The paper focuses on the clothing codes described in the Analects of Confucius, and explores the reasons for the rules setting up, including the rules of color, the design, the pattern, and even the material of the clothes whose distinct features reflect the ceremony and etiquette of the time in the classic, which are in correspondence with the requirements of Confucianism, especially for stressing the social rights, obligations and codes of conduct to everyone in the society.
Method of stress field and stability analysis of bedding rock slope considering excavation unloading

The stress state of a slope and its analytical solution are prerequisites for stability analysis. Currently, the limit equilibrium method cannot consider the stress state of slopes, and the solution of bedding slope stress remains in numerical simulations for a long time. In this paper, based on the theory of the elastic stress solution of the wedge top under a concentrated load, the analytical solution of the stress field was obtained using Matlab programming. Unloading stress analysis method (USAM) for determining the sliding surface of the bedding rock slope, safety factor (Fs), and reinforcement forces (Fr) were proposed. The USAM is compared with the Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM) and Finite Element Method (FEM) in terms of the Fs, Fr, sliding surface position, and sliding surface stress. The results show: 1) The analytical stress of the slope can be obtained quickly and conveniently using the USAM, while subsequent programming helps in faster completion of the stability evaluation of the bedding rock slope. Fs, Fr, sliding surface position, and sliding surface stress are all close to the results obtained by the FEM. 2) The USAM is more suitable for analyzing slopes when the angle between the slope surface and structural plane is greater than 20° (θ > 20o) and the slope angle is greater than 45o (β > 45o). 3) Through the analysis of specific engineering cases, the safety factor calculated by USAM are 0.06 and 0.02 larger than those obtained by LEM and FEM, respectively, and the required reinforcement force for the slope is closer to that obtained by FEM. The novel stress and stability analysis method allows for the rapid evaluation and optimal engineering design of bedding rock slope.
Regulatory Role of SFN Gene in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Mechanism

Purpose: This study aims to explore the differential expression of SFN gene and its regulatory role in different hepatocarcinoma cells, and the impact on hepatocarcinoma. Materials and Methods: High and low SFN expression cells were screened by qRT-PCR and western blotting methods. SFN over expression and interference vectors were constructed. Cell viability was detected by CCK8 kit, cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry. Cell invasion and migration were detected. CCNB1 and CDK1 expression levels were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blotting methods. Results: The high SFN expression BEL7402 cells and the low SFN expression Hep3B cells were screened from Hep3B, HepG2, and BEL7402 cells. The activity of Hep3B cells overexpression vector SFNpcDNA3.1(+) decreased and apoptosis increased, the ratio of G0/G1 decreased and the ratio of S phase increased. The activity of BEL7402 cells transfected with SFN siRNA decreased and apoptosis increased, the ratio of G0/G1 decreased and the ratio of G2/M increased. Interference and overexpression vectors have little effect on the invasion and migration of the two cells. The expression of CDK1 in Hep3B cells decreased significantly, the expression of CDK1 and CCNB1 in BEL7402 cells increased significantly. Conclusions: The differentially expressed SFN gene can regulate the growth of the two hepatocarcinoma cells, high expression of SFN gene can inhibit their growth. The mechanism may be achieved by regulating CCNB1 and CDK1 expression.
국제경제 : 한국과 중국 은행산업의 효율성 영향요인에 관한 실증분석

본 연구는 2000년대에 들어 한국의 은행 구조조정과 중국의 은행개혁의 성과를 비교분석해보고, 특히 중국 금융시장의 완전개방 시기를 맞아 한국 은행들의 경쟁력 존재여부 및 경쟁력 향상에 영향을 주는 요인을 도출해보고자 한다. 그리하여 본 연구는 중국의 15개 은행과 한국의 13개 은행을 대상으로 효율성을 측정하고, 은행효율성의 영향요인이 무엇인지 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국가별 효율성을 측정한 결과, 한국 상업은행들의 효율성이 중국 상업은행보다 높게 나타났지만, 중국 상업은행은 매년 증가세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 은행 효율성의 영향요인이 무엇인지를 한국과 중국 전체표본으로 분석한 결과, 은행규모, 자산의 안정성, 소유권구조와 재무성과가 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 은행효율성의 영향요인을 분석한 결과, 소유권구조, 금융중개비율, 자산의 건전성이 유의적인 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 한국 은행효율성의 영향요인을 분석한 결과, 재무성과와 자산의 안정성이 유의적인 요인으로 나타났다. 실증분석의 결과를 토대로 한국과 중국 은행산업의 현재 문제점을 규명할 수 있으며, 또한 한국의 은행, 정부에 은행산업에 경쟁력 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. This study have done comparative analysis of Korean banks` restructure and Chinese banks` reformation, especially derives main factors that influence existence and improvement of competitiveness of Korean banks. The study measured effectiveness of 15 Chinese banks and 13 Korean banks, and conducted empirical analysis of what are the factors affect the efficiency of banks. The result and implication are as follow. First, Korean commercial banks` efficiency is higher than banks in China, but Chinese commercial banks are getting better every year. Second, as the factors affect efficiency of the banks, it shows that the scale of bank, asset reliabilities, ownership structure and financial performance are significant. Third, about the factors affect efficiency, the ownership structure, financial intermediation ratio, and the health of the assets are significant in Chinese banks. Fourth, about the factors affect efficiency, the financial performance and asset reliability are significant in Korean banks. Based on the results, we have identified current problems of Chinese and Korean banks, and also pointed out Korean banks and Government how to improve competitiveness of Bank industry.

Abdominal fat characters are complex and economically important in the poultry industry. Their selection may benefit from the implementation of marker-assisted selection (MAS). The objective of this study was to identify the markers linked to QTL responsible for fatness traits. The Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content (NEAUHLF) were used in the study. A total of 596 individuals from the divergent tails from the 6th to the 10th generations were genotyped at 23 microsatellite markers on chromosome 1. The differences of allele frequencies of all marker alleles between the divergent tails across the five generations were recorded. The allele frequencies of five markers, including LEI0209, LEI0146, MCW0036, ADL328 and MCW0115, had significant differences between the two tails in all five generations. The resulting p-values using Fisher's exact test on eleven markers, containing MCW248, MCW0010, MCW0106, LEI0252, LEI0068, MCW0018, MCW0061, LEI0088, MCW200, MCW283 and ROS0025, had a decreasing tendency from the 6th to the 10th generation. Statistical analysis showed that polymorphisms of the eight markers, including LEI0209, LEI0146, ROS0025, MCW0115, MCW0010, MCW0036, MCW283, ADL328, were significantly (p<0.0011) or suggestively (p<0.05) associated with abdominal fat content (AFW and AFP) across generations. It is concluded that the eight markers could be associated with the QTL affecting the deposition of abdominal fat in broiler chickens.
