Abstract - The high-speed fiber-optic networks rapidly has come into wide use and in the process of use because the last developing acceleration of the telecommunication technology but, they must need the high foundation cost therefore a heavily populated district was suitable. On the order hand a lightly populated district incongruent. Powerline communications merit attention because the lower foundation cost for using of the existing powerlines. The coupling Circuits are High pass filter and blocking high-voltage. The coupling circuits consist of capacitance so called the coupling capacitor. In the thesis the coupling capacitor try design, simulation and fabrication. After studying a characteristic of frequency in the temperature that the fabrication capacitor study conformability of the coupling capacitors.
뇌 전산화 단층촬영상 정신분열증 환자의 대뇌반구 비대칭의 반전에 관한 연구

Right handed normal person tend to show neuroanatomical asymmetries of the brain on CT, with larger Rt. Frontal and Lt. Occipital lobe than the respective contralateral structures. The authors examined the frequency of reversals of this normal asymmetry in group of 32 right handed schizophrenic patients. Compared to 22 normal right handers, the schizophrenics had an increased frequency of both frontal and occipital reversals, especially occipital reversals(p<0.05). The authors then divided the patients into two groups on the basis of whether they had CT evidence suggestive of brain atropy or not. But there was no significant differences in the frequency of reversals. Patients with frontal reversal only had earlier onset, shorter duration of hospitalization and of drug uses, and smaller doses of antipsychotic drugs than patients with occipital reversal. This findings suggest that schizophrenic patients with frontal reversal only may have a milder clinical course than patients with occipital reversal.

혈액질환 가운데 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 알려진 것은 호지킨 림프종을 포함한 림프증식성질환 그리고 모양세포성 백혈병 등이 있다. 또한 동종 골수이식을 받은 환자에서도 결핵은 증가한다고 알려져있다. Kaplan 등은 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 보고하였다. 그러나 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵의 발생이 증가하는 이유에 대해서는 아직까지 정확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 저자들이 2년 동안 후향적으로 조사한 180명의 성인 골수구성 백혈병 환자들 가운데 결핵이 발생한 환자는 4명이었고, 발생 부위는 모두 림프절이었다. 결핵은 골수구성 백혈병의 특정 아형에만 국한되어 발생하지 않았지만, 50%에서 FAB 분류에 의한 M4였다. 림프절이 종대된 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 특히, 결핵의 유병율이 높은 나라에서는 결핵성 림프절염도 감별진단에 포함시켜야 한다. During the neutropenic phase, leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy are prone to bacterial and, fungal infections; occasionally mycobacterial, viral and protozoal organisms may also cause infections. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection was reported very rarely in these patients. This report describes four patients with M. tuberculosis infection identified from 185 adult patients who were diagnosed myelogenous leukemia between January 2003, and December 2004. There was no patient with M. tuberculosis infection from 44 lymphoid leukemia and 11 acute biphenotypic leukemia patients. Sites of infection were all lymph nodes. Three among four patients were presented with lymphadenopathy at initial diagnosis of leukemia, and the other one presented with lymphadenopathy after induction chemotherapy. There was no patient presented with lymphadenopathy during the neutropenic phase. Tuberculous lymphadenitis was presented in a patient with three acute myelogenous leukemia (FAB class 2 M4, 1 M2) and a chronic myelogenous leukemia, accelerated phase. An acute myelogenous leukemia patient had a leukemic cell and tubercle bacilli in the same lymph node. Tuberculosis should also be included as a differential diagnosis in myelogenous leukemia patient with lymphadenopathy, especially in the countries in which the disease is endemic.

To estimate the change of riverbed geography by the operation of movable weir, two-dimensional RMA-2 and SED-2D were used in this study. Hydraulic elements like flowrate or depth were simulated by RMA-2 and the change of riverbed geography according to sediment transport was simulated by SED-2D. Suktop stream was chosen as a project river for the simulation. Under the condition of 50-year rainfall frequency, the estimated flood of Suktop was 123cms. At the points of movable weir the simulation results showed that the difference of high water level from the result of HEC-RAS was less than 0.64m. And the difference of water velocity was less than 0.21m/sec. Based on the sediment simulation by SED-2D, predicted riverbed elevation was 29.70-30.22m at the point of ST1 and 28.26~28.82m at the point of ST2. Measured riverbed elevation was 29.70-30.16m, 28.28-28.69m, respectively. So, the predicted elevations are closely similar to the measured elevation. At the point of ST1, sediment transport simulation results showed that erosion of riverbed was predicted by the operation of movable weir. This erosion was ranged up to 200m upstream and the riverbed would be eroded away as much as 0.07m for one year. At the point of ST2, upstream of movable weir would be eroded and the erosion depth was estimated 0.261m. The erosion was higher at the point of movable weir and the erosion depth was estimated 0.310m. But the sediment would be deposit downstream of the movable weir. SED-2D followed by RMA-2 is well applicable to the stream which has movable weirs and can estimate not only hydraulic parameters such as flowrate or depth but also riverbed elevation change caused by erosion or deposit of fluvial sediment.

Noniterative Super-Resolution Technique Combining SVA With Modified Geometric Mean Filter

<P>We propose a super-resolution algorithm that combines spatially variant apodization (SVA) with a modified geometric mean filter to improve the resolution of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images and reduce sidelobes simultaneously. This method does not require iterative calculation. The efficacy of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation with point targets and in experiments with a real SAR image. The proposed method improved resolution by 40% compared to SVA and phase-extension inverse filtering.</P>
Deramped SAR 원시데이터에서 효율적인 Spurious 신호 제거 기법

고해상도 영상 획득을 위해 데이터량과 처리시간에 대한 이점으로 인해 deramping 기법을 많이 적용한다. 그러나 ADC를 통해 디지털 신호로 변환하는 과정에서 시스템 구동 신호에 의한 원하지 않는 잡음 톤(spurious signal, noise-tone)이 들어올 수 있다. 이 경우, 영상에 직접적이고 심각한 품질 저하가 발생하게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 deramped SAR에서 발생 가능한 잡음 톤에 대한 특성 분석을 통해 불필요한 신호를 적절히 선택하고 또한, 신호 특성을 반영하여 원시데이터 상에서 잡음 신호를 효과적으로 제거해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 잡음 톤에 대한 원인 및 특성 분석을 바탕으로 원시데이터 상에서 잡음 톤을 효율적으로 제거하는 방법을 제안하였다. Deramping technique has been widely used to acquire high resolution SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) images for the advantage of the data size and the processing time. However, unwanted spurious signals caused by SAR hardware can be leaked in the process of converting into a digital signal through the ADC(Analog-Digital Converter) and added in a echo signal. These tones make image quality degrade significantly. In order to solve this problem, the unwanted tones need to be detected by analysing the characteristic of the noise tone and then effectively removed from raw data. In this paper, we propose a method for efficiently removing noise tone on the raw data based on the characteristic of spurious signals.
