      • 계층적 유한 상태 기계에 의한 ARS 구현 모델

        ARS(Audio Response System)를 구현하기 위하여, ARS를 지원하는 하드웨어의 기본 지식을 알아야 하고, 하드웨어 생산 업체에서 제공하는 원시 라이브러리와 C언어를 사용하여 어렵게 프로그램을 해야했다. 따라서 개발의 용이성을 위하여 ARS 소프트웨어의 개발을 단순화할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 ARS의 처리 과정을 분석하여 외부동작과 내부동작으로 분리하여 두 단계의 유한 상태 기계로 표현하는 ARS 구현 모델을 제시하였다. 외부동작은 응용분야에 의존하는 부분으로 대기상태, 처리상태, 종료상태로 표현하였다. 내부동작은 응용분야와 무관한 부분으로, 하드웨어 제어와 외부동작을 지원한다. 내부동작을 처리하는 부분을 외부동작과 분리하여 캡슐화하고, 외부동작에 필요한 정보를 파일의 형태로 제공함으로써 ARS 시스템을 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 ARS 구현 모델에 의하여 ARS 구현이 단순해진다. The ARS program has been written in C language using the supported by the hardware vendor. Since this process is not so simple, we need to develop an easy method that could make the ARS implementation simple. In this paper, we propose an ARS implementation model which consists of two-level FSM (Finite State Machine). From the analysis of common ARS operations, we represent it as external and internal operations. The external operation is the dependent part of ARS to the application area. On the other hands, the internal operation in independent from the application area. The internal operation corresponds to the ARS engine that includes the hardware control and supports the external operation. The function of external operation is decided by a sequence of description that contains the voice filename, input type, variable name, and the next-state names according to the input values. In the proposed system, a new application of ARS can be generated by simply writing a new description file for the external operation.

        사망 진단서(시체 검안서) 작성의 문제점

        Background: This study was conducted to analyze the current problems in completing death certificates and to identify the correct method for completing death certificates Methods: We reviewed 262 death certificates in three hospitals from March 1 to April 30, 2000, and 119 death certificates in one hospital from March 1 to 31, 2000. We identified major and minor errors and analyzed and compared them retrospectively. Results: A total of 381 death certificates were reviewed: 59 in Seoul National University Hospital,101 in Ewha Woman's University Hospital, and 102 in Gachon Medical College Hospital, which has no education program for completing death certificates in postgraduate training, and 119 in Samsung Medical Center which has an education program for completing death certificates. 358 certificates(94.0%) had at least one error. There were only 23 death certificates(6.0%) without an error. In 182 cases(47.8%), there was one major error. In 321 death certificates(84.3%), there were more than two errors. A comparison of Samsung Medical Center with the other hospitals showed that the number of total errors was statistically different(p=0.001). Conclusion: There were few death certificates without an error in this study. In a hospital which has postgraduate training in completing death certificates, there are fewer errors than in other hospitals which have no training course. Emergency physicians actually certify many deaths, so they must know the correct method of completing death certificates for statistics on morbidity and mortality.

        시상하부 과오종의 치료

        This study presents seven patients with hypothalamic hamartomas diagnosed on the basis of MRI. Histological confirmation was performed in one patient who underwent surgery. Four patients presented with epilepsy, including gelastic seizures. Other symptoms were behavior abnormalities in 3 patients and precocious puberty in 4 patients. We classify hypothalamic hamartomas into four subgroups according to MRI finding : Types Ⅰa lesions were less than 10㎜ in diameter and pedunculaedly attached to tuber cinereum of hypothalamus without hypothalamic displacement. Type Ⅰb lesions less than 10㎜ and mamillary body. Type Ⅱa lesions were more than 10㎜ in diameter and sessilely attached to hypothalamus with slight hypothalmic displacement and Type Ⅱb lesions more than 10㎜ and with marked displacement of hypothalamus. We could achieve good result with surgical resection in one patient with Type Ⅱb hamartoma associated with gelastic seizure that was unresponsive to medical treatment. We performed gamma knife ragiosurgery in three patients with gelastic seizure(2 patients with Type Ⅱa and 1 patient with Type Ⅱb) and three patients with precocious puberty(2 patients with Type Ⅰa and 1 patient with Type Ⅰb). The authors propose direct surgery as a treatment for this progressive syndrome and gamma knife radiosurgery as alternative treatment for high risk patients.

