This study investigated the impact of post-traumatic stress of the fire-fighting officers who are exposed to traumatic eventsrepeatedly on suicide and attempted to verify the moderating effect of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship betweenpost-traumatic stress and suicidal ideation. For this investigation, this study measured Post-traumatic stress Diagnostic Scale,Korean Beck scale for Suicidal Ideation, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. The research results are as follows. First, Post-traumatic stress, suicidal ideation, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation, and maladaptive cognitive emotionregulation were correlated. second, A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the moderating effectof cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between post-traumatic stress and suicidal ideation, and as a result, it wasfound that a sub-factor of cognitive emotion regulation, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation had a moderating effect in agroup of persons with low post-traumatic stress, while maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation had a moderating effect ina group of persons with high post-traumatic stress. These results, this study discussed the necessity of follow-up studies, inaddition to its academic and clinical implications. 본 연구는 외상사건에 반복적으로 노출되는 소방공무원들의 외상 후 스트레스가 자살에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고,외상 후 스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 외상 후스트레스, 한국판 자살생각, 인지적 정서조절을 측정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외상 후 스트레스, 적응적 인지적 정서조절, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절은 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 외상 후 스트레스와 자살생각과의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절의 조절효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 적응적 인지적 정서조절은 낮은 외상 후 스트레스 집단에서 조절효과를 가졌고, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절은 높은 외상 후 스트레스집단에서 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 학문적, 임상적 시사점과 함께 후속 연구의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

This study focused on production and distribution situations of Korean organic beef cattle at Hongseong Chungnam. Case Farmers have raised cattle organically based on interchange between a few Consumers" Life Cooperatives(CLC) and them. CLC furnished with funding to purchase calves and bought the cattle beef. However, they have many problems related to procuring organic feed in producing organic beef. Presently, they have used organic byproducts from sowing farming and prepared grass places. But they don"t breed organic beef cattle in a large scale because of the limitation of organic feed output.

When glutamate was injected intrathecally, the result is similar to those produced by TPA injected. The involvement of protein kinase C (PKC) in the nociceptive responses in rat dorsal horm neurons of lumbar spinal cord was studied. In test with formalin, a PKC inhibitor (chelerythrine) inhibited dose-dependently the formalin-induced behavior response. Neomycin also inhibited it significantly. But, a PKC activator (12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-ester, TPA) showed reverse effect. When gluatamate was injected intrathecally, we observed the result is similar to those produced by TPA injection. On the other hand, intrathecal injection of glutamate induced thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia. In Tail-flick test, we examined the involvement of PKC on the glutamate-induced thermal hyperalgesia. Chelerythrine showed an inhibitory effect and TPA enhanced thermal response. Glutamate decreased the mechanical threshold signficantly. A pretreatment of chelerythrine and neomycin inhibited glutamate-induced mechanical hyperalgesia, but the effect of neomycin was not signficant. TPA had little effect on the mechanical nociceptive response. These results suggest that the PKC activation through metabotropic receptor at postsynaptic region of spinal cord dorsal horn neurons may influence on the persistent nociception produced by chemical stimulation with formalin, thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia induced by glutamate.

Abstract - Androsace septentrionalis is a grass species restricted to North Korea; however, it is at the brink of extinction due to habitat loss and environmental changes caused by natural disasters and anthropogenic activities. This study was conducted to characterize the dormancy conditions of A. septentrionalis in an effort to conserve this North Korean plant resource. For this purpose, the morphological characteristics and vigor of A. septentrionalis seeds were examined, and its germination characteristics under different temperature conditions (15/6℃ and 25/15℃), low-temperature stratification, and gibberellin (GA3) treatment were determined. The results revealed that A. septentrionalis exhibits non-deep type morpho-physiological dormancy, and low-temperature stratification treatment was not effective in breaking the dormancy of A. septentrionalis seeds. Meanwhile, GA3 treatment significantly increased the mean germination time, rate, and speed of the seeds. The optimal conditions for the germination of A. septentrionalis seeds were 25/15℃ fluctuating temperature and 500 ㎎·L-1 GA3 treatment. The results of this study are useful for the mass propagation of A. septentrionalis.
