Iterative Interstream Interference Cancellation for MIMO HSPA+ System

In this paper, we propose an iterative interstream interference cancellation technique for system with frequency selective multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel. Our method is inspired by the fact that the cancellation of the interstream interference can be regarded as a reduction in the magnitude of the interfering channel. We show that, as iteration goes on, the channel experienced by the equalizer gets close to the single input multiple output (SIMO) channel and, therefore, the proposed SIMO-like equalizer achieves improved equalization performance in terms of normalized mean square error. From simulations on downlink communications of $2{\times}2$ MIMO systems in high speed packet access universal mobile telecommunications system standard, we show that the proposed method provides substantial performance gain over the conventional receiver algorithms.

This article examined several issues based on Tachibana Koichiro`s diary written during his tenure of the president of police affairs: Tachibana`s personal connections in Joseon; his tasks as a president of police affairs; the relation between ruling policy of Japanese Government General of Joseon and Korean society including Japanese residents in Joseon; and its ruling view about Joseon. First of all, Tachibana did not contact with the Korean much except a few aristocrats and high-ranking government officials. Even when he met aristocrats who were the targets of subumption and conciliation, he showed high-handed attitude to them about the cemetery issues, and suppressed the Koreans` organizations and political activities. On the other hand, Tachibana have met diverse civil Japanese including journalists, men of religion, doctors, and businessmen, and their purposes of contacting and petitioning Tachibana were to aim their own interests. Tachibana was contentious and on this account, he had conflicts with Usami, the Secretary of Interior at the cabinet council as well as with Derauchi, a governor general often. As the World War Ⅰbroke out, Japanese Government General of Joseon reinforced the thought control through tightening the control over the media, and searching doktam (German spy) madly. Tachibana desired to settle the problem of Machuria and Mongolia by advancing to the continent taking Japanese government`s demand of 21 articles to Yuan Shikai regime as an opportunity. Meanwhile, the colony, Joseon society shown on Tachibana`s diary started giving an indication of change fighting again, negotiating, and resisting unilateral colonial ruling policy even under the oppression. The Japanese residents in Joseon encouraged the community development and the military draft for their own safety, and revolted against the Government General`s policy. Korean peasants in Gungsam-myeon demanded for return of the land ownership through lobbying, suing the court, and refusing farm rent payment. Koreans who held their breath under the military colonial rule started raising their voices. Tachibana was extremely negative about granting suffrage to the Korean but very aggressive about revising census registration law and imposing obligation for military service.

『병자일기』에 나타난 17세기 충주 이안지역의 農法

『Byungja diary』 is evacuation diary. However, contains a wealth of information about 17th century farming methods. Mrs nampyung cho arrived at Chungju Ian area In February 1638. Since 4 months with a temporary residence spent 『Byungja diary』. Non of the 4 places that were owned by the presence differed significantly. Some rice paddy of atmosphere was good water, Some are not. Mrs nampyung cho wrote the farming experience. Thus slave Jushu was leading the agricultural. 1 years farming was started from sowing spring barley. In this regard, the biggest feature is that it has not been introduced into the planting. There is influenced by complex phenomena such as weather. This is consistent with the claim of Dr. Yong-s?p Kim. Thus 『Byungja diary』 shows vividly the 17th century farming environment.

입ㆍ출력 특성곡선에 기초한 Look-Up Table 방식의 자동노출제어

자동노출제어는 카메라에서 연속적을 입력되는 영상의 밝기를 유지하기 위하여 적절한 센서이득 혹은 노출 결정하는 것을 이야기 한다. 최근 노출제어는 영상의 정보 보다는 하드웨어적 장치를 적용하나, 모바일 폰 카메라에서 영상의 평균 밝기와 센서이득 혹은 노출 만을 이용한다. 또한 모바일 장치의 하드웨적 성능고려하여야 하며, 부적절한 제어로 발생하는 flicker 현상을 제거하여야 한다. 따라서 제안된 자동노출제어는 flicker 현상의 제거 및 실시간 수행을 위하여 입ㆍ출력 특성곡선에 기초한 Look Up Table(LUT)을 사용한다. 제안된 방법에서는 선행 작업으로 카메라의 센서이득에 따른 입력과 출력 특성을 LUT로 만들어 저장한다. 노출제어에 있어서 먼저 저장된 LUT의 정보와 현재의 센서이득을 통하여 현재 입력 영상에 상응하는 패치를 추정한다. 그리고 추정된 패치와 LUT의 정보를 또다시 이용하여 추정된 패치가 목표 밝기를 가질 수 있도록 하는 최종적인 센서이득을 추정할 수 있게 된다. 제안된 방법은 LUT를 사용함으로써 다음 프레임의 센서이득을 실시간으로 추정 할 수 있고, 또한 반복적 수행 없이 정확한 센서이득을 추정함으로써 flicker를 제거 할 수 있다. 실험 결과영상에서 제안된 방법이 실시간으로 자동노출제어를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Auto-exposure control automatically calculates and adjusts the exposure for consecutive input image. Recently, this is usually controlled by the sensor gain, however, unsuitable control causes oscillation of luminance for sonsecutive input images, called as flickering. Also, in mobile phone cameras, only simple information, such as the average luminance value, can be utilized due to coarse performance. Therefore, this paper presents a new real-time AE control method using a Look Up Table(LUT) based on Scene-Luminance curves to avoid the generation of flickering. Prior to the AE control, a LUT is constructed, which illustrates the characteristic of outputs for input patches corresponding to sensor gains. The AE control is first performed by estimating a current scene as a patch using the proposed LUT. A new sensor gain is then estimated using also LUT with previously estimated patch. The entire estimation process is performed using linear interpolation to achieve real-time execution. Based on experimental results, the proposed AE control is demonstrated with real-time, flicker-free.

