유연흐름 생산시스템에서의 시뮬레이션을 이용한 동적일정계획 연구

Utilizing the simulation approaches, the dynamic production scheduling system FOLS(Flexible flowshop On-Line Simulation) is developed under the flexible flowshop environment. When an interruption such as machine failure/recovery is occurred at the shop floor, the FOLS system performs evaluations for job selection rule oriented alternatives, and generates a dynamic production schedule based on the collected current shop floor data. For the case study, the FOLS system is applied to the printed circuit card assembly(PCCA) line and simulation results are reported.

The purpose of this study is to find out optimum electroplating thickness of Ni and SnPb on electronic component to be warranted the solderability during one year storage. The thickness of electroplating on electronic component has strong relationship with the failure rate of component. This is one of the key factors to make a system to degrade. Because the poor electroplating results in de-wetting or non-wetting status during soldering process. we choose the copper(φ=0.8mm) wire for sample, and then Ni and SnPb electrodeposited on it with different thickness each other. The specimens were tested under the steam ageing tester and dry oven to investigate accelerated ageing factor. In case of steam ageing test, the test times are 4, 20 hours and in the case of dry heat test, 4, 16 hours. Also we measured the intermetallic compounds thickness of Cu/Ni/SnPb using by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope). From these analyses, we suggest to optimize plating thickness to insure the solderability during one year storage.

The enterprise information system is the key for productivity improvements in a manufacturing enterprise and the system should be constructed after careful investigations of business processes. In this work we studied business processes of an automotive part manufacturer and presented an analysis report. We first investigated production processes and procurement processes by interviews and then analyzed current business processes. We finally noticed some issues and suggestions.

There has been a tremendous need for dual homing cell switch assignment problems where calling volume and patterns are different at different times of the day. This problem of assigning cells to switches in the planning phase of mobile networks consists in finding an assignment plan which minimizes the communication costs taking into account some constraints such as capacity of switches. This optimization problem is known to be difficult to solve, such that heuristic methods are usually utilized to find good solutions in a reasonable amount of time. In this paper, we propose an evolutionary approach, based on the genetic algorithm paradigm, for solving this problem. Simulation results confirm the appropriateness and effectiveness of this approach which yields solutions of good quality.

In this work, three modified simulated annealing algorithms are proposed and applied for the permutation flow line scheduling with mean flowtime objective. The newly developed algorithms utilize an exchange method, a forward insertion method, and a backward insertion method for the candidate solution mechanism. To evaluate the effectiveness of proposed algorithms, extensive simulation experiments are conducted, and the superiority of the exchange method is showed.

The supply chain management is the key concept that coordinates suppliers and consumers for the purpose of productivity improvement on the entire supply chain. In this study we developed a purchasing management software module for the initial attempt of visualizing this supply chain management concept. The developed software module is designed and developed under object oriented concepts utilizing OMT and UML methods.

The electronic commerce is the key for new businesses in the Internet/web world. In this work, with the intention of providing research directions, the current status of electronic commerce concerning market size, solution market size and shopping mall are provided. Then, commerce processes are analyzed and core components of electronic commerce information system (merchant server solution) are provided. Finally, functions of merchant server solutions are compared and results are reported.

To strengthen the competitiveness of computer monitor products, it is important to improve the efficiency of monitor assembly lines utilizing production planning and control scheme. In this study, to improve the productivity of production lines a simulation model is developed and applied. To obtain proper production scheme, the developed model utilizes job selection rules of each process. Simulation experiments are conducted and rule scheme for production schedule is reported.

To build an information oriented armed forces, the Korean military telecommunication networks adopt TCP/IP standard communication infrastructures based on ATM packet switched networks. Utilizing this network infrastructure, the Korean armed forces also applies to the areas of battleship management for efficient operation command controls and resource management for efficient resource allocations. In this military communication networks, it is essential to determine the least cost network topology under equal performance and reliability constraints. Basically, this type of communication network design problem is known in the literature as an NP Hard problem. As the number of network node increases, it is very hard to obtain an optimal solution in polynomial time. Therefore, it is reasonable to use a heuristic algorithm which provides a good solution with minimal computational efforts. In this study, we developed a simulated annealing based heuristic algorithm which can be utilized for the design of military communication networks. The developed algorithm provides a good packet switched network topology which satisfies a given set of performance and reliability constraints with reasonable computation times.
