        ser-M 기반 프리미엄 가전 시장의 경영 전략 메커니즘에 관한 연구: LG전자 사례를 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 세계 가전 시장 점유율 1위를 달성한 LG전자 생활 가전사업을 ser-M Framework으로 분석을 하고, 기업의 Global 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 최적의 메커니즘 사례를 연구하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. [연구방법] 연구대상은 Global 가전 기업 중 세계 생활가전 시장 점유율 1위를 달성한 LG전자 생활가전이다. 지금까지의 가전 산업에서 가전 기업의 연구에 대해서 대부분 미시적 관점에서 연구가 되어 왔으나 거시적이고 포괄적인 관점의 연구는 미흡하였다고 여겨진다. 이에 ser-M Framework를 이용한 대표적 가전 기업의 메커니즘을 분석하여 LG 시그니처라는 고가격과 프리미엄 브랜드 전략으로 성공한 메커니즘을 연구해 보고자 한다. [연구결과] 사례 분석 결과, 국내의 기업들은 일반적으로 초기 창업주의 강한 리더십으로 사업을 성장시키는 S-E-R 메커니즘이 대부분 작동하고 있었으나, LG전자 생활가전의 경우 신기술 변화에 따른 제품 고급화 및 프리미엄 브랜드 전략을 통해 성과를 창출하였으며 주체가 환경 분석을 통하여 경영 전략에 탁월한 의사결정으로 인한 메커니즘이 작동하였다. 따라서 첨단기술로 접목된 프리미엄 가전 시장이 성장하는 환경(E)에 적극적으로 대응하고, 기존의 연구개발 조직을 통폐합하여 자원을 재배치함으로써 프리미엄 제품을 개발시키는데 있어 우수 인력을 활용하는 메커니즘이 가장 적절하였다고 할 수 있다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 ser-M 기반의 가전 기업 메커니즘을 연구에 있어 처음으로 가전 기업의 주체(S), 환경(E), 자원(R), 메커니즘(M)을 통합적으로 고찰한 것이 매우 의미가 깊으며, 대표적 가전사업의 사례 연구라는 것에 의의가 있다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to analyze LG Electronics’ household appliances business, which has achieved the highest share of the global home appliance market, as a service-M framework, and to derive implications by studying best mechanism cases to secure the company’s global competitiveness. [Methodology] LG Electronics’ household appliances, which have achieved the largest share of the global home appliance market among global home appliance companies, are subject to research. While most of the research in the consumer electronics industry has been done from a microscopic point of view, it is considered insufficient to do so from a macro-and comprehensive point of view. Therefore, we would like to analyze the mechanisms of representative home appliance companies using the server-M framework and study the mechanisms that succeeded with the high price of LG Signature and premium brand strategy. [Findings] As a result of the case analysis, most of the S-E-R mechanisms that grow businesses with strong leadership of early start-ups worked, but LG Electronics’ household appliances generated results through product advancement and premium brand strategies due to new technology changes, and the main body worked through environmental analysis. Therefore, the most appropriate mechanism was to actively respond to the growing environment (E) of the premium home appliance market, and to utilize the best manpower in developing premium products by consolidating existing R&D organizations and relocating resources. [Implications] This study is very meaningful in that the first integrated consideration of the subject (S), environment (E), resource (R), and mechanism (M) of a consumer electronics company is a case study of a representative consumer electronics business.

      • 중부지역 옥수수 파종기에 따른 생육단계 및 수량성 변화

        Maize hybrids were planted on April 1, April 25, May 20 and June 15 in 2012, 2013 at the experimental paddy and upland fields in Suwon city , respectively to know changes of growth stage and yield according to different planting time. Maize planting on April 1 was not recommended because total growing days at planting on April 1 was not different with that at planting on April 25 due to many days from planting to emergence over 20 days at planting on April 1. Total growing days were not much different among three planting time after April 25 because days from silking to maturity was lengthened though days from planting to silking was shortened at later planting time. Stalk weight was decreased as planting time was delayed, particularly at planting times after May 20 at paddy field by excess water injury during early growth stage. But, grain yield was not low as in May and June. It is needed to introduce early maturity maize variety as Yanganok at late planting for higher grain yield and enough time for soil preparation for next winter crops

        Open neural-tube defects are myelomeningocele that are covered by skin. Leakage of α-fetoprotein(AFP) from the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) into the amniotic fluid results in an increased transport of AFP into the maternal circulation. Screening by maternal serum AFP analysis has results in an increased ability to detect these lesions prenatally. So, the prenatal diagnosis of spina bifida include the fetal sonography and maternal serum α-fetoprotein(MSAFP). Recently, the prenatal sonographic diagnosis of myelomeningocele has been enhanced by recognition of specific grain abnormalities. It is characterized by visualization of the spinal defect and associated cranial abnormalities: ventriculomegaly, small biparietal diameter, microcephaly, obliteration of the cisternal magna and "fruit" sign, which include the lemons sing, and the banana sign. We report one case of spina bifida diagnosed with meningomyelocele at 22weeks of pregnancy by sonograph with a brief review of literatures.

