        보은탄전 상부 고생대층에서 발견된 방추충

        충북 보은군 임곡리의 시추 표품(90-B-1)에서 Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis 와 Quasifusulina sp.를 기재하였으며, 이에 근거하여 Pseudoschwagerina대를 설정하였다. Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis는 영월 탄전의 밤치층에서 보고되었고 유라시아 대륙의 아셀리안과 사크마리안 지층에서 다수 기재된 바 있다. 보은 탄전에서 Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis 가 산출되는 것은 영월탄전의 밤치층과 대비되는 지층이 보은 탄전에서도 존재한다는 증거이다. 이 방추충과 함께 같은 층준에서 Quasifusulina sp.가 산출된다. 보은 탄전에서 전기 고생대의 방추충 종을 동정하여 발표하는 것은 이번이 처음이다. Two species of fusulinids, viz., Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis and Quasifusulina sp. are described from the limestone core sample(90-B-1). The core sample was obtained from Imgokri, Boeungun, Chungcheongbukdo, Korea. Recognition of Pseudoschwagerina helped the authors to establish the Pseudoschwagerina Zone. Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis has been reported from the Bamchi Formation of Yeongweol coalfield in Korea and also from the Asselian and Sakmarian strata in Eurasia. The occurrence of Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis in the Boeun coalfield demonstrates the existence of the early Permian strata that are equivalent to the Bamchi Formation of Yeongweol coalfield. The authors report Quasifusulina sp. which indicates the early Permian period as well as Pseudoschwagerina paraborealis. It is the first time that the species of early Permian fusulinids are identified from the Boeun coalfield.

        저인산혈성 구루병에 대한 임상적 고찰

        목적: 저인산혈성 구루병 환아의 임상상, 각종 혈액화학 검사 수치 및 방사선 검사 소견, 치료에 대한 반응 등을 살피고 효과적인 치료에 도움이 되는 정보를 얻고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법: 1983년 7월부터 2004년 2월까지 서울대학교병원 소아과에서 저인산혈성 구루병으로 진단받고 내과적인 치료를 받은 환아들의 의무기록지를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 대상환자는 56명이었고, 남녀의 비는 1:3 이었다 주소는 대부분 하지만곡과 저신장이었고, 혼자 걷기 시작하면서 발견된 경우가 가장 많았다. 진단시 평균연령은 5년 2개월 이었으며 12개월 이전에 진단 받은 경우는 없었다. 14명(25%)에서 가족력이 있었다. 진단받은 연령과 신장의 표준편차 점수는 통계적으로 의미있는 음의 상관관계가 있었다(r=-0.47, p=0.005). 생화학적 검사에서 정상 혈청 칼슘, 혈청 인의 저하, alkaline phosphatase의 상승, 세뇨관에서 인산 재흡수의 감소 및 정상 범위의 $1,25(OH)_2D_3$ 치를 보였다. 방사선 검사는 구루병에 합당하였다. 치료제로 Joulie 용액과 비타민 D 대사체를 복용하였다. 치료를 시작한 후 혈청 인과 alkaline phosphatase는 통계적으로 의미있는(P<0.05) 호전을 보였고, 방사선 검사는 구루병의 치유를 보였으나, 신장 표준편차 점수는 의미있는 변화를 보이지 않았다(.p=0.224). 치료의 부작용으로 신석회화(34%), 부갑상선호르몬의 상승(77%), 고칼슘뇨증(45%) 등이 발생하였다. 16명이 절골술을 통한 변형의 교정을 시행하였고, 그 중 4명은 하지연장을 함께 시행하였다. 결론: 증상의 시작과 진단 사이에는 수 년간의 지연이 있었다 조기치료가 환자의 예후에 가장 중요하므로, 가족력이 있는 경우 증상 발현 이전에 생화학적 검사로 조기 진단 및 치료를 하도록 해야 한다. 치료 중에는 정기적인 모니터링과 용량의 조절을 통해 합병증에 대처해야 한다. Purpose: Hypophosphatemic rickets is a hereditary disease, characterized by hypophosphatemia due to renal phosphate wasting, impaired renal production of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$, rachitic bone deformities and impaired growth. The purpose of this study is to provide clinical profiles of patients with hypophosphatemic rickets in our hospital. Methods: Between July 1983 and February 2004, 56 patients were diagnosed as having hypophosphatemic rickets. The medical records of these patients were reviewed retrospectively. Clinical manifestations, family histories, laboratory data, treatment outcomes were described. Results: Fifty six patients were enrolled in this study. The average age at symptom onset and diagnosis were 20 months and 5 years respectively. Fourteen patients had family histories. The main clinical manifestations were bow legs and short stature. There was a significant negative correlation between the ages and the height z-scores at the time of diagnosis(r=-0.47, P=0.005). Initial laboratory data showed normocalcemia, hypophosphatemia, elevated serum alkaline phosphatase, decreased tubular reabsorption of phosphate and a normal range of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin $D_3$ Radiographic examinations of bone revealed fraying, widening and cupping of the metaphyseal ends. Treatment consisted of Joulie solution and vitamin D metabolites, and resulted in improved biochemical and radiographic findings. However, height z-scores remained essentially unchanged(P=0.224). Complications of treatment were frequently observed, including hyperparathyroidism, nephrocalcinosis, and hypercalciuria. Sixteen patients had corrective osteotomy and 4 of them underwent leg lengthening together. Conclusion: There was a gap of several years between the onset of symptoms and the diagnosis. Early treatment seems to be essential to growth. For the earlier treatment, the offsprings of affected parents should be followed up closely.

