        자갈궤도의 강도증진 및 유지보수비 절감을 위한 급속경화궤도는 자갈궤도에 모르타르를 충진하여 시공되며 양생되는 과정에서 온도변화에 의한 인장응력이 발생한다. 콘크리트층의 인장응력은 주변 온도변화에 의해 주기적으로 발생하게 되며, 온도응력이 작용한 상태에서 교통하중에 의한 인장응력이 짧은 시간동안 추가적으로 발생하게 된다. 따라서 콘크리트의 허용휨인장응력은 콘크리트의 피로강도로 산정해야한다. 현재 콘크리트포장 및 매스콘크리트에 발생하는 온도응력에 관한 연구는 다양하게 이루어져 왔으나, 급속경화궤도 시공과정 및 특이성을 고려한 온도응력 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석을 통해 급속경화궤도 충진층-지면 사이의 마찰력과 콘크리트에 발생하는 온도응력간의 경향을 파악하고, 급속경화궤도 충진층의 허용휨인장응력을 산정하는 모델을 제시한다.

        주물공장의 레이들용 고효율 이동형 집진장치 개발

        The development of technology to prevent environmental pollutants and reduce energy consumption has already become a very significant issue not only for the foundry industry but also for society as a whole. In this paper, we introduce a new dust collector developed for low energy consumption and high performance compared to a roof top dust collector. The roof top dust collector which is using widely in the domestic foundry plant has a low performance about the dust suction ability in spite of high energy consumption because it is installed in a high place to collect the whole dust from all processes in foundry. A dust collector away from dust sources inevitably has low energy efficiency. The development of an efficient collector for foundry is very difficult because the position of the dust source continues to change from the melting process to the pouring process. New dust collector is installed on the ladle transfer equipment such as cranes, hoists, and monorails to effectively respond to moving dust sources. The movable device, attached close to the source of dust, provides high performance even with low energy consumption. The new dust collector is expected to be an environment-friendly device that can be applied to the foundry.

        In this study, the submerged type membrane separation process was coupled to a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) which is one of the biological nutrient removal process and named it submerged membrane-sequencing batch reactor (SM-SBR). One experiment was conducted to investigate the operating schedule on transmembrane pressure, the other experiment were conducted to investigate that on organic and nutrient removal. The result when HRT 24hr(8hr/cycle) of SM-SBR in the experiment was showed the best removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus.

        블록체인 기술의 기술평가와 금융분야 적용가능성

        Recently, as an innovative technology that will change the future, interest in its ripple effect is increasing, and it is predicted that it will lead a transformation comparable to the Internet in the future. In 2009, due to the success of Bitcoin, a virtual currency created by a developer under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, attention is focused on the underlying platform technology, the block chain. Blockchain technology is actually related to most ICT technologies and is expected to be used in all industries including finance and public industries in the future. Although major institutions are presenting figures on the economic effect that blockchain technology will bring, if interpreted conservatively, it is still in its infancy and it is desirable to interpret it as expected by the market. Economic effects of blockchain In particular, in relation to the financial market, the cost reduction of the financial industry with blockchain technology is predicted to reach about $20 billion in 2022, and if blockchain technology is used in financial systems, customer database management and security It is also expected that the effect of reducing financial costs related to such matters will reach 23 trillion won per year. Blockchain is a technology that records and manages the rights to record and manage transactions in blocks by distributing them through a P2P network without a central authority. By verifying validity in the process of linking blocks, which are information storage units, in the order in which they were created, forgery and falsification of information can be prevented. Since blocks containing new transaction information are continuously connected in chronological order every 10 minutes, it is named ‘blockchain.’ Therefore, the possibility of forgery or falsification is virtually impossible. The core of blockchain technology is ‘building a P2P trust network without a trusted authority’, and it is a technology that is continuously developing. In the field of application of block chain, it is actively seeking application to other fields such as public service and health care as well as the financial field, which is currently most actively spreading and applied. In the financial sector, using Distributed Dedger Technology, it is rapidly emerging as a new paradigm in the financial system with advantages such as high security, transparency of transaction details, cost reduction, and fast processing speed. Financial companies are pursuing cost-efficiency by making use of blockchain and digital currency technology to slim down their back-end work and reduce regulatory costs. It is possible to reduce costs in terms of prevention of financial fraud such as no need for third-party verification during liquidation and settlement, reduction of account adjustment and dispute resolution procedures, and hacking. This paper discussed the technical evaluation of blockchain technology with these characteristics and its applicability to the financial sector.

        공공의료시설에 적합한 신재생에너지시스템의 복합적용비율에 관한 연구

        This study set out to identify the importance of each factor influencing facility selection with a survey among public medical facilities under the category of public buildings and apply the importance of economy, technology and environment with the weighting factor method, thus proposing optimal application plans. The research content of each section can be summarized as follows:1) Estimated energy consumption according to the energy simulation was 65,129MWh/yr, which was 18.7% higher than that according to the calculation equation. Of the energy consumption, more than 80% was used by heating and cooling facilities and construction facilities, and 20% was used by electronics such as medical equipments and in and outdoor lighting. 2) The results of a survey on the factors influencing the importance when selecting a new and renewable energy system reveal that the upper items had a priority in economy, environment, and technology in the descending order and that the lower item shad a priority in initial investments, maintenance and repair costs=energy costs, supply reliability, energy efficiency and CO₂ emissions in the descending order. 3) The application alternatives were analyzed in economy, technology, and environment. As a result, a geothermal system turned out to be the most excellent one a cross all the upper and lower comparison items. Of the other systems, a solar thermal system was superior in initial investments, maintenance and repair costs, and energy efficiency, where as a photovoltaic system was superior in energy costs, supply reliability, and CO₂ emissions. 4) As for the mixed application ratio among economy, technology, and environment, when the percentage of a geothermal system was approximately 80% or higher in anew and renewable energy system, it was the best and most optimal application plan.

        주부의 연령대별 농식품 소비 특성 비교

        Lifestyle is changing rapidly, and food consumption patterns vary widely among households as dietary and food processing technologies evolve. This paper reclassified the food group of consumer panel data established by the Rural Development Administration, which contains information on purchasing agricultural products by household unit, and compared the consumption characteristics of agricultural products by age group. The criteria for age classification were divided into groups in their 60s and older with a prevalence of 20% or more metabolic diseases and groups in their 30s and 40s with less than 10%. Using the LightGBM algorithm, we classified the differences in food consumption patterns in their 30s and 50s and 60s and found that the precision was 0.85, the reproducibility was 0.71, and F1_score was 0.77. The results of variable importance were confectionery, folio, seasoned vegetables, fruit vegetables, and marine products, followed by the top five values of the SHAP indicator: confectionery, marine products, seasoned vegetables, fruit vegetables, and folio vegetables. As a result of binary classification of consumption patterns as a median instead of the average sensitive to outliers, confectionery showed that those in their 30s and 40s were more than twice as high as those in their 60s. Other variables also showed significant differences between those in their 30s and 40s and those in their 60s and older. According to the study, people in their 30s and 40s consumed more than twice as much confectionery as those in their 60s, while those in their 60s consumed more than twice as much marine products, seasoned vegetables, fruit vegetables, and folioce or logistics as much as those in their 30s and 40s. In addition to the top five items, consumption of 30s and 40s in wheat-processed snacks, breads and noodles was high, which differed from food consumption patterns in their 60s.
