      • 인성, 지능, 학구적 풍토 및 방과 후 학습과 학업 성취와의 관계 : 농촌 지역을 중심으로

        본 연구는 농촌 지역 학생들의 효율적인 교수 - 학습계획을 세우는데 학업 성취 관련 변인을 알아보는데 있었다. 이에 따른 연구 문제는 '첫째 지능, 인성은 학업 성취와 어떤 관계가 있는가? 둘째 학구적 풍토는 학업 성취와 어떤 관계가 있는가? 셋째 방과 후 학습의 장은 각각 학업 성취에 얼마나 영향을 주는가?' 였다. 연구 방법은 전남 무안에 있는 한 초등학교 3~4학년 101명을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 연구 기간은 2001년 11월 1일부터 12월 20일까지였다. 도구는 지능검사, 인성검사, 학구적 풍토 및 방과 후 학습 설문지였다. 학업 성취는 12월말 고사로 하였다. 통계 처리는 중회귀분석을 했다. 지능은 학업 성취를 약 34%를 설명하며 매우 유의하였다. 인성의 하위 특성 9개 중에서 공선성이 야기된 5개를 제외한 나머지 특성 중 창의성이 4.3%를 설명하며 통계적으로 유의 하였다. 학구적 풍토는 학생이 지각한 부모 기대가 4.9%를 유의하게 설명하였다. 방과 후 학습 하위 요소 어느 것도 유의한 설명을 하지 못했다. 연구 결과로부터 다음을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 지능이 여전히 학업 성취 설명을 많이 한다. 따라서 지능의 차이를 고려한 학습 계획이 필요하다. 인성, 학구적 풍토, 방과 후 학습의 설명 정도는 10% 내외이다. 인성 하위 특성 중 창의가 학습을 가장 설명한다. 그러므로 학습 계획을 세울 때 창의가 존중되는 교수 - 학습 계획을 세워야 한다. 학구적 풍토의 하위 요소를 고려해 볼 때 부모의 기대가 학업 성취에 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 교사는 학부모와 긴밀한 관계를 갖고 그들을 학습 지도에 끌어 들여야 할 것이다. 방과 후 학습은 학업 성취에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. I tried to evaluate the factors related to learning achievements so as plan effective teaching and learning for the students in rural areas. The questions arising from this study include the following : Firstly, what are the correlations of intelligence and human nature with learning achievements? Secondly, what are the correlations of scholastic environment with learning achievements? Third, how much does each phase of after-school learning influence learning achievements? As the objects of this study I enrolled 101 third and fourth graders in an elementary school at Moo-an-gun County in Jeollanam-do Province, South Korea, They had been examined from November 1 to December 20, 2001. As tools of study I used intelligence quotients, the test results of human nature, scholastic environment, and questionnaires of after-school learning. To evaluate learning achievements, I tested the students in late December, 2001. I employed multiple regression analysis to take the statistics. Intelligence explains learning achievements in 34 percent of cases and is statistically very significant. Among the nine low-rank characteristics of human nature, if I exclude five characteristics in which (공선성) developed, originality explains learning achievements in 4.3 percent of cases and is statistically significant. Among the facets of scholastic environment. parents' expectations which students recognize can explain learning achievements in 4.9 percent of cases with statistical significance. No low-rank characteristics of after-school learning can explain learning achievements with statistical significance. In conclusion, intelligence accounts for learning achievements much, as it used to do. So, it is necessary to make learning plans paying attention to the differences in intelligence among students. Human nature, scholastic environment and after-school learning can explain learning achievements in about 10 percent of cases. Among the low-rank characteristics of human nature, originality accounts for learning achievements most. Therefore, teachers should make plans involving teaching and learning with respect to originality (when they make learning plans). If I take the low-rank factors of scholastic environment into consideration, parents' expectations may influence learning achievements most. Therefore, teachers should keep a close relationship with parents and make them take part in guiding students' learning. After-school learning does not influence learning achievements much.

