1. 1989년부터 1992년까지 동계에 한강의 서울수계에서 관찰한 조류는 총 39종, 최대 개체수는 27,615개체이며, 우점종은 흰죽지이다. 2. 1993년 2월부터 4월까지 한강하류에서 관찰한 조류는 총 38종, 최대개체수는 110,989개체이다. 최우점종은 흰죽지이며, 청둥오리, 고방오리 및 큰기러기의 순이었다. 3. 1992년 3월부터 5월까지 밤섬에서 관찰한 조류는 38종, 최대 개체수는 2,327개체이다. 최우점종은 청둥오리이며, 흰뺨검둥오리, 쇠오리 및 비오리의 순이었다. 4. 밤섬의 번식조류는 흰뺨검둥오리, 청둥오리 및 깝작도요이며, 꼬마물떼새와 쇠제비갈매기는 번식장소의 감소로 크게 줄어들었다. 5. 조류의 번식기간인 4~7월과 월동기간인 12~2월에는 밤섬의 출입을 엄격히 통제해야 하며, 인공 자갈못의 조성, 인공 새집의 가설, 먹이 공급 등을 통한 장기적인 보호 방안이 필요하다. 6. 행주대교에서 최근에 세워진 오두산통일전망대까지 약 25㎞에 이르는 한강하류지역은 재두루미, 개리, 큰기러기, 쇠기러기 및 말똥가리류, 수리류, 개구리매류 등 맹금류를 포함하는 10만마리 이상의 대집단이 도래하는 지역이다. 따라서 현재 천연기념물지역으로 지정된 한강하구지역은 수금류의 보호를 위해 위에 언급한 지역을 포함하여 확대지정하여야만 한다. 1. A total of 39 species with a maximum individual number of 27,615 of waterbirds was observed on the Han River in Seoul during the winter periods of 1982-1992, among which the most dominant species was Aythya ferina. 2. A maximum count of 110,989 individuals of 38 species were recorded from February to April 1993 on Han River estuary. The most dominant species was Aythya ferina followed by Anas platyrhynchos, A. acuta and Anser fabalis. 3. A maximum count of 2,327 individuals of 38 species were made during the bird census on Pam Islet, among which the most dominant species was Anas platyrhynchos followed by A. poecilorhyncha, A. crecca and Mergus merganser. 4. The species of birds breeding on Pam Islet were Anas platyrhynchos, A. poecilorhyncha and Tringa hypoleucos. The number of Charadrius dubius and Sterna albifrons was greatly declined due to the decrease of their breeding sites. 5. People coming to Pam Islet should be restricted during the breeding season from April to June and the wintering season from December to February. Long-term protection measures, such as artificial gravel pits and nests, and feed, are necessary for the waterbirds inhabiting this islet. 6. The downstream of the Han River stretching about 25㎞ from Haengju Bridge to the Han River estuary, where the unification observatory has recently been erected, becomes the wintering site of more than 100,000 waterfowl including rare spcies such as White-naped crane, Swan goose, Bean goose, White-fronted goose; and birds of prey such as buzzards, eagles, and harriers. Therefore, the present natural monument of the Han River estuary should be expanded by legislation to include the downstream of the Han River mentioned above for the protection of waterfowl.

노인의 기능저하예방을 위한 표준운동프로그램 개발 및 효과검증 연구

본 연구의 목적은 일상생활 속에서도 누구나 쉽고 편하게 따라 할 수 있는 노인의 신체기능 저하예방 및 개선에 적합한 표준운동프로그램을 개발한 후, 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시 마포구 화신경로당에 등록되어 있고, 본 프로그램에 참여한 총 36명(남성노인 10명, 여성노인 26명)의 노인으로 선정하였으며, 평균연령은 77세이다. 프로그램은 2011년 8월 19일부터 10월 18일까지 총 3개월 동안 주 2회씩 12주간, 총 18회를 실시하였으며, 안무가 1명과 보조연구원 1명이 프로그램을 진행하였다. 조사도구는 설문지로 SFT(Senior Fitness Test)를 사용하였으며, 노인 체력 테스트로 본 프로그램의 효과분석을 실시하였고 세부적으로는 상·하체 유연성, 상·하체 근력, 평형성, 민첩성 에 관한 테스트를 실시하였다. 사후검사는 프로그램 18회를 모두 진행하고 10월 18일 프로그램이 종료된 후, 사전검사와 동일한 방법으로 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Windows 15.0 version 을 이용하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여노인의 체력 요인에 대한 차이분석 결과, 평형성을 제외한 하체유연성, 상체유연성, 하체근력, 상체근력, 평형성, 민첩성 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 참여노인의 신체구성비에 대한 차이 분석 결과, 체지방율과 BMI는 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였고, 기초대사량과 근육량은 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 체지방량은 감소하여 프로그램에 따른 긍정적인 효과가 검증되었다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of poor physical function of the elderly in everyday life that anyone can easily and comfortably suitable for the prevention and improvement to develop a standard exercise program after. Post-inspection program 18 times in the same way as the pre-test and after the program ends Oct. 18, and all proceeds were conducted. Data processing were analyzed using SPSS Windows 15.0 version to the corresponding sample t-test was conducted, and the results are as follows. First, the analysis for differences in participation in physical factors of the elderly, lower body flexibility, balance, except for lower body strength, upper body flexibility, upper body strength, balance, and agility in all factors statistically significantly increased. Second, the difference analysis results for the participation of the elderly in the Composition of the body, was a statistically significant reduction in the percentage of body fat and BMI, basal metabolic rate, muscle mass increased significantly increased. Also reduced body fat, according to the program has a positive effect was verified.

