        서울·경기지역 고령자 서비스 지원주택 유형 특성에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적) 초고속 고령화로 심각해지는 우리나라의 고령자 주거문제 해결을 위해, 고령자의 AIP를 위한 주거 대안으로서 사회서비스가 지원되는 서비스 지원주택의 필요성을 바탕으로 ‘고령자 서비스 지원주택’을 유형화하고 서울과 경기지역의 실제 사례들의 분석을 통해 서비스 지원주택의 유형적 특성을 알아보고자 하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. (연구방법) 문헌고찰을 통해 AIP의 개념과 고령자를 대상으로 한 국내 주택 현황과 서비스 지원 종류 및 현황을 파악하고, 연구의 공간적 범위로는 고령자 대상으로 서비스 지원이 이루어지고 있는 서울과 경기지역의 노인복지주택, 의료안심주택, 고령자복지주택(공공실버주택), 공동체 주택을 포함한다. 고령자 서비스 지원주택의 유형화를 위해 가장 먼저 정부 지원 여부에 따라 ‘고령자 공공서비스 지원주택’과 ‘고령자 민간서비스 지원주택’으로 분류하였고, 입지형태에 따라 ‘도심지 형’, ‘도심근교형’, ‘전원휴양형’으로 분류하였다. 또한, 고령자의 거주형태에 따라 ‘독립거주형’, ‘공동거주형’으로 분류하고, 서비스 지원공간 배치에 따라 ‘통합형’, ‘분리형’, ‘혼합형’으로 분류한다. 셋째, 고령자 서비스 지원주택의 유형들을 통합하여 총 18가지로 코드화한다. (결과) 첫째, ‘고령자 공공서비스 지원주택’은 ‘UPI’, ‘OPI’, ‘UPS’로 전체 18개 타입 중 3개 타입의 유형들로 나타났고, ‘고령자 민간서비스 지원주택’은 ‘UPI’, ‘UPS’, ‘UCI’, ‘OPI’, ‘OPS’ ‘RPI’, ‘RPS’로 전체 18개 타입 중 7개 타입의 유형들로 나타났다. 둘째, 가장 많이 나타난 유형으로는 ‘고령자 공공서비스 지원주택’의 경우 입지 유형별로 ‘도심근교형’, 거주형태는 ‘독립거주형’, 서비스 지원공간은 ‘통합형’, 그리고 유형화 코드 중 ‘OPI(도심근교/독립거주/통합)’ 유형이 가장 많았다. ‘고령자 민간서비스 지원주택’의 경우, 입지유형별로 ‘도심형’, 거주형태는 ‘독립거주형’, 서비스 지원공간은 ‘통합형’, 유형화 코드 중 ‘UPI(도심/독립거주/통합)’ 유형이 가장 많았다. 그다음 순으로 전체 22개소 중 ‘UPS(도심/독립거주/분리)’와 ‘OPI(도심근교/독립거주/통합)’유형이 각각 4개씩 나타났다. (결론) 서울·경기 지역의 고령자 서비스 지원주택 28개소를 분석한 결과, 공공서비스 지원주택의 경우 도심근교에 위치하면서 독립거주가 가능하고 서비스 지원공간이 같은 건물에 통합된 형태인‘OPI’유형이, 민간서비스 지원주택의 경우 도심에 위치하면서 독립거주가 가능하고 서비스 지원공간이 같은 건물에 통합된 형태인 ‘UPI’유형이 가장 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 추후 국내 고령자 서비스 지원주택의 유형별 공간구성에 관한 연구를 진행할 예정이다. (Background and Purpose) Given the rapidly aging population, housing problems of senior citizens is becoming a major concern in Korea. Hence, there is a need for a study on service-supported housing that supports social services as a housing alternative for the AIP. “Service-supported housing for the senior” was categorized, and through the analysis of cases, we examined the tangible characteristics of service-supported housing. (Method) Through literature review, the concept of AIP, the current status of rental housing for the Senior, types of service-supported, and the spatial scope of the study included domestic welfare housing for the senior, medical safety housing, senior welfare housing, and Senior community housing. Rental housing for senior citizens who supported the service was classified as “rental housing supporting public service for the senior” and “rental housing with private service support for the senior” according to the government's support as well as classified as “urban-type,” “outskirt-type,” and “rural-type.” It was also classified as “independent residential” and “communal residential” according to the type of residence of the senior and as “integrated,” “separated,” and “mixed” according to the arrangement of service support spaces. Finally, the types of rental housing for the senior with service support were integrated and coded into a total of 18 types. (Results) First, “public service support housing for the senior” was “UPI,” “OPI,” and “UPS,” which were 3 out of the 18 types. “Private service support housing for the senior” was “UPI,” ”UPS,” “UCI,” “OPI',” “OPS,” “RPI',” and “RPS,” which were 7 out of the 18 types. Second, in the case of “public service support housing for the senior,” the most common type was the “outskirts type” by location, “independent residence type” by residence, “integrated type” by service support space, and 'OPI’(Outskirt/Private residence/Integration) among the classification codes. ’ was the most common type. In the case of “private service support housing for the senior,” the “urban type” by location, “private residence type” by residence, “integrated type” by service support space, and “UPI (Urban/Private Residence/Integrated) type among the typification codes. Next, out of 22 locations, ‘UPS(Urban/Private Residence/Separation)’ and ‘OPI(Outskirt/Private residence/Integration)’ type appeared four each. (Conclusion) Twenty-eight housing services for the senior citizens in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were analyzed. Public service housing is located in the urban allows private living, and the service support space is integrated into the same building, i.e., “OPI.” In the case of private service support housing, the “UPI” type was the most common. Based on these results, a study on the spatial composition of each type of housing for senior citizens in Korea will be conducted in the future.

