This study introduce a structurally stable attractive nanoscale emulsion fluid, in which the poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly(ε-caprolactone) (PEO-b-PCL) is tightly packed with lecithin, thereby forming a mechanically robust thin-film at the oil-water interface. The molecular association of PEO-b-PCL with lecithin is critical for formation of a tighter and denser molecular assembly at the interface. Our suspension rheology studies also reflect the interdroplet attractions over a wide volume fraction range of the dispersed oil phase; this results in a percolated network of stable drops. We have figured out that this unique rheological behavior is attributed to the dipolar interaction between the phosphorylcholine groups of lecithin and the methoxy end groups of PEO-b-PCL. Finally, we demonstrate that our nanoemulsion system significantly enhances transdermal delivery efficiency due to its favorable attraction to the skin as well as high diffusivity of the nanoscale emulsion drops.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of job stress on the relationship between emotional leadership and turnover intention of flight attendants. The subjects of the study were 236 cabin crew members of national airlines using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for windows. The results of this study were as follows: First, the level of major variables was 5 points, 3.80 points for Emotional leadership, 2.77 points for job stress, and 2.55 points for turnover intention. Second, the difference between the groups did not appear in emotional leadership and job stress, but appeared in turnover intention. Third, emotional leadership directly influenced turnover intention and affected turnover intention through mediation of job stress. The implications of this study are as follows. First, it is meaningful to provide basic data of education about emotional leadership by revealing perception level of sub - variables of emotional leadership. Second, it is necessary to train emotional leadership related to job stress and turnover intention to reduce cabin crew 's job stress and turnover intention. Third, based on the results of this study, emphasizing the importance of emotional leadership in cabin managers can help to manage airline 's human resources efficiently.

Yoko Kawashima's autobiographical novel So Far From the Bamboo Grove has been recently added to several U.S. public schools reading lists as an educational tool teachers can use to talk about WWII in Asia from the perspective of an Asian. Kawashima's novel is well written but can be criticized for narrating only the hardships of the Japanese in WWII, causing a faulty impression that the suffering of Japans war victims is less important than that of the Japanese who initiated the war in Asia. The inclusion of this problematic text in U.S. school curricula suggests additional issues when considered in light of how U.S. education officially narrates recent Asian history. Traditionally, the U.S. has turned a blind eye to Japans war crimes and maintains an ambivalent stance towards Japans Asian war victims. U.S. educators decision to incorporate the novel into school curricula reflects this U.S. traditional practice making Asian victims during the War invisible. The invisibility of Asian war victims is caused by the interplay among the Western perspective toward Asians, international politics in the post war era, and racial hierarchy inside Asia. I begin by examining Edward Said's evaluation and critique of the set of beliefs known as Orientalism and international politics after WWII in order to understand Asia recent past as depicted in the U.S. K12 curriculum. In the final section of this paper, I examine the world history curricula of twenty high school teachers in a Midwestern administrative district by using a questionnaire accompanied by a follow up interview.
