        새마을운동을 통한 마을 단위 사회적 자본 형성과 구성요소 연구: 1970년대 마을 기록물 분석

        본 연구는 새마을운동을 추진했던 마을 단위에서 사회적 자본이 어떻게 형성되었는지 탐구하는 것이다. 마을 단위에서 이루어진 새마을사업은 마을발전이라는 공동의 목표를 이루기 위한 과정에서 마을공동체 구성원들 사이에서 사회적 자본의 형성을 도왔을 것이고, 사회적 자본의 어떤 구성요소들이 나타나게 되었는지 확인하기 위하여 마을총회 회의록 7개 마을 53건의 기록물을 내용분석 방법을 적용하여 실시하였다. 분석결과 새마을사업은 마을총회를 통해 시작되었으며, 주민들의 토론과 합의를 통한 의사결정 과정에서 나타난 공동, 찬성, 결정, 의견, 보고의 핵심단어를 통해 사회적 자본의 신뢰가 형성되었고, 핵심단어인 공동, 부담, 노력, 참석, 협조에서 사회적 자본의 참여가 형성되었으며, 마을, 주민, 지도자 등 핵심단어는 공동체 내 관계 형성을, 하사금, 정부, 보조 등은 외부와의 관계 형성으로 사회적 자본의 네트워크가 형성되었고, 명문화된 규약과 규칙을 통해 사회적 자본의 규범이 형성된 것을 확인하였다. 마을공동체 내에서 사회적 자본의 구성요소인 신뢰, 참여, 네트워크, 규범을 형성하는데 새마을사업이 기여했을 가능성을 1970년대 기록물을 통해 확인하였다는 데에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. The study explored how social capital had been accumulated through the village-level Saemaul projects in Korea. As Saemaul Undong had been implemented at each village, it would had helped the communities formulate social capital among the community members through peoples’ participations to achieve their common goals. To verify the elements of social capital shown in Saemaul Undong, this study analyzed 53 minutes from 7 Korean villages among the Saemaul Undong archives using the context analysis methodology. Through the analysis, it was confirmed that the Saemaul projects started with the peoples’ agreement discussed at the general meetings. and the core words extracted from the minutes of the general meetings explain the accumulation of the social capital in the village; the words such as ‘common’, ‘agreement’, ‘decision’, ‘opinion’, ‘report’ confirm the formation of trust of social capital; the words like ‘village’, ‘villagers’, ‘leaders’ prove the formation of network within the community members; the words like grant, government, subsidy proves network of the social capital based on the relationships with outsiders; and lastly the existence of the written village rules explain the formation of norm of the social capital. Therefore, this study has significant meaning as it confirms how the village-level Saemaul projects in 1970s had successfully formulated the social capital such as trust, participation, network, and norm, analyzing the achieves of Saemaul Undong in 1970s.

        제주 연약지층 특성을 고려한 해상풍력기초의 수치해석적 연구

        최근 해상풍력발전 단지 조성은 많은 양의 에너지를 창출할 수 있어 그 기대는 점차적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 제주도는 풍황이 우수하여 해상풍력발전 시스템 운영을 위한 최적의 대상지이기는 하나, 화산활동에 의해 형성된 지형으로 육지부와 달리 기반암인 현무암층 사이에 연약층인 화산쇄설물 및 공동이 불규칙하게 발달된 층상구조로 이루어져 있다. 즉, 해상풍력발전기 기초저면 기반암에 연약한 화산쇄설물이 존재하는 경우 풍력발전기의 주기적인 진동으로 지반의 강도가 저하됨은 물론 장기침하로 인하여 풍력발전기의 장기적인 안정성 확보가 어려울 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 제주도의 3개 지역에 대한 지표지질조사와 실내실험을 통해 도출된 설계정수를 파악한 후, 수치해석을 통하여 층상구조로 이루어진 연약지층에 모노파일 설치시 연직변위와 응력분포 결과를 도출하였다. Recently, offshore wind farms are increasingly expected, because there are huge resource and large site in offshore. Jeju island has optimum condition for constructing a wind energy farm. Unlike the mainland, Jeju island has stratified structure distribution between rock layers sediments due to volcanic activation. In these case, it can be occur engineering problems in whole structures as well as the safety of foundation as the thickness and distribution of sediment under top rock layer can not support sufficiently the structure. In this paper, the settlement and stress distribution is predicted by numerical analysis when the mono-pile base are constructed on various soft layer between stratified structure. To determine the settlement of the pile foundation supported on stratified rock layer, the geological investigation at the 3 regiions and the results of laboratory experiments of the stratified rock layer is required.

        Countries of the world are competing for the collection and utilization of genetic resources, which is a resource of valueadded industrialization. We are building database of silkworm and mulberry resources with morphological, genetic characteristics data etc. Moreover, recent bioactive compound has been receiving increasing attention. So we analyzed 1-deoxynojirimycin(1-DNJ) content as a this item in addition to the basic information using 363 strains(varieties) of mulberry genetic resources. They were grown under the same environment and conditions. Mulberry leaves were collected and then freeze-dried and powdered for 1-DNJ test. As a result, 1-DNJ mean content of 363 mulberry strains was 0.176±0.077%, and the coefficient of variation (CV) was 43.5%. The variation between the strains was greatly severe. Among the tested strains, ``C1D89/29`` was showed the highest content of 0.47%, whereas ``Pumbo 24`` and ``Turkey E`` were showed the lowest content of 0.05% respectively. The content of 1-DNJ of 16 mulberry varieties for silkworm rearing were compared. Average concentration was 0.17±0.04%, and the coefficient of variation (CV) was 22.8%. Variation among cultivars was not significant. Finally we selected 1-DNJ high-containing 11 strains. They are as follows. ``C1D89/29``, ``Hiihak``, ``Jeokasibmunja``, ``Gweonchil``, ``Botongsibmunja``, ``Jeokchuk``, ``bulguksang``, ``Geunsookgojo``, ``Busanggeum``, ``Guksang 20`` and ``Taekwang`` which are more than twice of the overall average content.

