본 연구는 아카시아 꽃의 영양성분의 대한 지질성분을 조사하였다. 아카시아 꽃의 총지질의 함량은 1.03g/100g-fr.wt.이고 유리지질과 결합지질의 함량은 각각 0.96, 0.07g/100g-fr.wt.이였다. 총지질의 조성은 중성지질이 0.53g/100g-fr.wt.이고, 당지질과 인지질이 각각 0.22, 0.28g/100g-fr.wt.이였다. 중성지질의 구성 지질은 triglyceride, free fatty acid, sterol ester순으로 함량이 많았다. 그리고 각 지질의 지방산 조성은 총지질과 중성지질의 구성지방산 조성은 palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid의 함량이 높고 중성지질의 경우에는 linolenic acid는 중성 지질에 많았다. 당지질과 인지질은 palmitic acid를 극히 많이 함유하고 있다. This study was carried out to investigate the components of lipid in acacia flower. Content of total lipid in acacia flower was 1.03g/100g-f.w. and contents of free lipid and bound lipid were 0.96 and 0.6g/100g fresh weight, respectively. Contents of neutral, glycolipid, and phospholipid were 0.53, 0.22 and 0.28g/100g-f.w., respectively. In component of neutral lipid, contents of triglyceride, free fatty acid, and sterol ester were higher than other lipids. There were lots of palmitic acid, oleic acid, and linolenic acid in total and neutral lipid, and there was much linolenic acid in neutral lipid. Content of palmitic acid was very high in glycolipid and phospholipid.

This study was performed to analyze general components such as, organic acids, alcohols and minerals in persimmon vinegar made with quick fermented using deteriorated sweet persimmon and four commercial vinegars(rice vinegar, apple vinegar, brewed vinegar, traditional persimmon vinegar) purchased in local markets for quality evaluation. The pH and total acidity of all vinegars were in the range of 2.02~3.02 and 4.62~9.78%, respectively. The pH of quick fermented persimmon vinegar(A) was relatively higher than that of others. Acidity was the highest in brewed vinegar. Total sugar content was in the range of 0.45~6.43%. These contents were high in were high in traditional persimmon vinegar wherase low in brewed vinegar. Total nitrogen and amino-nitrogen were in the range of 0.025~0.046% and 0.015~0.029%. Organic acids were identified as acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, formic acid and oxalic acid. While major minerals of all vinegars were Mg, Ca, and Na, minor minerals were Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe.
12주간 재즈댄스 트레이닝이 체력과 신체구성 및 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

