        필라테스 매트과정 체험을 통한 몸의 변화

        본 연구는 필라테스 매트과정 체험을 통한 몸의 변화를 규명하기 위하여 필라테스 운동에 3개월 이상 참여한 여성 14명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 질적 연구 방법인 심층면담과 참여관찰을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 참여 동기는 학교수업과 대중매체 그리고 경험자의 긍정적 평가가 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 필라테스 운동을 통해 몸의 내부 구조를 섬세히 알고 내적 지각을 통해 몸에 대한 인식 변화가 일어났다. 셋째, 몸의 기능적인 면에서 자세 교정과 척추측만증, 무릎관절에 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 몸의 외적인 변화로 균형 잡힌 아름다운 몸매와 피부가 맑아 졌으며, 키도 커진 것으로 나타났다. In this study we try to research of the influence of pilates mat exercise on change of body. we came to following conclusions through analyzing 15 people which of 3 or more months participate to pilates mat exercise by using in-depth interview participant observation. first. the participation motivation affects in school study and mass media and positive evaluation. Second, pilates mat exercise led to understanding of internal structure of the body and The inner perception brings change of recognition about the body. Third, pilates mat exercise positive affects on Functional section of body, posture correction, Scoliosis knee joint. Fourth, change of body led to balanced body and clear skin and height growing.

        자기평가가 초등학생의 환경태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 환경문제의 심각성을 학습자에게 알리고, 환경에 대한 인식 및 태도를 변화시키는 교육적 방안으로서 자기평가의 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 자기평가지를 개발하여 학습자에게 투입한 결과 자기평가 활동에 참여한 학습자들은 첫째 환경에 대해 의지, 실천, 정서적 측면에서 긍정적으로 변화하였으며, 둘째 환경일반, 환경오염, 재활용, 동물보호, 물 절약 등 주제별 환경 문제에 대해서도 그 심각성을 깊이 인식하며 이를 해결하기 위한 대안 구성에 적극적인 태도를 가지는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 이러한 자기평가 활동은 환경에 대한 태도변화에 있어 남학생보다 여학생의 태도변화에 더 의미 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 환경문제에 대한 학습자의 자기평가 활동은 학습자의 환경에 대한 인식 및 태도변화에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내므로 환경교육에 있어 현장체험 중심의 프로그램이 가지는 활동적·단기적·장소 제한적 이라는 단점을 보완할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다 The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of self-assessment on the elementary school students' attitude toward environment dealing with environmental issue. For this study, 63 participants in the 3rd grade were chosen and divided into two groups. The self-assessment was applied to the experimental group and the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method focused on the teacher's lecture for 10 lessons. To analyze the effectiveness of the self-assessment, the pre- and post-test for the attitude toward environment was applied to both the groups. As a result, the attitude toward environment including the awareness on environment and environmental issues was not significantly different(p>.05) between the experimental and control group in terms of the pre-test score. However, the post-test score of the experimental group turned out higher than that of the control group(p<.05). Especially the post-test score of the female experimental group was more significant than that of the male experimental group(p<.05). Therefore the self-assessment could make a positive effect on the elementary school students' environment attitude.

        통일 한국을 대비한 남북한 도서관교류협력에 관한 연구

        학술과 문화 기반의 비이념적 정보교류협력은 비정치적이면서도 장기적 관점에서 민족 동질성과 신뢰회복에 가장 효과적일 수 있는 남북한 협력사업의 영역이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 통일 한국을 대비하여 단계적인 남북한 협력기반 조성을 위해 국가도서관을 매개로 한 남북 문화교류협력에 관한 방안들을 조사 분석하였다. 관련하여 북한도서관의 기능과 한계 및 현재적 관점에서의 사회적 활용성을 살펴보고, 그간의 도서관교류협력사업을 남북한 문화분야 협력사업이라는 틀안에서 검토하였다. 이에 협력 거버넌스 체계구축 등 다섯 가지 협력안을 기반으로 남북 도서관교류협력의 단계적 모형을 제안하였다. Non-ideological information exchange and cooperation based on the scholarly and cultural fields would be the most effective project of south and north Korea for gaining the national homogeneity and trust in the long-term perspective. In this context, this study researched the measures on cultural exchange and cooperation between south and north through national libraries for the unified Korea. Related with that issue, this study analyzed function and limitation of national library in north Korea and evaluated library cooperation between south and north Korea in the frame of cultural cooperation project. So, this study suggested the stepwise model of the library cooperation between south and north based on the five practical measures including the cooperation governance system.