LAMMER family kinases are one of dual-specificity protein kinases and posses motifs that are nearly 100% identical in catalytic subdomain essential for phosphorylating serine/threonine and tyrosine residues, and exist throughout all eukaryotic organisms. They contain common amino acid motif, EHLAMMERILG in kinase subdomain X, and are known to regulate cell growth, differentiation and development by modulating pre-mRNA splicing involved in cell-type specific or common SR proteins. Recent studies, however, revealed involvement of the LAMMER kinase in stress-responses and regulation of gene-expression through interacting with various regulatory proteins such as transcriptional repressers, component of Mediator complex, and others. In this article, we describe recent findings and perspectives on the studies for understanding intracellular roles of the dual-specificity LAMMER kinases.

라신의 <브리타니쿠스>에 대한 극작술 연구 : 포개진 두 편의 비극 la trage'die en deux faces

La quatrie`me trage´die de Racine, Britannicus re´ve`le bien l'intention ambitieuse du dramaturge de rivaliser avec Corneille, mai^tre dramaturge de l'e´poque. C'est pourquoi Racine a choisi la matie`re de sa trage´die de l'histoire romaine qui e´tait connue comme le domaine de l'excellence de Corneille. Racine a me^me de´lare´ que Britannicus e´tait la trage´ie qu'il avait travaille´ la plus soigneusement. Par la suite cette pie`ce respecte fide`lement les re`gles de the´a^tre classique. Voici le he´ros, Britannicus, jeune et beau. La trage´die se de´roule dans un seul jour, dans un seul espace, autour d'une seule action. Selon cette seule action, Britannicus, de´pourvu du pouvoir de son empire finit par e^tre assassine´par Ne´ron qui a pris l'empire de Britannicus et qui de´sire en outre sa fiance´e, Junie. C'est donc une pie`ce de trage´die conforme tout-a`-fait aux normes classiques. Pourtant nous voyons la pie`ce suscite l'inte´re^t des spectateurs plus pour Ne´ron que pour Britannicus. Ne´ron apparai^t plus souvent sur la sce`ne. En plus c'est lui qui offre tous les motifs des actions the´a^trales. La trage´die arrive a` son de´noument avec l'assassinat de Britannicus par Ne´ron. Mais e´coutons les derniers vers d'Agrippine : "allons voir jusqu'ou` vont ses transports. / Voyons quel changement produiront ses remords / S'il voudra de´sormais suivre d'autres maximes." Agrippine et Burrus courent pour assister a` la sce`ne (qui est hors sce`ne) de la crise de Ne`ron tout a` la fin de la tragedie en conduisant l'inte´re^t des spectateurs vers le monde du monstre naissant de Ne´ron. Nous remarquons que Ne´ron qui n'est point conforme au he´ros classique, fonctionne donc comme le he´ros du co^te´ de l'inconscient de l'oeuvre alors que Britannicus fonctionne comme le he´ros du co^te´ conscient de l'oeuvre. Racine, dramaturge classique par excellence, re´ve`le sa ve´rite´ personnelle et humaine, ou son inconscient par le portrait de Ne´ron. Cette remarque nous persuade que le co^te´ inconscient de cette trage´die se permet de surmonter sa propre e´poque et d'appeler les lecteurs et les spectateurs de nos jours vers son monde du dynamisme textuel.

1. The values of Cronbach's alpha for the Taeyang, Taeum, Soyang and Swum questionnaire were 0.7955, 0.7776, 0.8545, and 0.8601 respectively. These results indicate a highly satisfactory level of internal consistency for the questionnaire. 2. If the deletion of an item increases Cronbach's alpha then what that means is that the deletion of that item improves reliability. Therefore, any items that result in substantially greater values of alpha than the overall alpha may need to be deleted from the questionnaire to improve its reliability. 3. Factor analysis was performed on the 81 questionnaires. Based on the scree plot and the number and decrement of eigen values greater than one, three to four factor solution was most significant. 4. The hierarchical cluster analysis was performed on the 81 Sasang constitution questionnaire. These results suggested that two or four clusters identified with homogeneous groups 5. The hierarchical cluster analysis was performed on the 1046 responders. These results suggested that two, three, or four clusters might identified with homogeneous groups. Furthermore, there were statistically significant difference among the each group by ANOVA(P<0.0001).
