        한국 남자프로골퍼의 해외투어 出戰史

        본 연구는 문헌고찰을 통하여 1935년 일본오픈을 시작으로 2020년까지의 한국 남자프로골프 선수들의 해외투어 출전 및성과, 그리고 그 의미를 규명하는데 있다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 연덕춘의 1935년 일본오픈 출전과 1941년우승은 우리나라 최초의 해외투어 참가 및 우승이다. 둘째, 골프월드컵은 1956년 연덕춘과 박명출 출전을 시작으로 2018년까지 총 48회 참가하여, 2002년 최경주와 허석호가 거둔 3위가 최고성적이다. 셋째, 유러피언투어는 1993년 조니워커 클래식 골프대회에 참가한 최상호가 거둔 3위가 최초 입상이며, 2003년 린데저먼마스터즈에서 최경주가 우승을 거두는데, 유러피언투어의 우리나라 첫 우승자이다. 넷째, 최경주는 우리나라 최초로 미국 PGA투어에 참가하여 통산 8승을 거두는 등한국 선수의 PGA투어 우승횟수는 총 17승으로 아시아 국가 중 최다이다. 마지막으로 2010년 이후 한국프로골프투어를거치지 않고 해외투어로 직행하는 선수들이 대거 등장하며, 세계 골프무대에서 한국 남자골프의 위상을 드높이고 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the Korean male professional golfers’ participation and achievements of overseas tours starting with the JGTO in 1935 and until 2020 and their meaning through the literature review. First, Yern Duk-choon’s participation in JGTO in 1935 and the victory in 1941 were Korea’s first participation and championship of overseas tours. Second, starting with Yern Duk-choon and Park Myoung-chul in 1956, Korean male professional golfers participated in the Golf World Cup 48 times in total until 2018, and in 2002, Choi K. J. and Heo Seok-ho ranked third with the best results. Third, in the EPGA Tour, Choi Sang-ho ranked third in the 1993 Johnnie Walker Classic for the first time as a Korean, and Choi K. J. won the Linde German Masters in 2003, and he is the first EPGA Tour winner in Korea. Fourth, Choi K. J. got 8 wins in the US PGA Tour for the first time in Korea, and Korean players have won with a total of 17 wins, the most wins among Asian countries. Lastly, many players going straight to overseas tours without the KPGA Tour have emerged and raised the status of Korean male golf.

        프로골퍼 연덕춘의 생애와 체육활동에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국 최초의 프로골퍼이며 1941년 일본오픈 우승자인 연덕춘의 생애에서 나타난 체육활동을 밝히고 이를 위해 문헌분석방법을 사용하여 우리나라 골프발전사에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 연덕춘은 일제강점기인 1932년 군자리 골프코스에서 골프를 접한 후 일본으로 골프유학을 떠나 1935년 한국인 최초의 프로골퍼가 되었다. 1941년 일본오픈에서 우승하며 한국 골프계에 금자탑을 이룩하였으며 많은 후배들에게 도전에 대한 성취감이 무엇인지를 가르쳐주는 교두보의 역할을 수행하였다. 이후 1954년 서울 컨트리클럽이 개장하는데 건설현장 담당자로 헌신하였으며 후진양성을 위해 프로골퍼를 양성하며 선진골프기술을 전파하였다. 1963년 친목단체 성격의 프로골프회를 결성하여 한국프로골프협회가 창립하는데 기여하였으며, 1972년 제2대 한국프로골프협회의 회장으로 헌신하였다. 이러한 그의 노력은 한국골프가 눈부신 성장과 발전을 이룩하는 밑거름이 되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the sports activities of Yern Duk Choon, the first Korean professional golfer and the winner of Japan Golf Open 1941, and to investigate the effects of his work upon the history of Korean golf development by using literature analysis methodology. The conclusions from this study are as follow. Yern Duk Choon started to play golf for the first time in Gunjari Golf Course in 1932 during the Japanese colonial era and went to Japan to study golf, becoming the first Korean golfer in 1935. He made a great achievement in the Korean golf field by winning the Japan Golf Open 1941. He volunteered to be a construction field supervisor for the opening of the Seoul Country Club in 1954 and taught the advanced golf techniques. He devoted himself to establishing Korea Professional Golfers` Association in 1968 and became the second chairman of the Korea Professional Golfers` Association in 1972. All of his endeavors served as a foundation for accomplishing the development and advancement in the Korean golf history.