        The engine output and particulate emission are influenced by inlet air humidity. This study is concerned with the engine output and particulate emission on the inlet air humidity. The engine performance was analized to P-θ diagram, the rate of pressure rised, the rate of heat release, and the rate of mass burned by means of combustion analysis system. The particulate emission measurement is made by mini-dilution tunnel system. Consequently, this study showes the qualitative relationship between the engine output or particulate emission and the inlet air humidity.

        The main vibration source of SRM drive is generated by rapid variation of radial force when phase winding current is extinguished for commutation action. So the rapidly variation of radial force is repressed firstly to reduce vibrating force of SRM drive. This paper suggests the vibration reduction method, where SRM with unidirectional auxiliary winding is excited by a three stage commutation method at commutation period. This reduction effect of vibration is verified with the result obtained in the test of prototype machine.

      • 난소에서 발생한 내배엽동 종양 1예

        The endodermal sinus tumor(EST) of ovary is originated from the undifferentiated primitive germ cell of the embryonal stage. This tumor is the third most frequent malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary and highly malignant. About one-third of patients are premenarcheal at the time of diagnosis. Acute abdominal or pelvic pain is the most initial symptom. The treatment of the EST consists of surgical exploration, unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and a frozen section for diagnosis. All patients with ESTs are treated with either adjuvant or therapeutic chemotherapy. We experienced one case of the endodermal sinus tumor of the ovary in 21 years old women, who had complaint with abdominal distension and pain. So we report the case with brief review of literatures.

        문학교육에 사용되는 용어 문제

        This study covers the start point of the modern times in Korean Literature, the concepts of modern literature and new phase literature, the time and the concepts of modern poetry, new poetry, the first free-style poem, defining problem of ancient novels according to the ready-achieved study. 1) The concepts of modern times can include progress, improvement of the reality, respect of individuals, pragmatism, and rationalism and it can represent status equality, democracy, industry-oriented society. Therefore, the start point of the modern times must go back to 1860's. 2) The modern literature has to cover rationalism and pragmatism in the texts, and represent revolutional spirit of individualism and liberal nation. And it should not cover combinational order, noble and elegant elements. Instead, it should be expressed the way the reality is. 3) On the start point and concepts, modern poetry pays attention to form of the poems in the period of Young ㆍ Jung King. And basically it has been focused that the kind of poem is different from the ready-poetry in free rhyme and modem self-consciousness. 4) The first free poem must be "태백산부" and "태백산의 사시" in 〈소년) by Choi Namsun in 1910. 5) "Classic novel(고전소설)" has a problem because it can be confusing with the "Classic" in Classicism. "Ancient novel(고대소설)" is not proper because it can mean the earlier times. "Old novel(구소설)" is not irrelevant because it is just opposite of "New Novel". Therefore, "고소설" is proper for the novels before reformative period.(Daegu University)

      • 古代그이스人들의 身體觀에 관한 硏究

        This study was intended to probe into the Greeks' somatic idea which is widely regarded as the very source and basis of modern physical eaucation. The researches compared the idea of human body in the Greek era with that held by the people before the Greek age. The following paragraph is thought to best summarize the Greeks' idea of humn body. 1. The approaches of modern physical education are focused on viewing human body as a psychosomatic unit, overcoming the traditional idea since the Middle Ages which says body is lower than mind. 2. The primitivies prior to the old Greek age had a viewpoint that inner part of body is dwelled by spirits, because they were under the great influence of animism. 3. To understand the Greeks' somatic view, it is necessary to divide the Greece Age into two eras; 1) Ancient time 2) The classical time in the first part or ancient time of the Greek age from the early 6th century to the early 5th B.C. The Geek people had no concrete idea of human body and rather interpreted body and mind as a whole, undivided being. Turning into the classical Greek Age, monism about human body and mind began to be transformed into dualism. This change in somatic view is believed to have been influenced a lot by the imported Orphic cut. But the Greeks' view of human body in the classical time was its superiority to mind, resulting from the idea that body and mind form a unit. While a well-proportioned person was merited, mind or soul was degraded as a mere shadow of a week person.

      • 약수의 수질특성 및 생성에 관한 지구화학적 연구

        Each mineral water in the study area shows distinct environmental geochemical characteristics. The CO₂-rich mineral waters are characterized by lower pH(5.31~5.84), lower Eh(0.8~74.8mV) and higher E.C value(489~1,265μS/㎝), whereas the general mineral waters have higher pH(6.87~7.37), higher Eh(222.9~282.6mV) and lower E.C value(76.8~170.6μS/㎝). The CO₂-rich mineral waters were probably evolved by the local supply of deep CO₂(deep-seated source) during the deep circulation, resulting in enhanced dissolution of surrounding rocks to yield high concentration of Ca^(2+), Na^(+), Mg^(2+), K^(+) and HCO₃^(-) under low pH conditions. On the other hand, the general mineral waters were evolved through lesser degree of simple water-rock interaction under the limited supply of CO₂. Two different types of mineral water were both derived from meteoric waters with lighter 0-H isotopic composition and evolved through prolonged water-rock interaction.