      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

      • Pseudorabies Virus의 Major Capsid Protein 유전자의 클론닝과 Baculovirus Vector System에 의한 발현

        Pseudorabies is caused by Pseudorabies virus (PRV: Aujeszky's disease virus) of Herpesviridae that is characterized by 100 to 150nm in size with a linear double-stranded DNA molecule with of approximately 90 × 10 exp (6)Da. This disease affects most of domestic animals such as swine, cattle, dog, sheep, cat, chicken, etc. causing high mortality and economic losses. In swine, young piglets show high mortality and pregnant sows, reproductive failures. However the adult swine reveals no clinical signs in general. But they become a carrier state and play an importnat role for propagation of the disease. In this study, the nucleotide sequence of major casid protein gene of PRV, Yangsan strain isolated from the diseased swine in Korea was analyzed, and the recombinant MCP was produced by expression of the MCP gene in Sf-9 cell using baculovirus transfer vector system. As result, in BamHI digestion, MCP gene locus of PRV YS strain showed different from that of Indiana S strain. The patterns of enzyme mapping were also found to be unidentical each other. The sequence of the MCP gene partially analyzed showed 98.09% identity to Indiana S strain. The expression of MCP in Sf-9 cell cotransfected by pVLMCP-44 baculovirus expression vector was characterized by Southern blot hybridization, immunofluoresent and immunocytochemical tests, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. The rMCP with M.W. 142kDa was most effectively expressed in Sf-9 cells at the 3-4th days post inoculation of the recombinant baculovirus by 2 moi.

        Vision System을 이용한 PCB 검사 매칭 알고리즘

        According as the patterns of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) became denser and complicated, quality and accuracy of PCB influence the performance of final product. It's attempted to obtain trust of 100% about all of parts. Because human inspection in mass-production manufacturing facilities are both time-consuming and very expensive, the automation of visual inspection has been attempted for many years. Thus, automatic visual inspection of PCB is required. In this paper, we used an algorithm which compares the reference PCB patterns and the input PCB patterns are separated an object and a scene by filtering and edge detection. And than compare two image using pattern matching algorithm. We suggest an defect inspection algorithm in PCB pattern, to be satisfied low cost, high speed, high performance and flexibility on the basis of 640×480 binary pattern.

      • University of Virginia Mesoscale Model을 이용한 대기오염확산 분석을 위한 3차원 수치모델의 개발

        The availability of only sparse metorological measurements can cause a serious error to simulate an atmospheric dispersion in coastal areas and over irregular terrain, where the temporal and spatial inhomogenity of the wind and turbulence fields can be substantial. The aim of this research is to develope the atmospheric dispersion model that reflects well a meteorological phenomena induced by the combination of sea-land breeze and mountain-valley wind. Meteorological fields predicted using university of virginia mesoscale model are directly used to estimate a pollutant concentration in the same program. The analysis of the developed model is carried out under the hypothetic meteorological conditions. The good correlation between the predicted meteorological field and the atmospheric dispersion patterns permits us to conclude that the model can be utilized to analyse the air pollution in these regions.

        This experiment is a research for the measurement how the tracheid length and width are transition used with four species from the eight ontogenies growing in the school garden as table 1 and resulted in the measurement of the tracheid length and width as table 2 and table 3. 1) It meets with good results that the tracheid length used with the summer wood grows generally more longer in an annual ring than with the spring wood, in case if the both species would be same. The other way, the tracheid length of Haesong can be grown more longer with the spring wood than the summer wood. 2) As table 4, the order of various species that their tracheid length have been growing in an average is as follows: Pine(Sonamoo), Rigida Sonamoo, Haesong, Strobus Jiatnamoo. The tracheid length used with the summer wood has been growing more longer than with the spring wood. 3) By the table 5, the growings of the tracheid width by the the various species are the following order. Strobus Jiatnamoo, Rigida Sonamoo, Sonamoo, Haesong and the width grows also longer with the spring wood than the summer wood.