      • 액티브 시니어(active senior)의 사회 참여 기회 확대를 위한 서비스 디자인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 고령화 사회로 진입함에 따라 새로이 부상하는 Active Senior의 사회적 참여 기회가 확대될 것이라 예측하여 향후 노후세대를 맞이하게 될 60세 이상의 시니어를 대상으로 한 서비스 디자인을 구축하고자 하였다. Active Senior 세대들은 이전 시니어 세대들과 다르게 IT 기술의 발달로 능동적으로 인터넷을 검색하여 정보를 수집하는 등 라이프스타일의 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 Active Senior의 변화된 가치관과 라이프스타일에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 실질적으로 Active Senior가 필요한 서비스가 무엇인지에 대한 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 귀납적 방법을 이용한 정성적 조사로, Active Senior에 관한 사용자 리서치를 바탕으로 서비스 대상자의 Persona를 작성, Service ideation을 진행 후 Service direction에 관한 Framework을 구축하였다. 연구의 결과로서 Active senior의 Life style에 대응할 수 있는 service direction을 제시하였으며, 서비스 방향은 Direct와 Indirect service의 두 가지 방향성을 보였다. 제공되는 서비스는 각각의 특성에 따른 차별화된 콘텐츠 방식과 서비스 접근성을 높이는 맞춤형 솔루션이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 위와 같은 서비스 방향을 통하여 제 2의 인생을 살고 있는 Active Senior들이 젊은 층과의 정보 격차를 감소하고, 그들의 원하는 사회활동을 본인들에게 최적화된 서비스를 바탕으로 질적인 삶을 살 수 있길 바란다. The population is getting older and leading us in to the aging society. Senior citizen take important roles in our society as an increase of their population and gaining more opportunities than ever before. They became a new generation what we call, an "Active senior". This study focuses on providing well-designed services to the active senior and they could be defined by looking in th their lifestyles. This study is formed with qualitative research which founded on inductive reasoning methodology, our procedure on this study begins with making personas based on the result of the user research regarding to the active senior the service ideation follows next in order to develop and get a direction to build a legitimate framework. We defined the service direction to the active seniors for their particular lifestyles as a result of the study, which led to direct and indirect service details. We assume that these services would require optimized solution for each one due to their different characteristics, which makes distinct from another in contents wise and increase accessibility. We expect this out come would modify and decrease the gap of an ability to gain infos between youngers and elders. Therefore, seniors to carry on their contented lives throughout optimized services and supports.

