        An electrical accident such as mishap electricity institution occurs frequently because of the increase of demand for electricity, complexity of electricity institution. The techniques that discovered a mishap to electricity institution are electric signal method and supersonic waves method, thermal sensing method by infrared rays. The IRR-camera which is effective monitoring method of electricity institution is diffused in industrial field. Specially, infrared rays monitoring can perceive heat which was visually poor observed objection. Also, infrared rays monitoring can monitor an area of difficulty of access of work human power. In this study, infrared rays monitoring of a transformer substation is periodically performed. The connection between possibility of application and operation, blazing fire occurrence and progress process of body and bushing of large capacity transformer are performed by IRR-camera.

      • 표면열화진단을 위한 적외선카메라의 응용

        The conventional tracking testing as IEC-60587 is widely used in surface aging measurement of outdoor insulator because those testing can carry out very short time in Lab-testing. Also IEC-60587 testing is able to offer the standard judgement of relative degradation level of outdoor HV machine/system. Therefore it is very useful method compare to previous conventional tracking testing method and effective Lab-testing method. But surface discharges(SD) have very complex characteristics of discharge pattern so it is required estimation research to development of precise analysis method. In recent, the study of IRR-camera is carrying out discover of temperature of power equipment through condition diagnosis and system development of degradation diagnosis. In this study, SD occurred from procelain insulator, used 22.9[KV] distribution, is measured with partial temperature distribution in real time, the degradation grade of SD is analyzed through produced patterns in SD concentration according to applied time.

        Wenn das Recht des Bu¨gers durch Unta¨tigkeit der Verwaltungsbeho¨rde verletzt wird, muβ eine Lo¨sung gefunden werden, die diese ebenso wie eine illegale Ta¨tigkeit als eine Verletzung gesetzlichen Pflicht anerkannt. Wegen dieses Verlangens bereitet das englischamerikanische Verwaltungsgesetz eine Lo¨sung gegen die Pflichsunterlassung der Verwaltungsbeho¨rde nach dem Prinzip "rule of law" vor. Solche Lo¨sungen heiβn mandamus, and injunction; das eine die Anordnung eines Vorgehens gegen die Unta¨tigkeit als eine Pflichtsu¨bertretung, das andere das Verbot der illegalen Ta¨tigkeit. Wegen der folgenden Grunde ist die durch die Unta¨tigkeit der Verwaltungsbeho¨rde begangene Rechtsverletzung in den Staaten, die traditionell dualistische Rechtssysteme haben (besonderes in Deutschland and Japan), nicht anerkannt. Es ist gegen das Prinzip der Gewaltenteilung, daβ die Justizgewalt gegen die Verwaltungsgewalt eine Anordnung trifft oder eine Maβnahme vergreift. Das Volk hat kein Recht, dem Staat irgendeinen Verwaltungsakt abzuverlangen. Bleibt die Verwaltungsbeho¨rde unta¨tig and ordnet die Justizgewalt in einem solchen Fall irgendeinen Verwaltungsakt an, ist es ein Eingriff in das sogenannte erste Urteilsrecht. Es gibt keinen Rechtsstreit, weil die Leigistrative eingreift, wenn die Verwaltungsbeho¨rde unta¨tig bleibt. Um eine Rechtsverletzung der Legistlative zu vermeiden, wie sie durch ein Vorgehen gegen illegale Verwaltungsakt and Unterlassungen durchfu¨brbarer Ta¨tigkeiten dusrh die Verwaltungsbeho¨rde entstehen worde, wird in Deutschland in einem solchem Fall eine Verpflichtungs-klage angesetzt, wiesie im Artikel 42 der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung vom Jahre 1960 festgelegt ist. A¨nlich wird im Japan, obwohl indirekt, das System der Unta¨tigkeitsfeststellungsklage als eine Art Anfechtungsklage nach dem Absatz 5 Artikel 3. Der Verwaltungsstreits-achesklagesordnung angewandt gegen durch illegole Unta¨tigkeit der Verwaltungsbeho¨rde begangene Rechtsu¨bertretung vorzugehem. Das Ziel der Japanischen Systems ist es, durch die gerichtliche Feststellung der illegalitat einer Unta¨igkeit der Verwaltungsbehorde die Mo¨glichkeit einer Leistungsklage zu schaffen.

      • 交通 信號燈 制御에 관한 硏究

        Traffic control is very desirable in high density vehicle areas. This programme controls a set of traffic lights at an intersection. The intersection is labelled 'north south' and 'east west' in figure 1 below. ??(Fig 1) For this description we assume cars travelling NORTH/SOUTH have the green light and EAST/WEST is red. In normal operation a certain number of cars(10) will pass through the intersection because lights 'Green I' are illuminated. The cars pass over proximity or inductive switches position in the bitumen(X002,X003) A counter counts until the desired number has been reached and then the lights turn to 'Amber I' for three(3) seconds before turning to 'Red 1'. Both directions now show red lights for 1 second before 'Green2' is switched on. Cars now travel EAST/WEST and are counted by switches X004 and X005 with NORTH/SOUTH prohibited by 'Red 1' being lit. This sequence will cycle. When the 'PEAK' switch is activated, the number of cars passing through the intersection will increase to 20 before the lights change sequence begins.

        The tree observation tehnique is being highlighted as a reasearch area for deterioration of insulation because of high-voltage power system. Many reseachers make efforts to develop not only diagnosis of aging state but also detection of defects in the initial stage from preventive diagnosis system. For the measurement of tree, image processing is actively studied as a experimental technique of electrical tree, because the conventional directed visual impossible to analyze on the tree degradation area, progressed direction, and tree pattern etc. In this paper, we have developed the tree measuring system using image processing. By using an image processing technique, the tree features which appear immediately after the tree initiation as well as changes in the configuration of the tree can be easily measured and observed than the conventional visual methods.

