        Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital contents industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital contents industry. Therefore, the digital contents industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital contents market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital contents industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital contents industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. First of all internal and external content, industry-based to ensure that growth is key. Vision of the digital contents, the growth momentum of the national social development policies as a role model by changing the sequence of events need to go.       • 인터넷상에서 페트리 넷을 이용한 하이퍼-프리젠테이션의 명시 표현 및 불일치성을 검증하기 위한 방법 연구

        하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념은 하이퍼-미디어 개념을 확장한 것으로, 동적으로 연출되고 있는 상황에서 링크개념을 설정하여 특정시점이나 지점에서 원하는 다음 정보를 보기 위해서 비순차적으로 연출할 수 있도록 하는 연출이다. 이러한 비순차적인 연출방법인 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념을 도입함으로써, 자유로운 멀티미디어 연출이 가능하게 되었지만, 이러한 동기화 방법에 의해서 혼합된 여러 프레젠테이션들간에는 일관성 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 프로그램의 일관성 검증을 위해서 Petri Net을 이용한 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 방법을 제시하고, 그것을 이용한 명시 프로그램의 일관성을 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. The concept of a hyperpresentation, as an extension of a hypermedia, is the presentation in which time-varying multimedia presentations are dynamically linked together and a hyperlink's context can be changed over time at any time during a continuous presentation. While this concept provides users with a flexible and powerful tool for their descriptions of the multimedia presentation, inconsistency problems in the synchronized presentations connected by hyper links can be introduced. This paper introduces a method of describing the hyperpresentation using Petri Net and proposes a methods of detecting inconsistent hyper link loop in the hyperpresentation description.

        The present study was designed to observe the age-related changes in the IL-6 production capabilities of the peritoneal macrophages. Pertioneal macrophages were collected from adult mature (13-20 weeks of age) and aged BALB/c mice (60-70 weeks of age). Macrophages were cultured in the presence of endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide lug/ml, Escherichia coli serotype 0111:B4). In aged mice, IL-6 levels in the culture supernatants were seemed to be relative high than that in adult mature mice.

        도시지역에서 선행강우지수를 고려한 저수유출 시뮬레이션 모형

        This study is aimed at the development of a deterministic runoff model which can be used for low flow runoff. The model is formulated by the watershed runoff model. Based on the assumptions that runoff system is nonlinear, the proposed watershed runoff models are the conceptual model and artificial neural network model. In the model structures, the conceptual model divide the runoff system into a surface structure and a subsurface structure corresponding to the surface flow, and inter flow and ground water flow. The lag time effect of surface can be represented by the sub-tank of surface structure in the conceptual model. Fifteen neural networks models using Quasi-Newton technique were prepared to find the optimum parameters with each of them having different numbers of hidden layers and hidden layers nodes. The parameter calibration of inter flow and ground water flow in the subsurface structure of the conceptual model is made by separating the components with numeric filter. The runoff coefficient (α_2, K_1) is expressed as the function of antecedent precipitation index (API) in the conceptual model. The parameters related to the surface flow can be calibrated with the runoff coefficient (α_1, α_11, C_1, C_2) in the conceptual model. In the conceptual and ann model an algorithm are developed to calibrate the parameters automatically based on efficiency criteria. The conceptual model shows more closely to the observed hydrograph than ann model.

      • 연쇄상구균을 실험감염시킨 넙치치어의 병리조직학적 관찰

        Pathological observations were examined after abdominal inoculation in 7∼8㎝ sized flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) with 1X10^7 cfu/㎖ of Streptococcus faecalis. The infected flounder were clinically observed and weighed a fish body at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 days post inoculation. In infected group, mortality were 70% and feed efficiency were 7.2%. In non-infected group, mortality were 10% and feed efficiency were 18.2%. Macroscopically, the significant lesions were characterized by protrusions and opacity of the eyes and ulcer of the caudal pecuncle. Histopathologically, the lesions were observed a degeneration. necrosis and inflammatory cells in muscle of the caudal peduncle and a degeneration and necrosis of the rod cells and detached retina from the black pigmented layer

      • Simultaneous etching and transfer — Free multilayer graphene sheets derived from C<sub>60</sub> thin films

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Despite the advantage of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) for realization of large area epitaxial growth of graphene on transition metal catalysts, both etching and transfer process of CVD-grown graphene sheets still remain a big challenge. Here we demonstrate the formation of multilayer graphene (MLG) sheets tailored from C<SUB>60</SUB> thin films on the top of Si/Ni substrate without etching and transfer steps based on Ni films. This self-assembled process separates the MLG sheets from the conductive Ni catalyst, embarking a possibility for direct characterizations of MLG sheets. The fine-tuned C<SUB>60</SUB> films (30nm) are transformed into approximately 17 MLG sheets, thus making it large-area MLG sheets for a variety of direct applications.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

      • 돼지생식기호흡기 증후군(PRRS) 바이러스 감염시킨 돼지 기관의 병리학적 관찰

        The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus was inoculated into swine tracheal organ culture. The ballooning degeneration of the tracheal ciliated epithelium and a decrease of ciliary activity from the tracheal organs infected with PRRS virus were observed one day post-infection(PI). Tracheal epithelium showed degeneration and focal necrosis 2 days PI. Epithelial necrosis and loss of cilia and epithelial cells became more severe 3 and 4 days PI. An entire loss of cilia and epithelial cells were recognized 4 days PI, however, control tracheal organs were normal during the period of the experiment except a little decrease of ciliary activities with time..

      • 심박 조율기 증후군의 치험 1예 : 치료 전후의 심도자 소견

        The pacemaker syndrome is a complex of clinical signs and symptoms related to the adverse hemodynamic and electrophysiologic consequence of ventricular pacing in the absence of other cause. The following illustrates a case of pacemaker syndrome proven by cardiac catheterization. A 64-year-old female patient who had been previously managed with single chamber pacemaker(VVI mode) due to sick sinus syndrome, suffered from chest discomfort, headache, dizziness, lightheadedness. We thought that she suffered from pacemaker syndrome and changed single chamber pacing to dual chamber pacing. At that time we performed cardiac catheterization perioperatively. Pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, amin pulmonary arterial pressure, right atrial pressure and right ventricular pressure were normalized after the change and she didn't feel any symptoms.

      • 농장 사육되는 타조에서 나타난 다리 기형의 증례 보고

        Two farmed young ostrich chicks were applied to pathology laboratory at Chungnam National University. Grossly, one ostrich showed rotated tibiotarsus, the other showed rolled toes. Case 1 ostrich was hypertrophy of fibualis longus and tibial cranialis tendon and gastrocnemius tendon in crus, inflammation of flexor digitorum longus. In histopathological views, myocytes of fiburalis longus were showed hypertrophy and hyperplasia. It is not found any specific feature in X-ray of the case 2 ostrich. Limb deformities were detected frequently in farmed ostrich chicks in 2- to 3 weeks old. Limb deformities were an important cause of mortality in farmed ostrich chicks during the first 10weeks after hatch. Cause of limb deformities were considered a nutrition problem.

        Pilomatricoma was histopathologically diagnosed in a 2.5-year-old male Alaskan malamute. The patient was referred to Chungnam National University, Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital with solitary, firm and well-circumscribed mass at shoulder. Grossly, the mass was dome shaped to tumor like and 10 x 8 x 5㎝ in size. Some lesions had gritty or bony consistency and was chalky when sectioned Histopathologic feature included mumerous clusters of tightly arranged, basaloid cells with evenly distributed chromatin and ghost cells were characterized by a central unstained zone. The ghost cells often become calcified and osseous metaplasia was also present.
