        방문 물리치료 비용편익 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to present a basic data for policy which activate the introduction of the home based physical therapy services policy and the home based physical therapy in the visiting home care service on the basis of policy. Method: The design of this study is performed a home based physical therapy to the patients with cerebrovascular, the cost-benefit analysis of home based physical therapy with cerebrovascular patient which is analyzed on basis of survey data of the 51 rehabilitative care hospital medical institutions in nationwide and the number of nursing system, has analyzed the economic benefit in calculate the annual net social benefit through sensitivity analysis after calculated 1times per physical therapy. Results: This study are in the survey of the direct costs of the rehabilitation and convalescence hospital of visit’s cost-benefit analysis in patients with cerebrovascular disease, home based physical therapy way’s cost-benefit ratio more 1.8 times than medical center visit‘s way so that the net social benefit of home based physical therapy way has been analyzed to 18,028 million won. Conclusion: The business features of cheaper, home based physical therapy services has a more economical effect than medical center visit.

      • 한국과 중국 중학 과학교과서 힘과 운동 단원 비교 분석

        This study is aimed to compare and analyze the systems or science education o Korea and China by the choice of the units "Force and Motion" in the Korean middle school textbook for the first grade and Chinese middle school textbook I. The results from the study are as follows; First, both countries have the same purposes of improving scientific technology and society. However, there is a remarkable difference that China should educate their children's ideology. Second, with regard to the unit, "Force and Motion". Korean unit has much more pages, graphics pictures, examples, and experiments, while Chinese unit has more pictures, photos experiments, questions for practice and reading materials. Therefore the contents of the Korean textbooks are much better structured, compared to Chinese textbooks. Finally, the units of "Force and Motion" by the theory of Romey were compared and analyzed. As a result, the contents and the evaluation of the chapter summaries have a tendency of authority. In contrast, the questions in the final section of the textbook and the activity index for inducement of students' exploration have remarkable tendency of exploration. In addition, with regard to the pictures and graphics, Korean textbooks have a tendency of exploration, while Chnese textbooks have a tendency of authority.

        콘크리트 초기 수축균열특성 평가를 위한 판상-링형 구속시험방법의 성능평가에 관한 연구

        콘크리트는 초기재령에 있어서 수분의 증발 및 이동으로 소성 및 건조수축 등의 수축현상이 발생한다. 국내에서는 아령형 구속건조수축몰드를 활용한 콘크리트의 건조수축 균열 평가방법을 KS에서 규격화하여 활용하고 있으나 이는 균열발생시점 및 구속수축응력을 평가하는 방법으로 균열발생량에 관한 정량적 평가는 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 수축변형거동 및 균열발생량에 대한 정량적 데이터를 확보하기 위하여 판상-링형 구속시험방법을 개발하고 시험체 치수가 콘크리트의 수축균열에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 판상-링형 구속시험방법의 최적 시험체 치수 도출 및 수축균열특성에 관한 정량적 평가방법을 제안하고 그 적용성을 검증하고자 한다. In Concrete, shrinkages occur like plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage in the early age because of evaporation and transfer of moisture. Within the country, the crack test standardized by KS is used to test the drying shrinkage of the concrete by using the restricted drying shrinkage of Dumbbell type mold, but this test is for the cracking-point and the restricted shrinkage stress. Thus it is difficult to valuate the crack quantitative test. In this study, it is intended to develop the Flat-ring type restrained test method for the shrinkage deformation movement of the concrete and to provide the quantitative data for evaluating the cracks in concrete. And it suggest the proper specimen diameter and quantitative test method about shrinkage crack properties on Flat-ring type restrained test method. And Verified the suitability.

        Mechanical Properties of Light Weight Concrete at Elevated Temperature

        This study provides an experimental investigation on the mechanical properties of concrete with thermal expansion at elevated temperatures. To understand the mechanical properties at elevated temperature, normal and light weight concrete of 60 MPa grade was exposed to temperature range 20 (room temperature) to 700ºC under 0.0 fcu (compressive strength of concrete at room temperature, fcu), 0.2 fcu, 0.4 fcu load conditions and compressive strength, elastic modulus, thermal strain and creep at target temperature were inspected. Experimental results show that light weight concrete has higher compressive strength, although the strength of normal weight concrete degenerated more sharply than the light weight concrete at elevated temperature. Moreover, the thermal strain (0.0 fcu, unstressed) and total strain (0.2 and 0.4 fcu, stressed) of normal weight concrete was higher than that of light weight concrete. The result of creep test was shown similar tendency between normal weight concrete and light weight concrete less than 300ºC. Matrix damage induced by the thermal expansion of the aggregate significantly influenced on the mechanical properties degradation of concrete at high temperature.

        고강도 매스콘크리트의 수화지연효과에 따른 수화발열상승속도 및 자기수축의 저감 특성 평가

        In this study, to reduce the hydration heat velocity of the high-strength mass concrete at early ages, micro encapsuled retarder that could retard cement reaction was applied, and the changes of autogenous shrinkage and the relationship between the hydration temperature and autogenous shrinkage were investigated. In the result of research, the retardation of the cement hydration process by the micro encapsuled retarder leads to an late setting, with no effect on the development of the compressive strength of concrete. The hydration temperature and hydration heat velocity of high-strength mass concrete can be decreased with the use of the micro encapsuled retarder. A close relationship could be found between the hydration temperature and autogenous shrinkage; the higher the hydration heat velocity, the higher the autogenous shrinkage velocity and the greater the ultimate autogenous shrinkage.

        A Study on the Introduction of Home-Based Physical Therapy for Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

        Purpose: This study was conducted in order to present basic policy data for introduction of a home-based physical therapy (HBPT) policy. Methods: The study surveyed physical therapists and patients for six weeks, in order to identify satisfaction with physical therapy. The statistical significance of the management plan with regard to costs and cost estimation and payment methods was determined and managed according to the operating principals of HBPT, eligibility criteria, number of visits, treatment time, and team approach. Results: Through the survey all groups of patients and physical therapists recognized the need for HBPT. They felt that the most desirable methods for activation of physical therapy visits involve precise diagnosis and evaluation through a team approach. While making regular visits to the patient three times a week, an expert visiting physical therapist with 3 to 5 years of experience in the clinical field could provide central nerve developmental treatment in less than 60 minutes; this service could be provided at a reasonable cost, minimizing unnecessary hospital visits, reducing time, medical expenses and facilitating a quick recovery due to psychological satisfaction resulting from a decrease in the psychological anxiety patients often experience in medical institutions. Conclusion: Based on the study results provided above, if HBPT is to be introduced, appropriate pricing and programs should be based on the results of pilot projects.
