        The author evaluated the effectiveness of Ficoll-Paque® in preparation of platelet-rich plasma in animal model. Obtaining the higher concentration of platelet is essential for evaluation of the effect of the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) in bone formation. the author could made the platelet concentration 278% higher than it of the whole blood Using Ficoll-Paque® the author in rabbits. It is considered that Ficoll-Paque® gave the high yield of platelet concentration and reproducibility

        Effectiveness and safety of acupotomy for lumbar disc herniation: a study protocol for a randomized, assessor-blinded, controlled pilot trial

        Background: Acupotomy aims to reduce pressure on the nerve, improve surrounding blood circulation, and recover the kinetic state of soft tissue in treating lumbar disc herniation. Although several previous studies have suggested the potential use and substantial benefits of acupotomy, there is still insufficient evidence regarding this technique. This trial is designed to determine if acupotomy is more effective than manual acupuncture in improving low back pain and/or leg pain, disability, lumbar mobility, and quality of life in patients with herniated lumbar disc. Methods: Fifty eligible patients will be randomly assigned to an acupotomy group or a manual acupuncture group in a 1:1 ratio. The experimental group will receive acupotomy at the affected side’s inner core muscles and soft tissue at the level of the herniated disc where tenderness appears (twice per week for 2 weeks). The control group will receive manual acupuncture (thrice per week for 2 weeks) at GV3 (Yaoyangguan) and the bilateral BL23 (Shenshu), BL24 (Qihaishu), BL25 (Dachangshu), and BL26 (guanyuanshu) for local points and the bilateral GB30 (Huantio), BL40 (Weizhong), and BL60 (Kunlun) for distant points. The primary outcome will be the mean change in the visual analog scale from baseline to 4 weeks (2 weeks after final treatment). The Oswestry Disability Index, Modified-Modified Schober Test, and EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire will determine secondary outcomes. Adverse events will be evaluated at every visit. Discussion: This study will provide valuable data and insights for a confirmative, full-scale randomized controlled trial to determine the clinical effects of acupotomy.

        CONVERGENCE AND DECAY ESTIMATES FOR A NON-AUTONOMOUS DISPERSIVE-DISSIPATIVE EQUATION WITH TIME-DEPENDENT COEFFICIENTS

        This paper deals with the long − time behavior of global bounded solutions for a non-autonomous dispersive-dissipative equation with time-dependent nonlinear damping terms under the null Dirichlet boundary condition. By a new Lyapunov functional and LojasiewiczSimon inequality, we show that any global bounded solution converges to a steady state and get the rate of convergence as well, which depends on the decay of the non-autonomous term g(x, t), when damping coefficients are integral positive and positive-negative, respectively

        고등학교 3학년의 생애목표 잠재 프로파일: 발달적 영향 요인과 대학생활 적응

        This study aimed to classify life goals among South Korean 12th graders. Moreover, the roles of gender and developmental factors (parent-child relationships, a sense of community, and learning goal orientation) that contribute to life goal profiles were studied. Finally, adjustment at university according to life goal profiles was investigated. The Korean Educational Longitudinal Study data was analyzed, using Latent Profile Analysis (LPA). There were 2,828 participants (males: 1,275) who completed the second, third, sixth, and seventh surveys. The results indicated that the life goals of the 12th graders were classified into three types: pursuing life goals, intermediate, and low development. In addition, when students reported a high level of respect for parents, responsibility to participate in society, cooperative learning, the mastery approach, and performance avoidance, they were more likely to fall into the intermediate life goals profiles than the low development profiles. Moreover, a high level of achievement pressure, respect for parents, and concern for others contributed to increasing possibilities that students belong to the pursuing life goals profiles. In addition, compared to boys, girls tended to be more likely to be affiliated with pursuing life goals profiles than intermediate life goals profiles. Finally, pursuing a high level of diverse life goals in the 12th grade increased adjustment success at university. Theoretical and practical implications and limitations of the study are also discussed. 본 연구는 고등학교 3학년의 생애목표를 유형화하고, 인구통계학적 요인(성별)과 발달적 요인(부모-자녀 관계, 공동체의식, 학습목표지향성)이 유형 분류에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였으며, 생애목표 유형에 따른 대학생활 적응(주관적 만족도, 실질적 적응 수준) 차이를 확인 하였다. 한국교육개발원 2005 한국교육종단조사 2, 3, 6, 7차년도 데이터(남:1,274명, 여:1,553명)를 활용하여 잠재 프로파일 분석(Latent Profile Analysis)을 실시하였고, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 3학년의 생애목표는 추구 수준에 따라 생애목표 추구형, 보편형, 생애목표 저발달형의 세 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 생애목표 유형 분류에 영향을 미치는 변인을 확인한 결과, 부모에 대한 존경, 참여의식, 협력학습, 숙달접근, 수행회피 수준이 높을수록 생애목표 저발달형보다 보편형에 속할 가능성이 높았다. 또한, 성취압력, 부모에 대한 존경, 타인배려 수준이 높을수록 보편형보다 생애목표 추구형에 속할 가능성이 높았으며, 여학생에 비해 남학생이 보편형보다 생애목표 추구형에 속할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 고등학교 3학년 시기 더 높은 수준의 생애목표를 추구하는 유형은 이후 대학생활 만족도 및 대학생활 적응 수준이 더 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 주요 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실천적 시사점과 제한점을 논하였다.