김은경, 정진욱, 정영수, 우재흥, 이동기, 박익렬, 김미숙. 12주간 재즈댄스 트레이닝이 체력과 신체구성 및 심폐기능에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호, 199-209, 2002. 본 연구의 목적은 12주간의 재즈 댄스 트레이닝의 여대생의 체력과 신체구성 및 심폐기능에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 평균 연령22.2 여대생 10명을 대상으로 하였으며 12주간 주 2회 90분씩 실시하였다. 종속변인은 체력과 신체구성 및 심계기능으로 하였으며 최대 운동부하 검사는 부루스 프로토콜을 이용하여 트레이닝 전후에 실험하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 트레이닝 후 피지후와 체지방율(p<.001)은 유의한 감소를 나타내었으며, 제지방 체중(p<0.1)은 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 2, 민첩성(p<0.01)과 근력, 평형성(p<0.05)은 증가하였으나 유연성과 지구력은 별 차이를 보이지 않았다. 3. 안정시 심박수는 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 유의차는 없었고, 최대산소섭취량도 증가하였으나 유의한 차는 없었다. 결과적으로 12주간의 재즈댄스 트레이닝은 체지방의 감소와 체력과 심폐기능의 향상을 가져온다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of jazz dance training on the physical fitness and body composition, cardiopulmonary function in college women. To evaluate training effect, jazz dance was performed by 10 female college students with the mean age 22.2, training for 12 weeks 2days a week and 90minutes a day. Body composition and physical fitness, cardiopulmonary function at rest and during maximal exercise were carried out before and after 12 weeks of jazz dance training. Maximal exercise was performed on the treadmill according to Bruce protocol. Pre to post training differences were evaluated. 1. After the training, skinfold thickness and total body fat decreased significance(p<0.001) white lean body mass increased with significance(p<0.1). 2. Agility(p<0.01) and muscle power, strength, balance(p<0.05) were incresed but muscle flexibility, endurance time showed no significant changes. 3. Heart rate at rest decreased without significance(p>0.05) and VO_2 max incresed without significance(p>0.05) after the training. Forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume decreased without significance. From these results, it may be concluded that 12 week jazz dance training reduces skinfold thickness and body fat contents also improve the Physical fitness and cardiopilmonary function.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of basic military training on the physical fitness and body composition of midshipmen. The test on the twenty subjects were done twice at the beginning and end of their 5-week's basic training with same variables and order in both tests in Naval Academy, Jin-Hae. The source variables of physical fitness in the test were muscle strength, muscle endurance, muscle power, agility, balance, flexibility and so on. The source variable of body composition were body weight, fat-free mass, percentage of body fat and so on. The sum of abdomen, triceps, and suprailium skinfold thickness were measured in order to assess alterations in fat-free mass and percentage of body fat. Paired sample t-test was used for data analysis and the significance level was set at the 0.05. The results of this study were as follow: 1.muscle endurance, balance, flexibility, endurance time(p〈0.01) and muscle power(p〈0.05) were increased after training programme. 2.muscle strength and agility showed tendency to increase. 3.Body weight and free-fat mass were increased but % body fat were decreased after training programme(p〈0.01). It might be concluded from the test that basic military training in Korean Naval Academy is effective for the increase physical fitness, cardiopulmonary function, fat-free mass and for the reduce of body fat percentage.
태권도 품새 수련이 아동의 심박수, 심근산소소비량, 에너지 대사에 미치는 영향

The Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo are based upon eight major branches of philosophical theories. The propose of this study was to investigate the nfluence of Taekwondo poomse trainning on heart rate, MVO2, energy metabolism in primary school students. Subjects for this study were eight male the fifth∼sixth grades students who participated in exercise program consist of Taekwondo poomse trainning in dojang which is located in Shinlim-2dong, Kwanak-Gu, Seoul(12.7± 0.5years, 150.8 ±4.6cm, 45.1 ± 9.4kg, 24.9 ± 9trainning length). The results of thet this study are as follows: 1) The average of heart rate was Taegeuk Poomse 1 through 8 of Taekwondo 90.57± 4.gbeats/min in rest and 139.7 ± 17.5beats/min in exercise. The minimum heart rate was 89.0±2.8, peak heart rate was 167.1 ±6.4 in exercise. It was ranged from 42% to 80% 2) of the max heart rate and ranged 42 to 65%HRmax. Taegeuk 1 Jang was differenced with others Jangs significantly(p<0.05), 2) The time of the Taegeuk 1 through 8 Jang of Taekwondo was 5minutes 12seconds. Heart rate was ranged from 90.6 ± 7.85beats/min to 171.8 ±8.Ibeats/min and increased linearly. 3) The average of the MVO2 was 11.1 ±0.78mmHg · bpm-3 in rest and 19.1 ± 1.2mmHg ㆍbpm-3 in exercise. MVO2 was ranged from 10.5mmHg · bpm-3 to 20.3mmHg · bpm-3. There were not difference between Taegeuk Poomses(p<0.05). 4) The energy metabolism was as follows: Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.51(V02L/min),0.71(RQ),2.32Ckca1/min) in rest respectively. but In exercise Mean VO2 Respiratory exchange ratio, energy consumption were 0.89 ± 0.18( V 02L/min), 0.79±0.08(RQ), 4.26±0.51(kcal/min) respectively . The difference was only between Taegeuk 1 Jang and Taegeuk 3 Jang(p<0.05). This study showed that the Taekwondo Poomse trainning was proper exercise for fitness, body composition and weight control in normal, abnormal(obese) children because the Taekwondo trainning are dynamic and exciting sport.
