        중년여성의 이너뷰티 소비인식이 뷰티케어행동을 매개로 피부건강상태에 미치는 영향

        Now, the life span of human by aging, life expectancy and development of science technology extend and the human attended health and beauty according to aging. Also, new groups consumed items such as inner beauty, well-aging and anti-aging focused on beauty industry. in this study, we known definition of inner beauty and investigated factor analysis on recognition of inner beauty, skin health and beauty care behavior in 40 age’s women, Furthermore, the medication of beauty care behavior analyzed by the correlation among the recognition of inner beauty, skin health and beauty care behavior analyzed. The survey was obtained with questionnaire with 297 middleaged women living Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do between June 2021 and August 2021. The collected data were analyzed SPSS WIN 21.0. As the results, the standard suitability of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) in recognition of inner beauty was 0.782, the standard suitability of KMO in beauty care behavior was 0.794 and the standard suitability of KMO in skin health was 0.739. Therefore, all items showed reliability with positive correlation among recognition of inner beauty, beauty care behavior and skin health. In effect analysis on skin health of recognition of inner beauty, the results showed effect of perfective medication. The beauty care behavior had effect on skin health indirectly, after the recognition of inner beauty had effect on beauty care behavior. The data from these results will be use basic data to develop study of inner beauty.

        『맹자(孟子)』의 충실지위미(充實之謂美)로 본 스포츠와 스포츠인(人)의 도덕적 아름다움

        When view through the history of aesthetics, beauty is related to morality. Thus, this article examined the moral beauty of sports and sports people based on Mengzi's (孟子) substantial beauty of the inner fullness (充實之謂美). Mengzi sets the relation that beauty (美) and goodness (善) are the same based on the innate goodness (性善). To elaborate this, Mengzi discusses the pleasure of human senses as well as the joy of aesthetics. Aesthetic pleasure means that human moral spirit can also be aesthetic objects. Mengzi explains it with‘the substantial beauty of the inner fullness'. It is a person who has a true beauty, that is, a person who can continuously and faithfully manifest the goodness of nature through In‐ui (仁義). Therefore, applying a substantial beauty of the inner fullness to sports can provide a basis for the inner value of a human being experiencing sports to be beautiful. This article noticed the‘personal beauty [人格美]' when sports were exchanged and experienced by morality, just as Mengzi discussed personal beauty through inner value. Personal being means an individual who is the subject of moral conduct. Therefore, discussions about the personal beauty in sports allow not only the moral act but also the sports person as a manifesting person. This means that the behavior expressed by the moral personality in sports can also be seen as revealing the will to create self‐aware action and goodness. Therefore, the application of substantial beauty of the inner fullness to sports can further develop the aesthetic discussion in sports from discourse to practice. In addition, discussions about the personal beauty of sports people will provide answers to why people who experience sports are beautiful. 미학사(美學史)를 통해 볼 경우 아름다움은 도덕적인 것과 관련 있다. 이에 본고에서는 『맹자(孟子)』의 충실지위미(充實之謂美)에 근거하여 스포츠와 스포츠인의 도덕적 아름다움을 고찰하였다. 맹자는 성선(性善)을 토대로 미(美)와 선(善)이 동일하다는 관계를 설정한다. 이를 설명하기 위하여 맹자는 인간이 가진 감각기관의 즐거움과 아울러 심미적 즐거움을 함께 논한다. 심미적 즐거움은 인간의 도덕 정신 역시 심미 대상이 될 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 맹자는 이를‘충실지위미’로 설명한다. 충실지위미는 인간 본성의 선이 인의(仁義)를 통하여 충실하게 발현되는 사람이야 말로 진정한 아름다움을 가진 사람이라는 의미이다. 따라서 스포츠에 충실지위미 적용은 스포츠를 경험하는 인간의 내적 가치가 아름다울 수 있는 근거를 마련할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 맹자가 내적 가치를 통하여 인격미를 논한 것처럼 스포츠가 도덕으로 환기되고 체험되었을 때의‘인격적 아름다움[人格美]’에 주목했다. 인격은 도덕적 행위의 주체가 되는 개인을 의미한다. 때문에 스포츠에서의 인격미에 관한 논의는 도덕적 행위뿐만 아니라 이를 표출하는 주체인 스포츠인(人)까지 아름다울 수 있게 한다. 이는 스포츠에서의 도덕적 인격이 표출하는 행위 역시 선의 자각적 실천 행위와 선을 만들어 나가고 있다는 의지를 드러내는 것으로 볼 수 있게 할 수 있다는 의미이다. 따라서 스포츠에 충실지위미의 적용은 스포츠에서의 미적 논의를 담론 형식에서 실천으로 한층 발전시킬 수 있을 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 스포츠인의 인격적 아름다움에 관한 논의는 스포츠를 경험하는 인간이 왜 아름다운가에 대한 해답을 제공할 것이다.

