneities between South and North Korea. We think that such formation of National Economic Community is based on being recognition between South and North Korea, and on realizing the economic integration between South and North Korea, that is more mature stage in economic trade between South and North Korea. That is, the approach process is, first of all, in increasing economic efficiency, and in expanding mutuality in Korea on the process of expanding and developing the economic cooperation on the side of promoting the base of national unification in the future perspective, we need to prepare the basic frame about these.

      • The Structure and Mode of Consolation in Chaucer's The Book of the Duchess

현중식 中央大學校 人文科學硏究所 1994 人文學硏究 Vol.22 No.-

Every reader of the Book of the Duchess reads it with the prior knowledge that Chaucer wrote the poem, at the request of John of Gaunt, as an elegy for the wife of the Duke, Blanche, who died young. This foreknowledge influences our reading of the poem consciously and unconsciously, and it seems to me that there is a general tendency to overemphasize the close relationship between the poem and the actuality, between the person in the poem and their models. Six centuries after the death of the Duchess and the writing of the poem, we tend too much to find satisfaction in establishing parallels between the actual and the literary, in identifying the idealized characters with persons that actually lived. What is crucial in the reading of this poem, it seems to me, is the proper realization of not only the parallels, but also the distances, between the actuality and its artistic representation--an understanding which, I believe, Chaucer's contemporary audience would have had without the necessity of any further precautionary words than the very structure of the poem.

        사후분해 시체에 대한 법의학적 접근

        최영식,이상용,김유훈,조갑래,이봉우,양경무,정낙은,서중석,이한영,이원태,강현욱 大韓法醫學會 2000 대한법의학회지 Vol.24 No.2

Disposal of a homicide victim by dismemberment is rare, but individual cases are on record in most major medicolegal departments. Recognition of postmortem mutilation may be of importance in the interpretation of certain murders committed by sexual perverts and other mentally deranged individuals and sometimes performed for the sole reason of easier disposal of the body. Postmortem dismemberment is usually readily recognizable as such; The edges of the injuries are dry and lack evidence of bleeding. The joints may be disarticulated without fracture, or the use of an axe or saw may be evident from examination of bones. Parallel horizontal or oblique furrows in the bone surface are caused by skipping of the saw prior to establishing depth. Such patterns on the bone may assist in identifying the particular saw involved. So we report 25 dismembered corpses that autopsied in National Institute of Scientific Investigation. This paper can help in attempting to establish not only the first criminal investigation steps but also the medicolegal approach methods in unidentified and dismembered deaths.

      • 太平洋地域 協力體 形成

鄭重植 단국대학교 대학원 1987 學術論叢 Vol.11 No.-

In the sphere of International political system after the 1960s, we have seen that Bipolar Coldwar System was collapsing and socalled Multiple Coalition System was brought to birth. The small states could gain relatively higher degrees of autonomy in the new system. With the increased autonomy, the small states sought to nonmilitary or nonpolitical cooperation through the formation of various regional cooperations or small statecoalitions in search of their interests. Such examples are OPEC, ASEAN, 77 Groups, and so forth. This articles is on the formation of Economic Regional Cooperation in the Pacific Area. MEMBERSHIP : The criteria of selecting prospect original members are (1) to maintain market economy system, (2) to have interdependence of economic structures, (3) to have minmum scale of economy (4) to have geogrpahical nearness for easy contact. The original members in this article are 3 Asian Newly Industrializing Countries (Korea, Hongkong, Taiwan), 5 ASEAN members (Malaysia, Philippine, Tailand, Indonesia, Singapore), and 5 Advanced Countries (U.S.A., Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan). NEED FOR REGIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION: After the 1960s, the increasement of trade and economic development in the area is conspicuous, and as a result, in the 1980s the area became the pivot place of the World Economy with the Atlantic Area. Therefore, for the unceasing development of the area, it is needed to control the interchanges of labors, capital and techniques, to settle the deepening competition on trading disputes. With the existing factors as the increasement of intra area trade, interdependence of natural resources, the trend of international economy ( limitation of bilateral economic negotiation), and political stability of the area, the formation of the cooperation is quite hopeful. PAST PROPOSALS. : Japanese Kojima’s PAFTA (Pacific Fress Trade Area, 1966) and OPTAD (The Organization for Pacific Trade, Aid and Development, 1968). P. Drysdale (Australia) and H. Patrick’s (U.S.A) OPTAD (The Organization for Pacific Trade and Development, 1979). Japanese Pacific Basin Cooperation Study Group’s ‘The Pacific Basin Cooperation, 1980.’ PROBLEMS: (1) The problems on the qualifications required to be original member of the cooperation. From this view the special status of ASEAN is desribed. (2) The nature of the cooperation is focused with the idea that the cooperation should be attractable to the all prospect original members who are divided into three in terms of ‘level of development.’ (3) other general or specific problems that may controversial when the cooperation is formed. CONCLUSION : For the successful result of the discussion on the formation of pacific regional cooperation, the followings are necessary. (1) The equal distribution of the interests that come from the result of the cooperation. (2) The active role of ASEAN countries. (3) The efforts of U.S.A. (4) Mutual understandings among the members. (5) The ability of the Cooperation to coordinate members’interest articulation.
