The objective of this study is to take the partial core after the cementation of Model specimen, test the compression intensity and analyze the relation to Test piece.

        Due to social problems such as the increasing of land price and the expanding of city, buildings require more complex and bigger components and structure. However, the complex and massive building projects need new technology to solve effect of local buckling and the needs for more space. Hence, Concrete Filled Tube Steel (CFT), the tube steel to hold concrete during pouring and curing of concrete procedure, which helps to reduce local buckling and space, was developed. Most researches on CFT might not be focused on the characteristic of concrete filled in tube but structural analysis. However, it is the essential factor to increase the strength of concrete on CFT for having efficient results. Therefore, this paper will describe how to apply CFT into the construction site through examining High Strength Concrete (800kg/cm2), the strength of core, and bleeding during pouring strategy.

        One of the most important reasons that CFT is used in many conditions is by using that we can achieve the effect, which reduce the section of the member. This research purpose to find the most ideal composition, which is achieved by the investigation in the concrete's property of matter like ability of Slump, Slump Flow, Air content, Bleeding, and Settlement when the high strength of concrete which is over 80MPa is used m the CFT column.

      • 大學 Elite選手들과 一般學生들의 情報化 實態에 關한 硏究

        The conclusion below shows how elite athletes in college met information through the mass media and computer usage. These results were obtained by surveying 100 elite athletes in college, 100 students in college of liberal arts and 100 students in college of science from university in Seoul. 1.It is T.V that elite athletes've used most frequently as an information sourtce, while newspaper's played an important role as an information source to students of college of liberal arts and science. 2.Many students(elite athletes 56%, students in college of liberal arts 40%, students in college of science 36%) have thought they've had insufficient informations. 3.They've mostly enjoyed reading spots section in newspaper and eagered for getting informations about self-development and qualification certificate. 4.There have been elite athletea(48%) who didn't read the newspaper and also students in college of science(12%) who didn't watch T.V. 5.They've enjoyed soap opera most of all and hardly watched cultural program 6.They(elite athletes 50%, students ill college of liberal arts 82%, students in college of science 84%) almost have personar computers but they've not read books regarding computer. 7.There were some elite athletes(34%) who didn't know at all how to use computer and they(57%) didn't use computers at all even once a day. 8.Almost of them(elite athletes 92%, students in college of liberal arts 75%, students in college of science 94%) have had beepers, but they've(elite athletes 77%. students in college of liberal arts 85%, students in college of science 86%) not had cellular phone let. And they've(elite athletes 38%, students in college of liberal arts 49%, students in college of science 44%) believe that Korea will be a full intelligence society after ten years.

        신수혈의 침자극과 황기약침이 실험용 생쥐의 면역활성물질인 IL-1 α의 遺傳子發現에 미치는 影響

        체내의 환경을 항상적으로 유지하는 생체방어체계에는 면역활성물질이 있으며, 이러한 면역활성물질의 적절한 발현이 생체의 항상성을 유지하는데 작용하게 된다. 이에 한의학에서는 생체의 항상성 유지와 체내의 면역력 증가를 위해 많은 요법들이 시행되어 왔는데, 그 중 자침요법과 약침요법이 많이 응용되고 있다. 그러나 침자극과 약침의 효과에 대한 기전은 기대하는 만큼 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 침자극과 약침의 효과에 대한 기전을 밝히는 방법의 일환으로서 면역활성물질인 IL-1α가 補腎臟, 振氣化, 祛水濕, 强腰脊, 益水壯火 등의 穴性이 있는 신수혈(BL23)의 침자극과 황기약침처치를 통해 어떻게 발현하는가를 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 면역 증강 작용을 나타내는 cytokine IL-1α 에 대한 침자극의 반응은 관찰되었고, 황기약침에 의한 IL-1α 의 발현은 명확하지 않았다. 그러므로 신수혈을 이용한 cytokine IL-1α의 추적은 황기약침의 효과보다 침자극의 효과에 대한 근거를 추측할 수 있을 것이며, 뿐만 아니라 침자극에 의한 면역반응정도를 통해 질병의 진행상태를 나타내는 진단지표로서 활용가능성이 있을 것이다. Acupuncture and Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli have long been used to cure human diseases. However, it still remains to be unknown on its action mechanism, physiological and biochemical aspects. Thus, many attempts were made to show the scientific background covering the above mentioned mechanisms. Most recent studies show that these tests improve blood circulatory system and increase leucocyte counts. In this study, we have applied the acupuncture stimuli to mouse Sinsu(BL23), which is a stimulative point of oriental medicine, to see if cytokine such as IL-1α can be detected. Mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) for inflammation induction, and then reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using each primer set was performed to trace the amounts of mRNA. The results are as follows ; 1. The RT-PCR product using IL-1α primers was detected as 450 bp on agarose gels and the IL-1α gene was not expressed in normal mice at 15 min after the removal of acupuncture. However, it was gradually increased indicating a faint expression after 30 min. 2. IL-1α was expressed in LPS-treated mice 30 min after the acupuncture was pulled out, and expressed most highly at 3 h after the removal of acupuncture. The gene expression of LPS-treated mice were more effective than those of normal mice. 3. IL-1α was not expressed in normal mice and LPS-treated mice from 30 min to 3hs. after Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimulation. Therefore, a tracing the gene expression of cytokine IL-1α can be used more not only for a basis of the effect of acupuncture stimulation but a diagnosis guide through the immunological action than the effect of Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture. Moreover, we need to further study the cytokine's expression in Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimulation.

