바디 센서 데이터 공유를 위한 모바일 클라우드 의료정보시스템

현재의 의료정보시스템은 병원과 병원, 장치와 장치사이의 환자들의 진료 정보 호환성이 이루어지지 않아서, 환자의 진료 정보 중복으로 인하여 일관성을 해칠 수 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 의료서비스를 제공하기 위하여 의료정보시스템과 모바일 디바이스 간의 데이터 공유 및 협업 서비스의 지원이 필요하다. 본 논문은 DBaaS 기반의 mCloudHIS를 설계 및 구현한다. mCloudHIS는 BSN 환경에서 수집한 데이터를 의료정보시스템으로 전송하는 과정에서 발생하는 이질성과 의료정보시스템 간의 데이터 상호운용의 충돌 문제를 해결하고, 모바일 디바이스 간의 데이터 공유를 지원한다. 그리고 제안된 시스템은 DBaaS의 스키마 레벨에서의 통합 유형을 이용하여, IEEE 11073 형식의 바디 센서정보를 의료정보 표준인 HL7 형식으로 변환한다. 표준 스키마를 기준으로 메타 쿼리를 생성하여, JSON 형식의 문서지향데이터로 데이터를 이동하고, 이를 의료정보시스템의 데이터베이스로 변환한다. 이를 바탕으로 협업 환경에서 바디센서 정보 필터링 및 변환과 의료정보 공유 서비스 과정을 구현한다. Current health information systems is that medical information of patients has not been done compatibility between devices and hospitals. Thus, it can harm the consistency of patient care information due to the redundancy information. Accordingly, in order to provide efficient health care services, it is necessary to support data sharing and collaboration service between medical information systems and mobile devices. This paper proposes the design and implementation method of the mCloudHIS based the DBaaS. The mCloudHIS solves the heterogeneity that occurs in the process of transmitting the collected data in the BSN environment to the medical information system and data interoperability conflicts between medical information systems and supports the data sharing between the mobile devices. And using the integrated type of the schema level of the DBaaS, the proposed system converts the body sensor information of IEEE 11073 to medical information form of the standard HL7 format. It creates the Meta Query based on the standard schema, moves the data into the document-oriented data of the JSON format, and converts it into a database of the Hospital Information System. This paper implements a process of shared services of conversion and filtering and medical information of the body sensor information in collaborative environment using the proposed method.

A nano-imprinting stage has been widely used in various fields of nano-technology. In this study, A 4-axis nano-imprinting stage is modeled with using the 3D-CAD Tool. Structural components such as an upper-plate, bearings and cross-roller-guides are modeled with finite elements to analyze flexibility effect during the precision stage motion. In addition, Dynamic analysis is executed to reproduce actual motion of 4-axis nano imprinting stage.

