영상을 이용한 가공물체의 동심도및 진원도 자동측정 알고리즘 개발

본 논문에서는 이미지 프로세상 방법을 이용하여 동심도와 진원도를 자동측정 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 특수한 측정장비를 사용하지 않고 CCD 카메라에 입력된 이미지만으로 동심도와 진원도를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 방법이다. 제안된 방법을 적용한 실험 결과, 기존의 일반 게이지등으로 수작업으로 측정한 결과보다 훨씬 더 측정 정밀도가 향상 되었음을 확인하였고, 측정시간도 매우 짧음을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm for the automatic measurement of concentrility and roundness using image processing technique. From the experimental results, we could find that the required measurement accuracy specification is sufficiently satisfied using our proposed method. we develop roundness and concentricity without using assembled measurement equipment by inputted a image from CCD camera.
실험계획법을 이용한 원추형 고무 스프링 최적 설계에 관한 연구

The conical rubber spring is a key part of railway vehicles and plays an important role in driving safety andride comfort. However, research on systematic design techniques and structural optimization of conical rubber springshas been insufficient compared to its importance. In this study, to establish a systematic design method and optimizationmethod for rubber spring products, nonlinear finite element analysis is used to construct a characteristic predictionmodel of the conical rubber spring; structural optimization is performed using DOE. Through this, a shape of the conicalrubber spring that satisfies the required performance and durability, and an optimization model with strain reduction ofabout 7% compared to the initial model were determined.
볼 베어링 및 가스 포일 베어링으로 지지되는 고속 전동기의 회전체 관성정지 및 가속 성능 연구

This study characterizes the coastdown performances of two small electric motors supported on high-speed ball bearings (BBs) and gas foil bearings (GFBs), and it predicts their acceleration performances. The two motors have identical permanent magnetic rotors and mating stators. However, the shaft of the GFBs has a larger mass and polar/transverse moments of inertia than that of the BBs. Motor coastdown tests demonstrate that the rotor speed decreases linearly with the BBs and nonlinearly with the GFBs. A simple model for the BBs predicts a constant drag torque and linear decay of speed with time. The test data validate the model predictions. For the GFBs, the hydrodynamic lubrication model predictions reveal that the drag torque increases linearly with speed, and the speed decreases exponentially with time. The predictions agree very well with the test data in the speed range of 100–30 krpm. The boundary lubrication model predicts a constant drag torque and linear decay of speed with time. The predictions agree well with the test data below 15 krpm. Mixed lubrication occurs in the speed range of 30–15 krpm. Rotor acceleration performances are predicted based on the characteristics of deceleration performances. The GFBs require more time to reach 100,000 krpm than the BBs because of their larger shaft polar moment of inertia. However, predictions for the assumed identical polar moment of inertia reveal that the GFBs have a nearly identical acceleration performance to that of the BBs with a motor torque greater than 0.03 N·m.

본 논문의 목적은 ‘전시에 대한 연구’가 ‘전시학’으로서의 학문성과 ‘전시학’(Exhibitionology)이라는 정체성을 가질 수 있는 가능성이 있는지에 대한 논의를 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 ‘전시에 대한 연구’가 현재 어떠한 위상을 가지고 있는지를 검토하였으며, 인류 역사의 발달과정에서 ‘전시’는 어떠한 사회적 역할과 기능을 수행하여 왔으며, 어떻게 사회적 요구를 수용하였는지를 검토하였다. 특히, 전시에 대한 일반적인 개념 정의와 사회적 요구에 따른 다양한 전시의 기법과 형태의 출현이 갖는 의미를 검토하였다. 또한, 원시시대부터 출발한 전시의 역사적 발전과정에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 이러한 분석과 검토를 기초로 하여 ‘전시에 대한 연구’가 분과학문으로서의 ‘전시학’으로 승화ㆍ발전될 수 있는지에 대한 학문적 정체성 확립의 가능성을 검토하였다. The purpose of this study is to discuss whether ‘study on exhibition’ could take on an academic characteristic ad Exhibitionology as well as have the identity of Exhibitionology as a subsection of science. To this end, I have reviewed the current status of ‘study on exhibition in the progress of human history, and how ’study on exhibition’has accommodated social demands. In particular, I reviewed general concepts of the exhibition and social needs in a variety of techniques of the exhibition. And I variety of techniques of the exhibition. And I examined the implications of emergence of the exhibition, Also, The exhibition started from primitive times to today the historical development process was also discussed. Based on such analyses and reviews, I have considered the possibility of establishing the academic identity of ‘study on exhibition’ as the subsection science of ‘Exhibitionology’.