        텔레스코픽 크라운 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치의 하악골내 응력분포에 관한 유한요소분석

        PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress distribution in mandibular implant-supported overdentures and tooth-supported overdentures with telescopic crowns. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The assumption of this study was that there were 2, 3, 4 natural teeth and implants which are located in the second premolar and canine regions in various distributed conditions. The mandible, teeth (or implants and abutments), and connectors are modeled, and analyzed with the commercial software, ANSYS Version 10.1. Stress distribution was evaluated under 150 N vertical load bilaterally on 3 experimental conditions - between canine areas, canine and 2nd premolars, 10 mm posterior to 2nd premolars. RESULTS. Overall, the case of the implant group showed more stress than the case of the teeth group in stress distribution to bone. In stress distribution to superstructures of tooth and implants, there was no significant difference between TH group and IM group and the highest stress appeared in TH-IV and IM-IV. The stress caused from bar was much higher than those of implant and tooth. TH group showed less stress than IM group in stress distribution to abutment teeth and implant. CONCLUSION. The results shows that it is crucial to make sure that distance between impact loading point and abutment tooth does not get too far apart, and if it does, it is at best to set abutment tooth on premolar tooth region. It will be necessary to conduct more experiments on effects on implants, natural teeth and bone, in order to apply these results to a clinical treatment. 연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 텔레스코픽 크라운 하악 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치에서 지대치의 수와 위치에 따른 응력 분산을 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 임플란트를 4개 식립하고 임플란트 지지 피개의치로 설계하였고, 식립 위치를 견치와 소구치 부위에 위치 별로 3개 또는 2개 존재시를 실험군으로 설정하였다. 자연치아를 갖는 경우도 견치와 제2소구치 4개를 가진 경우를 대조군으로 설정하고 부위별로 3개 또는 2개를 가지는 경우를 실험군으로 설정하였다. ANSYS Version 10.1 (Swanson, Inc., USA)로 분석하였다. 결과: 악골내 응력의 경우, 전반적으로 임플란트(IM)로만 구성된 경우가 치아(TH)로만 구성된 경우에 비해 응력이 크게 발생하였다. 상부구조의 경우, 치아군(TH)과 임플란트군(IM) 사이의 차이는 크게 없었으며 편측 견치와 제2소구치에 지대치 또는 임플란트가 위치하는 경우 가장 큰 응력이 나타났고 바(bar)에서 발생된 응력이 임플란트와 치아에서 발생되는 응력에 비해 상대적으로 훨씬 크게 발생하였다. 지대치와 임플란트의 경우, 치아군(TH)이 임플란트군(IM)보다 응력이 작게 발생하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과로부터 지대치(임플란트 또는 치아)를 설정할 때는 하중작용점과 지대치 사이의 거리가 너무 길어지지 않도록 지대치의 수와 위치를 확보해야 하며 소구치 자리에 지대치를 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 앞으로, 실제 임상에 적용하였을 경우, 임플란트 및 자연치아와 악골에 미치는 결과에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

      • Wetting에 의한 필댐 상류측 shell의 거동특성

        The primary objective of this paper is to see the behavior characteristics of rockfill dam due to wetting. There are many factors which affect the dam failure. One of them is the influence of reservoir filling. Differential movements in dam and foundation develop during reservoir filling, they induced cracking and consequent erosion, and sometimes caused dam failure. One of the major factors contributing to the development of differential movements during reservoir filling is the compression due to wetting which occurs in a wide variety of different types of soils including rockfill. To perform the numerical analysis of dam behavior adequately, the large-scaled triaxial test is needed to consider the effect of wetting on dry and wet rockfill material. But, As the large-scaled triaxial test is high capital cost and not available apparatus for a number of other experiment, it is not applied many case in the country. In this paper, the data of Oroville dam which performed the large-scaled triaxial test is referenced to find out stress-strain curve and hyperbolic parameters on wetting for modeled dam which is not performed the large-scaled triaxial test. So, effect of wetting on modeled dam can be considered for numerical analysis of dam behavior. As a result of numerical analysis, they estimate that horizontal and vertical displacement are increased with the rate of increasing wetting, and shear stress too. Because compression and shear strength is decreased with proceeding wetting. And results of analysis show that load transfer is not affect significantly by the wetting.

        Fractal mathematics using image processing is being highlighted as a research method for classification of electrical tree. for image analysis of tree pattern, the fractal mathematics processing is actively studied as a experimental new technique of electrical tree.. But the application of Fractal dimension(FD) has been required the complicated calculation method because of its complex repetition progressing. In this paper, it has been developed the new approach method to express the Semi-Fractal Dimension(SFD) for high-speed calculation and on-line measurement system using special image processing algorithm. As a result after SFD testing, the recognized area of SFD has a good linear characteristics compared to FD.

      • 무선 프린터 인터페이스 장치의 설계

        Many computers in the office and the laboratory of a school are generally interconnected through the Local Area Network (LAN). Users of computer interfaced with the LAN use the same printer with time sharing. Alternatively, they use the multi-user printer interface to print in the office which can't have LAN system due to the great expenses. Otherwise they have to connect directly moving the printer to computer. In this papaer, we present a new printer interface equipment which can interface a printer and multi computers through wireless using the radio frequency of about 430MHz. The tranceivers of the equipment consist of two part: one part is installed in parallel port of computer and other part is installed in Centronix port of printer. Their maximum data rate is 9600bps and the communication area is about 50 meters in best case. The merits of this equipment are low in cost and small in size.
