Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) for atopic dermatitis patients diagnosed as the febrile tendency. Method : This case study was done on 6 atopic patients with febrile tendency who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.08.01. to 2014.04.30.. Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) was prescribed to all 6 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusion : The Objective SCORAD index and VAS were decreased in all patients. The average OSI reduction score was 26.3. Most symptoms of 6 patients were improved. Gagamchengyoung-tang ($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) can be effective in patients who were diagnosed as febrile tendency.

비 전공 내용중심교수법에 대한 대학생들의 태도에 관한 연구

This paper investigates student responses to CBLI(Content-Based Language Instruction), considered to be a prerequisite for CBI(Content-based instruction) in EFL situations. Even though a growing number of Korean universities have implemented CBI, English-medium instructions are criticized and lead to a number of issues. Straight(1997) divided CBI into CBLI focusing on language teaching and CBCI(Content-Based Content Instruction) focusing on subject matter. Seo(2010) suggested a modified version of CBI and contended CBLI should precede CBCI in order for students to be prepared for CBI. To lower students' affective filter, instruction was delivered in Korean in CBLI, but students received language input from authentic materials. Based on Seo's(2010) suggestions, an experimental class was conducted with 3 university students using the script of Desperate Housewives(2006) as study material. The teacher encouraged students to the content and avoided linguistic explanation as much as possible. The results and implications were as follows: first, CBI ought to be modified in EFL contexts because students seem to be obsessed by language learning where content learning should be a primary concern; second, it is necessary to enlighten students to the fact that a primary concern of content is related to language development; third, teachers need to monitor students frequently so that they maintain their interest in the content.

Today, brand extension is apparent in sport and outdoor apparel industry in Korea. The study was conducted in three stages. First, prior studies were reviewed to produce conceptual insights about brand extension strategy of sport and outdoor apparel brands in Korea. Second, the current situation of domestic sport and outdoor apparel industry was reviewed. In this phase, brand extension strategies of Korean apparel brands were categorized into six types: Sport to outdoor, sport to casual, outdoor to sport, outdoor to casual, casual to outdoor, and casual to sport. Finally, given the literature review, apparel markets were segmented and ideal brand extension strategies were discussed. Directions for future research are discussed

Gastric metastasis from breast cancer is rare and only six cases have been reported in Korea. Colon metastasis is more rare than gastric metastasis. We report a 63-year-old woman with gastric and colon metastases of invasive lobular carcinoma of breast. She was diagnosed as right breast cancer, received right modified radical mastectomy 10 years ago and has been treated with chemotherapy and hormone therapy. Investigating for melena and a small caliber of stool, we found gastric and colon metastases. The diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer was made through gross pathologic and immunohistochemistry staining. We report a case with gastric and colon metastases from breast cancer and a review of the associated six case reports in Korea.

횡결장에 장중첩으로 발생한 연소성 용종을 가진 3세 소아의 증례

소아의 대장 용종은 소아 청소년 연령에서 무통 및 재발성 장출혈의 가장 흔한 원인 중 하나이다. 그러나 횡결장의 연소성 용종은 드물다. 하행결장은 후복벽에 고정되어 있기 때문에 소아에서 연소성 용종에 의한 대장-대장 장중첩은 매우 드물다. 그리고 보고된 증례 대부분이 6세 이상이다. 특히 3세 이하의 소아에서 장중첩으로 나타나는 횡결장의 연소성 용종은 매우 드물다. 본 증례보고에서는 장중첩으로 나타난 횡결장의 연소성 용종을 가진 3세 소아를 경험하였기에 사례와 문헌 고찰을 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Pilomatricoma 환아에 대한 증례 보고

Pilomatricoma(Calcifying epithelioma of Malherbe)는 모낭 세포 기원의 양성 연조직 종양으로, 보통 머리와 목 부위에 나타나며, 20세 이전의 여성들에게서 호발하고, 악성으로의 전이가 보고되기도 하나, 이는 극히 드물다. 임상적으로, 무통성, 표재성, 고형성이며 종종 적청색을 나타내고, 크기는 보통 0.5~3.Ocm 정도로 다양하게 나타난다. 조직학적으로, 세포기질 내에 상피조직이 존재하는 형태이며, 상피조직에서는 기저제포(basaloid cell)와 유령세포(ghost cell)가 특징적으로 나타나고, 세포내와 기질내 석회화가 종종 관찰되기도 한다. 진단은, 초진시 고형 물질의 촉진으로 병소를 의심해볼 수 있고, 조직병리학적 검사로 확진할 수 있다. 감별진단으로는 아가미낭(branchial cyst), 혈관종(hemangioma), 횡문근육종(rhabdomyosarcolna), 표피포함낭(epidermal inclusion cyst), 모낭(pilar cyst), 이하선 종양(parotid gland tumor), 피부의 골종(osteomas of the skin) 림프절의 석회화(calcified lymph nodes), 죽종(atheromas) 등이 있다. 치료로는 외과적 절제술이 추천되며 재발은 드물다. 본 증례는 우측 하악각 부위에 결절이 촉진되는 6세 여자 환아에게서 임상 검사와 방사선 검사 후 병소의 외과적 절제술을 시행하였으며, 조직병리학적 검사를 통해 pilomatricoma로 확진되었고, 양호한 치료 결과를 얻었기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. Pilomatricoma is a benign soft tissue tumor of hair follicle origin. They occur most commonly in the head and neck region and are usually found in girls during the first two decades of life. Although malignant transformation has been described, it is exceedingly rare. The clinical presentation is typically that of an asymptomatic, superficial, solitary, firm mass that is often accompanied by a reddish-blue discoloration of the overlying skin. Histopathologically pilomatricoma are seen as epithelial islands embedded in a cellular stroma. The epithelial component consist of two main cell types : basaloid cells and ghost cells. Intracellular and stromal calcification is reported in many cases. Diagnosis is usually suspected based on palpation of a superficial, rock-hard mass and confirmed by histopathologic examination. Surgical excision is both curative and the treatment of choice. Recurrence is rare. In this case, the radiographs showed a dense calcification, measuring about 1cm diameter. So simple excision was performed intraorally, and resultantly the lesion was proved to be a pilomatricoma by histological examination.

토양환경지도 자료를 이용한 콩밭 토양의 화학성 비교

It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

무용 전공자의 경쟁불안에 관한 분석

The purpose of thin study is te investigate the relationships betwen anxiety and competitiey anxiety and performance of dance majors who participated in dance contest. The subjects were composed of 60 dance majors, ages 14 through 19, careers 1 through 8 years, who were a speciality of Korean dance, Mordern dance, Ballet. Te accomplish thin purpose, three factors(cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety, self -confidence) on CSAI- ll(Competitive State Anxiety Inventorty-II) which were comprising of 27 items were aumined before and after dance contest. Data for the anxiety and performance seores by speciality, career, age using repeated measures and regression method was analyzed by SAS 6.12 for statistics program. The fellowing conclusions are supported by the finding of this study ; 1.In the case of cognitive anxiety, speciality and career don't have been found to be differences signif7eantly, but age have been found differences, especially 17 through 18 age group. 2.In the case of physical anxiety, speciality and career don't have been fecund to be differences significantly, but age have been found differences, especially 17 through 18 age group. 3.In the carte of self-confidence, speciality and age don't have been found differences to be significantly but career have been fDund differenres, The more one has a longer career, the more one has more self-confidence. In this conclusion, competitive state anxiety were found to be important factor for dance maiors to perform action. There were various symptoms physically and psychologically, and serious effect negatively or positively aocording to individual response degree by the anxiety of the dance major students especially.