      • A Case of Steven-Johnson Syndrome after Live Bee Acupuncture (Bong-Chim)

        Bee stings can cause various skin reactions that usually resolve over several days; however, in some patients the venom acts as an allergen, causing a severe immunological response such as anaphylaxis. Bee stings can also induce chronic inflammation because the barbed stinging apparatus and venom sacs, along with the nerve plexus, can lodge in the skin. Chronic non-specific low back pain is the most common medical problem for which patients seek complementary and alternative medical treatment, including bee venom acupuncture. Bee venom acupuncture involves injecting diluted bee venom into acupoints and is used for arthritis, pain, and rheumatoid diseases. Here we report a 75-year-old man with acute urticaria and skin eruption with eosinophilia and interstitial pneumonia 6 weeks later after receiving 5 times bee venom acupuncture.

        진공청소기 팬 모터의 진동 및 소음원인 분석을 위한 유동해석

        Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.

        하악골에 발생한 낭종에 관한 임상적 연구

        Cystic lesions of the mandible are fairly common and usually a presumptive diagnosis is made readily, more often on the basis of roentgenographic appearance than by any other means. Occasionally, however, it is easy to fall into errors of diagnosis which may affect one's choice of treatment. The diagnosis in these situations are usually resolved by the histopathologic examination of material obtained by surgical exploration. The present discussion to the lesions which can be most easily confused in the roentgenographic interpretation, that is, the traumatic bone cyst, the dentigerous cyst, the radicular cyst. These lesions often grow to considerable size before they cause any subjective or objective symptoms. Less frequently, perhaps, the patient presents himself with the complaint of enlargement of the affected part, a discharge, or pain. On rare occasions the first sign is fracture through the cyst cavity. In any case, an adequate roentgenographic survey by means of extraoral films is essintial. This is the primary means of diagnosis. The three lesions in mandible, reported here, resembled each other roentginographically in that they were osteolytic lesions. THe follicular and radicular cysts usually have a smooth periphery and may be surrounded by a white line. The follicular cyst, slow-growing lesions, is usually associated with an unerupted tooth. The radicular cyst, the most common type of the odontogenic cyst, is always associated with a nonvital tooth, or it may persist as a "residual" radicular cyst after the causative tooth has been extracted. The traumatic bone cyst can often be differentiated from the first two in that the periphery is less definite and is irregular. It is thought that because it does not occur in older people, the lesion is self-limiting and heals spontaneously if left alone.

      • 구리의 전기석출시 젤라틴이 물성에 미치는 영향

        In the electrodeposition of copper foil for preparing printed circuit boards, a little amount of gelatin as a addition agent has been used for the better characteristics of a coat of electroplating. Gelatin modifies the physical properties such as mechanical strength, matte-side roughness, ultimate tensile strength(U.T.S), and elongation of copper foil, furthermore gelatin have influence on the structure of electrodeposits and the cathode polarization. The electrolyte used was of a composition; CuSO₄·5H₂O 300g/ℓ, H₂SO₄ 100g/ℓ, NaCl 10 ppm as a brightner, and was gelatin 0-7 ppm as a addition agent. Current density was 50 A/dm², and the temperature of electrolytic bath was 50 to 52 ℃. Experiments showed that the optimum gelatin concentration was 5 ppm with the consideration of the numbers of electrodeposited nuclei. And the nuclei numbers was sharply increased under 5 ppm, but was almostly constant above 5ppm. Average matte-side roughness by Surfcorder was gradually increased with the increasing gelatine concentration up to 2 ppm, and maximum roughness was observed at 2ppm. The roughness showed gradual decrease within the concentration range of 2 to 4 ppm, and was almost constant above 4ppm . Within the gelatine concentration range of 0 to 7 ppm, as the concentration increased, UTS was increased and elongation was decreased logarithmically. Also, in comparison between UTS and elongation, gelatin was identified as an addition agent acting inversely.
