        간장 및 비장손상에서 국소지혈제로써의 인체양막의 이용에 대한 실험적 연구

        The hemostatic mechanism of action of collagen appears to involve both activation of the intrinsic clotting mechanism via factors XII and XI and a platelet interaction consisting of adherence and aggregation of platelets vis adenosine diphosphate release. Of many commercially available local hemostats, the microcrystalline collagen(Avitene) is known to be one of the most effective agents. Human amniotic membrane contains collagen that initiates platelet aggregation and activation of the intrinsic pathway of the clotting mechanism. The authors studied the hemostatic effectiveness of the human amniotic membrane and the results were compared with that of Avitene web, Collastat and Gelfoam. Canine liver and splenic bleeding models were used. Human amniotic membrane and Avitne web had similar effectiveness(97.2%) and were more effective than Collastat(77.8%) or Gelfoam(61.1%). First application success rates also revealed that amniotic membrane(80.6%) and Avitene web(77.8%) were more successful than others(47%). Human amniotic membrane is an effective topical hemostatic agent in experimental canine lever and splenic wounds when compared with several currently used agents and can also result in cost savings.

      • 우리나라 주택공간구성에서 보이는 전이적 연속성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to grasp the peculiarities of spatial sequence and transition expressed on modern residential space of Korea. For the analyses, 8 famous house designed by Korean architects were selected. Three aspects of spatial sequence such as spatial composition, visual sequence, and visual changes of space were analyzed. In the spatial composition of houses, the linear composition was emphasized to arrtact the sequential visual experience. And the characteristic spatial composition to induce the conversion of direction and the intended sequential movement were used variously. And the inductive walls, change of level of floor and height of ceiling, and various use of corridor or stairs were intentionally emphasized. Change of visual scene according to spatial experience in each stage of spatial connection were also stressed. Based on the above analyses, 14 'patterns' of spatial composition were extracted as a set of language for design of houses.

        Abstract Shipping industry continues to face dramatic changes in their environment, ranging from development in containerization, computerization and telecommunications to the emergence of global marketplace. Perhaps the most significant trend - representing both a threat and opportunity - is the increasingly competitive nature of shipping service market. As the deregulation in the world shipping industry has continued. environments such as political, economic, and technological changes affecting shipping industry has made shippers-carriers relationship as major concern for container shipping company. As shown in The U.S. Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998, most of world container shipping companies have perceived customers satisfaction to be a source to enhance the competitive advantage in a fierce competitive situation. In order for the shipping companies to cope with those improvements and challenges. they should analyze and clarify customer's DM(decision making) process for the purchase of container shipping service. The purpose of this study was to explore the degree of relationship between the determinants of shipper's DM process and the information search activities for the container shipping service. An empirical study was carried out to examine how shippers make purchase decision by the provision of statistical evidence showing the impacts of involvement, experience and knowledge of the information search activities.

      • 5-FU 투여후 백서 가슴샘에서 일어나는 형태학적 및 생화학적 변화

        Thymus is a lymphoid organ forming T-cells from hematogenous stem cells. Apoptosis of thymocytes in the cortex of thymus is so rapid that cannot find easily with routine histological techniques. In this experiment, TUNEL immunohistochemistry and TEM were used to detect apoptotic changes after 5-fluorouracil treatment in the thymus of the rat. In addition, SDS-PAGE was carried to reveal protein changes along the apoptotic changes. The results were as follows ; 1. Thymocytes in the cortex were decreased markedly and many apoptotic cells were found in the cortex on DAT 3. 2. Relatively small-sized apoptotic bodies induced by 5-FU were detected on DAT 3 at the cortex, and clustered in partly. 3. On DAT 6, new germinal centers formed in the peripheral cortex, and many apoptotic bodies of various size and shapes were detected in the germinal center. 4. In SDS-PAGE, a protein with molecular weight of 123kDa was increased on DAT 6. According to the above results, it could be concluded that 5-FU acted directly on the thymocytes and induced apoptotic changes on DAT 3. But, on DAT 6, the period of recovery, new germinal centers were formed in the cortex, in which active B cell production to compensate the loss of thymocytes was noticed. To make new T-cells from B-cells and to eliminate unnecessary B-cells, vigorous apoptosis in the germinal centers should occur, and 123kDa proteins which considered as integrins should act as transmembrane signaling molecules in this process.

      • 經濟統合이 比較優位條件에 미치는 효과에 관한 理論的 考察

        The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the effects of the economic integration on the comparative advantage conditions theoretically. To achive this end, chapter Ⅱ surveys the impacts of the institutional economic integration on the comparative advantage conditions. Especially, the survey was done in view of international economic integration theory. And chapter Ⅲ surveys the effects of the functional economic integration on the comparative advantage conditions. Finally chapter Ⅳ concludes this analysis. Through this study, we confirmed that the comparative advantages conditions could be changed by the institutional economic integration and the functional economic integration. Therefore, it is impossible to explain these changes of comparative advantages with the traditional trade theories which assume factor immobility and intercountry trade. In this case, the comparative advantages of concerned products have to be discussed on the basis of integrated region, and these products are to be called “regional products”. In these aspects, when we discuss the comparative advantages, it is necessary to consider not only on the basis of “state” but also on the basis of “Integrated region”. Finally, the significance of this paper was put in the findings of changes of comparative advantages conditions by the economic integration which can not be explained by traditional trade theories.