        "미를 바라봄": 플라톤과 플로티누스를 중심으로

        이 논문의 의도는 플라톤과 플로티누스에게서 "미를 바라봄"의 의미를 모색하는 가운데, 감각적인 미에 대한 시각적 경험에서 예지적인 절대미에 대한 관조로 나아가는 과정을 살펴봄으로써, 감성계의 아름다움에 눈을 돌리는 "보는 힘"이 바로 진정한 아름다움, 즉 진리의 원천을 인식하는 출발점임을 강조하는 데 있다. 플라톤과 플로티누스에게, 미는 사물이 미의 형상에 참여함으로써 아름답게 되는 사물의 한 속성이다. 그래서 영혼은 아름다운 사물을 바라보면서 영혼이 이전에 보았던 미의 형상을 상기함으로써 미를 시각적으로 경험한다. 감성적인 미의 원인은 예지적 원리이다. 모든 감성적인 미는 일자로부터 유출된 형상에의 참여에 근거하므로, 오직 조화, 균제, 비례와 같은 단일성의 현상 형식으로 나타난다. 이러한 현상적 특질을 지닌 감성적 미는 아름다움의 원인인 비가시적인 근원을 투명하게 비쳐 보인다. 따라서 감성적 미의 원인이 본질적 의미에서 아름답다. 우리의 영혼이 감성적 미로부터 그것의 원인인 예지적 원리를 보는 것은, 스스로가 단일한 존재인 형상 혹은 지성이 되는, 자기 자신으로의 상기적인 회귀 즉 영혼의 정화를 통해서이다. 이때 모든 덕들은 영혼을 자신의 고유한 원리로 인도해 가는 일종의 정화로서, 영혼을 단일하고 아름답게 만드는 것이다. 따라서 영혼은 덕의 미에 의한 정화를 통해서 감성적 미를 벗어나 예지적 미를 볼 수 있다. 스스로 지성이 된 덕스러운 영혼은 더 나아가 모든 미의 원천인 절대적인 미 즉 일자를 추구한다. 영혼은 정신적 수양을 통해 육안을 닫고 심안을 떠야 마침내 단일한 절대적 미를 관조할 수 있다. 심안을 통해 영혼은 자기 자신을 확인할 뿐 아니라 내적으로 아름답게 된다. 일자는 절대적 미이며 모든 미의 초월적인 원인으로서, 모든 존재자들에게 단일성을 부여하며 그와 동시에 모든 것을 아름답게 만든다. 이때 미는 자신의 원인인 일자의 비가시적 초월성을 매우 투명하게 비쳐 보인다. 즉 미는 일자의 가시화이다. 따라서 영혼은 미를 봄으로써 미의 현상적 특징인 단일성을 단서로 하여 감성적 세계에서 예지적 세계로, 더 나아가 자신의 원천인 일자에 도달하는 정신적 상승을 성취할 수 있다. 이러한 의미에서 예술도 가시적인 상을 통해 예지적 원리를 비쳐 보임으로써, 우리 영혼에게 미의 원천을 상기시켜 예지적 세계로 나아가는 데에 일조할 수 있다. 그러므로 플라톤과 플로티누스에게 있어서 "미를 바라봄"은, 우리 영혼이 감각적 세계로부터 예지적 세계로 나아가 진리에 이르는 애지의 출발점이자 "디딤돌"이며, 따라서 영혼은 감각적 미를 바라보는 경험을 동인으로 하여 감각계와 예지계의 매개를 성취할 수 있다. The intention of this thesis is to emphasize that the sight's ability to turn one's eyes to the sensible beauty is the starting point to apprehend the true beauty, the source of truth by examining the process of proceeding from the visual experience of sensible beauty to the contemplation of the intelligible and absolute beauty, in exploring the meaning of "seeing beauty" on Platon and Plotinus. For Plato and Plotinus, beauty is a property of things which are made beautiful by participating in Form of beauty. So the soul perceives visually beauty by recalling the Form of beauty which the soul have seen before, in looking at a beautiful thing. The cause of the sensible beauty is the intelligible principle. Every sensible beauty is based on the participation in the Form which is emanated from the One and therefore it appear only in the phenomenal form such as symmetry, proportion and harmony. The sensible beauty of this phenomenal quality is transparent about the invisible origin, or the cause of beauty. Therefore the cause of the sensible beauty is intrinsically beautiful. Our soul attains from the sensible beauty to its intelligible principle, or its cause through purification that is its anamnestic return to its original self by which soul itself becomes the Form or intellect(vovs) as single being. Here all virtues make soul single and beautiful as a purification of soul bringing it back to itself and its origin in intellect and the Forms. So soul is able to leave the sensible beauty and see the intelligible beauty through purification by the beauty of virtue. Further the virtuous soul which itself has become intellect seeks the absolute beauty, or the spring of all beauties, the One(τo εν). When soul shuts its eyes and wakes the inner sight through a spiritual discipline, just then it can contemplate the single and absolute beauty. By the inner sight soul goes back into itself and further makes itself beautiful internally. The One is the absolute beauty and the transcendent cause of all beauties, and so it gives unity to all beings and makes all things beautiful at the same time. Here beauty is transparent about the invisible transcendence of the One, its own cause. In other words, beauty is the visibility of the One. Therefore soul can ascend from the sensible to the intelligible and further to the One, or its own source by seeing beauty and making the unity that is a phenomenal character of beauty its motive. In this way, soul achieves the spiritual ascension. In this sense, art is also able to play a role in helping soul go up to the intelligible world. For works of art are transparent about the intelligible principle through their visible image, they are fully capable not only of recalling the source of beauty but of providing direct access to intellect and the One. Thus, "the seeing beauty" on Platon and Plotinus is the starting point and the stepping stone for "philosophia" which goes from the sensible to the intelligible and then toward the truth. So, soul realizes the link between the sensible and intelligible, by being provoked from the experience to look at the sensible beauty.

