        간편형 자기보고식 아동 청소년 집행기능 곤란 질문지의 학교 적응에 대한 변별력

        본 연구에서는 간편형 자기보고식 아동 청소년 집행기능 곤란 질문지(송현주, 2014)가 학교적응수준을 변별하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 초등학생 74명(남41, 여33), 중학생 103명(남53, 여50), 고등 학생 85명(남33, 여52)이었으며 학교적응척도와 학교성적 자료를 수집하였다. 학교적응 상위 20%집단과 하위 20%집단을 구분하였으며 학교 성적은 스스로 자신의 성적을 5단계로 구분하여 보고하도록 하였다. 판별분석을 통하여 계획 및 조직화 곤란, 행동통제 곤란, 정서통제 곤란과 부주의 요인들의 학교적응과 학교성적수준에 대한 판별력을 분석하고, ROC 분석을 통해 학교적응을 적절하게 예측할 수 있는 절단점 을 산출하였다. 연구 결과, 판별분석에서 학교적응 상위집단과 하위집단을 아동청소년 집행기능 곤란질 문지를 통해 88.2% 정확하게 변별해 낼 수 있었으며 성적 상위집단과 하위집단은 72.5% 정확하게 변별 해 내었다. ROC(Receiving Operating Characteristic)분석에서도 아동청소년 집행기능 곤란 질문지는 AUC(Area Under the Curve) 범위가 학교적응의 경우 .7-.9 범위에 걸쳐있어 양호한 수준으로 학교적응 집단을 변별해 내는 것으로 나타났으며 성적에 대해서는 .6-.8 범위를 나타내 학교적응보다는 낮은 수준 의 변별력을 보였다. 민감도와 특이도 값을 근거로 학교적응에 대한 집행기능 곤란 하위 요인들의 절단 점을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 간편형 자기보고식 아동 청소년 집행기능 곤란 질문지가 아동 청소년 의 학교적응을 변별해 내는데 유용한 도구라는 점이 검증되었다.

        근대 한국불교의 종교정체성 인식 : 1910-1930년대 불교잡지를 중심으로

        This paper attempts to examine how the modern Korean Buddhism responded to the concept ‘religion’, a western term newly imported in the late 19th century Korea. The concept ‘religion’ made a controversial effect on the modern Korean religious terrain. ‘Religion’ originally meant the recovering of relationship between man and God after the Sin’ in the context of the western history. So it implied that only Christianity could be ‘a religion’ or a ‘true religion’ according to the definition of religion. With the introduction and the spread of the concept ‘religion’, ‘宗敎’, in the modern Korean society, Buddhism faced an identity crisis as a religion. Many Christians criticized Buddhism as ‘an idolatry and superstition’, ‘a kind of atheism’ or ‘a philosophy’. That is to say, they labelled Buddhism as a ‘non-religion’ or ‘pseudoreligion’. So modern Korean Buddhists made some important responses to this threat of Christianity. First, modern Korean Buddhists argued that Buddhism was not only a philosophy but also a religion including philosophy, that is, 'a philosophical religion’. Secondly, they accepted the idea of Buddhism as an atheism, but they went further. They insisted that atheism was a higher form of religion than theism in the evolutionary stages of religion, so Buddhism was superior to any other religion. Finally, they concluded that Buddhism had its own religious characteristics and values that were very unique and unsurmountable by any other religion. Adopting the typology of religion, modern Korean Buddhists could categorize Buddhism as a ‘religion of meditation’ whereas theistic religion was categorized as a ‘religion of prayer’. Through those reactions, the modern Korean Buddhism could secure its genuine religious identity among many religions of the world.

        의료 담화에서 비유 사용에 대한 전문가의 태도 연구

        . This study explores medical professionals' attitudes towards using metaphors in medical discourse. Firstly, the benefits of using metaphors in medical communication include improving patient understanding, reducing inquiries, increasing treatment consent rates, and simplifying explanations of complex topics. Additionally, metaphors can enhance doctor-patient rapport, making physicians seem more approachable. However, they can also distort factual information, induce misconceptions, complicate explanations of adverse outcomes, and alienate patients if not used contextually. Lastly, the study highlights effective metaphor usage in medical communication, stressing alignment with patients' knowledge and age, fostering empathetic connections, using familiar and simple metaphors, and evaluating their suitability based on disease severity and stage.This study explores medical professionals' attitudes towards using metaphors in medical discourse.         This Paper aims to fine the origin and transformation of 너울 (Nowul : 나기), 너울(Nowul) one of head-dress worn by Yi-Dynasty Women. Archetypal pattern of 너울(Nowul) is found in veil and head-covering of the ancient Assyria. 너울(Nowul) came from 몽수(Mongsu : 蒙首) of Koryo Dynasty period. The 몽수(Mongsu : 蒙首) also originated 멱라(Myukra: 冪羅) and 유모(Yumo : 유모) Tang (唐) Dynasty of China. The 몽수(Mongsu : 蒙首) of Koryo dynasty period was accepted with popular phenomenon in contemporary time. In Yi-Dynasty Period, 너울(Nowul) were worn to hide her faces of high social class as women in Palace and Noble women. Costume style of this extreme covering is required women by ideas of morality and status differentiation and religion in comtemporary period.

