In this short comment, we notice that the model-independent axion contribution to the graviton mass at just outside the Schwarzschild radius is completely negligible in GW150914. The modelindependent axion contribution to the graviton mass at the order 10 −22 eV might be possible for merger of black holes of mass of order 2 × 1014 kg.

한국인 혈장 Insulin 과 혈당량의 상호관계에 관한 고찰

The correlation between the plasma insulin, and glucose concentration was studied in healthy Korean adults consisting of 20 males and 22 females of 16 to 38 years of age. The blood samples of above subjects were obtained through cubital vein at arbitrary times during their usual working hours. Plasma insulin was assayed by means of double antibody system of radioimnmunoassy technics, and blood glucose was determined by means of Van Slyke-Folch method. Results were as follows : 1. There were no differences in the blood sugar levels in relation to the pfasma insulin co centration either by sex or age. 2. In the case, when the plasma insulin concentration was within 50mμU/ml, the correlation between the insulin, and glucose concentration existed, the ratio of which was expressed as; Plasma glucose concentration(mg/dl)=91.9+0.08XInsulin concentration r=0.62. 3. Insulinogenic index was 12.4%, which was somewhat higher than other reports. 4. It is suggested that the correlation between plasma insulin and glucose oncentration could be determined at arbitrary times instead of fasting times.

The purpose of this study was to research the effect of sewing threads on sewability. The materials used in this study were cotton threads, p/c spun thread, polyester spun thread and core-spun thread, which were the same in count, but different in fibers. In order to approach the purpose of this study, the change of sewability was measured according to the number of laundering. The results from this measure were as follows; I. The order of seam strength according to the sewing threads was polyester spun threads, p/c spun thread, core-spun thread, and cotton thread in proportion to the loop strength of the sewing threads. The preserving rate of strength after laundering was the highest in core spun thread. 2. The order of seam elongation according to the sewing threads was polyester spun thread, p/c spun thread, core-spun thread and cotton thread in proportion to the elongation of the sewing threads. The preserving rate of elongation after laundering was the highest in core spun thread. 3. The order of seam puckering according to the sewing threads was core-spun thread, p/c spun thread, polyester spun thread and cotton thread. The order of changing rate after laundering was the same as the former order. 4. The order of the needle temperature according to the sewing threads was polyester spun thread, core-spun thread, p/c spun thread and cotton thread.

국제카리타스 윤리강령 14개 원칙의 현장 적용에 관한 연구 : 대구카리타스 실천사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 카리타스의 핵심가치가 가톨릭사회복지 실천현장에서 어떻게 구현되고있는지를 고찰하고자 한다. 이에 대한 연구방법으로 카리타스에 대한 교회 문헌과의비교연구와 더불어 국제카리타스 윤리강령에서 제시된 14개의 원칙이 현재 대구카리타스 실천현장에서 어떤 방식으로 구현되고 있는지를 살펴보는 사례연구방법을선택하였다. 전국 1,297개의 가톨릭사회복지시설은 그동안 다양한 방식으로 카리타스에 대한 학습과 현장적용 노력을 기울여왔음에도 불구하고 여전히 현장의 종사자들은 일반적인 사회복지와 어떤 차별성을 가지고 있는지, 그리고 현재 우리의 모습이 과연 카리타스적인 삶인지에 대한 의구심을 끊임없이 제기하면서 이에 대한 구체적이고 명확한 답을 찾고 있다. 최근 한국카리타스 윤리강령의 제정이 임박한 시점에서 현재까지의 가톨릭사회복지 실천현장에서 어떤 부분이 교회의 가르침과 카리타스의 핵심가치가 구현되고 있는지를 대구카리타스 사례를 통해 짚어봄으로써현재에도 여전히 진행형인 카리타스 현장의 움직임과 그 움직임 속에 모든 종사자가 느끼는 기쁨과 갈등의 양상을 살펴보고 이를 통해 앞으로 설계하게 될 한국카리타스의 방향점에 참고할 수 있는 자료가 되기를 희망한다. This study aimed to examine how the core values ​of Caritas are implemented in the practice of Catholic social welfare. As a research method for this, in addition to a comparative study of Caritas with the Catholic Church literature, a case study method was selected to examine how the 14 principles presented in the International Caritas Code of Ethics for Staff are being implemented in the current Daegu Caritas practice field. 1,297 Catholic social welfare facilities nationwide have made efforts to learn and apply Caritas in various ways. Nevertheless, workers in the field are still curious about what kind of difference it has from general social welfare, and they are constantly raising doubts as to whether we are caritas-like, and are looking for specific and clear answers. At the time when the recent enactment of the Caritas Korea Code of Ethics for Staff is imminent, we would like to point out what part of the Catholic social welfare practice field up to now, through the case of Daegu Caritas, where the teachings of the church and the core values ​of Caritas are being implemented. So, after examining the activities of the Caritas field, which are still in progress, and the joy and conflict experienced by all workers in those activities, we hope that this will serve as a reference for the direction of Caritas Korea to be designed in the future.

융합영상장비의 표준섭취계수 상관관계 분석

최근 핵의학에서 진단가치의 향상을 위해 PET-CT에서 이용하고 있는 반정량지표인 SUV를 SPECT-CT에 도입하여 적용하고 있다. 따라서 두 가지 스캐너의 SUV max 를 팬텀실험을 통해 상관관계를 분석하여 임상 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. 부피가 다른 6개의 구로 제작된 팬텀에 방사성의약품 ( 18 F, 99m Tc)을 배후방사능을 고려하여 8:1과 4:1 비율로 주입하고, 임상 프로토콜을 기반으로 PET-CT와 SPECT-CT 스캐너로 양성상을 획득한 후 관심영역을 ROI와 VOI로 구분하여 SUV max 를 측정하여 분석하였다. 실험결과 두 가지 스캐너로 측정한 SUV max 는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다 (P>0.05). 따라서 PET-CT와 SPECT-CT의 SUV max 는유의한 수준 내에서 일정한 상관관계를 가지며, 같이 평가되었다. 따라서 SPECT-CT를 이용한 SUV max 정량 분석은 본 연구를 통해 일반화하기에 제한적이지만 임상에 실험적 정보를 제공할 수 있으므로, 임상실험과 같은 관련 실험을 통한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Recently in nuclear medicine, to improve diagnostic value, SUV, semi-quantitative indicator used in PET-CT, is adopted in SPECT-CT. Therefore, this research analyzed correlation of SUV max of two scanners through phantom test, and evaluated possibility of clinical application. Radiopharmaceuticals ( 18 F, 99m Tc) were injected with the ratios of 8:1 and 4:1, considering background radioactivity, into the phantom manufactured with 6 globes of different sizes, and, based on clinical protocol, positive phases were acquired with PET-CT and SPECT-CT scanners, and interesting areas were divided into ROI and VOI, and SUV max of them were measured, and analyzed. Tests found out no statistically significant difference in SUV max measured with two scanners (P>0.05). Thus, SUV max of PET-CT and SPECT-CT had a certain correlation within significant levels, and were evaluated as the same. Accordingly, it seems that SUV max quantitative analysis using SPECT-CT can provide significant diagnostic information as the case of PET-CT.
