- Effects of prunella vulgaris L., chrysanthemum indicum L.and pueraria Radixon plasma lipid compositionand histological consideration were investigated in hyperlipidemic rats. Concentration of plasma β-lipoprotein showed atendence to decrease in prunella vulgaris L., chrysanthemum indicum L.and pueraria Radixtreatment groups. Howeverthese values were showed not significantly different from control group. Concentration of plasma FFA in prunellavulgaris L., chrysanthemum indicum L. and pueraria Radixtreatment groups showed a lower values compared to controlgroup and concentration of plasma FFA of prunella vulgaris L. and pueraria Radixtreatment group showed a lowervalues than prunella vulgaris L. and chrysanthemum indicum L. treatment group. Concentration of plasma glucose andtriglyceride showed a tendence to decrease in prunella vulgaris L., chrysanthemum indicum L. and pueraria Radixtreatment groups. However plasma glucose values showed not significantly different from control group. Plasma totalcholesterol concentration showed a low and HDL-cholesterol concentration showed a high in prunella vulgaris L. andpueraria Radixtreatment group. However LDL-cholesterol concentrations were not significantly different in treatmentgroups. Histological consideration of heart, liver and kidney in prunella vulgaris L. and pueraria Radixtreatment groupsshowed a good features in fat accumulation condition than those of other treatment groups. However in the condition ofhigh fat accumulation in tissues, heart, liver and kidney were showed a slight congestion and a bashed cell nucleus.Key words - Prunella vulgaris L., Chrysanthemum indicum L., Pueraria Radixcholesterol, Triglyceride, Glucose, FFA,β-lipoprotein.

Effect of Ni-P plating thickness on exothermic and electrical properties of PAN-based carbon fibers

In this study, Ni-P plating PAN-based carbon fibers were prepared by the electroless plating on carbon fibers in order to improve exothermic properties and electric conductivity of the carbon fibers. The effect of Ni-P plating thickness on the exothermic properties and electric conductivity of the fibers studied. Surface and structural properties of the carbon fibers were determined by was scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The amount of Ni-P plating on the carbon fibers was measured by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). And the electric conductivity of the carbon fibers was measured by 4-probe method.

픽토그램 수업지도 방법이 청각장애학생의 안전용어 이해에 미치는 효과

이 연구는 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도 방법이 청각장애학생의 안전용어 이해에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 6학년 청각장애학생 4명을 대상으로 2015년 7월부터 2015년 9월까지 약 3개월간 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도를 실시하였으며, 반복측정을 통하여 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도가 안전용어 이해에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도가 안전용어 이해력 향상에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도는 청각장애학생의 안전용어에 대한 관심도 향상에 효과적이었다. 이상의 결과들을 통하여 결론적으로 이 연구에서는 픽토그램을 활용한 수업지도 방법이 청각장애학생의 안전용어에 대한 이해력을 향상시키는 계기를 제공하였음을 알 수 있다.

장애학생보호자와 비장애학생 보호자의 학교폭력에 대한 인식 비교

학교폭력의 피해 경험이 점차 증가되고 있으며 이와 같은 학교폭력의 위협으로부터 장애학생 또한 예외일수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 장애학생보호자와 비장애학생보호자를 대상으로 학교폭력에 대한 인식을 비교하여 살펴보고자 한다. 총 300부의 설문지를 배부하여 성실히 응답된 200부(67%)의 설문지를 자료처리 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교폭력의 원인에 따른 인식을 비교한 결과, 개인적 요인과 가정적 요인에서는 장애학생의 보호자가 높게 나타났으며, 사회적 요인에서는 비장애학생의 보호자가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학교폭력 심각성에 따른 인식을 비교한 결과, 신체적폭력과 언어적 폭력, 관계적 폭력 모든 영역에서 장애학생 보호자가 모두 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 학교폭력 예방책에 대한 인식을 비교한 결과, 인적예방책과 교육적 예방책에서는 장애학생보호자가 높게 나타났으며 환경적 예방책에서는 비장애학생보호자가 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 학교폭력의 원인, 심각성, 예방책의 영역에서 장애학생의 보호자의 인식이 높게 나타남을 알 수 있다. Since the experience of school violence is gradually being increased lowering the age of experiencing it, it becomes serious social issue. The handicapped students cannot be excluded from the threat of school violence such as injury, assault, confinement, intimidation, insult, menace, coercion, and forced errand, sexual violence, harassment, ostracizing, bullying and cyber bullying. Therefore, this stud intended to compare and examine the perception on the school violence in the guardians of handicapped students and the guardians of non-handicapped students. Total 300 questionnaires were distributed and 234 questionnaire were collected(78%), out of which 200 questionnaires(67%), which were answered sincerely, were processed excluding 34 questionnaires that were not adequate for this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the results of comparing the perception on the cause of school violence, the perception in the guardians of handicapped students was represented high than that in the guardians of non-handicapped students for the personal factor and family factor, and for the social factors, the perception in the guardians of non-handicapped students was represented high. Second, in the results of comparing the perception on the seriousness of school violence, the perception in the guardians of handicapped students was represented high in all areas of physical, verbal and relational violence. Third, in the results of comparing the preventive measures of school violence, on the personal preventive measure and the educational preventive measure, the perception of the guardian of handicapped student was represented high, and on the environmental preventive measure, the perception of the guardian of non-handicapped student was high. In conclusion, it is observed that the perception of the guardian of handicapped student on the all areas of cause, seriousness, and preventive measure of the school violence is high.