        This thesis is that is researched on the status condition and problem solving alternatives of Home and Community Staying Seniors Service and Seniors Long Term Care Insurance Service. The point view of argument is Home and Community Staying works transforms into Seniors Long Term Care Insurance Service. it will be accepted Home and Community Staying Seniors Service changes alternatives or supplimentary instrument. The sphere contains senior welfare institute and social welfare service. It is defined staying benefits and not class discrimination object but staying welfare service. The study approach suggested improvement tasks and problem-solving according to staying welfare service analysis institution and status conditions. The results of this study is to improve Home and Community Staying Seniors Services. They are as follows.: First, It is necessary recipient enlargement, benefit selection criterion experts in benefit recipient drop. Second, it demands multiphase of service contents, service system. Third, To manage standard intensification of manpower and facilities in benefit delivery system, unification of public administraion management system. Fourth, It is improved budget security of governmental burden and a beneficiary burden in benefit economy. The policy of staying welfare service consists of positive method. it contains Seniors Long Term Care Insurance Service is considered as well stability of finance , service quality uplift and supported persistent monitoring to build belief as to class discrimination. In staying senior service , considering factor above all it has stability conditions of self support staying welfare system, it consider some extent, but it is limited at non suitable budget and recipient enlargement. it is provided systematic support as elastic operation and procedure implementation. Seniors Long Term Care Insurance Service is not overlapping with staying senior welfare service and discriminated from support service of home stay senior citizens.

        중소도시 거주 노인의 생활체육 복지서비스 증진 방안 -경상북도 G도시를 중심으로-

        This research aims to search for a solution to promote senior citizens' Sport for all in medium and small cities in Korea. The environment of the senior citizens' Sport for all living in Gyeongsan city, Gyeongsangbuk-Do was selected as a case. Using SWOT matrix, we have found the plan to promote their social welfare service. First, it has been shown by link of university director's field practice, and dispatch of directors through exchange with senior social welfare facilities as part the 'visiting classroom program' of the SO strategy. Second, it has been shown by coming of university supported senior Sport for all program, coming of Namcheon riverside park`s senior Sport for all program, and coming of senior social welfare facilities' Sport for all program as part of the 'coming classroom program' of the SO strategy. Third, it has been shown by sharing of information by establishment of senior Sport for all club, meeting space, and contest of the senior`s Sport for all memorandum as part of the construction of information infrastructure of the WO strategy. Based on these strategies, Gyeongsan city and other medium and small cities have to construct a better environment and support for the seniors to comfortably use their leisure time.         시니어의 금융기관 자산관리 서비스 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 분석

        In a recent study conducted in South Korea, a nation grappling with the implications of an increasingly super-aged society, researchers empirically analyzed the factors influencing seniors' satisfaction with financial institutions' wealth management (WM) services. We surveyed 250 seniors who utilized financial institutions' wealth management services. Independent variables such as product(diversity, profitability, stability), employee(expertise, problem-solving ability, customer orientation), physical evidence, process, inheritance service, and trust service were carefully examined. Employing hierarchical regression analysis, we tested hypotheses within an established research model. The findings revealed that variables like product stability and profitability, employee problem-solving ability, customer orientation, process, inheritance service, and trust service significantly positively affected satisfaction with WM services. In contrast, no substantial association was detected between satisfaction and factors like product diversity, employee expertise, or physical evidence. Among the influential factors, the order of impact was determined to be employee customer orientation, problem-solving ability, trust service, product stability, inheritance service, product profitability, and process. This research provided essential insights into the nuanced preferences and needs of seniors concerning wealth management services. The detailed examination of the subject might also shed light on similar challenges faced in the other aging societies. As the global population continues to age, the implications of this study could reach far beyond the borders of South Korea. By understanding these key determinants of satisfaction, financial institutions worldwide can tailor their wealth management services to better meet the unique demands of the senior population.