대한제국기 진천군의 주막 입지와 경영

주점은 문헌상 고려시대에도 등장하나, 당시는 사설(私設)이 아닌 공설(公設)주점이었다. 대한제국기 진천 광무양안에는 사설주점이 11개 기재돼 있다. 그러나 이들 주점들은 장시권역이 아닌 주요 교통로 상에 대부분 위치했다. 이는 진천 광무양안이 양전(量田)된 1900년도까지만 해도 주막이 장시경제에 포섭?편입돼 있지 않고, 대신 여행자들에 대한 교통편의 제공이 우선이었음을 보여주는 것이다. 나아가 이들 주막은 사설임에도 불구하고 교통 시설물 관리, 관(官)의 공문서 전달 등의 역할을 부분적으로 수행했다. 한말~대한제국기 주막은 국가부세 대상에서 일단 제외됐으나 ‘군흥(軍興)을 위해서’라는 목적하에 부정기적인 주세(酒稅)가 부과됐다. 이 때문인지 ‘별장’으로 불리는 군병이 종종 파견됐다. 주막이 사설임에도 불구하고〈1872년 군현지도〉,『광무양안』,『조선지지자료』등에 계속 기재된 것은 이것과 관련이 있다. 대한제국기 진천지역 11개 개별 주막의 평균 토지등급은 ‘3.36’으로 그리 낮지 않은 전품(田品)을 나타냈다. 이는 ‘주막의 텃밭은 이모작이 가능하다’는 점이 반영된 결과였다. 11개 주막의 평균 주막칸수 ‘6.09칸’으로 보통주택 ‘초가 3칸’보다는 건축규모가 다소 컸다. 이밖에 소유와 임차를 모두 고려한 개별 주막의 토지 규모는 무토농 3명, 소작 빈농 1명, 자소작 빈농 1명, 자작 빈농 1명, 자소작 소농 2명, 경영형 부농 1명, 경영형 소농 1명, 경영형 대농 1명 등의 분포도를 보였다. 주막의 경영 양태는 생계형 1명, 겸영형 6명, 준기업형 3명, 완전기업형 1명 등으로 영농과 주막 경영을 겸한 경우가 가장 많았다. 11개 주막을 ‘토지소유와 경영 분해’ 틀로 분석한 결과, 소빈농으로의 토지 하향화와 대농으로의 토지 상향화 현상이 마치 가운데가 잘록한 장구 모양과 같이 뚜렷하게 진행됐다. 그런 와중에도 16칸 규모의 완전히 기업화 된 주막, 극빈농이면서 평균규모 이상의 규모화 된 주막을 경영하는 사례도 존재하는 등 새로운 삶의 방식을 추구하기 시작했다. The average land ratings of Jincheon 11 individual pub was ‘3.36’. This shows that it does so lower. Kan average of 11 pubs is ‘6.09Kan’. This is somewhat larger than the average home. The Integrated land of 11 pubs can understand. As a result, integrated land of down and up phenomenon was clearly. That even in the midst, There was a feasibility pubs.

열처리로 제조된 In₂Se₃ 박막의 구조 및 광학적 특성 연구

열처리 공정으로 제조한 In₂Se₃ 박막의 구조 및 광학적 물성을 조사하여 보고한다. 기판위에 스퍼터링 방법으로 인듐(In: indium)을 증착하고 셀레늄 분위기에서 열처리 온도를 변화시키며 In-Se 박막을 제조하였다. 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 In₂Se₃ 박막의 형성과 상의 변화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 낮은 열처리 온도(≤150℃)에서는 In의 뭉침 현상을 관찰할 수 있었고 열처리 온도가 250℃ 부터 In₂Se₃ 박막이 형성되며 350℃ 에서 γ-In₂Se₃ 상이 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. 열처리 온도가 400℃로 증가면 wurtzite 구조의 고품질 γ-In₂Se₃ 박막을 얻을 수 있었다. 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 In₂Se₃ 박막의 밴드갭이 증가함을 알 수 있었고, 열처리 온도 400℃에서 제조된 γ-In₂Se₃ 결정질 박막의 밴드갭이 1.796eV임을 알았다. We report investigation of structural and optical characteristics of In₂Se₃ thin films fabricated by thermal annealing process. Indium (In) is deposited on substrates by sputtering methods and In₂Se₃ thin films are fabricated by thermal annealing it with selenium vapor. The annealing temperature was changed from 150℃ to 400℃. We observe formation and phase changes of In₂Se₃ thin films with increase of annealing temperature. Conglomeration of In is observed at low annealing temperature (≤150℃). In₂Se₃ phases are started to form at 200℃ and γ-In₂Se₃ phase form at 350oC. High-quality γ-In₂Se₃ thin film with wurtzite structure is obtained at 400oC of annealing temperature. Furthermore, we confirm that band gaps of In₂Se₃ thin films are increased according to increase of annealing temperature. Optical band gap of high-quality γ-In₂Se₃ is found to be 1.796eV.
