        중국 산시성 30대 여성의 피부노화 인식과 항노화 관리 특성

        This study aims to provide accurate information through data on the perception of skin aging and anti-aging management behavior characteristics of women in their 30s in Shanxi Province, China, and to provide basic data on the development and professional management of cosmetics tailored to customers' needs in the anti-aging market. For the study, an electronic questionnaire was produced by the Wenjuanxing program, and the purpose of the study and the survey contents were read to a woman in her 30s living in Shanxi Province, China, and a survey was conducted anonymously. A total of 260 copies were distributed, and 227 copies were finally analyzed except for 33 responses that were insincere or omitted. The survey was divided into three parts: 6 questions to know the general characteristics of the survey subjects, 19 questions to know skin aging awareness, 8 questions to know anti-aging cosmetics use characteristics, and 9 questions to know professional care use characteristics among anti-aging management. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSSWIN21.0 program for Windows. The results of the study showed that women in their 30s in Shanxi Province, China, are usually aware of skin aging, but there is a lot of interest in anti-aging management. To prevent skin aging, cosmetics are used, lifestyle is maintained well, and the period of using cosmetics is 20~25 years old. Frequently used cosmetics are ‘moisturizing products’, and cosmetics are important to improve skin aging. In addition, “self-management (home care)” is the most common professional management, and “removing wrinkles” is the most common management. These findings show that women in their 30s need to spread knowledge about skin aging, and there is a growing interest in skin aging and anti-aging management by identifying their skin characteristics and selecting skin care that suits them. Therefore, professional management should develop a skin care program for middle-aged women in their 30s by developing a skin care program tailored to each age group, and the results of this study are meaningful in providing basic data on the dissemination of anti-aging knowledge and development and marketing of Chinese middleaged women.

        액티브시니어의 재직 여부별 미용건강관리행동이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

        . This study was conducted to examine the influence of beauty and health management behaviors on successful aging among active seniors. A survey that included 502 participants was conducted, and analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS. The findings, focusing on the employment status of active seniors, provided comparative analyses on the effects of beauty and health management behaviors on successful aging. The results were as follows: First, regarding the influence of beauty and health management behaviors on autonomous living, a dimension of successful aging, for employed seniors, all factors for such behaviors had a positive and significant influence. However, for retirees, only exercise and nutritional management behaviors had a positive and significant impact on autonomous living. Second, regarding self-actualization in successful aging, the results showed that among those who were employed, only beauty and exercise management behaviors had a positive and significant impact. For retired seniors, again, only exercise and nutritional management behaviors had a significant positive influence on self- actualization. Third, when considering active participation in life, another attribute of successful aging, all factors for beauty and health management behaviors were found to have a positive and significant impact on participants who were still employed. In contrast, for retirees, only beauty and exercise management behaviors had a significant positive impact. Fourth, regarding the effect of beauty and health management behaviors on parental satisfaction, within the context of successful aging, beauty and nutritional management behaviors had a significant positive impact on participants in the employed group. Among retirees, exercise and nutritional management behaviors had a significant positive impact. Therefore, the findings of this study confirmed that the impact of beauty and health management behaviors on successful aging can vary based on whether seniors are employed or retired. This finding underscores the necessity for application of a differentiated approach in studying the beauty and health management practices of active seniors, acknowledging the importance of such behaviors in successful aging. Use of such an approach would require the development of beauty services and programs tailored to the characteristics and perceptions of both employed and retired seniors.

        노화의 개념, 진단 및 관리

        Anti-aging medicine is defined as ‘the newest clinical specialty, the optimum of wellness and longevity, and employs extensive therapies and treatment in the preventive health care field far beyond just cholesterol testing and mammogram, by American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. Aging theories is dived into two main theories, genetic control theory and acquired theory. Though many aging theories have been developed, any single theory is not universally accepted. Aging is defined as a time-related decline in physiological functions and changes in morphology. Aging is usually evaluated by questionnaires (AGHDA), self-test, aging biomarkers tests, and biological age measurements. Biological age measurement is usually considered as the index to evaluate the overall health status and aging degree in clinical practice. The goal of aging management is not only to treat age-related diseases, but to improve the diverse function of body and improve quality of life. Five major methods for aging management are the elimination of risk factors, management of chronic diseases, caloric restriction with nutritional balance, medium-intensity regular exercise, and stress management. Many other methods, such as, anti-oxidant therapy, hormone replacement, smart drugs, immune boosters, detoxification, and alternative medicine have been tried for aging management.