      • 두 계통 잉어의 체성분 비교

        보통잉어와 이스라엘잉어를 같은 조건에서 사육하였을 때 두 품종 간의 체성분 변화를 조사하기 위하여 식물성 플랑크톤이 많은 동일한 조건에서 사육한 보통잉어와 이스라엘잉어의 아미노산 및 지방산 조성을 분석하였다. 근육과 내장의 일반 성분을 분석한 결과 근육 중 조지방의 함량은 보통 잉어가 높았고, 회분은 이스라엘잉어가 높았으며 내장 중의 조지방의 함량은 이스라엘 잉어가 휠씬 높았으나, 회분의 함량은 비슷하여 지방의 함량에서 차이가 있었다. 구성 아미노산의 함량 및 패턴은 비슷하였고 주된 아미노산은 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine 및 Iysine이었으며 전체 함량의 약 42%를 차지하였다. 또한 필수 아미노산이 차지하는 비율은 38~43%으로 높았다. 유리 아미노산 중 주된 성분은 taurine과 histidine이었으며 이들이 맛에 영향을 줄 수 있으나 두 품종 간에는 이들 함량이 비슷하였기 때문에 맛에는 차이가 없을 것으로 사료된다. 지방산 조성은 극성 지질 중 eicosapentaenoic acid(20:5n-3) 및 docosahexaenoic acid(22:6n-3)의 함량이 높아 건강 식품으로서의 가치가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The differences of nutritive components in muscle and viscera of local and Israeli strains of common carp were examined. The crude lipid content in muscle was higher in the local carp than in the Israeli carp, but that in viscera was lower in the local carp than in the Israeli carp. There was no appreciable differences of crude protein and ash in viscera between local and Israeli carp. The distribution patterns of the total amino acid profiles for both local and Israeli carp were very similar. The principal amino acids were aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine and Iysine. They were 42 percent of total amino acids. Taurine and histidine were important part of free amino acids. Eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid content in the polar lipids were high in both strains.

      • 메기, Parasilurus asotus 사료의 최적 단백질 함량

        새로운 양식 대상종으로 메기의 생산량 증가를 위하여 사료 중 최적 단백질 함량을 설정 하고자 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 평균 체중 약 7g되는 메기 치어의 체중은 사료중 단백질 함량 25%~55% 사이에서 단백질 함량이 높은 사료를 공급할수록 증가하였으나,근육 단백질의 증가는 45% 부근에서 최고치에 달하였으며,그 이상으로 사료 단백질 함량을 증가시켜도 변화가 없었다. 단백질 효율 및 정미 단백 이용율은 25% 부근에서 최고치에 달했지만 45% 부근에서 일시적으로 증가하여 단백질 함량 45% 실험구가 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 멸치분을 단백질 원으로 하였을 때 메기 치어 사료의 최적 단백질 함량은 45%로 사료된다. Feeding trials were conducted for a test of the optimum dietary protein levels for the fingerling Korean catfish, Parasilurus asotus. The growth response was examined in terms of weight gain, feed coefficient, protein efficiency ratio and net protein utilization for 8 weeks at 23~27℃. Within a range of 25 to 55% crude protein levels in the diet, the body weight increased while the dietary protein level increased. Accumulation of protein in the body reached the maximum when the crude protein level in the diet was at 45%. These results indicate that the optimum dietary protein level of fingerling Korean catfish was about 45% when anchovy meal was used as the protein source.

        Unbalanced developments and inefficiency in land use are major spatial development problems that Korea has experienced during the last decade. However, recent newtown development projects and urban facility management system of existing cities show insufficiency in the consideration of environmentally sound and sustainable (ESSD) concept. This paper attempts to identify problems, policy directions and practical suggestions to implement ESSD concept to Korean urban development projects. It identifies four prctical directions such as (1) encourage mixed use development, (2) development of teleport and information sector within the city, (3) improve newtown development strategy, and (4) encourage the use of GIS technology as urgent issues to implement ESSD concept to Korean urban planning practice.

        계층분석기법을 이용한 하수관거 결합항목별 가중치 산정

        In domestic sewer rehabilitation works, the numerical weighting based on number of sewer defect is used to determine the propriety of rehabilitation order. In case of the decision standard in each defect contents of inside and outside of the country, the weight for determining sewer rehabilitation order is composed of several distribution of marks, not considering the weight in each sewer defects. In this study, the fifteen defect contents are determined suitable for domestic situation based on the sewer defect data of inside and outside of the country. Also, we select persons in charge of the business to calculate the detail weight and pose questions about important level of each sewer defect contents. The results of using Delphi method which is a question survey method apply the AHP and calculate the weight in each sewer defect. The appropriate marks matrix of sixteen sewer defects is made for laying precise decision standard of sewer condition through the result of analysis. The marks matrix of sixteen sewer defects can solve the complicated decision making problems of sewer rehabilitation works.