        Fusulinids from the Carboniferous strata in the Gangdong area ofSamcheok coalfield, Korea

        The goal of this study is to elucidate the fusulinid biostratigraphy of the Carboniferous limestones distributed inthe Gangdong area of Samcheok coalfield, Korea. The Carboniferous strata of the study area mainly comprise alternatonof dark gray shale, dark gray and reddish sandstone, and gray limestone. The limestones consist mainly of wackestone-packstone containing various fossil fragments such as crinoid, coral, brachiopod, foraminifera, fusulinid, and bryozoa; thisobservation thus suggests that the study site was the shallow marine environments. A tital of 12 species belonging to 5genera of fusulinids are identified from the limestones of the Gangdong geologic section: Ozawainella turgida Sheng,Ozawainella sp. A, Ozawainella magna Sheng, Pseudostaffella antiqua (Dutkevich), Pseudostaffella paracompressaSafonova, Pseudostaffella kimi Cheong, Pseudostaffella sp., Beedeina lanceolata (Lee and Chen), Beedeina samarica(Rauser-Chernoussova), Beedeina sp. A, Neostaffella sphaeroidea cuboides Rauser-Chernoussova, and Hanostafela hanensisand the middle Moscovian stage in Eurasia. On the basis of the fusulinid biostratigraphic correlation of the Gangdonggeologic sections (A) to (C), the limestone should be overlapped by faults and folds. Moreover the stratigraphic thicknessof the limestone is thinner than the thickness of the limestone outcrop of the Gangdong geologic section. Therefore, thestratigraphic sequence of the Gangdong geologic section is represented as the Gangdong geologic section (A).......... Fusulinid, Geumcheon Formation, Moscovian, Samcheok coalfield

        반도체 외장형 자체 테스트를 위한 임의 파형 생성기 구현

        We introduce an arbitrary waveform generation method and its H/W implementation case based on Rademacher and Walsh function. According to the orthogonal and periodic features of Rademacher and Walsh function, simple calculations can generate arbitrary waves with affordable logics. We implemented an FPGA-based AWS using above two functions, and verified. HDL simulation shows the proposed idea can draw desired analog test waveforms very fast, and its H/W size is promising to Built-Out Self-Test(BOST) logics for AI ICs.

        저자들은 최근 본원에서 항문으로의 종괴 돌출 및 출혈을 주소로 내원한 7개월 여자 환아에서 직장내시경을 시행함으로써 다수의 큰 용종을 발견하였다. 내시경적 절제를 시행하여 조직병리학적으로 심재성 낭성 대장염과 연소성 정류 용종이 혼재한 것을 관찰하였고, 추적 내시경을 시행하여 남은 용종을 제거하였다. 영아에서 첫 증례이며, 내시경으로 진단 및 치료를 행함으로써 성공적으로 치료되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. Colitis cystica profunda is a rare benign condition characterized by the presence of mucus-filled cysts in the submucosa of the colon and the rectum. Although it may diffusely involve the entire colon, this disease primarily affects the pelvic colon and rectum. It has rarely been described in the pediatric literature. The surgical treatment has been widely advocated. We report a 7-month-old case, successfully treated by colonoscopic polypectomy without complication. Histologically, components of juvenile retention polyp were mixed with colitis cytsica profunda.