        인지 욕구, 자아 존중감이 시니어 소비자의 SNS 이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The use of social networking services (SNS) among senior consumers has proliferated in recent years. This phenomenon is particularly significant given the growing population of active seniors aged 50 and over. It is therefore necessary to understand the use of SNS by senior consumers considering their characteristics. Existing studies have focused primarily on younger cohorts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the key factors affecting senior consumers' propensity to use SNS. In particular, we aim to analyze the role of psychological tendencies such as senior consumers' need for cognition and their self-esteem. This study's significance is that it provides a comprehensive examination of factors affecting SNS use including key variables from existing studies, and sheds light on the somewhat inconsistent results of those studies. The results of a logistic regression analysis and structural equation modeling show that the need for cognition has a positive effect on the degree of senior consumers' online activity and SNS use. Senior consumers' self-esteem affects their SNS activity negatively. Comparing senior and non-senior consumer groups reveals a much stronger effect of the need for cognition among seniors. These results suggest the need for differentiated marketing to senior consumers by SNS providers. 최근 시니어 소비자들의 SNS 이용이 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 특히 50세 이상의 액티브 시니어 계층이 부각됨에 따라 이러한 현상은 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 따라서 이들의 특징을 고려한 시니어 소비자의 SNS 이용에 관한 연구가 필요한 상황이다. 그런데 기존 연구들은 주로 젊은 세대들에게 초점을 맞춰 이루어져왔다. 본 연구는 시니어 소비자들의 SNS 이용에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인들을 검토하여 실증 분석해 보고자 하였다. 특히 인지 욕구와 자아 존중감이라는 심리적 성향이 시니어 소비자들의 SNS 이용에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석과 구조방정식 모델 분석을 활용하여 실증 분석한 결과, 시니어 소비자의 인지 욕구는 온라인 활동 정도와 SNS 활동 정도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시니어 소비자의 자아 존중감은 SNS 활동 정도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비시니어 소비자 집단과 비교하는 추가분석을 통해 비시니어 집단보다 시니어 집단에서 인지 욕구의 영향력은 보다 더 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증 결과를 토대로 시니어 소비자들에 대한 SNS 사업자의 차별화된 마케팅의 필요성 등과 같은 시사점을 도출해볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 활용되었던 핵심적인 변수들을 하나의 모델에 포함하여 변수간 관계를 종합적으로 검토하려는 시도였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 기존 관련 연구들의 다소 일치되지 않은 결과들에 대해 해석의 실마리를 찾을 수 있었다는 점에서도 학술적 기여점을 갖는다고 할 수 있다.

        키오스크 서비스 실패: 시니어들의 부정적인 키오스크 이용 경험을 중심으로

        키오스크 서비스는 소비 행태에 다각적인 변화를 가져오고 있으며, 소비자들의 구매의사결정 과정에 다양한 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 근거이론을 활용하여 키오스크 이용 과정에서 발생된 시니어들이 부정적인 경험들을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 외식서비스 환경에서 키오스크 서비스 실패를 경험한 50-70대 시니어 소비자들을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 시니어들은 키오스크 서비스 실패로 인해 다양한 부정적인 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시니어들은 키오스크 서비스 실패에 대응하기 위해 다양한 상호작용 전략을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 키오스크 서비스 실패에 대한 대응 및 결과를 중심으로 ‘노력형’, ‘답보형’, ‘표출형’이라는 세 가지 유형의 소비자 집단이 도출되었다. 넷째, ‘노력형’은 키오스크 이용 역량을 향상시키기 위해 노력하는 집단으로 나타났다. 다섯째, ‘답보형’은 키오스크 이용으로 발생하는 전환비용을 심적으로 계산하는 집단으로 나타났다. 여섯째, ‘표출형’은 키오스크 서비스 실패로 발생된 부정적 감정을 타인에게 표출하는 집단으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 시니어들의 키오스크 이용 행태에 대한 이해도를 증진시키는데 기여할 수 있으며, 키오스크 서비스의 문제점을 파악하고 서비스의 질을 개선하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Self-service kiosk technologies have become popular in the food service industry. However, seniors often struggle when dealing with kiosk technologies. The purpose of this study is to explore the struggling experience of seniors with kiosk service. The qualitative research method of grounded theory was adopted. The results of the study are as follows. First, a paradigm model of the struggles with kiosk service was drawn. Second, seniors adopt four different strategies to deal with their struggles using kiosk service: maintain positive attitude, control negative attitude, ask for help, and show their feelings. Third, based on the strategies they use to handle their struggles with kiosk service, seniors can be categorized into three groups: effort type group, stagnation type group, and feeling expression type group. Fourth, the seniors in the effort type group attempt to improve their capabilities of dealing with kiosk services. Fifth, the seniors in stagnation type group attempt to maintain their status quo and use psychological calculation to switch the cost of kiosk. Sixth, the seniors in the feeling expression type group attempt to express their negative feelings to salesmen. These results offer food service providers new insights on seniors’ kiosk usage and a coping method to handle seniors’ struggles with kiosk service.

