The aerodynamic study of jetvane type TVC(Thrust Vector Control) were conducted using supersonic cold-flow system. The use of TVC Systems in particular jet vanes, are currently being researched for use in air launch, ship launch, underwater launch and high altitude maneuvering of tactical missiles and rockets. The necessity to generate control forces to rapidly change the course of the missile is frequently required when traditional, exterior aerodynamic surfaces are unable to produce these forces, when the flow over the control surface is insufficient. This situation can occur at launch, or high angles of attack of the control surfaces. Jetvanes performed well at all altitudes and environmental conditions, and jet vanes are extremely effective at deflection angles up to as high as 30 degrees, make them ideal for the launch and maneuver applications. In this study, aerodynamic performance test of jetvane type TVC was conducted, and The effect of shape and deflection angle of various types of jetvanes are investigated
석회석을 이용한 칼사이트형 탄산칼슘의 제조 및 분산특성 연구

석회석은 국내 비금속 광물자원의 대부분을 차지하며 강원도와 충북 등의 일부지역에 편재되어 부존하고 있다. 그러나 CaO 함량이 54% 이상인 고품위 석회석은 전체 매장량의 5% 이하로 매우 빈약한 편이다. 더욱이 대분분의 생산량이 1차 산업용으로 사용되어 부가가치가 낮은 용도로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 석회석의 부가가치를 향상시키기 위하여 칼사이트형 침강성 탄산칼슘을 탄산화법을 이용하여 합성하고자 하였으며, 합성된 탄산칼슘 분체 및 현탁액의 분산안정성에 대하여 조사하였다. 분산이 양호하고 균일한 입도의 칼사이트 분체를 얻기 위해서는 CaO 농도 3%, CO_2 가스 유입량 300㎖/min, 교반속도 1,000 rpm에서 탄산화반응시 반응온도를 10~30℃로 유지하여야 함을 알 수 있었으며, 현탁액의 분산안정제로 PMAA와 PAA를 첨가제로 사용시 pH 6, 9, 12에서 0.2 wt% 첨가할 때 우수한 분산안정성을 나타내었다. A limestone reserves in korea is comparatively enough and reserved mainly in Kangwon-do and Chungchongbuk-do. However, it is known that limestone of high grade, more than 54% CaO, is about under 5% of total reserves. Besides, most of them are used for manufacture of cement as a primary material of low value. In this study, calcite type calcium carbonate powder or slurry was synthesized by carbonation process using limestone and dispersion properties of the prepared calcium carbonate suspension was investigated. In the carbonation reaction, the temperature of lime milk must be kept 10∼30℃, CaO consentration of 3%, stirring rate of 1,000 rpm and CO_2 gas flow rate 300㎖/min to manufacture stable dispersion calcite. Also, in the result of measuring the precipitation height of calcite suspension at pH 6, 9 and 12 as a function of the PMAA and PAA content, stable dispersion properties was observed at 0.2 wt% of PMAA and PAA. This may be due to the formation of the distinct adsorption layer between calcite particles by dispersant.
Lyapunov 제2방법에 의한 로보트 머니플레이터의 적응제어

본 논문에서는 머니플레이터의 nominal제이에 근거를 둔 기준 모델 추종 적응제어기법(Adaptive model following control)을 제안한다. 기준 모델은 머니플레이터의 Nominal 값들을 사용하여 머니플레이터의 모델과 유사한 비선형커플링 시스템으로 표현하며 로봇 머니플레이터가 미리 계획된 궤적을 최대한 근접하게 추종하도록 비선형 보상과 Lyapunov 제 2방법에 의해 대국적으로 점근안정하도록 구현된다. 제안된 제어칙(Control law)은 컴퓨터모사를 통해 그 성능의 효용성을 입증된다. This paper proposed AMFC based on nominal control scheme of a robot manipulator. Reference model is represented by a nonlinear coupled robot manipulator using its nominal values. Control lane is developed for the manipulator to track a preplanned trajectory as closely as possible and is designed to assure globally asymptotic suability via the second method of Lyapunov. The performance validity of the proposed control law is verified by computer simulation.

1 Buddlejasaponin IV isolated from Pleurospermum kamtschatidum is an anti-inflammatory compound that inhibits NO, PGE_(2) and TNF-α. production. Here, we studied the mode of action of this compound. 2 Buddlejasaponin IV (2.5-10μm) reduced lipopolysaccaride (LPS (1 μg ml^(-1)))-induced levels of iNOS and COX-2 at the protein levels, and iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α, interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6 mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner, as determined by Western blotting and RT-PCR, respectively. 3 Buddlejasaponin IV inhibited the LPS-induced activation of nuclear factor-KB (NF-κB), a transcription factor necessary for proinflammatory mediators, iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 expression. This effect was accompanied by a parallel reduction in IkB-α degradation and phosphorylation, and by the nuclear translocation of the NF-κB p65 subunit. 4 The effects of buddlejasaponin IV on acute phase inflammation were studied on serotonin- and carrageenan-induced paw edema. The antiedematous effect of buddlejasaponin IV was compared with 10 mgkg^(-1) of indomethacin p.o. Maximum inhibitions of 26 and 41% were noted at a dose of 20 mgkg^(-1) for serotonin- and carrageenan-induced paw edema, respectively. 5 The analgesic effect of buddlejasaponin IV was evaluated using acetic acid-induced writhing and hot-plate tests. Buddlejasaponin IV (10 and 20 mgkg^(-1), p.o.) was found to have a marked analgesic effect in both models. 6 These results suggest that the inhibitions of the expressions of iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 by blocking NF-κB activation, are responsible for the anti-inflammatory effects of buddlejasaponin IV isolated from P. kamtschatidum.
