Effects of Focus on Forms and Focus on Form InstructiononMiddle-AgedandElderlyLearners’EnglishGrammarAcquisition

This study, to find an effective way for older adult learners to acquire English, aims to investigate the extent instruction needs to be intentional or explicit. Traditionally, the issue was dealt with in terms of the effect of two instructional approaches—focus on forms (FonFs) and focus on form (FonF). The results of the grammaticality judgment test with audio stimuli show that FonFs instruction is a more appropriate method for middle-aged and elderly groups’ acquisition of grammatical knowledge than FonF instruction. In addition, it suggests that even among older adult learners, age still matters. That is, “the younger, the better” applies to adult learners of age 40 and above.

Authors performed extrapedicular screws fixation in thoracic spines. Because patient had very narrow thoracic pedicles, classical transpedicular screws fixation could not be accomplished. In case of narrow thoracic pedicles, extrapedicular screws fixation would be a good alternative technique. We describe here a method for thoracic extrapedicular screws fixation. Authors performed extrapedicular screws fixation in thoracic spines. Because patient had very narrow thoracic pedicles, classical transpedicular screws fixation could not be accomplished. 자율주행자동차(Autonomous Vehicle) 도입을 위한 헌법적 연구

Autonomous vehicle(AV) is a research topic that needs research in the field of public law. And among them, solving the moral dilemma around the life rights is one of the most important research fields. In this article, the law and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea set out the criteria for the conflict of basic rights of the right to life in matters such as artificial abortion, euthanasia or dignity death, I have tried to analyze it in the light of what it suggests. As a result of the analysis, the following two conclusions were drawn to the dilemma regarding the right to life of autonomous vehicles(AV). First, our Constitution respects self-determination. Therefore, even if a strong artificial intelligence(AI) emerges and transcends human knowledge and judgment, man's autonomy is a prior and natural legal right, so human judgment should always be given precedence. The recent imposition of a 'kill switch' in the EU resolution is in line with my argument that human judgment should prevail. Second, our Constitution, according to the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, treats human beings as a purpose and prohibits human beings as means. Therefore, it should be prohibited to assign differential value to human life or to calculate utilitarian way of thinking and cost benefit in the case of autonomous vehicle (AV), especially in the collision of basic right of life. However, our Constitution permits the application of the principle of proportional exception under Article 37.2 of the Constitution even in the case of the collision of basic right of life. Therefore, it can not be said that utilitarianism is totally excluded from the situation of collateral rights. In the end, defining the norms of collision of life rights in a autonomous vehicle (AV) is not a matter of discovery but of human – centered rational choice and decision through social consensus. This paper also summarizes the issues related to the constitutional right to equality, property rights, and privacy of autonomous vehicles (AV).

초등학생 영어능력에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 다변량분석

본 논문은 방학기간 중 실시되는 몰입형 영어교육에서 초등학생들의 영어능력과 영어능력을 향상시키는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아보는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이때 사용되는 요인들로는 객관적인 요인과 주관적인 요인이 있다. 그리고 분석방법으로는 일반화 선형모형(GLM)을 주로 사용한다. This paper is to verify the effects of English immersion program for the Kids through the case study of the three and an half week English camp run by Hongik University. The kids' proficiency in English varies according to different factors. Another goal of this paper is to pin down certain objective and subjective factors that have an effect on the English proficiency and the improvement of the proficiency. The generalized linear model(GLM) is adopted for the related analyses in this paper.