        캡슐내시경으로 진단한 Meckel 게실 출혈 1예

        Meckel's diverticulum is a remnant of the vitelline duct located in the distal ileum, and it is the most common cause of small bowel bleeding in patients who are under the age of 25 years. The ectopic gastric mucosa in Meckel's diverticulum causes ulceration and acute gastrointestinal bleeding. Capsule endoscopy is now a valuable tool for diagnosing obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. However, the identification of a Meckel's diverticulum by wireless capsule endoscopy has rarely been reported on. An 18-year-old man was admitted for recurrent melena and anemia. He underwent a small bowel series that showed a jejunal diverticulum, and capsule endoscopy then revealed a jejunal diverticulum with multiple ulcerations. After 2 months, he had fresh hematochezia and so he underwent small bowel segemental resection that included the jejunal diverticulum. The operation revealed Meckels' diverticulum at 180 cm distant from the ileocecal valve at the mesenteric side. We report here on a case of bleeding Meckel's diverticulum that was diagnosed by wireless capsule endoscopy, and we include a review of the relevant literature. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2006;32:387-391) Meckel 게실은 난황관(vitelline duct)의 잔유물로 회장말단부에 있으며, 25세 이하 소장 출혈의 가장 흔한 원인이다. Meckel 게실의 이소성 위점막은 궤양을 유발하며, 급성 출혈을 일으킬 수 있다. 최근 캡슐내시경을 다양한 원인 불명의 위장관 출혈에 유용하게 이용하고 있으나, 캡슐내시경검사로 진단한 Meckel 게실의 보고는 매우 드물다. 18세 남자가 반복되는 흑색변과 빈혈로 내원하여 소장바륨조영술에서 공장 게실이 있었다. 동반된 병변을 확인하기 위하여 캡슐내시경검사를 시행하였으며 다수의 궤양이 있는 공장 게실이 있었다. 수술을 권유했으나 더 이상 출혈의 소견이 없어서 경과관찰 하던 중, 2달 후 혈변으로 다시 내원하여 공장 게실을 포함한 소장부분절제술을 시행하였다. 회장말단부에서 180 cm 떨어진 공장에 조직학적으로 이소성 위점막 소견이 없는 비전형적인 Meckel 게실로 확진하였다. 저자들은 캡슐내시경검사로 진단한 Meckel 게실 출혈 1예를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.

        The Tractatus relates speech to an ontology or a cosmology : it attempt to sketch the basic pattern of a world in which significant speech will be possible. In certain crucial passages connects the world, i. e. the objective world of our common experience, with a transcendental subject which has to make sense of and this means the cosmology of the Tractatus. Wittgenstein has to say about of unchanging, simple object contingentry related in a wholly uniform characterless fashion. The world is held in tratatus, 1∼1. 21 to be everything that is the case : it is the totality, not of the things that facts are about, but the totality of the facts that concern anything whatever. We should not have the world in its completeness if we merely had before us a list of its compoent entities that exhausted it completely. We should also have to be imformed as to the relational bonds that connected those entities with one another. The purely combinatory nature of the intrinsic properties of the ultimate constituents of the world is also set forth in the momentous proposition, 2.232. Objects are colourless. Ultimate objects are without character, and, apart from their combinatory capacities, wholly uniform. It can be when ultimate objects enter into combination with others that chracters like colour, etc., can arise. In the 'Philosophical Investigations' Wittgenstein talks in terms of a variety of language games, and it is objected that he has not explained in general terms what a language-game is, or what is common to all the games he is considering. He replies by pointing to the vast range of ordinary performances that we call 'games', an array of kinds of case bound together by overlapping affinities, and not by any single, invariant property, or set of properties, uniformaly present in them all. Wittgenstein points out that, although for certain purposes we may wish to use words that are cleary defined, and that cover a perfectly definite region of cases, there are very many other contexts in which this is not advantageous, and in which we are perfectly satisfied to use a word which has only a family sense, and which slightly varies in meaning from case to case to case. Wholly exact meanings would in ordinary circumstances be an embarrasment rather than a convenience.
