        Although somatosensory evoked potentials(SSEPs) have been utilized as the useful diagnostic tools in evaluating the wide variety of pathological conductions, such as focal lesions affecting the somatosensory pathways, demyelinating diseases, and detecting the clinically occult abnormality, their neural generators in still considerably uncertain. To appreciate the basis for uncertainties about the origins of SSEPs, consider criteria that must be met to establish a casual relationship between activity in a neural structure and a spine/scalp-recorded potential. Electrode locations and channel derivations for SSEPs recordings are based on two principles:(1) the waveforms are best recorded from electrode sites on the body surface closest to the presumed generator sources along the somatosensory pathways, and(2) studies of the potential-field distribution of each waveform of interest dictate the best techniques to be used. In this article, authors will describe followings focused on ;(1) the concepts of near field potentials(NFPs) and far field potentials(FFPs) - the voltage of NFPs is highly dependent upon recording electrode position, FFPs are unlike NFPs in that they are widely distributed, their latencies and amplitudes are independent of recording electrode.(2) appropriate montage settings to detect the significant potentials in the median nerve and posterior tibial nerve SSEPs(3) neural generators of various potentials(P9, N13, P14, N18, N20, P37) and their clinical significance in interpretating the results of SSEPs. Especially, Characteristics of N18(longduration, small superimposed inflection) suggested that N18 is a complex wave with multiple generations including brainstem structures and thalamic nuclei. And N18 might be used as the parameter of braindeath. Precise understanding on these facts provide an adequate basis utilizing SSEPs for numerous clinical purposes.

        Stroke is a common cause of death in Korea. The concept of acute intervention has been emphasized in ischemic stroke. Partic-ularly, technical advances and the enhanced availability of imaging technic have permitted new challenges of thrombolysis based on the selection of ‘tissue at risk’ of brain after acute ischemic stroke.         e스포츠 관광시설의 서비스스케이프, 고객경험과 충성도의 영향관계 분석

        The popularity of eSports is evidenced by the amount of spectators, participants, and media coverage, as well as organizers considering eSports for inclusion in major sports competition. In particular, eSports activities in Korea are mainly conducted in PC-Bang (internet cafe in Korean terminology); however, few studies have paid attention to investigate service environment of PC-Bang as a eSports facility. The present study, therefore, is to examine relationship among servicescape, customer experience, and loyalty in PC-Bang for suggesting marketing strategies of PC-Bang as an eSports facility. To examine the relationship, the study conducted an online survey of eSports participants who participated in eSports activities in PC-Bang, Seoul Metropolitan City. The online survey of the study was conducted from February 1 and March 31, 2020, and a total of 528 questionnaires were collected with 474 usable for the final analysis. Results of structural equation model showed that three sub-factors of servicescape such as customer service, air-conditioning, and attraction had a positive influence on customer experience; moreover, the participants’ customer experience had a positive influence on loyalty of PC-Bang. These empirical results indicate that owners of PC-Bang as a eSports facility is to make constant efforts to improve servicescape as playing environment of eSports participants.

      • Increased IL-8 and MCP-1 in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke or Atherosclerosis : Their Secretion Reduced in Cultured Endothelial Cells by Aspirin

        Background and Objectives : IL-8 and MCP-1, released by injured endothelial cells, facilitate the accumulation of leukocytes and contribute to the development and progression of acute ischemic stroke and atherosclerosis. In this study, we investigated the serum levels of MCP-1 and IL-8 in patients with ischemic stroke or atherosclerosis. We also studied the effects of aspirin on the secretion of IL-8 and MCP-1 and the activation of NF- κB in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)s. Patients and Methods : Sera were sampled from patients with acute ischemic stroke and with atherosclerosis, and the levels of IL-8 and MCP-1 were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). In addition, HUVECs were stimulated by TNF-αfor 6 h after preincubation with aspirin at concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 10 mmol/L. The secretions of IL-8 and MCP-1 from stimulated HUVECs were estimated by ELISA and the activation of NF-κB evaluated by both immunocytochemistry and electrophorectic mobility shift assay. Results : The serum levels of IL-8 in acute ischemic stroke(n=20) were higher(p〈0.05) than those in patients with atherosclerosis(n=22) and normal controls(n=20). On the other hand, MCP-1 levels were increased in atherosclerotic patients. High dose aspirin inhibited the secretions of IL-8 and MCP-1 from HUVECs, which could be related to the modulation of NF-κB. Conclusions : Our data suggest that MCP-1 and IL-8 have important roles in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and ischemic stroke, and that high dose aspirin may be a useful therapeutic strategy to prevent inflammatory processes in atherosclerosis and acute ischemic stroke.         아두이노 기반 코딩 교육 프로그램 개발 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 아두이노를 주제로 코딩교육 프로그램을 통하여 청소년의 창의적 활동을 제고하기 위한 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 재료비가 저렴하고 관련 소스가 범용적으로 이용할 수 있는 아두이노를 바탕으로 코딩교육 프로그램의 개발을 연구한다. 그리고 해당 내용을 검증하기 위하여 광주·전남 소재의 12개 학교에 적용하여 개선점을 도출하였다. 해당 연구 결과는 첫째, 아두이노를 주제로 한 코딩 교육 프로그램은 절차적 모형(계획-설계-실행-평가-개선)을 통하여 개발하여 시범 수업에 적용하 였다. 둘째, 학생들의 만족도 조사와 담당교사의 인터뷰를 통하여 효용성을 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육 프로그램 진행 이후 개선점을 수용하여 다음번의 코딩 교육 프로그램에 적용하였다. The purpose of this study is to enhance the creative activity of youth through coding programs on the subject of Arduino. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, it studies the development of coding education based on Arduino, which is cheaper and generally available for universal use. In addition, in order to verify the program, it applies to the 12 schools in Gwangju·Jeonnam and produces the improvements. The results of the study are as follows : first, the coding education program centered on Arduino was developed from a fusion perspective through a procedural model(plan ~ design ~ action ~ evaluation ~ improvement) and applied to a pilot class. Second, the effectiveness of the student satisfaction survey and the interviews of teachers were analyzed. Third, the improvement of the coding education program is accepted and applied to the next program.