        토마토 여름 육묘시 어린묘 정식과 육묘방법이 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        고온기 토마토 육묘 시 발생하는 묘의 도장 및 연약화 등의 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 어린 묘 정식과 육묘방법에 따른 토마토 생육과 수량에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 고온기인 7월 20일부터 9월 7일까지 실생묘, 삽목묘, 접목묘로 육묘하였고 어린 묘는 다른 묘보다 20일 정식하였다. 어린묘의 묘소질은 다른 묘에 비해 연약했으며 생체중은 실생묘보다 1/10 정도로 적어 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 정식 20일 후의 어린 묘의 생육은 다른 육묘방법에 비해 양호하였고 생체중은 36.1 g으로 실생묘에 비해 약 3배 정도 증가되었다. 정식 2개월 후의 어린 묘에서 이상줄기는 발생하지 않았고 화방출현도 빨랐다. 어린 묘에서 총 수량과 상품수량이 각각 8,535 kg/10a, 7,575 kg/10a로 가장 많았다. 과실품질은 어린 묘와 육묘방법별로 큰 차이가 없었으며 이상의 결과로 판단해 볼 때 토마토 고온기 육묘 시 어린 묘를 정식함으로써 생육을 촉진하고 과실 수확량을 높여 토마토를 안정적으로 생산 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Effect of seedling type and early transplanting of summer grown seedling on the growth and yield of tomato was investigated to minimize problems caused by legginess of seedling in summer. Grafted seedling, 20 days seedling (young seedling), 40 days seedling, and rooted cutting were raised from July 20 to Sept. 7 and young seedling was transplanted 20 days earlier than other seedling types. Young seedling growth was weaker than other seedling types and fresh weight was only 1/10 of 40 days seedling. Growth of young seedling at 20 days after transplanting was better than other seedling types and fresh weight was 3 times higher than 40 days seedling. Creased stem did not appear and trusses developed faster in young seedling. Total yield and commercial yield were highest in young seedling as 8,535 kg/10a, and 7,575 kg/10a. There is no significant difference among seedling types in fruit quality. This result shows that early transplanting of summer grown seedling is more effective to attain stable growth and yield in tomato.

        Much attention has been focused on the activity of the natural antioxidants present in fruits and vegetables, because potentially these components may reduce the level of oxidative stress. Especially, mulberry leaves containing many natural components are considerable resource for natural antioxidants. The antioxidant capacity of mulberry leaves was investigated with minilum L-100 device and ARAW-KIT (anti-radical ability of water-soluble substance), in comparison to the ascorbic acid. The antioxidant capacity of 16 varieties was 3303.4 nmol at opening stage of five leaves in spring. The highest stage of antioxidant capacity (3708.0 nmol) and yield rate was just before the coloration stage with anthocyanin in fruits, whereas the lowest stage was middle of June (2231.6 nmol) and about two months growing stage after summer pruning (2064.6 nmol). But after summer pruning, the antioxidant capacity of mulberry leaves increased gradually until just before fallen leaves stage. Even if samples were same variety, antioxidant effect of those showed different results according to collected regions. Also, antioxidant effect of mulberry leaves were higher than that of branches. The antioxidant capacity of yield-type mulberry leaves and fruits (Morus alba L., M. bombycis Koidz, and M. Lhou (Ser.) Koidz) collected from In-je, Won-ju and Yang-yang regions, Kang-won province, Korea, was investigated. The results indicated that total antioxidant capacity of yield-type mulberry leaves was 2711.2 nmol. In the antioxidant capacity analysis of Jeollabuk-Do genetic resources, autumn’s mulberry leaves showed higher antioxidant capacity than that of spring’s it. To investigate the effect of tea on antioxidative capacity, five kinds of tea(coffee mix, green tea added brown rice, mulberry leaf tea, Polygonatum odoratum tea and black tea added lemon) were selected and analyzed. Their’s antioxidative capacity were 2,531.01 nmol, 1,867.42 nmol, 1,053.72 nmol, 292.71 nmol and 188.91 nmol, respectively. The antioxidative capacity of drinking water soaked with mulberry leaf showed 891.96 nmol.

        We have developed processing methods improved cyanidin-3-glucoside(C3G) stability in mulberry fruit`s jam. In the processing of mulberry jam, 3 minutes blanching using microwave inhibited the C3G destruction by maintaining the antioxidant capacity and inactivation of enzymes related to pigment`s stability. Also citric acid increased C3G stability in the mulberry fruit`s jam. As the adding sugar, sucrose was considered the more desirable sugar than oligosaccharide or xylitol. It showed high C3G content and antioxidant capacity compared to the two treatment groups. In conclusion, when processing mulberry fruit`s jam, the addition of citric acid and the enzyme`s inactivation treatment were considered effective treatment for the C3G stability and antioxidant ability.
