      • 생쥐 대장 평활근 세포에서 내향 정류성 칼륨 전류의 특성 연구

        Objectives: K^(+) channels play an important role in regulating cellular excitability. The aim of this study was to know whether or not inward rectifier K^(+) channel exists in colonic smooth muscle cells. Methods: Mouse colonic smooth muscle cells were isolated using collagenase, and then we recorded their membrane currents using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Results: With 90 mM K^(+) in bath, hyperpolarization-induced inward currents from -120 mV to 20 mV with 400 ms duration at a holding potential of -10 mV showed rapid activation, inactivation and inward rectification. The inactivation showed single exponential time course. Reduction of external K^(+) to 60 mM decreased the amplitudes of the currents in whole test voltage range and shifted the reversal potential to more negative potential. The inactivation process and peak currents of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents were not affected by removing external Na^(+). External Ba^(+) blocked hyperpolarization-induced inward currents by dose-dependent manner and pure Ba^(+)-sensitive currents showed strong inward rectification. Cs^(+) also suppressed hyper- polarization-induced inward currents. Ba^(+) and Cs^(+)-induced inhibitiOn of hyperpolarization-induced inward currents was voltage-dependent, and the extent of inhibition increasing with membrane hyperpolarization. Conclusions: These results suggest that inward rectifier KU channels may exist in proximal colonic smooth muscle and may play an important role in regulating membrane potential.

        We show that biased annealing of a-Si:H contacted with metal gives rise to silicide growth and the creation of metastable states that can be to some extent removed by unbiased annealing. This paper gives the first report of a direct correlation of Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics to silicide growth in a-Si: H. Variations of Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics with annealing biases are analysed by the two series-connected diodes model.

        문화를 파는 시대의 도래'란 말처럼 기술이나 기능이 전 세계적으로 보편화되고 있는 가운데 디자인의 역할이 단순히 외관뿐 만 아닌 소비자의 감성이나 만족에 더 많은 비중을 두게 되었고, 특히 그 나라마다 혹은 지역마다의 고유한 문화적 특성을 배경으로 한 문화적 상품의 개발이야말로 디자인의 국제 경쟁력을 높이고 질을 높이는데 기여할 것이 분명해진다. 최근의 디자인이 문화 현상으로 인식되면서 자아 실현과 같은 지적 만족을 추구하는 소비 패턴으로 변하고 있으며 따라서 생활의 질적 향상 및 정신적 문화적 만족이 새로운 목표가 되고 있다. 즉, 세계화 시대에 국가 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여는 새로운 기술 습득과 개발의 노력 못지 않게 자국의 독특한 감각으로 차별화를 꾀하고 그 나라의 역사와 문화성을 상품에 접목시켜 상품의 부가가치를 높이는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각국의 문화 비교를 통하여 '이태리적 ' '일본적' '한국적'이라는 문화적 의미를 생활용품에 나타난 디자인으로부터 추출하여 나라마다의 독특한 형태, 선, 색채의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. Nowadays, it is worldwide common sense to say the technology and function as the time to sell culture itself. Which means the people think of customer's emotion and satisfaction to be more important as well as product's appearance. Specially, it makes clear to quality up with excellent competition when people develope design of the products with unique background of its country. Currently, the consumer trend have been changed to Intellectual persuit and self-realization with the design to be cultural trend. And its new goal has passed for taking new technology and upgrade of life standard. Making valuable worth with unique culture and historical specification is quite important when we want to have good competition compared to other countries. So, we tried to find the color specification and unique line from the common design with using the Italian, Japanese, Korean original culture.

      • 광대역 능동 위상 배열 안테나

        In this paper, a 1*4 active phased array antenna was designed using the voltage controlled oscillators(VCO) with the varactor diode and the transmission line network with open stub. The varactor diode was connected in parallel to the FET for the wide tuning range of the VCO and the open stubs were connected at the end of the transmission line network to increase the scan range. The scan range, -20 degree to 22 degree at 2.44GHz, was controlled by the applied varactor diode voltage and the transmission line coupling network.

