광고에 나타난 트롱프뢰유(trompe-L`oeil)기법을 활용한 바디페인팅 연구

응용 예술의 한 분야인 바디페인팅은 인체에 그림을 그리는 것으로 광고 분야에 새로운 광고 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 초현실주의에 나타난 트롱프뢰유 기법을 응용한 바디페인팅이 상업적 광고에 표현되었을 때 보여 지는 이미지 전달과 광고로서의 효과를 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 바디페인팅에 대한 고찰을 통해 바디페인팅의 다양한 표현기법이 회화적 이미지와 융화됨을 설명하였다. 분석 및 조사 자료에 대한 범위는 바디페인팅의 개념과 역사를 통해 예술의 한 장르로서 다양한 표현기법을 가지고 있음을 문헌과 선행 논문을 중심으로 제시 하였다. 광고의 범위를 영상광고와 지면광고로 분류하고, 각각의 광고 내용은 트롱프뢰유기법이 바디페인팅에 적용된 광고를 기준으로 자료를 조사하였다. 그리고 바디페인팅에 트롱프뢰유 기법을 사용한 광고에서 보여 지는 예술적 특징 및 시각적, 착시적인 부분의 의미 전달에 대하여 유형별로 분류하여 조사하였으며, 분석을 위해 초현실주의에서 사용한 데페이즈망 표현 방법 중 변형, 전환, 합성을 바탕으로 분류하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 초현실주의의 표현 양식에 바디페인팅이 적용한 광고가 지면 및 영상광고 분야에 적용이 되었으며, 데페이즈망 기법에 기준하여 변형, 전환, 합성의 사례를 적용하였고, 영상광고에서 보여 지는 데페이즈망 기법이 사실감 있게 표현되었음을 볼 수 있었다. 이와 같이 초현실주의의 트롱프뢰유 기법이 바디페인팅에 표현되어 광고에 적용됨으로서 광고의 메시지와 이미지를 전달함을 볼 수 있었다. Representative artist of the Surrealist Rene Magritte (Rene Magritte), multi-step conversion of the main theme, the juxtaposition, derivative, combined, transformed, isolated, synthetic techniques such as representation on the basis Trompe-l`oeil Bodypainting phenomenon is seen when combined with Synesthesia in combination, the acceptance of the transition, transformation of common sense, were classified as leave. Trompe-l`oeil technique appeared in ads painted with the body when combined with the space and objects cause perceptual illusion, and human factor in molding the flow and the curvature of the line is felt in the life through the visual image has been completed.

본 논문에서는 한국 대중음악에 대한 학술적 연구의 측면 중 가장 근원적인 접근이라 할 수 있는 음악적 연구의 일환으로 작곡가 윤상의 음악을 분석하였다. 윤상은 80년대부터 현재에 이르기까지 한국 대중음악사의 많은 부분을 거쳐 꾸준히 활동해오고 있는 대표적인 작곡가이다. 대표곡 21곡을 선정하여 분석한 결과 윤상의 곡은 으뜸음을 중심으로 모든 화성 관계가 진행되는 조성음악적 성격이 강하게 드러났다. 윤상은 작ž편곡기법으로 상행ž하행하는 순차적 베이스 라인을 만들어 화성을 진행하였고, 그에 따라 코드의 연결을 위해 속 7화음과 감 7화음을 사용하였으며, 곡의 마무리는 도미넌트 종지를 이용하여 안정적이고 해결감이 강한 조성 음악을 만들어냈다. 한편 그의 음악이 안정감을 추구하면서도 획일적이지 않게 들리는 것은 온음계적 화성과 멜로디를 바탕으로 반음계적 화성의 진행을 적절히 활용하였기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 시대별로 나타나는 형식적 변화로는 90년대의 곡에서는 비중이 있었던 프리 코러스와 간주의 마디 수가 시대가 갈수록 줄어들었다는 점이다. 시대별 비교를 통해 새롭게 발견된 화성적 변화는 90년대와 2000년대의 18곡에는 전조가 이루어지지 않았던 반면 2010년대의 3곡 중 2곡에서 파트 간 전조가 이루어졌다는 점이다. 이는 윤상의 음악에 전반적으로 나타났던 하나의 강한 조성을 가진 음악이라는 특징이 2010년대부터 2개 이상의 조성을 가지는 음악으로 변했다는 점에서 큰 변화라 말할 수 있다. This study aims to analyze music of Yoon-sang, as a part of musical research, which is the most fundamental approach among academic studies on Korean popular music. Yoon-Sang is a representative composer, who has gone through the 1980s to the present. The result of analysis of 21 songs created by Yoon-Sang showed that his songs are mostly characterized by tonal music, in which chord relationships develop focusing on keynotes. The reason why his music does not sound uniform pursuing stability is he properly added the progression of chromatic chords, based on diatonic chords and melodies. Dominant 7th chord and diminished 7th chord are used the most among diverse techniques adding chromatic colors. Along with these chords, chromatic intervals are used not only in chord progression but also in melodies. The successive, ascending or descending movement of the base line is his common composition and arrangement technique revealed in every song. One of formal changes with the stream of the times is that the number of measured in the pre-chorus and interlude that were of great importance in his songs of the 1990s decreased over time. With regard to harmonic changes, whereas modulation between parts was applied to his 2 songs created in the 2010s. Yoon-Sang"s music had one strong tonality overall, but his music began to have more than two tonalities starting the 2010s, and this is a big variation in his music.