      • Development Directions of Service Standards for Senior Congregate Housing

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of future users for services at senior congregate housing and to look into the development directions of the service standards for senior congregate housing. A survey was conducted among middle-aged people in their fifties, who lived in Seoul, using the systematic random sampling method. The final sample included 498 respondents. The survey was conducted from November 3, 2003 to November 14, 2003. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, as the need for housing services were high, it was quite clear that various services at senior congregate housing should be provided. Secondly, a service differentiation strategy should be proposed to meet the characteristics of the users. Thirdly, it was hereby suggested that service standards should be established in the following manner considering the relationship between the needs for services and the income level directly influencing the provision of services: 'Basic services' to be provided regardless of income, 'Optional services' to be selectable among the preferable services per income level, and 'Supportive services' to be provided for low-income people.

        지역사회 노인여가복지시설 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향요인 분석

        기존의 노인복지시설에 대한 연구에서는 경로당을 중심으로 한 이용실태조사가 주를 이루었으며, 노인교육기관의 운영프로그램 성과평가에 관한 연구에서조차도 프로그램 만족도라는 단일 측정항목 중심의 연구만 이루어져 이용자 만족도 관련 종합적인 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서브퀄 결정요인(유형성, 보증성, 감정이입, 신뢰성, 반응성)을 활용하여 지역사회 노인여가복지시설(경로당, 노인교실, 노인복지회관)의 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 종합적․체계적으로 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과, 경로당에서는 시설영역 그리고 노인교실과 노인복지회관에서는 프로그램 영역이 이용자 만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 노인복지시설 이용자 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 정책적 대응으로는 노인여가복지시설의 정비 및 개선, 노인복지서비스의 다양화 및 내실화, 프로그램 운영의 효율화, 실버산업의 육성 지원, 시니어 콤플렉스 정책 추진, 지역사회복지 기초구조개혁을 통한 복지행정 역량 강화 등을 강구할 수 있다. he purpose of this study is to examine way of increasing senior's satisfaction for their leisure facilities, programs, and services and to provide better service with the result of this research. In order to accomplish this purpose, the research is measured the user's satisfaction based on SERVQUAL(service quality) determinants(tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance) to evaluate the performance of senior welfare facilities, programs, and services. In finding from this research, the most significant factors to increase senior's satisfaction toward the service quality of welfare in local government are as follows. First, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to establish or operate more effective programs, through recruiting or reserving more competent program specialists. Second, in order to increase user's satisfaction, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to more sufficient investment for facilities and equipment of senior centers(including clubs and schools). Third, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to the increasement of user's satisfaction through the inside management effectively to SERVQUAL determinants such as tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and assurance. In addition, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare (based on welfare agencies like a school for the aged, senior's club, and other senior facilities) closely relates to the contribution of regional or community volunteer groups if there is a shortage of finance and social welfare agencies.

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine senior citizens`` perception of medical welfare service in Daejeon, and to investigate the level of Korean Medicine University students`` satisfaction about medical services that they have done. Methods: We visited Daejeon city hall and Dae jeon Seo-gu community health center, and interviewed them. After that we select two population and did two different surveys. First, to investigate the current state of medical services and medical welfare in Daejeon, we select neglected class senior citizens who were serviced at social welfare center. Second, we select Daejeon Korean Medicine University student to investigate the level of satisfaction about medical services and pre-education. In first population, we random select 25 of 34 senior citizen who visits mere social welfare center. In second population, we random select 78 of 115 Korean Medicine University student who belongs to medical welfare club. Results: We found some advantages and problems in medical services. A lot of senior citizen who were serviced at social welfare center showed high level of satisfaction about medical service. But there were few citizens who knows about health & medical welfare. And most Korean Medicine University student who services medical service to neglected class senior citizens showed high level of satisfaction. Conclusion: We concluded that medical welfare for senior citizen needs more publicizing. Because result of our survey, many senior citizens showed not only low level of recognition in medical welfare service, also showed low utilization rate in public health center. And most Korean Medicine University students were satisfied with themselves about medical service that they have done, it seemed medical service gives beneficial influence to not only senior citizen but also Korean Medicine University student.
