        도시형 대기오염 모델링에 관한 연구

        1976년 이래 서울특별시 동북부 변두리지역의 한 지점(한국에너지연구소)에서 대기중의 아황산가스 농도를 연속측정한 결과를 정리하여 종합분석하였다. 대기중에 배출되는 오염물질의 확산은 기상학적인 특성과 지형적 인자와 밀접하게 관련되어있다. 아황산가스의 경우 기온의 역전현상이 심화됨에 따라 혼합효과가 크게 감소되며 확산이동거리는 매우 길어서 발생원으로부터 5∼20㎞ 지점에서 지표면 최고농도를 나타내게 된다. 대기혼합높이는 일사량, 풍속의 변화에 따라 변하며 일출시에 가장 낮고 오후시간에 가장 높아지게 된다. 대기오염도는 일출후 한 두시간경에 일최고치를, 그리고 일몰직전에 일최저치를 나타낸다. 임의 관측 지점에서의 기상학적 인자와 발생원에 대한 지형적 특성을 고려하여 년 평균농도를 추정하는 관계식 χ=55(F/S)^(0.58)(r.Q/U)이 성립하였다. The sulfur dioxide concentration has been measured in the outskirts of Seoul (KAERI) since 1976, and the accumulated data have been statistically analyzed to modify the simple urban air pollution model developed by Gifford and Hanna. The dispersion of the effluents in the air depends on the meteorological characteristics and topographical factors in an area. The sulfur dioxide concentration increases due to decreases in the mixing effect of the atmosphere in accordance with the deepening of the inversion and may travel over 5 to 20㎞ from the source. The mixing height is usually lowest before sunrise and highest in late afternoon, while the concentration of sulfur dioxide peaks at about 1 or 2 hours after sunrise and is lowest before sunset. The modified urban air pollution model, χ=(㎍/㎥)=55(F/S)^(0.58)(r.Q/U) seems to give a correct prediction of annual average concentration from the two meteorological factors, wind direction and the frequency of calm. It was also assumed that the predominant emission sources are located in the west to southwest region of Seoul.

      • 대구경강관을 이용한 지하구조물 축조공법의 국내지반 적용성 연구

        최근 지속적으로 늘어나는 인구와 교통량의 증가로 인하여 도심지국토이용 및 차도가 포화상태가 되어 지하공간의 활용이 매우 절실하게 되었다. 이에 지하 운송수단 및 지하상가 등 지하구조물이 증가하게 되었으며, 공사로 인한 지상의 교통지연, 불량한 지반조건 등으로 인한 각종 안전사고, 주변환경의 훼손, 소음진동에 의한 수많은 민원 발생 등은 사회적인 문제점으로까지 비약되는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이런 문제점등을 해결함과 동시에 기존 지히구조물 축조공법으로는 안정성을 확보할수 없는 열악한 지반조건에도 안전하고 경제적으로 지하 구조물을 시공할 수 있도록 N.T.R.공법을 수정 보완하였다. 기존의 터널굴착 공법에서 많은 문제점으로 나타난 천정 및 벽체부의 누수문제와 이로 인한 안전성감소, 그리고 장기적인 유지보수 문제 등 시공상의 여러 단점을 보완하여 국내실정에 적합한 N.T.R. (NEW TUBULAR ROOF)공법을 개발하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 N.T.R.공법 적용 구조물에 대한 수치해석의 결과와 현장 계측자료를 토대로 N.T.R.공법의 특징, 시공방법 및 국내 지하공간개발 적용가능성에 대하여 정리하였다. Recently, the development of underground structures is to be inevitably necessary due to the increase in population and traffic volume that has caused to the limit of urban land use and the heavy traffic jams. Therefore, underground structures such as subway, underground shopping centers, lifeline facilities and so on, have been increasingly constructed, On the other hand, several social problems have occurred during construction, i.e., ground subsidence, noise, and vibration. Therefore, safer and more beneficial methods for underground construction are on the demand. In this research, N.T.R.(New Tubular Roof) method has been modified and utilized for solving those problems and overcoming the difficulties connected with the bored tunnel construction of large underground openings in unfavorable ground, often under the water table, and with overburdens that are too shallow to solve problems of stability using traditional methods. The N.T.R. method has been modified to suit for Korean geotechnical conditions, and was made up for the weak points-the water leakage from walls and tops, the maintenance and the lack of stability-of the conventional methods. This paper dealt with the features and the applicability of N.T.R. Method based on the results from numerical analysis and data from in-situ monitoring system.

        노인환자 척추마취시 Midazolam 의 정주용량에 따른 맥박산소포화도와 심혈관계 변화

        Background : Though the proper administration of midazolam in the geriatric patients under the spinal anethesia reduce the stress, the anxiety and the agitation during surgery, it can cause the hypoxemia owing to decreasing their ventilatory function, and the aim of this study was to evaluate the dose response of midazolam to determine the degree of hypoxemia, the change of cardiovascular functions after the intravenous administration of midazolam in geriatric patients during the period of TURP under the spinal anesthesia. Methods : On thirty two geriatric male patients(≥65 yrs), the changes of O2 saturation in pulse oximetry, systolic and diastolic pressure in NIBP, heart rate in EKG before and after the administration of midazolam were studied during perioperative period of TURP under the spinal anesthesia in randomized method, and they were allocated randomly to four groups to receive only normal saline (group 1), midazolam 0.01 mg/kg(group 2), midazolam 0.02 mg/kg(group 3), midazolam 0.03 mg/kg (group 4)in normal saline 3ml, respectively. Results : The results were that the desaturation between 85% and 90% in SpO2 occurred in three patients(one patient in group 3, two patients in group 4), that the desaturation below 85% in SpO2 occurred in three patients (group 4), immediately 100% oxygen was administered to the patients by mask, that the occurrances of the desaturation below 90% in SpO2 appeared about 4-7minutes after the administration of midazolam and there was no statistically significant changes in cardiovascular function in all groups. Conclusions : It is concluded that the intravenous administration of midazolam more than 0.02 mg/kg can cause hypoxemia in geriatric patients under the spinal anesthesia and the close observation and monitoring must be needed during sedative period.         Orthopedic surgical procedures are associated with a variety of complications due to em- bolic phenomena. Fat embolism syndrome is associated with multiple trauma injuries and surgery involving longbone fractures. The pathogenesis of syndrome is not clear and treatment remains supportive. We experienced a case of pulmonary embolism associated with total hip replacement. We suspected embolism on pulmonary perfusion scan and diagnosed fat embolism with criteria for diagnosis of fat embolism syndrome by Gurd.

        충남지방의 시설채소 재배동향과 앞으로의 방향

        The above results indicate that vegetable crop production using vinyl houses continously increases. However, technical support and facility improvement are still insufficent to establish a full production system. In order to improve the cultural environment in facilities for better vegetable culture, several factors should be considered. 1. Facility design and arrangement should be made to improve micro-environments for crop growth and development because direction of facility and covering materials can affect the amount of light transmitted into vinyl houses. 2. Cultivation of several leading varieties in each crop may not provide stable production and profit especially under undesirable environmental conditions. Thus, it is required to grow not only leading varieties but also other cultivars to decrease the economic losses. 3. Crops should be carefully managed when planted in early season not to experience low temperatures which induce growth retards. Early season cultivation requires proper selection of cultivars which are resistant to low temperture. 4. Active control of micro-environment in facilities should be made via improving the ventilation and irrigation systems.