본 연구는 A기업의 사례연구를 통해 다국적기업에 근무하는 비서가 경험하는 상사, 조직 구성원, 동료비서, 외부인과의 업무상 의사소통의 정도와 어려움을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 국내 주재 다국적기업 중 하나인 기업 A에 근무하는 비서를 연구대상으로 커뮤니케이션 내용을 상세하게 포함하는 업무일지를 5일간 기록하게 하였고 폐쇄형/개방형 질문을 추가하여 업무상의 일상적 커뮤니케이션에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 MS-EXCEL에 입력하였고 커뮤니케이션 대상, 전달수단을 축코딩(Axial coding)으로 먼저 분류하고, 각 분류 내에서 공통적으로 발생하는 업무상 의사소통의 내용과 언급빈도를 파악하는 방식으로 내용분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 연구 참여자인 다국적기업 A에 근무하는 비서의 업무에 관한 아래와 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 대부분의 응답자들은 전체 업무의 70%이상 대인간 의사소통이 필요하다고 하였다. 둘째, 의사소통을 대상별로 분류해 볼 때, 상사와의 의사소통이 가장 많았고, 그 다음으로 동료비서, 조직구성원, 외부인과의 순으로 의사소통이 일어나고 있었다. 전달수단별로 볼 때, 혼합 커뮤니케이션이 가장 높게 나타났고, 그 다음으로 구두, 서면, 비언어적 순이었다. 셋째, 대상별/전달수단별로 발생하는 의사소통의 어려움과 극복방안도 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 일반화할 수 없어도 다국적기업의 비서가 일상적 업무에서 경험하는 의사소통이 누구를 대상으로 어떤 형태로 어느 정도 이루어지는지 살펴보아 비서의 업무상 의사소통과정에 관한 이해를 도모하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 새로 다국적기업에 진입하는 비서, 혹은 다국적기업으로 이직하는 현직비서의 의사소통에 관한 교육에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. This case study identifies the level of interpersonal communication by executive assistants working for multinational corporations and evaluates their difficulty in communication, mainly with their superiors, peers, and coworkers. A total of 20 executive assistants from corporation A, one of the most well-known multinational manufacturing firms in Korea, were considered. These individuals agreed to participate in the study by keeping a work log for five days to record their communication and any difficulty they faced in communicating during their daily routines. In addition, they responded to a few structured questions in the work log about the perceived level of their communication with their superiors, peers, and coworkers. The frequency of mentions was used to assess the level of interpersonal communication in their work. Cases reported as some difficulty in communication in the work log were analyzed using MS Excel. Data were first sorted by axial coding through communication counterparts and then by the communication method. First, most participants mentioned that more than 70% of their work required interpersonal communication. Second, among the communication counterparts, immediate superiors were the target of the most frequently performed communication, followed by peer executive assistants, peer workers, and outsiders, in that order. In terms of the type of communication, mixed communication was the most frequently observed type, followed by oral communication, written communication, and nonverbal communication, in that order. Third, difficulties in communication and ways to address those difficulties were identified in terms of communication counterparts and means of communication. Although the results cannot be generalized, they provide a better understanding of the nature of communication by administrative assistants at multinational corporations. The results are expected to help trainers, new executive assistants, and mid-career assistants working for multinational corporations.

유아 내러티브에 대한 현장 교사의 인식 : 포커스 그룹을 중심으로

목적 본 연구는 현장에서 직접 유아들의 내러티브를 경험하는 교사들의 인식을 포커스 그룹을 통해 알아보는데에 그 목적이 있다.본 연구는 현장에서 직접 유아들의 내러티브를 경험하는 교사들의 인식을 포커스 그룹을 통해 알아보는데에 그 목적이 있다. 방법 연구참여자는 현장의 유치원 교사 9명으로 연구자는 포커스 그룹인터뷰 형식으로 유아 내러티브에 대한 인식과 적용, 어려움 등에 대한 이야기 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 근거이론에 따라 인터뷰 내용을 모두 전사하고 범주화하는 과정을 거쳤다. 결과 본 연구 결과 첫째, 현장의 유아교사들은 언어 활동 뿐만이 아닌 다양한 활동에서 실제적으로 내러티브를 경험했다. 둘째, 유아 내러티브는 경험과 감각을 바탕으로 발현되는 것이므로 대안적 교육과정의 하나로서 내러티브의 교육적 가치를 공통적으로 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 유아 내러티브에 대한 실제적인 적용과 교사로서의 내러티브 이끌어내기에 대한 역할에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 결론 마지막으로 교사들은 유아의 일상과 놀이에서 실제로 적용 가능한 유아 내러티브 중심의 교육과정의 가능성을 보고 이를 위한 노력이 필요함을 인식하고 있었다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions of teachers who directly experience the narratives of children in classroom through focus groups. Methods Participants in the study were nine kindergarten teachers, and the researcher recorded about teacher’s perception on young children narratives, and difficulties in the narrative curriculum by focus group interviews. All of interview data coded and categorized according to the theory of evidence. Results As a result of this study firstly, early childhood teachers in the field actually experienced narrative in various activities including language activities. Secondly, early childhood narratives are one of an alternative curriculum that is expressed based on experiences and senses, and recognizes the educational value of narratives in common. Thirdly, teachers are struggling with the practical application of the narrative of young children and the role of eliciting the narrative as a leader. Conclusions Lastly, teachers saw the possibility of young children narrative-curriculum that can be practically applied to children s daily life and play, and recognized the need for efforts for this.
