The random dynamic forces experienced by structure due to wind are caused primarily by the turbulence in the approaching flow and motion of the structure. In the paper, fluctuating wind velocity for time history analysis are simulated by multi-dimensional random processes using Karman spectrum about along-wind direction and Liang spectrum about across-wind direction. This paper is analyzed and obtained the dynamic response for structures modeled as a plane frame. This study uses the stiffness method and static condensation method to determine the condensed stiffness matrix that corresponds to the lateral displacement coordinates at the various levels of the building. The numerical results, obtained by the Newmark-β method, shows the time- history responses and trends of maximum accelerations and displacements by applying various load conditions. In the paper, the values of dynamic reponse to the structure modeled as a plane frame will be discussed with the values of dynamic reponse to the structures modeled as a shear building. For the building that is modeled as a plane frame, lateral displacements and accelerations are greater than the values obtained in modeled as a shear building.

The interferon stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) is strongly induced in many cell types by IFNs, viral infections, and double-stranded RNA (poly I:C). The ISG15 homologue cDNA was isolated from the rock bream LPS stimulated leukocyte cDNA library. The rock bream ISG15 homologue was found to consist of 833 bp encoding 157 amino acid residues. Compared with other known ISG15 peptide sequences, the most conserved regions of the rock bream ISG15 peptide were found to be the tandem ubiquitin-like domains and a C-terminal LRLRGG conjugating motif, characteristic of mammalian and non-mammalian ISG15 proteins. Phylogenetic analysis based on the deduced amino acid sequence revealed a homologous relationship between the ISG15 sequence of rock bream and that of Atlantic salmon, Atlantic cod, northern snake head, black rockfish and olive flounder. The expression of the rock bream ISG15 molecule was induced in the peripheral blood leukocytes (PBLs) from 1 to 24 h following poly I:C stimulation, with a peak at 3 h post-stimulation. The rock bream ISG15 gene was predominantly expressed in the PBLs, spleen and gill.

In this article, we describe the situation of Spoken Manchu based on the fieldwork carried out from 2005 to 2007 in the village of Sanjiazi of Fuyu County in Qiqihar of China. By presenting the narrations of Manchu elders on their own everyday lives, we will show the vivid characteristics of the language on the verge of extinction. Existing Spoken Manchu materials mainly focus on its vocabulary, with a few exceptional collections of sentence-level utterances. We emphasize the importance of eliciting sentences with natural intonation and spontaneous conversations, given that these materials are to be utilized in revitalizing the language. Then we discuss the foundation for the revitalization of Spoken Manchu. First of all, we suggest that Spoken Manchu, rather than Written Manchu or Sibe, be used as the base system for the revitalization project. We also suggest the following four prerequisites for success: 1) ample amount of textual and audio-visual materials of high quality, 2) new coinages for modern culture and products, and the compilation of a new thesaurus containing them, 3) a modern alphabetic writing system which is easy to learn, 4) new textbooks, in both paper and digital formats, for each stage of level. Although there is very few remaining native speakers, we have witnessedperceivable enthusiasm in the village of Sanjiazi and efforts by the personsconcerned as to reviving their language. It should also be emphasizedthat there are over 10 million Manchus who are potential beneficiariesof this endeavor. The revitalization of Spoken Manchu, will surely be amonumental achievement for the maintenance of linguistic diversity as wellas for the co-existence among people of diverse ethnic and cultural heritagein Northeast Asia and beyond.
