        삼차신경 척수감각핵 박편에서 신경세포의 활성도에 미치는 아미노산 신경전달물질의 영향

        This study was performed to elucidate the effects of excitatory amino acid(EAA) on medullary dorsal horn neurons in vitro and the interelations between EAA and substance P in medullary dorsal horn. Horizontal slices of caudal part of trigeminal sensory nucleus(500-600 ㎛ thick) were prepared from rats about 5 weeks old, then transferred and fixed in the recording chamber where it was preincubated and continuously perfused with aerated modified Krebs-Ringer solution. Intracellular recordings were carried out with glass microelectrode to record the changes of membrane potential and membrane input resistance induced by glutamate, aspartate and substance P perfusion. Glutamate and aspartate respectively depolarized medullary dorsal horn neurons and decreased membrane input resistance in a dose-dependent menner. Effect of glutamate and aspartate applied simultaneously on medullary dorsal horn neuron was not different from that of glutamate or aspartate, respectively. Substance P also depolarized medullary dorsal horn neurons and decreased membrane input resistance. Medullary dorsal horn neurons responding to glutamate also responded to aspartate and substance P.

      • 우수 사과酒酵母의 分離와 利用에 關한 硏究

        Extensive selection works on wild yeasts of fruits were carried cut to obtain strains which are applicable to apple wine making. Among the total number of 1,358 yeast strains which were isolated from various fruit samples collected from the vicinity of Daejeon and other regions of Korea, the strains SH-49, SH-129 and SH-338 were found to be useful. Then experiments on their morphological and physiological characteristics, and on the aspects of practical use in apple wine making were proceeded. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The strains SH-49 and SH-129, particularly SH-49, were appeared to have good fermentation ability, tolerance to sulfur dioxide and to produce fine quality of apple wine. 2. Apple wines made by using the strain, SH-49 and SH-129 contained less amount of total acids than those by other strains. 3. Apple wines of SH-49 and SH-129 were clarified rapidly during the primary fermentation period, and their absorbancy at 430 nm after 45 days of storage were approximately half of others. 4. Apple wine of SH-338 contained higher amount of residual sugar and its quality was superior to others. It is considered that this strain could be used in the production of apple wine of a characteristic quality. 5. The strains SH-49 and SH-338 were identified as a Saccharomyces cerevisiae according to Taxanomic Study of Yeasts by Lodder, however, classification of SH-129 was suspended for further study.

        The continuing demand for quality products requires better understanding and improved control of the production process. And, in recent year requirements for flatness control in strip rolling have become increasingly severe because of the control for flatness of cold rolled strip is essential for further down stream processing. Also a speeds of rolling mills to meet productivity requirements puts a demanding requirement on the control of flatness of rolled strip. The demands on a total flatness control system therefore are a measuring and indication system consisting of a measuring roll that is robust, accurate, reliable and require a minimum of maintenance. The critical part of any control system is the quality of the information being provided by measurement instrument or device. It is therefore of utmost importance to have an accurate, repeatable measuring system.

      • 산포도와 머루중의 Polyphenol Oxidase에 관한 연구¹

        Polyphenol oxidase was partially purified from fresh vitis flexuosa and vitis amurensis and its characteristics were studied. the experimental results were summarized as follows. 1.The enzyme activities were increased during the fruit developement gradually in two sample. 2.The optimum pH and temperature for activity were 5.5 and 30℃, respectively. 3.The enzyme was active with o-phenols and trihydroxyphenol, but inactive toward m-diphenols and monophenols. 4.The ?? value of the enzymes was 15.4 mM in vitis flexuosa and 12.5 mM in vitis amurensis with catechol as substrate. 5.Inhibitors sudies indicated that sodium diethyl-dithiocarbamate, L-cysteine, sodium bisulfite, L-ascorbic acid and 2-mercaptoeyhanol were the most potent. 6.The enzyme activity increament by ?? was much better than those by the other metal ions.