        Assessment of the Laparoscopic Training Validity of a Virtual Reality Simulator (LAP MentorTM)

        Purpose: The need for efficient and optimal training through a structured laparoscopic training program has become increasingly evident. Virtual reality simulation may provide a safe and efficient means of acquiring laparoscopic skills. The LAP MentorTM is a high-fidelity virtual reality simulator with haptic feedback that allows a trainee to practice 9 basic laparoscopic tasks including laparoscopic suturing. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the predictive validity of performance on the LAP Mentor before surgical simulators are incorporated into training programs. Materials and Methods: Eleven participants (6 medical students and 5 residents) underwent laparoscopic skills training on the virtual reality simulator LAP Mentor. Each participant was tested on 5 sets of 4 LAP Mentor basic laparoscopic tasks (grasping, cutting, clipping, and suturing) in a 3-week period. Total time and accuracy were measured for each task. Results: There was a significant difference between the initial session and the final session for total time and accuracy in both groups. Among the medical students, as they progressed through the training step by step, total time decreased for the grasping task, the cutting task, the clipping task, and the suturing task. At the same time, accuracy improved for the grasping task, the cutting task, the clipping task, and the suturing task, respectively. The residents group showed a similar progression. Conclusions: Basic skills straining on a LAP Mentor virtual reality simulator improves learning of the basic skills for laparoscopy. Education with virtual reality simulators, therefore, may provide an effective teaching method and lead to improved operating performance.         로봇 보조 전립선절제술에서 요도후벽재건술이 조기 요자제 회복에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Prolonged urinary incontinence is one of the greatest concerns for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy. One of the possible causes for this urinary incontinence is a postoperative deficiency of the external striated urethral sphincter (EUS) complex and continence nerves. We evaluated the effect of posterior urethral reconstruction (PUR) in the early recovery of urinary continence after robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. Materials and Methods: Between January 2008 and March 2009 we performed robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy with PUR in 30 patients (PUR group) and without PUR in 30 patients (non-PUR group). We compared perioperative parameters and postoperative continence rates between the two groups. Continence was defined as no pads or one diaper per 24 hours and was assessed 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after the procedure. Results: Patients in the PUR group achieved better continence rates at 1 month (43% vs. 35%) and 3 months of follow-up (89% vs. 64%). At 6 months of follow-up, the continence rate was similar between the two groups (96% vs. 90%). No major complications were observed in the PUR group. However, 2 cases of anastomotic site leakage and 1 case of delayed bleeding were observed in the non-PUR group. Conclusions: Posterior urethral reconstruction appears to be an easy and reproducible technique in robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy. Our early experience demonstrates that PUR in robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy appears to confer early continence recovery and reduce intraoperative complications.

        창시무도 내공체술의 수련체계

        본 연구의 목적은 창시무도 내공체술의 수련체계를 정립하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌분석방법(Text Analysis Method)을 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 내공체술의 수련체계는 크게 내공체조와 내공공방술, 내공호신술로 분류된다. 둘째, 수련분야에 있어 내공체조는 도인추체법과 내공호흡법으로 분류되며, 내공공방술은 원체형단무와 실전공방술 및 무기공방술, 내공호신술은 호신제압술과 급소지르기 등의 분야로 분류된다. 셋째, 내공체술 수련체계의 특징적인 요소는 지도현장에서 종합적 또는 각각의 독립적인 수련 프로그램으로 운용이 가능할 수 있도록 분류되어 있다. 이는 다양해진 현대인들의 무도수련 목적에 따른 분야 선택의 용이성 제공과 인간의 신체문화인 무도의 발달사적 측면에서도 의의가 있을 것이다. This study has the objective to set up the training system of Naegong chesool, created martial arts. For this study, I have used Text Analysis Method and draw a conclusion as follows. First, in a large way, the training system of Naegong chesool was classified Naegong chejo(exercises), Naegong battling art and Naegong self defense art. Second, in the field of traning, Naegong chejo was classfied as Doinchuchebob(bending-streching) and Naegong breating method. Naegong battling art. was classified as Circling dancing, Actual battling art and Weapon martial arts. Naegong self defense art was classified as Self defense control art, Striking vital points technique. Third, the distinct features of the training system of Naegong chesool can be used synthetically or respectively to put together and an independent training program system in the field guidance. This has a great signification in offering an easiness of selecting fields in Martial Arts Training for people living in a modern society who have diversified purpose and in terms of the historical development of Martial Arts as well.