모티브(Motive) 단위 분석 관점으로 바라본 정순철 동요의 선율 전개기법

본 연구는 윤극영, 홍난파, 박태준과 더불어 우리나라 동요 4대 작곡가로 활동하였던 정순철의 동요분석 연구이다. 정순철은 어린이가 독립된 인격체로 존중받지 못했던 일제강점기 시대에 창작 동요를 통하여 어린이 운동에 적극 참여한 인물이다. 동요는 어린이를 대상으로 만든 음악으로써 음감이 형성되지 않은 연령대 아이들이 쉽게 따라 부를 수 있는 선율 작법을 필요로 한다. 이처럼 쉽게 따라 부를 수 있는 선율을 만들 때, 모티브(Motive)를 활용한 전개기법을 사용할 수 있다. 모티브를 사용한 전개 기법이란 멜로디를 형성하는 최소 단위인 모티브를 변형과 반복을 통하여 노래를 구조화하는 기법으로, 모티브 전개 기법이 적극적으로 활용된 경우 노래 멜로디를 보다 쉽게 따라 부를 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 도종환의『정순철 평전』을 통하여 확인된 정순철의 동요 사십 곡 중 연구에 부합하는 38곡을 선정하여 미국의 버클리 음악 대학(Berklee College of Music)의 작곡 수업 교재 『Melody in Songwriting』의 열일곱 가지 전개 기법들을 참고하여 분석 연구하였고 정순철을 제외한 4대 작곡가들의 대표곡들과 비교 분석해 봄으로써 정순철이 거의 동일한 리듬 패턴 안에서 단순화, 연장 기법 등과 결합한 음정 변형을 다수 사용하였으며 동요에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 선율 구조인 모티브 반복 기법과 두 마디 이상의 선율 중복 사용을 즐겨 하지 않았다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 발견은 정순철의 특징적 선율 작곡법으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구자는 정순철 동요를 중심으로 우리나라의 초기 창작 동요의 이해와 모티브 선율 전개 기법이라는 관점을 통해 초기 창작 동요 연구의 또 다른 시각화를 제시 하고자 하였다. The purpose of this research is to analyze Soon Chul Jung"s children"s songs, who is one of the four great children"s songwriters in Korea along with Geuk Young Yoon, Nan Pa Hong and Tae Jun Park. Soon Chul Jung has contributed by actively participate into children"s movement at Japanese colonial period through writing self-composed children"s songs. Since children"s songs are made for the age group without the sense of sound, children"s songs necessitate ‘easy to sing-along’ melody writing process. Like so, when writing the melody that are easy to be sang along, utilization of development technique using a unit called motive can be the potent way. This method has an advantage of being sang more with ease if actively implemented, and can be done by utilizing the smallest unit of the melody called motive, especially by lightly transform and repeat the unit, consequently structuring the song altogether. To investigate and analyze this motive-based development technique of Soon Chul Jung"s songs, 38 out of 40 written songs considered eligible for the research were confirmed and chosen from ‘Soon Chul Jung"s bibliography and choreography’ and each songs were analyzed based on 17 different development techniques which were standardized in the textbook ‘Melody in Songwriting’ adopted as a textbook of the Berklee college of Music, and also compared these song-writing pipelines with other great songwriters" representatives mentioned above. As a result, it was almost linear that the song"s pitch variation in combination with thinning or extension were used frequently and repeatedly, otherwise implicating melody duplication for more than 2 bars and motive repetition were not in his favor, while these methods were often used when writing children"s songs. This finding could be viewed as a character of his songwriting.

조선시대 사회제도의 종교적 이념에 따른 미용문화 연구 불교, 유교, 도교(음양오행 사상)를 중심으로

인류의 역사만큼 이나 긴 역사를 가지고 있는 종교는 어느 시대이든 사회적 배경과 함께 정치, 문화, 사상, 예술, 등 여러 분야에 영향을 주며 사회 안에서 종교적 이념으로 자리 잡아왔다. 조선시대에는 유교사상이 사회 전반에 뿌리내리며, 기존의 불교나 도교, 민간신앙 등은 철저히 배척하였다. 하지만 오랫동안 국민의 정서를 지배했던 불교나 민간신앙은 유교사상이 확립되었어도 궁내에서나 일반 사람들 사이에서 그 명맥을 이어져 왔다. 조선시대에는 사회적으로 여러 분야에 많은 변화가 있었지만, 미용이 유· 불· 도 등 종교의 영향을 받으며 각기 다른 사상 안에서 이념과 함께 형식을 달리하였다. 조선시대에는 신분과 계급에 따라 의복의 형태나 화장 방법에서 차별화를 두었고, 부계중심의 사대주의 정신은 여자들의 지위를 박탈하고 내외법으로 다스려졌다. 검소하고 소박함안에서 유· 불· 도의 사상이 미용에 끼친 영향은 사회적 현상을 넘어 종교적인 이념 안에서 정착되었음을 알 수 있다. The religion, of which its history is as long as the history of human beings, has been positioned firmly in the society as a religious ideology, by influencing various fields of politics, culture, thought, art, etc., along with the social background in any era of the history. In Joseon Dynasty period Confucianism had rooted in the overall society, and so far existed Buddhism, Taoism, folk belief, and so on were totally ostracized. The Buddhism or folk belief, which had been dominating the people``s sentiment for long time, however, was able to keep its existence in the palace as well as among the ordinary people barely, though the Confucianism had been firmly established over the country. While there had been a lot of changes in various fields in Joseon Dynasty, the types of makeup had been varied together with the difference of ideology in each different thought affected by the religions such as Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. The clothing type and makeup method had been differentiated according to the social position and class, in Joseon Dynasty, and the toadyism based on the paternalism had deprived the female rights and governed them with the strict male-female partiality regulation. It indicates that the influence of the thoughts of religion, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, to the makeup, in the thrift and naivety, had been settled fixedly in the religious ideology beyond the social phenomenon.