      • 일부 의료이용자의 민간의료보험에 대한 태도와 정책적 시사점

        The main objective of this study is to examine the attitudes of some medical consumers to private health insurance so that the results can be utilized in establishing the government's health insurance policy and hospitals' management strategies. Based on this objective, an interview survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for the patients of four general hospitals located in Busan Metropolitan City during the period of 3/1-4/30/2005, and data from 520 patients were utilized in the final analysis. Survey items included general characteristics of the patients(sex, age, education, income, etc.), various factors related to patients' satisfaction on National Health Insurance and supplementary private health insurance, and their opinions on the introduction of substitute private health insurance. SPSS(version 12.0) was used to process the data. Major findings are as follows: 1) Overall satisfaction of the patients on National Health Insurance(NHI) was generally low, as 43.6% of the respondents were 'unsatisfied,' whereas only 7.0% 'satisfied.'(The remainder was 'neutral.') Main reason for the dissatisfaction was found to be 'insufficient benefits.' 2) 75.6% of the respondents possessed some kind of supplementary private health insurance policies, and their satisfaction level was relatively higher than that of NHI 3) 69.9% replied that the government should allow substitute private health insurance, and, when allowed, 62.2% would purchase such insurance policies. 4) However, based on economic abilities and attitudes to high-grade medical services, only 10-20% could be considered to have 'actual' or 'effective' demand for substitute private health insurance. 5) Logistic regression analysis suggested that the probability of purchasing substitute private health insurance policies was higher when the respondents were younger, richer and more dissatisfied with NHI.

        The importance of LCC analysis has been enlarged. Also, it would be necessary to computerize LCC analysis for accurate and logical analysis of LCC. In other papers, they showed LCC analysis model but the study of database development which could be applied in LCC analysis have been undeveloped. This study showing the development of common database for the LCC analysis computerization inquires into cost breakdown structure by previous researches. Also, it makes cost breakdown structure for deriving LCC cost item. As a result, the standard of LCC analysis computerization by developing LCC DB of cost breakdown structure would be shown.

        五加皮의 造血 및 免疫調節效果에 대한 實驗的 硏究

        In order to investigate the reinforcemental Effects of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about immunity and hematogenic action. The various immune responses were studied. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Positive cell was significantly increased at the 0.25 d r n P degree of density in the effect of CD4 about the spleen cell. 2. In the effect of IgG positive cell was significantly increased as comrared with the data of control only at the 0.25 mg/ml degree of density. 3. In the effect of Mac-1 positive cell was significantly increased in all treated degree of density. 4. In result of observing the change of WBC after Cyclophosphamide-processing the number of WBC was significantly increased in treated Group. 5. Measurement of RT-PCR in Hematopoietic stem cell TPO PCR products was increased as compared with medium at the 1 ㎛/ml degree of density. 6. In reinforcemental effect about Stem cell factor SCF PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 7. In reinforcemental effect about IL-3 PCR product was increased as compared with medium at the low degree of density. 8. In reinforcemental effect about IL-6 PCR product was significantly increased as compared with all treated group. 9. Assay about positive cell in the spleen cell, the positive cell was significantly increased in CD4, CD19. 10. Created amount NO was treated group significantly increased all degree of density. 11. In promotional dissolution-effect, treated group was increased one and half times or twice all degree of density as compared with negative control. According to the above results, Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex increase coherence with T-cell by dint of activating CD of T-cell, presentate an antigen, activate IL-3, IL-6 which stimulate B-cell mading an antibody, activate IFN- y which appeal anti-viral activity by dint of activating macrophage, activate IgG which being made in B-cell neutralize Virus directly, increase immunity by means of promoting dissolution of Spleen cell which involve immune cell and strengthen hematogenic action by dint of activating TPO, SCF. Although Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex was used in retrogressional joint disease of deficiency syndrome by reinforcing Liver and Kidney, strengthening bones and sinews, because IFN- 7 which appeal anti-viral activity and IL-6 which almost appear in arthritis increased significantly, in future we should make an effort in looking into action of Acanthopanax Radicis Cortex about common cold by infection and arthritis of excess syndrome.

      • 강판의 자동 형상제어 장치의 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the performance and functions of automatic flatness control system installed on the 4 hi-reversing mill and has been investigated under actual conditions. A new automatic flatness control system incorporates a measuring roll for measurement and correction calculations, hydraulic roll benders, selective roll cooling, and a programmable controller forinterface and data logging. The test results are as following. The more the exit steel strip thickness is thick, the smaller the I value, and the more it is thin, the larger the I value. And, a complex distribution of strip tension was controlled, for example, not only a quarter buckle but also a simple center wave and edge wave. Because the tension deviation is larger at acceleration speed and deceleration speed than steady speed. so automatic flatness control system of contact type is better to adopt over 450 m/min, automatic flatness control system reduces rapidly large flatness deviation. The maximum I value of strip has been decreased to 13 I, and defects caused by poor flatness have been drastcally decreased. And coolant temperature for work roll cooling system on the automatic flatness control system is better to adopt about 50-55℃.