        노인의 희망과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 조절효과

        이 연구는 노인의 희망과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 조절효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 희망, 외모관리행동 및 성공적 노화 간의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 희망과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 조절효과는 어떠한가? 분석을 위해 SPSS window version 25.0과 PROCESS macro version 3.5.3을 활용하였고, 자료분석을 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 조절효과 분석, 부트스트랩이 사용되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 희망, 외모관리행동 및 성공적 노화 간에 모두 정적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 희망과 외모관리행동의 상호작용항은 성공적 노화에 정적 영향을 미쳐, 희망과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 조절변수 값에 따른 희망의 조건부 효과는 외모관리행동이 낮을 때(M-1SD), 평균일 때(M)와 높을 때(M+1SD) 모두 유의미하였다. 이는 외모관리행동 높아질수록 희망의 조건부 효과는 증가함을 의미한다. 본 논문의 결과는 노인들의 외모관리행동을 활용한 성공적 노화 증진을 위한 모델로 활용될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of appearance management behavior on the link between hope and successful aging of the elderly. The research questions to achieve these objectives are as follows. First, what is the correlation between hope, appearance management behavior, and successful aging? Second, what is the moderating effect of appearance management behavior on the relationship between hope and successful aging? For the analysis, SPSS window version 25.0 and PROCESS macro version 3.5.3 were used, and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, moderation effect analysis and bootstrap method were performed. As a result of the study, first, there were positive correlations between hope, appearance management behavior, and successful aging. Second, the interaction term between hope and appearance management behavior had a positive effect on successful aging, and thus the moderating effect of appearance management behavior on the relationship between hope and successful aging was verified. The conditional effects of hope according to the moderating variable value were significant when the appearance management behavior was low (M-1SD), average (M), and high (M+1SD). The results indicate that the higher the appearance management behavior, the higher the conditional effect of hope. This result is intended to be used as a model for successful aging improvement using the appearance management behavior of the elderly.

      • Research on Human Resource Management in the Trend of Population Aging and Demographic Dividend

        Since the 1990s, China’s population aging process is accelerated, officially stepped into an aging society in 1999, at the same time, the proportion of population in our country’s labor force in rapid decline, also means that China’s demographic dividend gradually disappear, labor shortages, such as labor shortage problem increasingly prominent, also in the event of a major change in enterprise staff structure. According to statistics released by the national bureau of statistics, the number of people over the age of 60 will reach 240 million by the end of 2017. The number of people over 65 years old will reach 158 million, and the number of people over the age of 65 will increase by 10 million each year. By the end of 2016, China’s total population of 1.409 billion, of which the Labour force is 824 million, accounting for 58.6% of the population, labor than a downward trend, beginning in 2015 physical labor market will reduce ten million school-age population per year. The change of population aging and demographic dividend brings severe challenges to China’s market economy and enterprise human resource management. This paper uses quantitative analysis method to analyze the human resource management research in the background of population aging and population dividend disappearing, and puts forward some management countermeasures to this change.

      • Service Care and Corporate Management : Service Management for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Aging Society

        In Japan, over-65 population became 29,750,000 people, and the aging rate among the total population became 23.3%. These figures are record-high, and the country is already an ‘aged’ society. The global community goes to the aging like Japan according to the United Nations. The rapid aging is behind with appropriate correspondence in every aspect, and there is the problem of service in the aged society. Especially, the company seems to be missing for the service to an aged person as aging person measures. In particular for small and medium-sized businesses, it becomes necessary to give the education about the service for an employee and the manager as the service problem measures. It is thought whether the qualification about the service is effective for their education, and the learning of the qualification is effective in raising ‘consciousness and the knowledge’ of the employee. In this presentation, we take up the corporate management of the aging society particularly discuss the need of "the service management" for small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, we introduce the qualification called Service Care Attendant related to the service management.