예술과 경영의 만남, 주거의 가치를 높이다: DLE&C(대림산업) 서울숲 프로젝트

본 사례는 주택단지 개발에 있어 예술적 가치가 브랜드 정체성을 확립하고 주거의 가치를 높이는데 전략적으로 활용되는 과정을 DLE&C의 사례를 중심으로 살펴본다. 특히, 디자인의 기초가 되는 미술이 주택단지 개발과 설계, 시공에 적용되는데 어떤 과제가 있는지 탐색한다. DLE&C의 서울 숲 복합플랫폼 사업은 모델하우스, 인테리어 제품까지 통합된 개념을 지향하여 문화적 가치가 사용자 체험과 사용자 접점으로 연결되어 사업적 주도권을 확보하는전략을 보여준다. 거주자들의 다양한 공간선호에 대하여 문화예술 공간이 갖는 의미를 정리하고 도시계획 과정에서문화예술, 특히 미술이 어떤 역할을 하는지 탐색한다. 본 연구는 예술적 가치를 기업의 의사결정 과정에서 실현함에있어 장애요인들을 살피고 이에 대한 최고경영자의 역할에 주목한다. 예술 전문가들이 사업기획의 단계부터 실무진과협력하는 회사 고유의 접근방법이 갖는 의미를 경영전략의 틀에서 조명하고, 이것이 경쟁사들에 대한 차별적 경쟁력의요인으로서 어떻게 작용할 수 있는지 생각해 본다. 본 연구는 도시개발과 마케팅 분야의 연구에 기반하여 예술적 가치가 브랜드 정체성으로 정립되는 과정을 분석하였고, 체험마케팅의 관점에서도 살펴본다. 이는 경영전략 분야의 생태계적 접근과 플랫폼 전략의 측면에서 시사점을 제공한다. 사용자 체험이 쌓여 사용자 접점을 강화하고 기업의 전략적주도권의 원천을 이루는 과정에서 확인할 수 있다. 나아가 지속가능한 경쟁우위의 관점에서 문화예술의 가치를 근거로 한 전략에 어떤 위협요인이 있으며 이를 어떻게 대응할지에 대하여 토론 가능한 논점을 제시한다. 본 사례의 논점들은 개발사업 수주에 있어 주거 수요자의 선택 행위에 대한 연구가 뒷받침될 때 이론과 실무에 더욱 의미있는 공헌을 할 수 있다. This study attempts to investigate the role of artistic value in the housing development project - focusing on brand identity and platform value. Based on the field study on the project development and the corporate decision making process, DLE&C’s integrated strategy of ‘Art with Management’ was analyzed. The company’s ‘Seoul Forest Project’ demonstrates the pivotal role of artistic value in the strategic initiative relying on user interface and user experience. The artistic value penetrates the overall development process including part and component design, interior work, and space design. With the variety of space needs, there is a rising demand of public service regarding artistic works. In the corporate reality, there are various obstacles to the close cooperation between the artists and the engineering experts. In this case, the top management involved in the artistic works and directly led the co-work process. This study pursued multi-disciplinary research. Based on the framework of eco-system perspective and platform strategy, the role of artistic value in the development of user interface is explained. Those critical threats for competitive advantage and its sustainability are analyzed. When supported by the studies on the choice behavior in the housing development, the outcome of this study will be further validated.