        비행체의 궤적 예측을 위한 순환 신경망 기반 기법들의 정량적 비교 평가에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 비행체의 궤적 예측에 적절한 순환 신경망 기반 기법을 탐구하기 위하여 정량적인 비교 평가 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 비행체의 궤적 예측 작업을 수행하기 위한 다양한 입력 및 출력 관계들을 정의하고 동일한 실험 환경에서 비교 평가하였다. 특히 비행체 위치의 상대값 기반 입출력 관계를 제안하여 비행체의 궤적 예측에 적합함을 보였다. 또한 비행체 궤적 예측에 효율적인 네트워크 구조 및 하이퍼파라미터를 결정하기 위한 다양한 ablation study(비교실험)를 진행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 정량적 비교 평가 결과는 비행체의 궤적 예측을 위해 순환 신경망 기반 기법을 이용하거나 비행체의 궤적 예측에 특화된 딥러닝 기법을 연구하고자 하는 연구자 및 개발자들에게 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. In this paper, we present an experimental comparative study of recurrent neural network based techniques for trajectory prediction of flight vehicles. We defined and investigated various relationships between input and output under the same experimental setup. In particular, we proposed a relationship based on the relative positions of flight vehicles. Furthermore, we conducted an ablation study on the network architectures and hyperparameters. We believe that this comprehensive comparative study serves as a reference point and guide for developers in choosing an appropriate recurrent neural network based techniques for building (flight) vehicle trajectory prediction systems.

        업무특성과 BSC 시스템 특성의 적합도가 BSC 시스템 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The balanced scorecard(BSC) framework is a tool for strategic decision making and task support that aims for efficiency in performance management and strategy execution. BSC evolved from an old performance management practice, which tended to be limited to a finance-only perspective, to a new system of corporate management looking at corporate tasks from a multi-dimensional, future-inclined value perspective. This form of BSC amounts to a framework capable of driving management innovation and renewing the ways in which companies conceive their strategy and perform their operations. Since BSC draws integrally on user participation, it can be expected that users' satisfaction with BSC systems is an important factor in systems' success or failure. However, previous studies of the BSC system have not yet considered it as a theoretical model, specifically examining BSC system and task characteristics. To date, only a few studies have put forward plans for the implementation and use of BSC systems, and these studies have the common limitation of failing to consider the circumstances or theoretical structure of the companies for which a BSC system is being proposed. This paper then begins to fill some of this gap by characterizing the BSC system from the perspective of contingency theories. Contingency theories can be particularly useful in the Korean context in exploring how different companies use the BSC system in ways determined by their unique environmental characteristics, which may also determine the performance factors behind the application of a company's particular BSC system. In order to provide concrete suggestions for implanting and using the BSC system from a contingency theory perspective, this study sets out to determine the relationships between the contingency variables affecting BSC system performance and BSC system property variables(in given cases) through an empirical analysis. The study takes into account the perspective from which contingency theory is to be applied in individual cases, sets contingency and BSC property variables with reference to the BSC system user's environment and BSC system's character, and frames initial hypotheses concerning corporate structure and environmental variables and BSC system performance variables with reference to previous studies. A survey was then conducted on users in Korean companies that have implemented the BSC system in order to verify the research model and understand results.

        The vehicles drive lines and chassis are exposed to extreme impact load conditions when driving in rough or unexpected extreme environments. In particular, repeated and high impact loads on high roads have the potential to cause permanent damage such as cracks or breaks within a very short period compared to the normal fatigue durability of the product. Currently, the strength robustness verification of roll rods relies solely on vehicle testing. Verification in the vehicle test is inefficient, such as identifying the cause part in case of damage, damage to the part, and risk factors for the driver. Therefore, this study aims to develop an optimal test mode that can evaluate component strength performance through component unit system evaluation. Until now, the configuration of the target test mode to approximate the actual vehicle load has been reviewed, but it has never been attempted worldwide due to the difficulty of designing and manufacturing a system capable of high load driving at about 15Hz frequency. In this study, the vehicle impact load generation mechanism was closely analyzed and its reproducibility and usability were verified to build target equipment that reproduced the power train resonance mechanism when driving the washboard.