      • 이너 뷰티를 위한 아로마 에센셜 오일 고찰 연구

        본 연구는 ‘이너 뷰티를 위한 아로마 에센셜 오일 고찰 연구’로서 고찰 결과를 중심으로 아로마 에센셜 오일을 활용한 이너 뷰티 방안을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째. 이너 뷰티 목적에 따라 섭취가 가능한 45가지 아로마 에센셜 오일을 적절하게 활용한다. 둘째. 아로마 에센셜 오일 섭취 방법은 물이나 음료 20mL에 아로마 에센셜 오일 0.15mL를 첨가하여 섭취한다. 셋째. 현대인들의 만병의 근원인 스트레스를 완화하기 위해서는 자몽 또는 레몬 에센셜 오일을 꾸준히 섭취하면 도움을 받을 수 있다. 넷째. 총 콜레스테롤 수치를 감소하기 위해서는 자몽 에센셜 오일을 꾸준히 섭취하면 도움을 받을 수 있다. 다섯째. 라벤더 에센셜 오일을 섭취하면 피부 노화 예방은 물론 피부 미백 및 주름개선효과를 볼 수 있다. 본 연구 자료가 현대인들의 건강과 아름다움을 영위하기 위한 뷰티 웰니스에 목적을 둔 이너 뷰티 소재로 많은 활용이 되기를 기대하는 바이다. This study is a 'a study on aroma essential oil for inner beauty', and proposes an inner beauty plan using aroma essential oil, focusing on the results of the review as follows. First. it is necessary to utilize 45 types of edible aroma essential oil according to the purpose of inner beauty. Second. as the instructions to take aroma essential oil, it is necessary to add 0.15mL of aroma essential oil into 20mL of water or beverage. Third. in order to reduce stress, root of all ailments of today’s people, it is helpful to take grapefruit or lemon essential oil steadily. Fourth. in order to reduce a total cholesterol level, it is helpful to take grapefruit essential oil steadily. Fifth. taking lavender essential oil is effective at anti-ageing, skin whitening, and wrinkle-care. It is expected that the results of this study are used for the inner beauty ingredients for beauty wellness, which are aimed at health and beauty of today’s people.