65세 이상 복압성 요실금 환자에게 시행된 Canal transobturator tape수술법의 예비보고

Purpose: To access the feasibility of Canal transobturator tape (Canal TOT) for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in women over 65 year old. Materials and Methods: From August 2006 to December 2008, we reviewed the medical records of 261 patients underwent Canal TOT in Division of Urogynecology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine in Seoul. This study is a retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics (age, gravida, parity, body mass index), previous operation history, comorbidity, surgical procedure and operation outcomes. We performed stress test, one hour pad test, urodynamic study, postvoid residual assessment to all patients for diagnosis of SUI. All patients answered self assessment questionnaires (IIQ-7, UDI-6) at 6 months and 12 months after operation. Results: 55 women over 65 years were underwent Canal TOT. Mean follow up was 11±4.5 months. Mean age of patients was 70.2±3.9 years, gravida 5.8±2.3 times, parity 3.9±1.5 times and body mass index (BMI) 25.6±3.1Kg/m2. 8 patients had got hysterectomy (14.5%). 16 patients (29%) had sling operation (Canal TOT alone), and 39 patients (71%) had Canal TOT combined with vaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. The cure rate was 96.4% in 6 months follow up. Leakage after operation were reported by 2 patients (3.6%) and 3 patients (5.5%) transiently suffered from postoperative voiding difficulty. Of whom had incontinence complexed with overactive bladder symptoms (frequency, nocturia, and urgency) 12 patients complained of persistent symptoms after Canal TOT (12/33, 36.4%). The scores from self assessment questionnaires (IIQ-7, UDI-6) at6months after operation were improved significantly. Conclusion: Canal TOT is feasible and safe method for SUI in old age. The procedure also shows favorable results when combined with other operations for pelvic organ prolapse.

사회적기업 종업원의 개인-조직 적합성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감, 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aims to investigate the structural relationships among person-organization fit, self-efficacy, job crafting and organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the mediating effects of self-efficacy and job crafting on the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior among employees working in social enterprises. To this end, data collected from 243 employees from social enterprises nationwide through an online survey were used for the structural equation analysis. The study findings are as follows. First, the result showed that person-organization fit was not statistically significant in the relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. Second, person-organization fit had positive effects on self-efficacy and job crafting. Third, self-efficacy had positive effects on job crafting and organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, job crafting had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was not found to be statistically significant in the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior, and was found to be significant in the relationship between person-organization fit and job crafting. Sixth, the mediating effect of job crafting was found to be statistically significant in the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior, and in the relationship between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, in the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior, the double mediating effect of self-efficacy and job crafting was found to be statistically significant. Based on the findings, academic and practical implications were discussed. 2007년 「사회적기업 육성법」이 제정되면서 사회적기업의 양적 증가가 이루어지고 있지만, 사회적기업에 대한 인적자원개발 및 조직개발 측면의 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업 종업원을 대상으로 개인-조직 적합성이 자기효능감, 잡 크래프팅, 조직시민행동의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로는 개인-조직 적합성과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 자기효능감과 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전국 사회적기업 종업원 243명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식 분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인-조직 적합성은 조직시민행동에 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-조직 적합성은 자기효능감과 잡 크래프팅에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 잡 크래프팅과 조직시민행동에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 잡 크래프팅은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자기효능감의 매개효과는 개인-조직 적합성과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 개인-조직 적합성과 잡 크래프팅 관계에서는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과는 개인-조직 적합성과 조직시민행동의 관계, 그리고 자기효능감과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 각각 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 개인-조직 적합성과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 잡 크래프팅의 다중매개효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적 실천적 시사점을 제시하고, 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

근거리 사진측량의 다중영상시스템을 이용한 인체형상계측

The purpose of this study is to analyze the possibility of practical use of multi image restitution system using close range photogrammertry in the measurement of human body shape for clothing design. The semi-metric camera for the data acquisition has less lens distortion and better film flatness than the existing camera for the measurement of human body shape. This camera also requires the outline approximate in base line, photographing place and angle. As this camera has more convenience in movement, it has a feature that even amateurs are able to photograph for a short time. Photographic exposure surveyed columnal model and ligament using the semi metric camera, As the result, the multi-image restitution system gives the full satisfaction in the accuracy which is required in the measure of human body shape. This system showed the superiority in the reproduction of shape and also found out the possibility of practical use in the measurement of human body shape.

수묵화를 활용한 창의력 향상 미술수업 프로그램 개발

오늘날 급변하고 다원화되는 시대상황 속에서 유연하고 창의적인 인재상이 끊임없이 요 구되고 있다. 이러한 사회적 요구에도 불구하고 1980년대 이래 지속적으로 창의성 교육 이 대두되는 것과는 달리 실제 교육현장에서의 교육 프로그램은 아직도 미비한 상황이다.
