        In order to study the effect on removal of dyeing materials in water by electrofloatation, aluminum, copper, cupro-nickel, iron, stainless steel, german-silver and brass plate were used as the samples using batch type method, and it was found that the removal effect of aluminum, copper and cupro-nickel were goods as the electrodes. The dyeing materials removal effect of cupro-nickel plate was found to be superior among three electrodes. When aluminum, copper, cupro-nickel plate were used by the continuous type processing providing the flow rate of 400 ml/min, voltage of 20 and current concentration of 2.9 Ah/l, cupro-nickel plate indicated the removal ratio of Dyeing Meterials 100%. The test of heavy metal ion election in the treatment water for those electrodes was within the limit of permissible discharge standards.

        For decades social psychologists have been studying the effects of group membership on individual performance and the difference between individual and group performance. Two phenomena within this area that have recently received considerable attention are social facilitation and social loafing. Social facilitation studies have been concerned with the effects of an audience or of a coactor on individual task performance. Recent work on social loafing has dealt with the impact on individual's motivation of their performing collectively, as a group, rather than as individually identifiable performers. Each of these areas of study and their relevant theories are reviewed and then a new theoretical model of group task performance(cognitive-motivational model) is proposed which can encompass each of these lines of research. Connections between the cognitive-motivational model and past and current research are discussed. Much more precise and systematic research is required to evaluate its various components and to increase its predictive power.

      • 감독의 빈도와 목적이 피감독장의 재적동기에 미치는 효과

        This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of frequency levels and perceived aims of supervision on supervisee's intrinsic motivation. Subjects were 78 male high school students. Thirteen subjects were randomly assigned to each of the six cells in a 3×2 complete between-groups factorial design in which frequency levels(high-medium-low) and perceived aims(supervisee-centered vs. supervisor-centered) of supervision were manipulated orthogonally. They were asked to engage in an interesting task in individual sessions. Subjects in the supervisee-centered supervision conditions were told that the experimenter would be monitoring their performance during the session to improve their vocabulary; and subjects in the supervisor-centered conditions were told that the experimenter would be monitoring to collect his research data. Orthogonal to the manipulation of supervision aims, subjects in the low-supervision conditions were observed by the experimenter while they were working on the task during one of the eight sessions; subjects in the medium-supervision conditions were observed during four of the eight sessions; and subjects in the high-supervision conditions were observed during seven of the eight sessions. Following the twelve-minute task period, another observer unobtrusively watched through a one-way mirror, and recorded the amount of time that each of the subjects spent playing with the experimental task during a six-minute free choice period. At the end of the free choice period, subjects were asked to respond a questionnaire. Major findings of this experiment are as follows: (1) supervisee's intrinsic motivation decreased in linear fashion as supervision was increased from low to medium to high; and (2) subjects in the supervisee-centered supervision conditions showed higher intrinsic motivation than those in the supervisor-centered conditions.

      • On the Nature of Moral Development and Moral Behavior

        本 硏究는 道德的 發達에 대한 精神分析學的 理論, 學習理論 및 認知發達 理論에서 시사하고 있는 道德的 行動의 性質과 道德的 發達의 過程을 比較考察한 것이다. 道德的 行動과 그 發達을 理解하는 데 있어서는 책임의 互惠性(reciprocal obligation) 認識이 中心 槪念이다. 道德的 推論과 理解가 곧 道德的 行動과 遂行을 理解하는 先行條件임은 不認하기 어려우나, 이와 더불어 道德的 行動을 規定하는 그밖의 要因으로서 權威-受容, 報償과 處罰, 社會的 規準의 內面化, 互惠性 規準 및 認知的-言語的 要因의 理解가 必要하며, 이 가운데서도 특히 意思疏通의 基本이 되는 認知的-言語的 發達은 兒童의 道德的 發達과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것 같다. 道德的 發達이 心理學者와 敎育學者들의 중요한 관심사가 되고 있으나 道德的인 問題場面에서 나타나는 兒童의 外顯的 行動의 理解만으로서는 不充分하고, 個人이 그 問題場面을 어떻게 知覺하느냐의 理解가 重要한 意味를 갖는다. 물론 不變的이고 普遍的인 道德發達段階理論과 一致되는 硏究結果도 있으나, 兒童의 行動의 여러 측면이 同時的으로 同一한 速度로 發達하는 것은 아닌 것 같다. 따라서 發達은 單線的인 동시에 複線的 發達過程을 거치며 狀況과 脈絡에 따라 相異한 決定과 行動이 要求되기 때문에 個人의 道德的 判斷과 行動은 劃一的이 아닌 다양한 樣態를 펴게 된다. 따라서 道德的 行動과 그 發達에 관한 綜合的인 硏究는 이러한 狀況的, 脈絡的 要因을 고려해야 할 것이다.

      • 근로여성의 조직행동에 관한 기대이론적 연구 : A correlational field study

        According to the expectancy-valence theory, a person's motivation to perform in a particular way is influenced by his expectancies about trying to perform in that way, his expectancies about the outcomes associated with performing at that level, and the value or attractiveness of the outcomes involved. In order to test this model and to investigate the expected outcomes of the manufacturing job, Likert-type questionnaires were prepared. These questionnaires were administrated to 107 female workers employed in electronic Co., and obtained data on the three components of the model i.e. valence(V), instrumentality(I), and expectancy(E). The main findings are summarized as follows: 1. The complete VIE model was significantly related with job satisfaction(p<.01). But it was not significantly related with job effort. 2. Every component of the VIE model was significantly related with job satisfaction and job effort (p<.05). 3. The outcomes, that female workers desired to attain, were more related with internal motivators than external motivators. These findings were discussed within a framework of the expectancy-valence theory and Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory. The present findings suggest that the expectancy-valence model is pertinent to the prediction of organizational behavior and the diagnosis of organizational climate. However, more research would be necessary to examine boundary variables of the model.
