리더십이 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between leadership and work attitude through both the literature research and the empirical research using questionaries to the university working in and around the city of Seoul and Chungnam. A total of 274 questionnaires were collected from the 300 distributed. The responding rate was 92.7%. There are two kinds of leadership patterns; directive leadership and supportive leadership. The major findings obtained from this study; as follows. First of all, in the relationship between leadership patterns and work attitude, it is found that they show relatively the deep relationship. especially. In the Organizational commitment, it is found that directive leadership is relatively the higher than supportive leadership. The above results show that supportive leadership positively influences on the organizational work attitude than derictive leadership It is recommended that further studies are needed to decide how do the leader solve the conflict of the relations between labor and management?

급성골수백혈병에 대한 관해유도화학요법 후의 Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor의 효과

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) have been shown to hasten the recovery of neutropenia following anti-cancer chemotherapy. There are controversial opinions on the use of G-CSF in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) because clonogenic studies have shown that G-CSF stimulates leukemic colonies as well as granulocyte colonies. In this study, we evaluated the effectiveness and safety of recombinant human G-CSF after induction chemotherapy with DAV regimen(Ara-C 100mg/㎡ day 1-8, Doxorubicin 45mg/㎡ day 3-5, VP-16 100mg/㎡ day 6-8) in 9 patients with AML. G-CSF therapy(200 ㎍/㎡/day) was begun 2 days after the end of chemotherapy and continued for 10 days. 17 AML patients who recieved the same chemotherapy before the onset of this study were used as historical control. G-CSF shortened the duration of granulocytopenia (less than 500/㎣) significantly (13 vs 23 days, p<0.001), but it had no effect on platelet recovery. Although the incidence of febrile episodes was almost the same, the duration of febrile episodes was shorter in the group treated with G-CSF( 5 vs 12 days, p=0.03). There was no evidence that G-CSF accelerated the regrowth of leukemic cells and the complete remission rates between the 2 groups were not different. These results show that G-CSF accelerates the recovery of granulocytopenia and shortens the febrile days after chemotherpy in patients with AML, without affecting the regrowth of leukemic cells.

Normal sexual differentiation is the result of a series of individual steps that occur in an orderly fashion. Initially, chromosomal factors direct the defferentiation of the indifferent gonad into either an ovary or a testis. Then, under the influence of hormones secreted by the fetal testes, differentiation of the internal ducts and external genitalia is completed. Consequently, normal sexual differentiation can be subdivided into three separate events: differentiation of the gonads, development of the internal ducts and differentiation of the external genitalia. However, during embryogenesis any disturbance of the various steps in normal sexual differentiation may be reflected clinically as a disorder of intersexuality e.g. chromosomal anomalies, female pseudohermaphroditism, and male pseudohermaphroditism, etc. Genetic females with female pseudohermaphroditism have virilization of the external genitalia produced by intrauterine exposure to excessive androgen. But, because they normally developed ovaries and Mullerian derivatives, they are all potentially fertile. The degree of masculinization varies depending on the stage of differentiation at the time of exposure, from clitoral hypertrophy to true phallic-urethral formation with labioscrotal fusion. The most common cause is congenital adrenal hyperplasia in which cortisol synthesis is impaired due to deficiency of 21-hydroxylase. In attempting to compensate for lower cortisol levels, ACTH stimulates the adrenal gland to secrete excessive quantities of androgen. We experienced a 2 year-old girl, who expressed genital anomalies such as greatly enlarged clitoris-like male phallus associated with posterior labial fusion and a single perineal urogenital orifice which were first noticed by her parents since birth. The general assessment was normal and the karyotype was 46XX as normal genetic female. Plasma testosterone, ACTH, DHEAS, progesterone, and urinary 17-KS values were higher than normal, but cortisol was within normal value. Her blood pressure and serum eleotrolytes were normal. IVP, abdominal sonogram, retrograde cystogram and vaginogram were found to be normal. Explorative laparotomy and constructive operation of female external genitalia including vaginoplasty using inverted Y-shaped skin flap and clitoridectomy were performed under general anesthesia. Both adrenal glands revealed hyperplastic only, and both ovary was excised in wedge shape for shitologic examination. She was finally diagnosed as female pseudohermaphroditism due to congenital adrenal hyperplasia accompanied by incomplete deficiency of 21-hydroxlase, and hormonal therapy was started with hydrocortisone 15㎎/day in three divided dose for 1 month. The value of 17-KS in 24 hour urine study during follow-up period was within normal limit as 1.3㎎/day at POD ￠1 month, 0.7㎎/day at POD ￠2 month, 1.0mg/day at POD ￠6 month, 0.8mg/day at POD ￠16 month. Results of vaginoplasty, clitoridectomy, and hormonal therapy was satisfactory, and there was no recurrence or prematurity.

In this paper, Preprocessing(Thinning) Printed Korean Character was studied Algorithm in terms of the Blocking Masking and Decision step by effective Recognition. The results were as follow ; The Recognition Rates were 98 Percents. And Average Recognition Time were 0.42 seconds. FEM을 이용한 선삭가공 절삭조건의 영향 분석

A plane strain finite element model is developed to simulate turning with continuous chip formation using adaptive remeshing during the thermal-mechanical coupled analysis. Comparisons between the experimental and simulation results for cutting forces are performed to validate FE analysis results. Influences of machining parameters such as depth of cut, cutting speed and feed rate on cuting force and shear angle are analyzed by Taguchi method. The more depth of cut and feed rate result in the increase of cutting forces, but the rates of increase are decrease due to the larger shear angle. As the cutting speed increases, von Mises stress of workpiece near the tool tip decreases because the strength of specimen decreases at high temperature above 500℃. This thermal effect on cutting force is negligible because the affected area is very localized and the average values of von Mises stress in the shear plane are the same among the diverse cutting parameters.