        피부노화 인식이 이너뷰티 구매 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

        There has been a rising demand for rational and professional skincare habits to slow down or prevent skin aging. Under these circumstances, inner-beauty products have recently played a major trend. This study attempted to investigate the perception of skin aging and inner-beauty product purchase behavior intention-related factors against adult women and analyze their correlations, and the results found the followings: First, the perception of skin aging had a statistically significant influence on inner-beauty purchase behavior intention. Second, the perception of skin aging revealed a statistically significant effect on skincare behavior. Third, skincare behavior affected inner-beauty purchase behavior intention with statistical significance. Fourth, skincare behavior between perception of skin aging and inner-beauty purchase behavior intention revealed a statistically significant influence as a mediator variable. The above results confirm that perception of skin aging and skincare behavior such as use of cosmetics have an influence on inner-beauty purchase behavior intention. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data for developing inner-beauty products and marketing strategies.

        천연소재로부터 피부효능을 갖는 피부미용식품의 개발동향

        The newest trend in skin care is the use of nutrients and supplements to produce an appearance benefit. As the economy has stabilized, quality of life, physical health and beauty has increased interest along with the desire for outward beauty. Therefore, relative activities in beauty skin care, as anti-wrinkle, moisturizer, promote elasticity increased that find new natural materials out for skin biological target and growing interest showing high efficacy with small amount. Specific positive effects of inner beauty food namely nutrients or nutricosmetic compounds on skin conditions may prove to be a biologically relevant and may consequently allow for claims on products containing these compounds. Recently, a lot of inner beauty food compounds as vitamin, mineral,and phytochemicals became known facts that play an important role in the health of skin care field. Expert in the fields of nutricosmetic met at the conference in June 2011 to elucidate the current status of nutricosmetic compounds market and to summarize its market share. The 46 % of market shared with vitamin and carotenoid compounds on nutricosmetics market of North America and European country. The aims of this review, after presenting general aspects about historical trends of beauty industry, is to give an overview of the current nutrition and nutricosmetic compounds as an inner beauty food (mainly vitamins, carotenoids and fruit extracts) for maintaining and improving skin condition.

        Analysis of Consumer Purchase Satisfaction According to Network Marketing Selection Attributes of Inner Beauty Products

        Purpose: Korean society is increasingly interested in expressing a beautifully maintained appearance rather than simply pursuing beauty. In addition, the development and sales of beauty products related to this are increasing as people are demanding to think about their inner health as well as their outer appearance. Therefore, this study focused on inner beauty products sold through network marketing and objectively examined how consumers evaluate their purchase satisfaction according to their choice attributes. Method: Participants in the study were participants who had purchased inner beauty products through network marketing, and 212 response sheets were used for the final analysis. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the influence of network marketing selection attributes of inner beauty products on consumer purchase satisfaction, and the significance level according to statistical test was determined at p<.05. Results: Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the multidimensional influence of the factors of the choice attributes of the study participants on the sub-factors of the purchase satisfaction variables. The results of the study showed that the choice attributes that have a significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction are internal choice attributes and ecological choice attributes, except for external choice attributes. Conclusion: Consumption choice attributes of modern people show various consumption behaviors depending on individual characteristics and perceived value. In this study, we examined how consumer purchase satisfaction is manifested according to the choice attributes of consumers participating in network marketing. Based on these results, it is expected that network marketing operators can use it as an objective data on the selection attributes and purchase satisfaction evaluation of inner beauty products so that they can have an independent attitude as business owners.