        인력의 고령화와 인적자원관리 연구: 국외연구의 동향과 국내연구의 향후 과제

        한국 사회는 현재 전 세계에서 가장 빠르게 고령화가 진행되고 있으며 국내 기업 현장에 있는 인적자원관리 실무자들에게 고령노동자와 인력의 고령화는 중요한 화두이다. 하지만 고령화가 급격하게 진행되는 만큼 국내 인적자원관리 문헌에서 고령노동자들에 대한 논의는 갓 시작되었으며, 이론적인 측면이나 실무적인 측면에서 의의 있는 학문 분야로써 부족함이 많은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 궁극적으로 (1) 고령노동자에 대한 이해와 관리에 도움이 될 인적자원관리 연구주제들에 대해 제언하고 (2) 고령노동자와 상대적으로 젊은 노동자 간의 차이점과 유사점을 설명할 수 있는 고령화 과정에 대한 이론적인 접근법들을 정리하려 한다. 이를 위해 국내 인적자원관리 분야와 관련된다고 판단한 21개의 학술지를 대상으로 인력의 고령화, 고령노동자, 연령 차이에 대한 연구들을 망라하는 광범위한 조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 9개의 학술지에 게재된 105편의 논문들을 대상으로 문헌고찰이 진행되었고 결과는 다음과 같았다. 고령노동자에 대해 인사관리 기능별로 다양한 주제들에 대한 연구가 필요함에도 그간의 문헌에서는 한정적인 주제에 대해서 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 고령노동자의 행동, 태도, 특성에 대한 설명을 위해서 고령화에 대한 이론이 도입된 경우가 극히 적었다. 따라서 아직은 미흡한 해당 분야 연구 발전을 위하여 본 논문에서는 국외문헌을 참고하여 평생발달심리학, 노인학등 여러 분야에서 개발된 고령화에 대한 이론들을 정리하고, 고령노동자에 대한 인적 자원관리 연구 주제들을 제시하였다. 또한, 고령노동자에 대한 정의와 인식은 국가 환경의 영향을 받을 수밖에 없기 때문에 한국 사회의 특수성을 고려하여 고령노동자 정의에 사용될 수 있는 여러 기준들에 대해 고찰하였으며, 고령노동자를 포함하여 다양한 연령대의 노동자들의 경제활동에 도움을 줄 수 있는 인적자원관리 프로그램들에 대해 구체적으로 논의하였다. 향후 인적자원관리 연구 분야에서 인력의 고령화와 고령노동자에 대한 이론적으로도 실무적으로 체계적인 연구가 진행되기를 기대하며 제언하였다. Korea is one of the fastest-aging societies in the world and the graying workforce has become a focal issue for Korean human resource managers. However, due to the rapid aging, the discussion on how to manage older workers has only just begun in Korea’s human resources management literature, and plenty of room for improvement remains in how the literature should handle the aging workforce phenomenon, both theoretically and practically. The ultimate goal of this article is therefore to provide (1) the list of HR-related topics that can improve the understanding of older workers and (2) the set of theories that explain why older workers may or may not be different from younger workers. Specifically, this article first reviews the studies on aging workforce and older workers published in Korea. The result highlights that only a paucity of research has implemented theories that explain the effects of aging and that the research topics have been surprisingly limited. Based on the extensive review on various HR-related research topics and multiple theories of aging from the literature abroad, we propose ways of strengthening the theoretical framework and the practical contribution of the literature on aging and work in Korea. In the last part of the article, we underline the importance of developing the literature on older workers and aging workforce that reflects the unique conditions in Korea.

        최고경영자 나이가 경영자 예측정보 공시여부와 정확성에 미치는 영향

        This paper investigates the impact of Chief Executive Officer (here after, CEO) age on disclosure of management forecasts and its accuracy. Prior studies (Hambrick and Mason 1984;Hambrick 2007) suggest ‘the upper echelons theory’ which argues that personal traits of CEOs might have a discriminatory impact on their decision-making. In a side of the behavior papers(Vroom and Pahl 1971;Deshpande 1997;Graham et al. 2005;Hambrick 2007), they argue that the discriminatory decision might be caused by biased cognitive, social, and emotional thinking due to personal traits of particular person. In other words, management earnings forecasts will be shown differently depending on the individual characteristics of each CEO, in spite of the identical firm. To verify our hypothesis, we use the CEOs’ age as a proxy of individual characteristics of each CEO based on the suggestion of prior papers(Wallach and Kogan 1961;Rhodes 1983;Waldman and Avolio 1986;Prendergast and Stole 1996;Hess et al 2005;Twenge and Campbell 2008;Serfling 2014;Ban 2015). And we empirically examine the impact of CEOs’ age on the disclosure of management forecasts and its accuracy. According to this paper that covers 2002 to 2010 for KSE firms, the older managers are less likely to disclose the information of management earnings forecasts. Additionally, we find the negative relation between CEO’s age and accuracy of management forecasts. To sum up the results, the older managers have a tendency to disclose management forecasts when the information are highly reliable. It implies that the managers are more conservative and risk averse with aging. Our results are critical to examine the impact of internal factors on management forecasts by showing the negative relation between CEO age and management forecasts. Also, we provide the supplementary implication to prior papers that is acknowledged in the upper echelons theory. 본 연구는 경영자 개별특성 중 나이가 경영자의 이익예측 정보 공시행태에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 주로 국외선행연구에서 다루었던 ‘최고경영자이론(upper echelons theory)’에 따르면, 경영자 개별 특성은 그들의 의사결정에 차별적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 주장한다(Hambrick and Mason 1984;Hambrick 2007). 이를 행동학적(behavior economic)측면에서 살펴보면, 경영자 개인의 특성에 의한 편향된 인지적, 사회적, 감정적 사고 등의 이유로 차별적인 의사결정이 나타날 수 있다고 주장한다(Vroom and Pahl 1971;Deshpande 1997;Graham et al. 2005;Hambrick 2007). 다시 말해, 특정 개인의 고유 특성으로 인해 동일 기업이라도 개별 경영자의 특성에 따라 차별적인 이익예측 정보 공시행태를 보일 수 있다는 것이다. 이를 검증하고자 개별 경영자의 고유 특성의 대리변수로 최고경영자 나이(age)를 사용(Wallach and Kogan 1961;Rhodes 1983;Waldman and Avolio 1986;Prendergast and Stole 1996;Hess et al. 2005;Twenge and Campbell 2008;Serfling 2014;반혜정 2015)하여 동 변수가 경영자 이익예측 공시여부 및 동 정보의 정확성에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 2002년-2010년 유가증권 상장기업을 대상으로 분석을 수행한 결과, 경영자 나이가 많은 경우 경영자 예측정보를 공시하지 않으려 한다는 연구결과를 발견하였다. 또한, 나이가 많은 경영자는 신뢰성 있는 매출액 예측정보를 공시하려는 경향이 높다는 연구결과를 발견하였다. 이를 종합하면, 젊은 경영자에 비하여 나이가 많은 경영자는 예측정보의 신뢰성이 높은 경우에 이익예측 정보를 공시하려는 성향이 있다는 결과를 발견하였다. 이는 경영자 나이가 많을수록 보수적이고 위험회피적인 성향을 보여 나타난 결과로 해석된다. 최고경영자 나이가 자발적 공시 중 경영자 이익예측정보에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 본 연구는 경영자 예측정보 유인의 기업의 내부 요인에서 찾으려 했다는 점에서 추가적인 공헌점이 있다. 즉, 동일기업에서 경영자 이익예측 정보를 공시하는 행태가 개별 경영자의 특성에 따라 차별적으로 나타날 수 있음을 보였다는 것에 추가적인 의미가 있다.