나리류 養液栽培時 培地種類 및 養掖濃度가 球根肥大와 切花品質에 미치는 影響

By studing on selection of optimal media and nutrient concentration in selected media so that carried out the influnance of bulb enlargment and quality of cut flower of hydroponicsis of lily. The result is following. 1. The sprouting was relatively fast in husk+peatmoss, perlite+peatmoss and, according to cultivars its rank was cv.Cherry Blossom, cv. Nove Cento, cv. Snow queen. The peroid of growing was short appromaxitively forty day in cv. nove cento, twenty day in cv.Snow Queen than that of spring planting. The quality of cut flower, that is plant height and number of flowers was excellent in fermented husk+fermented saw dust(7:3). 2. In the case of growing late, not only fresh weight increased remarkable but also degree of bulb enlargement revelaed greatly, when growing point of new bulb was differentiation. 3. The rate of bulb enlargement was remarkable difference between treatment according to nutrient concentration ; bulb weight , bulb diameter, bulb height, bulb width, number of scale and scale weight were very excellent in twofold standard soultion of Horticultural Experiment (N,30-P,6-K,12-Ca,16-mG,8me/1). 4. The quality of cut flower according to nutrient concentration, that is cut flower weight, cut flower height and leaf area were good when cv. Casa blanca was treated by standard soultion of H.E (N,15-P,3-K,6-Ca8-Mg,4me/l),cv. Elite was 1/2standard soultion of H.E.(N,7.5 -P, 1.5-K,3-Ca,4-Mg, 2ME/L) Gelria treated with twofold standard soultion of Horticultural Experiment was excellent in all of them above, but revealed bad for hardness of stem in the cv. casa blanca cultivars. 5. As a result of leaf analysis, all of cultivars revealed highly in rate of absorbance of nitrogen and potassium, when nutrient of high-concentration was treated Amount of absorbance of them remarkable increased in caseof cv. Elite cultivar, especilly absorbance of calcium was higher than other component. Amount absorbance of nitrogen in cv.casa blanca, according to high-concentration nutrient was much better but rate of absorbance of potassium weakly increased. Conseqencelly we know that nitrogen and potassium play an imporitant role in bulb enlargement and quality of cut flower. 6. The quality of bulb like bulb weight, bulb diameter, bulb width, bulb height, number of scale, scale weight were execellent as it cut thestem at 10 cm above the ground to reuse a bulb after cut flower.

보신 관광에서 감염된 수입성 Sparganosis 1예 : Intake of Thailand Snake during Trip

Human sparganosois was reported more than 100 cases in Korean population. However no case reported yet in Korea as a patient was infected by sparganum from other geographical area, such as Thailand. The case we are reported here is a 38 year-old Korean male who had been suffered from mass being a small, round and soft consistance in upper portion of his right thigh. The patients stated that he had an opportunity to eat living snake in Bangkok, Thailand during trip. As therapy praziquantel (75㎎/㎏/day) was given p.o. for 14 days, but in vain to cure. Following medical treatment, surgical exicision was performed to remove a alive, soft, whitish-milky, mobile and elongated sparganum. Serlogical test by micro-ELISA for sparganum-specific antibody revealed a high serum antibody level of absorbance 0.67 (positive criterion: absorbance 0.22).

닥터소음의 피드포워드제어에 관한 연구

This paper has described the efficiency for the new method of the active control of the duct noise which is adaptive filtering application by experiment which set the additional sound source. Firstly the active noise control system becomes stable since the acoustic feed back quantity can be set under -30 dB by setting the additional sound source at an excite of duct and for the signal which is supplied to additional sound source by the setting the microphone at the upstream of duct. Secondly, since the noise of duct output and additional sound source constructs dipole source, radiating power will be decreasing over all the direction in comparison with the case without the additional sound source in the range of frequency which the distance between the duct and the additional sound source is shorter than wave length that is a center frequency of the duct noise. The result of noise cancelling amount for simulation and fan noise experiment by the active control system has been attenuated about 5∼6 dB by only using the proposed active control system and about 9∼10 dB can be attenuated by using adaptive filtering algorithm with the proposed active control system on the desired frequency band.

西獨의 行政訴訟에 있어서의 假救濟制度

The modern welfare society has a tendancy to expend the bounderies of administrative power. According to this tendancy the importance of administrative litigation is being stressed as the means of securing the rights of general public in modern society that is based on Constitutionalism. But, it is usually necessary much time to secure the right of general public by administrative litigation, thus what kind of provisional remedy is requested to get to conclusion of administrative litigation. The provisional remedy in the scope of administrative litigation can be devided in two categories. The one is the problem of suspension of execution, the other is the problem of application of provisional disposition rules of civil procedure. In west Germany, they are based on the principle of suspension of execution(Aufschiebende Wirkung), therefore the execution of administrative disposition is suspended by institution of administrative litigation, and exceptionally can be executed under the strict condition. They also prescribe the provisional order (einstweilige Anordnung) like the provisional disposion rules of civil procedure. The provisional order is effect as the means of securing the general public's rights that the suspension of execution is ineffective, because the principle of suspension of execution is limited to the scope of complaint lawsuits. In Korea, the other hand, we do not adopt the suspension of execution. Therefore the administrative disposition can be executed though the administrativ litigation is institituted. Exceptionally it can be suspended under the strict condition. Especially the prevailing opinion and judicial precedent are opposed to the scope of administrative litigation. These systems of korea are not complete to secure the rights of general public, and moreover infringe the right of access to courts. In order to secure the rights of general public completely, our systems of provisional remedy in the scope of administrative litigation must be amended like the systems of Germany.
