본 연구에서는 SERVQUAL 모형을 통해 국내 주요 항만인 부산항, 인천항, 광양항의 서비 스품질이 충성도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 충성도는 행동적 충성도의 재이용의 도와 태도적 충성도의 구전의도로 세분화하여 분석하였다. 설문은 국내 주요 항만의 이용경 험이 있는 선사, 화주, 포워더를 대상으로 2014년 4월부터 5월까지 약 1개월간 실시하였으 며, 가설검증을 위해서 Smart-PLS 2.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 서비스품질 차원 중 유형성, 대응성, 공감성이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 고객 만족은 재이용의도와 구전의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 각 항만별로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 서비스품질 차원이 상이한 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 토대 로 국내 항만의 물류서비스품질과 경쟁력 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. Purpose : This study investigated the impact of port logistics service quality on loyalty using SERVQUAL Model in Korea major ports specifically Port of Busan, Incheon and Gwangyang. Research design, data, methodology : The data was collected from shipping company, shipper and freight forwarder who had experience in these ports. A survey was conducted for about one month period April-May 2014. To test research hypotheses, Smart-PLS 2.0 program was utilized. Results : In SERVQUAL model, Tangible, Responsiveness and Empathy had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction had a positive effects on Repeated Utilization and Word-of-Mouth. Also, each port individually had different results. Conclusions : This study suggests implications based on the result. Korea has to continually effort to improve port logistics service quality and competitiveness of domestic ports.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the prevalence of malnutrition in hospitalized patients aged 18 years old or older at the time of admission in Korea. Methods: This multi-center, preliminary survey included patients over 18 years old who were admitted on a given day from six hospitals in Korea. Nutritional status was assessed using Subjective Global Assessment tool. Data collected included hospital characteristics, patient characteristics, nutrition screening, and nutrition assessment. Results: Among the 99 patients recruited (47 males, 47.5%), 18 (18.2%) and 2 (2.0%) patients were moderately malnourished and severely malnourished, respectively. The mean age of the malnourished group was older than that of the well-nourished group (49.7±17.1 vs. 60.5±13.6 years old, P-value=0.010). Patients admitted for medical treatment were more malnourished than those admitted for surgical treatment. Conclusion: Results of the multi-center preliminary survey showed 20.2% prevalence of malnutrition on admission. A national survey was piloted and will be followed by full implementation.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the influencing factors on the functional status of the soldiers of the troops dispatched overseas. Methods: The participants were 286 military soldiers in the troops dispatched overseas. The data was collected from May, 3 to 13, 2010 by using self-report questionnaires. The instruments used were somatic symptom scale in SCL-90-R, Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory, CES-DC(center for epidemiological studies-depression scale), family function scale, social support scale, traumatic event scale, post traumatic growth scale, posttraumatic stress disorder scale, resilience scale. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS/Win 12.0 program. Results: The functional status of the dispatched overseas soldiers negatively correlated to anxiety, while it positively correlated to family function and social support. Anxiety, family function, and social support accounted for 44.2% of the variance in the functional status of the soldiers of the troops dispatched overseas. Conclusions: The influencing factors on the functional status of the soldiers of the troops dispatched overseas were anxiety, family function, and social support. Programs which focus on anxiety management and relaxation techniques, and family or peer support systems should be developed and provided.

Extravasation of contrast media into subcutaneous tissue is a relatively frequent complication. Although most patients complain of initial swelling, tightness, and burning pain at the site of extravasation, some experience little or no discomfort. In most cases, conservative management is recommended. However, severe injury after extravasation of contrast media have been reported, including skin ulceration, tissue necrosis, and compartment syndrome, in which cases surgical intervention should be considered. We report a case of a 53-year-old man who had severe localized reaction due to extravasation of contrast media for a follow-up brain CT scan after subarachnoid hemorrhage. 본 연구결과에서 홍경천 추출물은 L6 근육세포에서 산화적 손 상으로 인한 세포사멸과 ATP 생성 량 감소를 유의적으로 억제 하였을 뿐만 아니라 마우스에 2주간 200 mg/kg 농도로 경구 투여 시 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았으나 treadmill 운동시간을 증가시켰고 glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine, lactate 등의 혈액지표를 개선시켰다. 따라서 홍경천은 과도한 운동 스트레스로 인한 손상을 억제할 수 있는 소재로써의 큰 가능성을 가지 고 있는 것으로 판단된다. Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor is a plant naturally grows in a high mountain areas. Aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of R.sachalinensis A. Bor extract against excessive exercise induced stress. R.sachalinensis A. Bor extract significantly inhibited L6 muscle cell death and ATP reduction caused by H2O2 damage. In addition, the oral administration of R. sachalinensis A. Bor extract in mice improved the 43.9% of treadmill running time and blood profiles of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine, lactate when compared to distilled water. These results suggested that R. sachalinensis A. Bor can attenuate excessive exercise induced damage.