        치과용 디지털 색상 분석용 기기의 정확성과 재현 능력에 대한 평가

        본 연구에서는 치과용 디지털 색상 분석기기 중 하나인 ShadeScan (CYNOVAD, Montreal, Canada)의 색상 분석의 정확성과 재현 능력을 평가하였다. 균일한 치아 배열을 가진 20대 성인 남자 8명과 여자 8명의 상악 인상을 고무인 상제 (Exaflex, GC, Japan)를 이용하여 채득하고, 인상에 A2 색상의 임시 크라운 제작용 자가중합형 레진을 주입하여 치아 모델을 완성하고, ShadeScan을 이용해 각 치아의 영상을 얻어 컴퓨터의 ShadeScan 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 그리고 측정 결과의 재현 능력를 평가하기 위해 2개의 치아 모델을 임의로 선택하여 각 치아마다 10회의 색상 측정을 시행하여 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 분석된 영상의 동일 shade 간의 색차를 확인하기 위해 광중합 복합레진인 Gradia Direct (GC, Tokyo, Japan)와 shade guide의 CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) 값을 백색과 흑색 배경판 상에서 spectrophotometer (Spectrolino, GretagMacbeth, USA)로 측정하고, ShadeScan에 의해 동일한 shade로 분석된 shade guide간의 색차를 계산하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 모든 치아에서 모델 제작 재료와 동일한 A2 색상므로 분석된 경우는 없었으며, 개개의 치아에서 전체 순면이 동일한 색상으로 분석된 예는 없었다. 또한 동일한 치아군에서 치아의 크기 , 형태 , 순면의 굴곡 등에 따라 서로 다른 색상 분포를 보였다. 재현성 평가에서 각 치아의 중앙부는 비교적 일정한 재현성출 보였으나, 절단부와 주변 부위는 재현성이 낮았으며, 동일한 shade로 분석된 shade guide 간에는 3 이상의 색차 (ΔE^(*))를 보였다. 이상의 결과는 치과용 디지털 색상 분석기기는 비록 높은 재현 능력은 가지고 있지만 정확성에 오류가 있음을 시사하며 , 따라서 이러한 기기를 이용한 색상 분석 시 좀 더 세밀한 주의와 다른 방법의 추가 사용이 필요하리라 사료된다. This study was done to evaluate the reliability of the digital color analysis system (ShadeScan, CYNOVAD, Montreal, Canada) for dentistry. Sixteen tooth models were made by injecting the A2 shade chemical cured resin for temporary crown into the impression acquired from 16 adults. Surfaces of the model teeth were polished with resin polishing cloth. The window of the ShadeScan handpiece was placed on the labial surface of tooth and tooth images were captured, and each tooth shade was analyzed with the ShadeScan software. Captured images were selected in groups, and compared one another. Two models were selected to evaluate repeatability of ShadeScan, and shade analysis was performed 10 times for each tooth. And, to ascertain the color difference of same shade code analyzed by ShadeScan, CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)values of shade guide of Gradia Direct (GC, Tokyo, Japan) were measured on the white and black background using the Spectrolino (GretagMacbeth, USA), and Shade map of each shade guide was captured using the ShadeScan. There were no teeth that were analyzed as A2 shade and unique shade. And shade mapping analyses of the same tooth revealed similar shade and distribution except incisal third. Color difference (ΔE^(*)) among the Shade map which analyzed as same shade by ShadeScan were above 3. Within the limits of this study, digital color analysis instrument for dentistry has relatively high repeatability, but has controversial in accuracy.

        적외선 흡수 분광법 및 DPC를 이용한 치과용 수복재의 광중합 거동 분석

        Mechanical properties of compomers would be obtained mainly by photopolymerization by visible light irradiation. Photopolymerization behavior of two commercial compomers was investigated by FT-IR spectral analysis and differential photocalorimetry(DPC). The results obtained were as follows: 1. From FT-IR analysis, it was found that the compomer products were photocured mainly by radical polymerizations of multifunctional methacrylate monomers. Final conversion values of the polymerizations after exposure to visible light for 60 sec were 67% for Dyract and 59% for Compoglass. 2. Upon exposure the compomers exhibited autoacceleration and autodeceleration, which are usually observed in bulk polymerizations of multifunctional monomers. 3. Dyract showed higher rate of polymerization and conversion of double bond than Compoglass.
