        다양한 국가연구개발사업을 통합적이며 전주기적으로 관리함에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 부분이 해당 사업들의 존재근거이자 목적이다. 따라서 이재근(2009)의 연구에서 도출한 미션구성체를 활용하여, 향후 국가연구개발사업의 전략적 사업포트폴리오모형의 프레임워크로서의 미션적합도와 미션달성도를 정의함으로서 사업의 최초 기획시의 위치와 현재 위치를 비교함으로서 사업관리에 시사점을 얻고자 한다.

        과학기술정책에 있어서 전략적 정렬개념의 확장에 관한 연구

        The strategic alignment, which is one of the core concepts in the strategic management literature, is important not only in the corporates but also in the public sector, but there are still few literature that has dedicated it. This paper attempts to apply the strategic alignment to the government policy. As a starting point, the author defines a strategic alignment framework in science and technology policy that enables quantitative analysis. Specifically, in the paper, the level of alignment in science and technology policy lies in the two levels. They are main infrastructural agendas in the basic plan for science and technology, and selective investment decisions in national strategic technologies. The former explains the process of policy alignment through the relationship between agendas and related science and technology mid-/long-term plans, and the latter through trends in the selected national strategic technologies and relevant investment in national R&D programs. The results of the policy alignment reveal that the second basic planning period was higher than the third at both levels. Nonetheless, the absolute levels of both alignment measured in this paper are analyzed to be somewhat incomplete, and requires continued attention for future policy alignment. This paper has an implication in that it is the first attempt to apply the strategic alignment concept to the government policy, and it requires to research continuously in the future regarding the rigorous definition of variables and measures. 전략이론분야에서 핵심적인 개념 중의 하나인 전략적 정렬개념은 기업조직뿐 아니라 공공부문에서도 역 시 중요하지만, 아직까지 이를 구체화한 문헌은 부족하다. 본 논문은 정부정책에 있어서의 전략적 정렬 개념 을 적용하고자 하는 시도이다. 그 출발점으로서 데이터를 통해 정량적 분석이 가능한 과학기술정책에 있어 서의 전략적 정렬을 정의하고 측정도구를 설계하고 있다. 구체적으로 최상위에 과학기술 기본계획을 설정하 고 그 주요한 내용인 과학기술정책과제와 국가전략기술투자라는 두 관점에 대한 정렬수준을 분석한다. 전자 는 정책과제와 과학기술관련 중장기계획과의 관계를 통해서, 후자는 선정된 국가전략기술과 국가연구개발사 업에서의 해당 기술분야에 대한 투자추이를 통해 정책의 정렬과정을 설명하고 있다. 정책정렬의 측정결과는 두 가지 수준 모두에서 제2차 기본계획기간이 제3차보다는 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그럼에도 본 논문에서 측정된 정렬수준은 전반적으로 다소 미비한 것으로 분석되어 향후 정책의 정렬을 위한 지속적인 관심이 요 구된다. 본 논문이 정부정책에 기업조직의 전략적 정렬개념을 적용코자 최초로 시도한 점에서 의미와 시사 점을 가지며, 변수와 측정도구의 엄밀성과 관련하여 향후 지속적인 관련 연구가 필요하다.

      • 영어습득의 생물학적 근거에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest that the English language acquisition be based upon the biological aspects of language. To acquire the English language we need to recognize the biological basis and procedure of the English language acquisition. The biological bases are as follows: brain as the core processor of the language acquisition, and vocal and respiratory organs as peripheral ones. The brain has two particular areas in processing the English language One is Broca area and the other is Wernicke area. While the former as 'motor face area' performs the production, the latter does the comprehension of the English language. With these facts in mind, in the first place, we reach a conclusion that the particular areas of the brain process the information of the English language. Secondly, we can apply this knowledge to a more systenatic acquisition of the English language.