      • ATM 접근망에서의 IPC 기법의 설계

        본 논문은 ATM 접근망에서의 IPC 기법을 설계하고 평가한다. 접근망에서의 내부 메시지들은 유니트들간에 교환되어 관리와 신호 기능을 위해 사용되는데 이들은 일반적으로 일대다 통신을 하므로 다수 유니트의 동시 전송시 수신 유니트는 버퍼 부족에 의한 셀의 손실을 격게 된다. 이와 같은 문제에 대처하기 위해 셀 수준의 슬라이딩 윈도우 프로토콜에 기반하여 흐름 제어 및 오류 제어 기능을 갖는 IPC를 구현하고 평가하였다. 제안된 IPC 기법은 내부 메시지 셀의 수를 증가시키지만 오직 손실된 셀에 대해서만 재전송을 하므로 셀 손실에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있으며 ATM SAR와 같은 하드웨어 장치를 필요로 하는 메시지 단위의 오류 처리보다 비용이 저렴하다. Internal messages of access network are exchanged between the respective units and have one-to-many type communication, hence, simultaneous tramsmission from multiple units to a specific unit may cause a cell loss due to buffer limitation. To cope with this problem, we implement and evaluate a cell level sliding window protocol which has error control and flow control functionalities, respectively. Though the proposed scheme increases th number of cells required for IPC, it can efficiently cope with the cell loss as it makes the lost cell only be retransmitted. In addition, it needs less cost than the message level error control scheme which is based on hardware device such as ATM SAR.       • Brushless 同期發電機의 特性에 關한 硏究 : 主로 自勵型 Brushless 單相同期發電機의 應用에 對하여

        As an excitation system of the synchronous generator, an exciter which is directly connected to the main shaft, comprising some restrictions by the increasing capacity under the condition of commutation, has generally been used. In order to solve the restriction problem as well as to operate the generator without difficulty, it is desired to get rid of electrical sliding contacts such as brush and slip ring. To eliminate these electrical sliding contacts, several types of brushless generators have been developed, one of which being understood to be the self-excited brushless single-phase synchronous generator. In this paper, the results of experimental test about the characteristics are analyzed. There are not a few possibilities in the CT connection wherein the load current affects the exciting current.

      • 자기장에 의해서 f=1/4인 경우 조셉슨접합 배열의 초전도체-부도체 상전이

        자기장이 있는 조셉슨 접합 배열 모델을 연구하였다. 자기장의 효과를 고려하기 위하여 쩔쩔맴이 있는 XY 모델을 살펴보았다. 몬테칼로 방법을 사용하여 (2+1) 차원의 고전 XY 모델에서 쩔쩔맴이 f=I/4 인 경우를 살펴본 결과, 동역학지수 z= 1.0 과 상관관계거리 임계지수 υ=0.4를 얻었는데, 이는 f=1/2인 경우와는 다른 지수 값이다. We have studied the superconductor-Insulator transition in the ]osepshon-junction arrays with a magnetic field. In order to consider the effect of a magnetic field, we have explored the XY model with frustration. In this work, we study the (2+1)-dimensional classical XY model where frustrantion is f=I/4. Using the Monte Carlo methods, we find quantum dynamical exponent z= 1.0 and the correlation length exponent υ =0.4, which is different from the exponent f=1/2.

      • 비정상 질확대경검사 소견을 보이는 환자에서 환상투열요법의 직접적 적용에 관한 연구

        Objective: Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone (LLETZ) has been widely used for evaluating cervical dysplasia/cancer. We performed this study to evaluate if colposcopically suspected cervical high-grade dysplasia or cancer could be directly evaluated and treated with LLETZ. Methods: 93 women who were scheduled for colposcopic evaluation because of an abnormal cervical cytology report were included in the study in Sanggye Paik Hospital from Jan to Dec 2001. Mean age of the study population was 38.6±9.0. colposcopy directed punch biopsy was not performed and histologic diagnosis was made by LLETZ. Sensitivity and specificity of colposcopic evaluation was calculated and compared with those of cervical cytology. Results: On histopathological examination by LLETZ, 11(11.8%) patients had invasive cancers including 3(3.2%) adenocarcinomas. The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy for the detection of cervical dysplasia or cancer was 71.7% and 72.3% respectively, wile those of cytology was 56.5% and 74.5% respectively. Conclusion: LLETZ may be adequately performed for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical dysplasia/cancer based on the results of pap smear and colposcopy without punch biopsy. Cost benefit might be anticipated while cost-effectiveness analysis is necessary in the future.