        수술전 예비 검사와 비교한 소아건강 점검표의 유용성 연구

        Background: Recently, the value of routine preoperative screening tests has been questioned, especially in healthy children scheduled for elective minor surgery. We have assumed that sufficient history taking and physical examination could replace these tests. We prepared child health check lists for the parents to answer. Then, we compared the usefulness between preoperative screening tests and child health check lists. Methods: Group A included 67 children, the parents of whom had answered the child health check list, and group B included 63children who underwent routine preoperative screening tests. Each group was divided into ambulatory surgery patients (groups A1, B1)and patients admitted for surgery (group A2, B2). Comparison values between the two groups included preoperative evaluation time, operation time, anaesthesia time and recovery time. Also,clinical side effects were evaluated. Results: The operation time, anaesthesia time and recovery time in each group showed no statistical differences. However, there were statistical differences of preoperative evaluation time. Preoperative evaluation time was significantly decreased in groups A1 (4.0± 1.2), and A2 (5.4 ± 1.3) compared to groups B1 (7.6 ± 1.7),and B2 (8.6 ± 1.8). Conclusions: The use of a child heath check list saved time in the preoperative evaluation and saved the effort of the anaesthesiologist. It also decreased the discomfort of the children by omitting the invasive procedure and it reduced the medical costs.

      • Ethionine의 시간투여로 인한 Rat의 간과 신장의 지질과산화와 지질량의 변화 연구

        The present studies were undertaken to evaluate the effect of Schedule administration of ethionine on the change of lipid peroxidation, total lipid, phospholipid, total cholesterol, and triglycerides of liver and kidney in male rats. The result obtained were summarized as follows ; 1) Hepatic and renal lipid peroxidation were significantly increased 18hr and 24hr after ethionine I.P. injecion. The change of hepatic and renal lipid peroxidation was maximal 18hr after ethionine I.P. injection. 2) Hepatic total lipid and triglycerides were significantly increased 12hr, 18hr, and 24hr after ethionine I.P. injection. The accumulation of total lipid and triglycerides was maximal 18hr after ethionine I.P. injection.

        초등학교 사회과교과서 역사영역의 젠더 프레임

        This article aims at the analysis of historical gender frame in the elementary social studies. And it is to demonstrate the construction and significance of sexual differentiation as a key organizing principle axis of social power, as well as a crucial part of the constitution of subjectivity, of an student's scense of their self-identity as a sexed and gendered person. The gender-neutral historical education is, of course, no small enterprise. It demands nothing less than the dismantling of the theoretical foundations on which current gender frames stand. But these gender frames, or the assumption of a categorical difference between women and men is deeply embedded in the historical gender images in the elementary social studies textbooks. How is gender linked to elementary history education? If gendered attributes are socially constructed how does feminity and masculinity vary over time. What range of variation is there in the social relations between women and men? What have the historical textbooks had to say about these issues? These are the sorts of questions I want to examine in this article. 이 글의 목적은 초등학교 사회과 교과서 역사영역의 젠더 프레임을 분석하는 데 있다. 역사가 젠더 중립적이지 않다면 그것은 우리의 생각과 행동을 이끄는 젠더 프레임에서 비롯된다. 여기서 역사 서술에 누가 배치되고, 여기서 만들어진 서사구조는 젠더에 대한 이해와 어떻게 접목하는가 등을 살핀다. 물론 젠더 중립적인 역사교육은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이를 위해서는 현재의 젠더 구분이 발 딛고 서있는 이론적 기초에 도전하는 수준의 작업이 필요하다. 따라서 이 글에서 주목한 것은‘젠더는 초등학교 역사교육과 어떻게 관련되고 있는가?,‘만일 젠더화된 속성들이 사회적으로 구성된 것이라면 여성성과 남성성은 시간에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가?’,‘여성과 남성간의 사회적 관계는 얼마나 다른가?’그리고‘이러한 이슈들에 대해 교과서는 어떻게 다루어져 왔는가?’하는 문제이다.