        Shifting of the distribution of aromatic monomer-units in polyhydroxyalkanoic acid to longer units by salicylic acid in Pseudomonas fluorescens BM07 grown with mixtures of fructose and 11-phenoxyundecanoic acid

        <P>Medium-chain-length-polyhydroxyalkanoic acids (MCL-PHAs) formed in Pseudomonas spp. have a rather broad distribution of monomer-units whose precursors are supplied via β-oxidation degradation of MCL fatty acids fed as the carbon source and/or via PhaG enzyme catalyzing the acyl-group transfer from 3-hydroxyacyl-ACPs derived from acetyl-CoA to coenzyme A. It was found that salicylic acid (SA), in a concentration dependent manner, suppressed the accumulation of PHA in Pseudomonas fluorescens BM07 from fructose as well as shifted the distribution of monomer-units derived from a MCL fatty acid co-added as carbon source (e.g., 11-phenoxyundecanoic acid (11-POU)) to longer monomer-units. Both SA and acrylic acid were found to induce high accumulations of 3-ketohexanoic acid in BM07 wild-type cells grown with n-hexanoic acid as well as to inhibit the formation of acetyl-CoA from acetoacetyl-CoA by BM07 cell extract, suggesting that 3-ketoacyl-CoA thiolase is their common β-oxidation target. The structural motif of acrylic acid present in the molecular structure of SA may self-explain the similar actions of the two inhibitors. A comparison of monomer modulation between BM07 wild-type and ΔphaG mutant cells grown on the mixtures of fructose and 11-POU revealed that both PhaG and β-oxidation inhibitor may play a critical role in the synthesis of PHA with longer side-chain ω-functional substitutions.         조선시대 기와 가마의 구조 연구

        이 글은 조선시대 기와 가마에 대한 구조를 중심으로 변천과정을 살펴보고자 하였다. 가마의 평면형태는 舟形, 一字形, 扇形의 3가지 형식으로 크게 구분될 수 있었다. 더불어 소성실의 장폭비를 기준하여 각 형식별 짧은 가마와 긴 가마를 구분하여 총 6가지의 세부형식으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 각 형식별 운영시기를 검토한 결과 총 5단계의 변천과정을 도출할 수 있었다. 1단계는 짧은 주형 가마가 해당되었고, 조선 초기의 보조소성실을 갖춘 가마가 절반이상을 차지하는 특징을 보이고 있었다. 2단계는 긴 주형과 짧은 일자형 가마가 해당되었고, 15C대의 짧은 기간동안 운영되었다. 짧은 일자형의 절반 가까이가 소성실 단을 갖춘 가마인 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 3단계는 긴 일자형 가마가 해당되었고, 조선시대 전시기를 통틀어 출토되었으나, 중심 운영시기는 15C∼17C까지로 추정되었다. 4단계는 짧은 일자형과 긴 선형 가마가 해당되었고, 17C대에 집중적으로 분포하고 있었다. 5단계는 짧은 선형 가마가 해당되고, 17C이후부터 조선 후기로 추정되었다. 기와 등문양의 종류는 짧은 선형 가마를 제외하곤 전시기에 걸쳐 대부분의 종류가 확인되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 등문양의 구성비는 1단계의 어골복합문과 사선교차집선문계에서 점차 곡선교차집선문과 청해파문계로 이동되고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 이러한 변화는 2·3단계에부터 시작되어 4단계에 이르면 청해파문과 무문이 주를 이루게 되고, 5단계에 이르러 단순 고착화되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This paper examines the structure and changes of roof-tile kilns during the Joseon Dynasty. The plan is divided into three forms, ship shaped (舟形), bar-shaped (一字形), and fan-shaped (扇形). Each form is further divided into short and long types. The classification shows five phases of change during the Joseon. The first phase is characterized by the short ship-shaped kilns, and the second phase is marked by the long ship-shaped and short bar-shaped kilns which are dated to the 15th century. The third phase is characterized by the long bar-shaped kilns dated between the 15th and 17th centuries. The fourth phase is marked by the short bar-shaped and long fanshaped kilns dated to the 17th century. The fifth and final phase is characterized by the short fan-shaped kilns used during the period between the 17th and 19th centuries. The kinds of roof-tile patterns had been appeared variously since the early Joseon Dynasty, except the short fan shape kilns. The 1st step were mainly marked with patterns like fish born and toblique lines. As time goes by, the patterns were changed with the curved and sea wave lines and plane design.