        인문,사회과학편 : 성서에 나타난 신체미의 의미

        이 연구는 성서에 나타난 신체미의 의미를 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 문헌 연구이며, 연구의 1차 자료는 성서이다. 성서의 내용이 너무나 방대하기 때문에, 주제와 관련된 성서 부분과 관련된 문헌들을 중심으로 신체미의 의미를 찾았다. 그 신체미의 의미는 첫째, 성서에 나타난 신체미는 진·선·미를 포괄하고 있으며, 특히 선을 강조하고 있다. 즉, 타인에게 실질적으로 선을 행하는 것이고, 도덕적인 삶에서 즐거운 일과 인생의 기쁨을 누리는 것이 善임을 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 성서에 나타난 신체미는 인간과 인간, 인간과 자연, 그리고 인간과 하나님과의 전인격적인 만남에서 표출되는 美로서, 내재적 가치를 외부 세계로 투사할 때 독단과 편견이 없이 표출되는 美이다. 셋째, 인간의 심미 욕구는 일체의 가치를 초월한 내적인 도덕적 가치를 구비한 성격을 형성할 때 나타나는 것으로 만족과 행복과 관련되어 있다. 이것은 인간 조건의 근본적인 고통을 떠나서 만족스럽고 행복한 상황, 즉 인간의 본래성 회복을 동경하는 심정이다. 따라서 성서에서 나타난 신체미는 眞을 추구하는 형이상학적 개념과 善을 추구하는 도덕적인 개념을 포함하고 있다. 이런 신체미는 전인격적 만남에서 표출되는 美이며, 외부세계로 표현될 때 독단과 편견이 없이 표출되는 美이다. This thesis is to investigate the beauty of ‘Body' in the Holy Bible. The beauty of ,‘Body' presented in the Holy Bible is inner beauty as well as outer beauty: to do good to others, to find happiness and pleasure in moral life, and to be a human being who has good relationships with other human beings, nature and God.. Therefore, The true beauty of a human body is felt through the whole relationship with other human beings, nature and God, while the third people enjoy the inner satisfaction by seeing the human body. The Creator has given the ability of ‘Vision', so men can experience the wonder of ‘Vision' with the intuitive ability. The clear recognition of ‘'Being alive', that is, the fundamental recognition of "Me” help men with the beauty of a human being present himself with poems, music, sports and all kinds of arts, which leads to a beautiful and enjoyable life. ‘Being alive', ‘a human being itself' is a man of beauty.

        성인여성의 식품선호도가 피부건강상태와 체형에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine adult women`s favorite food groups and skin status by their somatotype. The subjects in this study were 500 female adult residents in North Gyeongsang Province, who were in their 20 s to 40 s. After a survey was conducted from August 1 to September 28, 2012, the answer sheets from 485 respondents were analyzed. The questionnaire used in this study dealt with the characteristics of the female adults by somatotype, skin type, dietary habits, life habits and food preference. As for food preference, six food groups were selected, and their preference for the six food groups was checked to determine the level(high, intermediate or low)of their preference. The findings of the study were as follows: Concerning somatotype, sanguine morphology was most prevailing(38.4%), followed by bilious morphology(25.2%). lymphatic morphology (19.6%) and nervous morphology(16.9%). As to favorite food by somatotype, the biggest group(32.8%) was fond of vegetables and fruit, followed by meat, cereals, fish and processed food. The women whose somatotype was of sanguine morphology had a more liking for meat, and the respondents whose somatotype was of nervous morphology had greater preference for vegetables and fruit. In terms of skin troubles, the largest group(30.9%) was concerned about acne and broad pores, and the second greatest group was in trouble due to liver spots, freckles or age spots. The third biggest group was concerned about their sensitive skin and dryness, followed by wrinkles. Modern people seek after health and beauty, and they should pay attention to wellbeing and their own inner beauty first of all to stay healthy and beautiful. This seems to be one of effective ways to ensure successful skincare and somatotype management. In the future, repeated research efforts should be made by selecting alarger number of subjects.

        Aspergillus oryzae로 제조한 Soybean koji 섭취가 40~60대 여성의 피부 미용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between soybean koji prepared with Aspergillus oryzae and effects of skin care. For the 12 weeks from May to August 2018, 40~60s women participated in clinical trials. The control group consisted of nonfermented soybean and the experimental group was soybean koji, a fermented bean. And before and after soybean koji intake, the count of pores, depression, wrinkle, brightness, redness and yellowness of the facial skin were measured and compared. Research result, the pores, depression and wrinkle decreased in the experimental group 0.6 times (p<.01), 2.7 times (p<.001) and about 5.6 times (p<.001) more than the control group, respectively. On the other hand, the control group showed no significant difference in all three items. In addition, compared to the control group, the brightness of the experimental group increased 1.8 times (p<.001), the redness decreased about 1.3 times (p<.001) and the yellowness decreased about 2.6 times (p<.001). The experimental group showed a high improvement in depression (15.79%), wrinkle (12.79%), and the changes in brightness (5.07%), redness (10.04%) and yellowness (7.64%) were more alleviated compared to the control group. In conclusion, soybean koji was more effective in skin beauty such as depression, wrinkle and skin tone, compared to non-fermented soybean. Through the results of this study, confirmed the potential of soybean koji as a material for inner beauty. Finally, I expect this study will be used as basic data for nutrition and beauty.
