In general, the high cost, long time, and complex steps are required in the design and implementation of MPSoC(Multi-Processor System on a Chip), therefore a platform is used to test the functionality and performance of IPs(Intellectual Properties). In this paper, we study a platform architecture to verify IPs based on Interconnect Network among processors, and show that the MPSoC platform gives better performance than a single processor for an application program. 일반적으로 MPSoC(Multi-Processor System on a Chip)의 설계 및 구현을 위한 비용이 높고 시간이 오래 걸리며 복잡하기 때문에 이를 위한 IP(Intellectual Property)의 기능 및 성능을 검증하기 위해서는 플랫폼을 이용하여 테스트한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티 프로세서에서 CPU(Central Processing Unit) 간의 Interconnect Network 구조를 기반으로 하는 IP를 검증하기 위한 플랫폼 구조를 연구하고, 이를 바탕으로 응용 프로그램을 수행하였을 경우에 단일 프로세서를 사용했을 때보다 얼마나 많이 성능이 향상될 수 있는지를 보이고자 한다.
저압함침법에 의한 FeCrSi/AC8A 복합재료의 제조와 마모특성 평가

In this paper, study about property evaluation for the metal matrix composites fabricated by law pressure infiltration process. Aluminum alloy composite which is reinforced by Metal fiber preform was fabricated by low pressure casting process. Infiltration condition was changed the pressure infiltration time of 1 sec, 2 sec and 5 sec under a constant pressure of 0.4 ㎫. The molten alloy completely infiltrated the FeCrSi metal perform regardless of the increase in the pressure acceleration time. The the porosity in the FeCrSi/AC8A composite was investigated. The porosity was reduced as the pressure acceleration time as shorter. The FeCrSi/AC8A composite was investigated the wear test for to know the relationship between Porosity and wear resistance. FeCrSi/AC8A composite at pressure acceleration time of 1sec is shown excellent wear resistance.

The Cam nose part of the Automobile's Cam shaft is strongly bumped with rocker arm or valve-lift. Therefore abnormal wear such as unfairwear and eariywear occur in the surface. This abnormal wear causes a defect that bad timing open and close actions of the engine valve happen in the combustion chamber so the fuel gas will be combustion imperfect. Therefore, the Cam shaft has to be high hardness and wear resistance. In this study, high frequency heat treatment method was accomplished for wear test for material SM53C.
1300℃급 가스터빈 1단 블레이드의 코팅분석을 이용한 열화평가

The first stage blade of a gas turbine was operated under a severe environment which included both 1300℃ hot gas and thermal stress. To obtain high efficiency, a thermal barrier coating (TBC) and an internal cooling system were used to increase the firing temperature. The TBC consists of multi-layer coatings of a ceramic outer layer (top coating) and a metallic inner layer (bond coat) between the ceramic and the substrate. The top and bond coating layer respectively act as a thermal barrier against hot gas and a buffer against the thermal stress caused by the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient between the ceramic and the substrate. Particularly, the bondcoating layer improves the resistance against oxidation and corrosion. An inter-diffusion layer is generated between the bond coat and the substrate due to the exposure at a high temperature and the diffusion phenomenon. A thickness measurement result showed that the bond coat of the suction side was thicker than that of the pressure side. The thickest inter-diffusion zone was noted at SS1 (Suction Side point 1). A chemical composition analysis of the bond coat showed aluminum depletion around the inter-diffusion layer. In this study, we evaluated the properties of the bond coat and the degradation of the coating layer used on a 1300℃-class gas turbine blade. Moreover, the operation temperature of the blade was estimated using the Arrhenius equation and this was compared with the result of a thermal analysis.

From a total life cycle system management standpoint, the needs of forecasting effectiveness as to budget and the importance of management decisions increase continuously in the military aviation industry. In this paper, we elicited operation and maintenance cost in life-cycle of fixedwing aircraft and developed the cost estimation model by considering performance and capability using historical data in the Republic Of Korea Air Force.
