        Bezier Spline을 이용한 용접 로봇의 새로운 Weaving Motion 궤적 생성 알고리즘

        In this paper, we propose a new weaving trajectory algorithm for the are welding of a articulated manipulator. The algorithm uses the theory of Bezier spline. We make a comparison between the conventional algorithms using Catmull-Rom curve and the new algorithms using Bezier spline. The proposed algorithm has been evaluated based on the MATLAB environment in order to illustrate its good performance. Through simulations, the proposed algorithm can result in high-speed and flexible weaving trajectory planning so that it s trajectory cannot penetrate into a base metal compared to the conventional algorithm using Catmull-Rom curve.

      • Cellulase생산을 위한 Verticillium sp.의 배양조건의 검토

        The cultivation conditions on wheat bran of verticillium sp. were optimized to produce cellulase as much as possible. The highest cellulase activity was shown, as verticillium sp. was cultivated at 27℃ for 5 days on wheat bran media with 1.2㎖/g wheat bran of water content and supplementation of NaNo and FeSo, in concentration of 0.1% and 0.2-0.3%, respectively.

        Henry Hobson Richardson (1838-1886) was the most creative and influential american architect of his time. He was the first in the nineteenth century to develop an uniquely personal style which then became a national style and the first America-born architect to have an influence in Europe. His disciplined training in France gave him four important attributes: a supreme dedication to architecture; a disciplined and highly professional method of design; a keen awareness of the critical function of planning and its corollary, the three-dimensional geometry of the building itself; and a passion for masonry construction. And also his influence reached Frank Lloyd Wright not only through Sullivan. Immense in conception, brilliantly planned, bold and direct in revealed structure, provocative in texture and detail his works are marked by an urgent inner vitality that had no couterpart in the contemporary architecture of either Europe or America. H.H. Richardson was born into the architectural chaos of the mid-eighteen hundreds and died in the architectural revolution of the age of the skyscraper, yet his genius and reputation were able to surmount the first and survive the latter. His heritage was the romantic generation that had contemptuously renounced the austerity of the classical revival and had borrowed indiscriminately from the rich bazaar of historic and exotic styles, the Gothic, Italianate, Norman, Byzantine. In his maturity he developed a personal style that resolved the dilemma in which he found himself: his own good taste and judgment demanded utility, spatial tangibility, function; his public demanded pictorial surface effects. His recociliation of these disparities resulted in his finest works: Trinity Church, Boston; the Marshall Field Wholesale Store, Chicago; the Allegheny County Courthouse and Jail, Pittsburgh; Sever Hall, Cambridge. In all these buildings, Richardson experimented further with the elements of the Romanesque, sometimes mixing them with other medival forms, but always treating them with growing strength and simplicity. His design process was at two levels, called initiative impulse and oversight with continuous criticism. And he had growing awareness of the organic relationships between architecture and the natural environment. Nearly 40 percent of Richardson's work consisted of private houses, he synthesized with extraordinary subtlety the principal ingredients of his mature domestic style: a bold compact but horzontal massing and its internal consequence, a fluid open plan developed around the living hall; the vitalization of the surface by the gently rough but warm and yielding texture of the shingle; and the suggestion both shape and material substance of an organic relationship between the house and the earth upon which it stands. They are not built on the earth, they grow out of it; in shape, color, texture, even in material. These houses were peculiarly American, and they provided the link between the wooden houses of the early picturesque movement and the later domestic work of Frank Lloyd Wright.

      • 고압에서 Dioxane-Water 혼합용매 중의 식초산의 전기전도

        The equivalent conductance of acetic acid has been measured at different pressures and temperatures, also with the solvent composition varied. With the increase of pressure, the conductance of acetic acid solution increased up to 20 dioxane weight percentage, at which level this value began to decrease above ??N acetic acid concentration. These phenomena indicate that the acetic acid molecules tend to dimerize at high pressure and concentration. The changes of activation energy for electrical conductance were dependent upon the change of pressure. Their values are shown the distribution from 3 to 6 Kcal/mole. The Shedlovskys equation served as the formula to calculate the ionization constants(Kd) of the solute from the conductivity data and physical properties of molecules in the solution. The Kd values of the solute were much lower than those of sodium chloride (7.8 at 100℃), which means that the hydration number was shown relatively small in change (1.5-2.5 at 20-40℃) compared with that of sodium chloride.

      • 양계산물의 수입자유화가 국가경제에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed to identify effects of import liberalization of chicken products not only on agriculture but also on national economy overall. The extending influences on production and income are generally measured using input-output analysis tool. But the reaction induced by import liberalization of chicken products would not be considered in the open static input-output-model, far example multiplicator effects between income and consumption. In order to overcome the defect of the open static input-output-model, the open static Leontief-model is extended to the income-consumption relation in measuring the extended effects of the import liberalization of chicken products. This study is undertaken using the results of KREI(Jan. 1994) which concluded that the direct losses in agriculture from 1995 to 2001 could be 113 billion won at the constant price of 1990. It was calculated that the indirect production losses of the other related industries could be 165 billion won, and 246 billion won in the view of income-consumption relation. It was also predicted that the indirect income losses of the other related industries would be 89 billion won, and 126 billion won in the view of income-consumption relation. As a result import liberalization of chicken products could possibly bring about larger losses to the other industries than to agriculture. Especially, in the "Other flood preparations" sector, the indirectly largest loses could predict to be occured.

      • 鉛暴露 作業者의 鉛中毒 早期發見을 위한 集團檢診法 改善方案에 관한 硏究

        This study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of current lead indicators used in screening lead who were sspeted to have been exposed to lead were selected as 'case'and 207 female workers from non-lead industry were selected for 'control'. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The mean values of blood lead for case and control were 31.4㎍/dl, 22.2㎍/dl,respectively. The difference observed in the mean concentration between case and control was statistically signifi-ant(P<0.01) 2. The mean values for blood ZPP by hematofluorometer for case and control were 31.3㎍/dl, 25.4㎍/dl,respectiely. And difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). 3. No statistically significant correlation was found between working duation and blood lead, blood ZPPlovel. 4. According to the simple correlation analysis,ZPPand urine lead were found to be statistically correlated with blood lead(P<0.01) 5. According to the discriminant analysis using blood lead as a dependent variable, it showed 89.1% predictability when using 40㎍/dl as a cutting value which is used as a screenig cutting value for industry workers health examination, while 81.8% for 30㎍/dl,77.54% for 20㎍/dl, respectively. 6. Lead related simptons which is used for screening the lead ntoxicated patients were used as a dependent variables in multiple regression analysis to find useful lead indicator. And significant independent variables were found to be ZPP, Age, and Hct. 7. Above results suggest that objective evalution of feasibbility of several lead indicators should be developed to correct the disutility of current lead screeng system in Korea.

      • 충적 소하천 유역의 부유사량 산정

        A method is presented which enables the computation of the suspended sediment load transport rate as the product of particle velocity and sediment load concentration. In this study, it is assumed that particle velocity is expressed by mean flow velocity near the particle. The data is obtained at San-Gye station at Bochong stream in Geum river and is analyzed by the Einstein H. A., Lane-Kalinske, Chang-Simon-Richardson, and Itakura and Kishi formulas. The results show that estimated values by Itakura-Kishi formula for the calculation of suspended sediment load quantity in small alluvial stream. Itakura-Kishi formula will be able to use on the development of loafer resources at small stream in the future.