        닭의 인공수정에 있어서 적정 주입 정자수 및 주입간격에 관한 연구

        This experiment was carried out to determine the optimum amount of semen (sperm number) to use per insemination and intervals between insemination in artificial insemination of hens. The experimental birds used were 240 hens and cocks of White Plymouth Rock inbred line at 7 months of age. The four treatment compared were: 20 million sperms per 0.005 ㎖ (T1), 40 million sperms per 0.01 ㎖ (T2), 80 million sperms per 0.02 ㎖ (T3) and 120 million sperms per 0.03 ㎖ (T4). Thirty birds were allotted per treatment within a replication, and there were two replications in the experiment. Ringer`s Solution was used for diluent of semen (1 : 3), and semen was inseminated within 30 minutes after collection. The interval between inseminations was 5 days. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The fertility for 5 days after second insemination was 58.2% for T1, 73.1% for T2, 75.1% for T3 and 77.8% for T4. The differences among 72, T3 and T4 were statistically insignificant. 2. In order to obtain a maximum level of fertility in a flock with low egg production and low fertility such as the flock used in this study, the optimum internal between inseminations appears to be 2 days for T2 and 3 days for T3 and T4.

      • 영어교과서 개발의 최근 동향

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the recent trends of the development of the English textbooks in EFL situation. The 7th National English Curriculum(NEC) in 2001 which emphasized the curriculum-centered school education have had much influence on the traditional testbook-centered school education in Korea. According to the paradigmatic change of school education, the contents of the English textbooks were changed into the new types of students-centered classroom activities. For students' communicative activities, the English textbooks were developed by two types of syllabuses: process-oriented syllabus and product-oriented syllabus. The 7th NEC includes procedural syllabus and task-based syllabus as well as grammatical- structural syllabus and notional-functional syllabus. In short, unlike the English textbooks in former curriculums, learners' classroom activities and tasks have been emphasized in those to foster their communicative competence.

        Cosmetic parts such as side keys, navigator switches and Window frames in Cellular phone have been produced mostly by nickel electroforming. But nickel has an allergic reaction with skin. Copper is known to be the most promising alternative material for nickel. In this feasibility study of copper electroforming, copper plating bath type, its optimum composition and mechanical properties were studied. Chloride free-acid copper sulfate was found to be the most suitable bath compared with pyrophosphate and cyanide baths. Target hardness value of 200~220DPH could be obtained by adding 401/402 additives in copper sulfate bath. Another weakness of copper electroform is its poor corrosion characteristic. In order to increase its corrosion resistance, four types coating were applied on top of copper surface. They were Cu/Cu-Sn-Zn/Cr, Cu/Pd/Cr, Cu/Cu-Zn-Sn, Cu/Cr. Salt spray test showed that Cu/Cu-Sn-Zn/Cr did not show any pit after 72hours salt spray test.

        식물성단백질사료에 대한 건조우분첨가 가 계추의 성장에 미치는 영향

        The effect of the cattle feces affecting chicks growing added to plant protein feeds. J. K. Lee K. S. Kim (1) The experiment has been designed to study feeding chicks on the dry cattle feces only instead of animal protein supplements. The experiment has shown that feeding on dry cattle feces can increase the body weight, and they have economical efficiency in feeding. (2) 20 chicks have been divided into 2-groups in the bamboo-floored-battery: the experimental soup has 10 chicks feed on 5% dry cattle faces, and the other one is the control group. The chicks of the experiment group have been fed on only 5% dry cattle feces and plant protein feeds, and the chicks of the control group have been fed on plant protein feeds and animal protein feeds. The both groups have been fed daily on dry mash and sufficient white clover. (3) The ration is composed as follows: (4) Individual chicks weight and its feed consumption lave been recorded daily for two weeks. (5) Considerations of the experiment result.         수질오염총량 감소를 위한 하수처리장 분산배치 및 하천유역의 배출부하량 특성

        Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) was recently applicated in Korea for scientific and organized management of river basin. So in this study, we estimated the effects of distribution of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) system instead of centralized system located at the lower reach. So, in this study we simulated Qual2E modelling for the estimation of BOD, flow, travel time and discharged load to satisfy the target river basin load of Gapcheon A. In result , distribution of WWTPs induced the decrease of travel time (3.95 to 3.05 days) and target river basin load (5495.0 to 543.08 kgBOD/d). But high effluent concentration of WWTP located in upper reaches increased the BOD of river basin.