      • DL-Ethionine 투여로 인한 간세포의 단백합성기구들의 초기변화에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        흰쥐에 ethionine을 체중 gm당 0.2㎎을 단회 복강내에 주입하고 간세포의 단백합성기구에 일어나는 초기변화를 전자현미경으로 관찰하고 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. Ethionine을 복강내로 투여하면 투여 10분 내에 이미 membrane-bound ribosome의 탈락, polyome의 감소, monoribosome 증가 및 polysome사이의 filament의 소실등이 일어나고, 이어서 rER의 확장과 Golgi complex의 위축등이 일어났는데, 이와 같은 변화들은 시간이경과함에 따라 더욱 심하여지는 경향을 나타내었다. 이와같이 빠른 시간내에 단백합성에 관여하는 소기관에 형태학적으로 인정할 수 있는 변화가 나타나는 것으로 보아 ethionine으로 인한 간세포 상해의 기전은 ATP감소 이외에 다른 대사장애 내지는 ethionine의 직접적인 영향도 배제 할 수 없을 것으로 생각된다. It is well known that ethionine treatment induces decrease of ATP concentration and resultant inhibition of RNA and protein synthesis in the live cell. Ethionine traps adenosine forming S-adenosylethionine which results in deficiency of available adenosine for synthesis of ATP. But the relation of the morphological changes to the biochemical changes is still uncertain. In an attemp to clarify the initial changes of the cytoplasmic organells involved in protein synthesis, the author injected intraperitoneally 4 ㏄ of 1.25% ethionine to the rats of fasted and nonfasted. Animals were killed at 10,30, 60, 120 and 240 minutes after the injection and the livers were examined by light and electron microspcopes. The liver cells showed shedding of membranebound ribosomes, decrease of polysomes with loss of their filaments, and increase of monoribosome within 10 minutes after intraperitoneal injection of ethionine. Also noted were dilatation of rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and atrophy of Golgi complex. The changes were more marked in later time. Such changes of cytoplasmic organells, which could be recognized within such early time, suggested the possibility of derect action of ethionine to the cytoplasmic organells, besides the toxic effects through ATP depletion or other metabobic derangements.

      • 운동종목에 따른 운동선수의 영양필요량 및 기호성에 준한 표준 식단의 컴퓨터 입력 프로그램 개발방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 각종 운동선수 대상의 설문조사를 기초로 하여 운동선수의 식생활 관리를 위한 전산화 프로그램을 제시하였다. 즉 1) 운동선수의 식기호를 통한 요구와 체급의 필요에 준한 각종 식단작성과 급식관리를 위한 전산화 프로그램을 작성하였다. 2) 이에 근거를 둔 영양상담 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료의 정리를 시도하였다. 기초자료 수집을 위해 실시한 16종목의 운동선수 232명을 대상으로 실시한 기호도 및 생활유형 분석조사의 결과는 대부분의 운동선수가 ① 규칙적인 생활을 하고 있었으며, 일일생활의 구성은 취침(7~8시간), 아침식사전 운동(1~1 1/2시간), 오전운동(2~3시간), 오후운동(2 1/2~3 1/2시간), 식사 및 휴식(5~7시간), 자유시간(1~3시간)으로 구성되어 있으며, ② 현재 식생활의 문제점은 단체급식시 급식시 제공되는 음식의 맛, 질적수준, 3끼 음식 분배량의 부적절성, 경기직전에 식사의 지나친 감량이나 증량을 지적하였다. ③ 조사대상으 88%가 장기적인 식사관리가 필요하다고 지적했으며, 경기력 향상을 위해 특별히 처방된 식사를 하는 선수는 전체의 43.5%로 처방식의 주종은 육류(단백질식품), 야채(비타민, 무기질식품), 그 이외 열량농축식품(지방, 캔디류)으로 구성되어 있었다. 처방식을 가지고 있는 주요 이유는 영양섭취를 개선시킴으로써 경기력 및 체력향상과 운동시에 condition조절이 가능하다는 점을 지적하였다. ④ 식품에 대한 기호성 조사에서는 대부분의 식품에 대해 극히 싫어하거나 기피하는 문제점은 없었다. 컴퓨터를 이용한 운동선수 대상의 식생활관리 프로그램 개발을 위해서 사용한 기기는 IBM-PC OA-16XT기종의 Personal computer였으며, 이 기기에서 이용가능한「Basic language」,「lotus」system, 「DBASE Ⅲ」를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성하였다. 프로그램 작성을 위해 선행한 연구로 ① 설문조사를 통하여 운동선수의 생활유형을 분석하여, 각 운동종목별 영양필요량 산출을 시도하였고, ② 한끼에 1,200Kcal를 공급할 수 있는 식단을 영양학적, 식품학적 견지에서 작성하였으며, ③ 식품별 자료처리가 용이하도록 식품교환단위의 설정 및 음식에 고유 번호를 부여하는 작업을 실시하였다. 프로그램은 ① 일일 섭취한 영양가 평가하는 프로그램 ② 운동종목, 체중, 성, 생활시간을 고려한 일일 필요 영양소량을 계산하는 프로그램 ③ 변화있고 다양한 식단작성 및 Recipe 제시 프로그램을 개발하였다.