        Relation of Participation Satisfaction and School Life Satisfaction of Dance Sport Participant Students

        This research with the aim of investigating the effect upon undergraduate's school life by the satisfaction in which to take dance-sport class, based on the materials collected from 210 undergraduates at three universities located in K city arrived at a conclusion using the program ‘Windows SPSS 15.0’ as follow. The t-test and ANOVA analysis were executed first for sex, grade and dance sports participation satisfaction and college life satisfaction, and executed Sheffe's post -hoc for the item of significant difference. And the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were executed to analyze the effects of class participation satisfaction on college life satisfaction is as follows. First, personal factor (p<.05) in participation satisfaction as per sex showed male was higher than female. Second, the higher the grade, the higher was public good (p<.01), social (p<.05) and personal (p<.001) factors in participation satisfaction as per grade. Third, the positive effect was shown from college life in the effect of participation satisfaction on college life satisfaction, was shown from personal (p<.01, p<.05), and social factor (p<.01, p<.05) in the education quality, and was shown from social factor (p<.05) in welfare service. Thus, students' participation of dance sports subject fosters the desirable sociality with maintaining and enhancing the health through the physical activities. Furthermore it raises the college life satisfaction so the intellectuals with Wisdom, Virtue and Health are thought to be turned to.         구조화된 토의 기반 문제중심학습을 연계한 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study developed an educational program for structured discussion-based learning, problem-based learning (PBL), and simulation for nursing students. Its effects on learning attitude, problem-solving process, and clinical competence were then analyzed. Methods: This study used a one-group pretest–posttest experimental method among 135 fourth-year nursing students taking the simulation course at a university in D city. We operated the PBL by applying the structured discussion method and simulation education based on four modules covering major diseases among adults. The data collected before and after the program were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests. Results: The program significantly improved nursing students’ learning attitude, problem-solving process, and clinical competence. Conclusions: We verified the effects of the simulation education program for structured discussion-based learning and PBL. Further studies are needed to develop and apply simulation educational programs utilizing various devices that can improve learners’ participation and professors’ operational protocols by systematically combining them with different teaching/learning methods.

        청소년의 공격성과 학교생활 적응의 관계에서 자존감 안정성의 매개효과

        As maladaptation of adolescents to school life due to their aggression becomes a social issue, there is a need to seek for a measure to help the adolescents with high level of aggression better adjust to school life. The purpose of this study is to examine if enhancing self-esteem stability helps the adolescents with high level of aggression adjust to school life better. For this purpose, this study administered aggression scale, school adjustment scale and self-esteem stability scale with 300 middle school students and investigated the mediating effect by multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that self-esteem stability fully mediated the association between aggression and adjustment to school life. In particular, physical aggression and sense of rage as a sub-factor of aggression is fully mediated by self-esteem stability in its association with adjustment to school life, whereas verbal aggression and hostility is not mediated by self-esteem stability in the association with its adjustment to school life. The implication of this study is that this study is a new attempt to examine the relationship between aggression and adjustment to school life with self-esteem as the mediating variable. The results of this study suggest that the adolescents who show difficulty in adjustment to school life for their aggression and sense of rage may need more specific and effective measures to enhance their self-esteem. 청소년의 공격성으로 인한 학교생활 부적응이 사회적 문제가 되고 있기 때문에 공격성이 높은 청소년의 학교생활 적응을 도울 수 방안을 알아볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 공격성이 높은 청소년들의 경우, 자존감 안정성을 높여주는 것이 학교생활 적응에 도움이 되는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 중학생 300명을 대상으로 공격성 척도, 학교생활 적응 척도 및 자존감 안정성 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였고, 중다회귀분석을 통해 매개효과를 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 공격성과 학교생활 적응의 관계에서 자존감 안정성이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 공격성의 하위요인인 신체적 공격성과 분노감은 학교생활 적응과의 관계에서 자존감 안정성이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 언어적 공격성과 적대감은 학교생활 적응과 관계에서 자존감 안정성의 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 자존감 안정성을 매개변인으로 하여 공격성과 학교생활 적응의 관계를 알아본 새로운 시도의 연구라는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 신체적 공격성과 분노감으로 인해 학교생활 적응에 문제를 보이는 청소년들의 경우, 자존감 안정성을 높일 수 있는 구체적이고 효과적인 방안이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