      • 중년여성의 외모관리 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

        This study was conducted to determine factors affecting appearance management behaviors of middle-aged women living in Daegu and collected data during 3 months from 1 May to 30 July 2010. Totally 350 copies of questionnaire were distributed and the data of 309 ones were returned were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. More external expression of the subjects was associated with younger age, higher educational background, a smaller number of children and more expenses of appearance management. Interpersonal perception was observed to be higher with a smaller number of children and more expenses of appearance management. The level of physical confidence was higher with being unmarried and showing higher educational background, a smaller number of children, higher annual income and more expenses of appearance management. The level of physical satisfaction was not significantly different by all of general charateristics. The effect of appearance was found to be higher at younger age with being unmarried and paying more cost for appearance management. Appearance management behaviors were influenced more with higher educational background, a smaller number of children and more expenses of appearance management. Regression analysis performed with appearance management behaviors revealed that a number of children, expenses of appearance management, interpersonal perception, physical confidence and effect of appearance had significant influences on appearance management behaviors. The total effect on appearance management behaviors those of body type management, interpersonal perception and effect of appearance were the highest.

        Service Care and Service Management: Universal Service with Small and Medium-Sized Business in the Aging Society

        고령화 사회란 총인구에서 차지하는 65세 이상의 노인 인구가 7%를 넘어선 사회를 말한다. 일본은 1970년에 고령화 사회가 되었고 2007년에는 그 비율이 21%를 넘어서 초고령화 사회가 되었다 한편 한국은 2000년에 고령화 비율이 7%를 넘어 머지않아 2020년에는 15%를 넘어설 것으로 예측되고 있다. 양국의 사회는 이와 같이 빠른 고령화 사회로 진행되고 있지만 그 사회현상에 적응하기 위한 기업의 경영 활동은 아직 성숙 하다고는 할 수 없겠다. 고령화 사회에 있어서 기업경영에는 고객 만족을 위한 서비스를 제공하는 조직과 방법 등을 생각할 필요가 있다. 서비스를 제공하는 조직, 서비스 메너지먼트라면 기업 경영활동에 있어서 서비스에 고객만족을 목적으로 하는 인간적 면을 갖춘 서비스를 제공하는 것이라 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 고령화 사회에 있어서 기업경영의 과제를 통해 특히 연령, 성별 장애의 유무에 관계없이 모든 사람들에게 서비스라는 유니버셜 서비스의 필요성과 그에 따른 자격 취득의 의미를 논하고자 한다. The universal service means that service to everyone; age or sex, handicapped or not, nationality. In addition, we introduce the qualification called ‘Service Care Attendant’ related to the universal service.
